La strada era molto dissestata per arrivarci e la struttura quasi difficile da trovare. È sicuramente comodo avere a disposizione il golf kart per raggiungere la struttura limitrofa degli stessi proprietari per fare colazione/cena, ma sarebbe senz’altro migliore poter fare direttamente almeno la colazione lì.

The road to get to the hotel was awful 😖. A dirt road and a lot of garbage. And to get to the beach was challenging down the mountain.

We really enjoyed our stay. We were in Unit 17, a top corner unit. There were a lots of steps but it was worth it. The room was spacious for 2 people . The views were amazing all around from the deck, bed, kitchen and even the shower. We loved the privacy and the views. The staff let us use the pool in unit 13 since it was unoccupied. It saved us a lot of steps. We also enjoyed using the pool and bar at La Poza. The staff was helpful and quick to respond to requests.

We would have liked more comfortable sitting on the deck maybe lounge chairs in addition to the table and chairs. There was a hammock but only one. Also we would have wanted more space to sit in the room besides the bed and the kitchen bar stools. The room had space for a couple comfy chairs or a small sofa. But this is a minor complaint we would stay here again.

Amazing location, overlooking an oasis of palm trees and the ocean. Arrangement of the rooms is great, with every room having a wonderful and spacious terrace. You can fall asleep to the sounds of the waves Easy access to the beach for walks (not swimmable). Walk to the town of Todos Santos was 30min and we walked every night for dinner, which was a really pleasant trip.

The pool cleaning could have been done more regularly

Podrían darle un poco de mantenimiento a los cuartos para reparar algunos detalles ya que el precio por noche no es tan barato. La ubicación es muy bonita pero no muy céntrica.

La vue est incroyable! C’est un vrai petit coin de paradis pour s’isoler. La piscine est très agréable. Plage accessible facilement à pied (5 min de marche). Literie confortable. Les fontaines à eau sont très pratiques. Parking gratuit.

Rien mis à part quelques détails sur la propreté (toiles d’araignées anciennes) et qualité des produits de douche (ne correspond pas au standing du logement)

Trash in 6he unit wasnt empty, tried 6o jook a couples massage and we were not able too.

First and foremost,our room was not ready on time. We have been going for some time to this hotel and we used to enjoy it however the room is degrading. Mosquitoes screens had holes, broken sink, sheet was too small for the king bed.Less dishes in the studio.

Unit 11 amazing. Listening to the waves all night. Not bad NO cooking stuff so bring all food and drink. Room clean and private. Hammock was amazing. WiFi very strong. The beach was lovely and the sunsets

Location- the road from centro to Hotel can destroy a car. I went when it was dry. I have NO idea how you would do it after a rain. A lot of uneven road,mud,and rocks. Needed a lot more shower pressure. No TV. Bring IPad if you like to watch stuff.

The view is hard to beat! It's a great hotel nestled in the mountains, overlooking a small lake and the sea. We enjoyed our stay!

Incredible view. Peaceful and private.

It is very quiet and secluded(which we loved) and also the sister resort was awesome. I would definitely recommend for couples that want to spend time with there love one.

Must have a car to go into town

The location was amazing, it was very chill and the path to the ocean was a little tricky but it was well worth the the trek down. The pool is great space, and the connected sister property has a great pool area too.

I really can’t say anything negative expect maybe the limited amount of parking that does create a challenge when the property is full. The only thing is the road up to the property, the signs clearly tell you how to go there, but make sure you have a car with good ground clearance.

We had a really enjoyable stay. The property offers great value for money, with modern rooms, tastefully decorated and equipped with all the necessary comforts. The location is spectacular, probably with the best view of the entire Todos Santos gulf. The staff is very friendly and always available via WhatsApp, which made everything easier and more relaxing. We also loved the chance to join some of the organized activities, like the morning yoga class, which was such a nice experience. Prices are absolutely fair for the level of service provided. Another highlight is the direct access to the sea through a small path, perfect for scenic walks, plus the access to a nearby partner property with bar, restaurant, pool, and spa. The only thing to keep in mind is that the hotel is in a rather remote location compared to town, so a car is essential. That said, the breathtaking view and the peaceful atmosphere definitely make up for it. Highly recommended for anyone looking for relaxation, comfort, and unforgettable views!

The villas have stunning views of the Pacific Ocean and the pools are very relaxing. The hotel was relatively empty, so we got to enjoy both pools practically to ourselves. Kudos to César at the front desk, who was always attentive to our needs.

There are several things that can improve: first, the hotel is challenging if you're traveling with elderly parents. The facilities are completely unfriendly for disabled people. One can't seriously run a hotel in 2025 without ramps, elevators, or adequate access for people with mobility issues. Second, the hotel could really use a small restaurant or cafeteria. To solve this problem, hotel staff personally escort you (in a golf cart) to a nearby facility with a good restaurant, but for the price (which isn't cheap), management could really consider adding a place to eat, which isn't a plus, but rather, a need.

This property is absolutely exceptional! It used to be a private family home and that personal touch combined with thoughtful design and artistry is evident everywhere you look. This is a place that makes you feel like you’ve come home even though it’s not your home. It was truly beautiful And very well maintained.

Nothing. Everything was truly remarkable - from the staff to the accommodations to the pool, beach and the restaurant (which is semiprivate and really only caters to guests),. The only down thing is the condition of the road to get there. It’s a very rough dirt road, but that’s also part of the adventure! If you’re not expecting that kind of a rough ride, you could be a little shaken, literally. But if you know what you’re in for it makes it all the more charming!

Because of its orientation toward the beach there are lots of stairs. This is only problematic when carrying suitcases.

Privacy and view big size deck

Parking was horrible- every night was tricky to get out so there needs to be designated spots for each unit. Needed to be told that we had access to sister property- a big plus but we didn’t know until last day.

The views were amazing. The room was modern, gorgeous and comfortable.

We couldn’t get the umbrella to stand up in the stand on our balcony. Shower pressure was light.

The breakfast at the sister location was great. Fair price. It was nice of the front desk to golf cart us back and forth. Our favorite part was the VIEW! We saw whales every day, it felt very private and romantic. Pro-tip: you must rent a car to get to this location. Thank you for having us.

We could hear the neighbors through the ceiling when they were loud. It would have been nice to have some sort of desk in the room to work from computer. Also during January it was very cold with no heat at night, dress warm if in winter months.

Fantastic view, extremely friendly and helpful staff. I rolled my ankle really bad and Max helped upgrade us to a bigger unit with fewer stairs for free! The location is on a cliff with breathtaking view of the waves and we even see whales from our room window a couple of mornings. It’s a little hard to get to but totally worth it. There’s also a path you can go down to get to the beach. One of a kind boutique hotel.

I wish there were options for breakfast or other food choices on site. Pool is not heated.

We made our own breakfast. The coffee was good.

To begin we are both seniors ages 79 and 76. The concern we had was the walkways to the condos required careful footing and at night there was no lighting so presented possibly of falling and injuries. Also the walkway down to the ocean was treacherous and dangerous and needs to be built properly to avoid the danger. Would also add the deck seats and furniture is old and should be updated.

the road to the place was about a mile off the highway, dirt and very very rough. So bad that it kept us from leaving as much as we wanted to.

Hard to find a perfect spot - if you are ok with no TV, the sound of the sea, and an oasis type feel, then this is a wonderful place to be.

This is not for people who want a big classic style hotel feel. No elevators or buffet here, but a wonderful time overlooking the pacific.

All the rooms have their own unique charm. Very clean, great views, amazing sunsets, and very polite and profession staff. Max was particularly helpful and was nice enough to let me practice my Spanish.

Out of the hotels control, but it would have been even more magical to be able to swim in the ocean, but alas the surf and current are too strong.

It's a paradisical place overlooking the ocean and pond, you enjoy the own hotel pool plus the amazing bad and Restaurant of the hotel below (they take you there in a golf cart for free whenever you want. (It's a 4min ride). We had an amazing view from our room and the reception staff was absolutely amazing and attentive, helping us with recommendations, caps, and more.

It seems they don't do daily room service or empty the trash but when we asked for new towels, they were immediately provided to us!

To access some rooms you have to make a lot of stairs

What a gem of a place. The views from the mountainside were breathtaking, and morning beach walks were unmatched. The rooms were clean and spacious, and having a balcony that allowed us to fall asleep to the sound of the ocean was perfection. Definitely need a 4WD vehicle to navigate off the beaten path, but well worth it. We were thrilled to learn that we could hop on a golf cart and use the pool/kayaks/have breakfast at their neighboring hotel at the bottom of the hill (La Poza), but just a short drive to all you would need in town as well.

If you aren't capable of climbing/descending stairs, this place isn't ideal for you, but we loved it!

Quiet, clean, as pictured. Enjoyed the views from our balcony, the short walk to the beach, the calmness of the location and the warm and friendly staff.

Keyless entry to the unit would’ve been nice, but a minor complaint. It’s not really walkable to town because of the dusty road and dogs, but that also wants a huge deal.

We had just come from Cabo from a large resort hotel, and it was so refreshing to arrive to these beautiful, peaceful and perfect suites overlooking the ocean. The beds were amazingly comfortable. The rooms had all the amenities that we needed and it was so awesome to be able to just walk out the door and enjoy the pool or to go down a little nature trail down to the ocean.

Everything was great!

There was some confusion re the room I'd booked on Booking.com not being room 8 as i'd seen in the final images on booking.com. I was given a different room, much smaller than room 8. This was soon remidied thanks. Perhaps you can put the room no on the desriptor click in box for each room so the person booking the room gets the room they book?

We had a beautiful stay at the villas la mar and enjoyed breakfast and the morning at Hotel Poza. It was so nice to have the amenities of the hotel poza, for breakfast and activities like kayaking on the estuary. La Poza manager, Ulises was so helpful and friendly! Max, reception at Villas la Mar was so friendly and kind!

The food at La Poza had some issues with the quality of the meals.

Although a little hard to find, once you arrive the views and location make it all worthwhile. Rooms were clean and staff very helpful. We had amazing sunset and moon set views from room

No dinner available so had to go into town, which is challenging in the dark.

Loved everything about our unit/stay at Villas La Mar -- accommodations were super spacious/clean, and kitchen had everything we could have wanted for several family meals we prepared during our stay. Views from rooms/balconies/pools were spectacular, and proximity to both beach and Todos Santos center were ideal! Staff was so accessible/friendly/helpful. Also loved the option to take advantage of restaurant and pool at sister property just below Villas La Mar - we spent a lovely morning there --

This was a really great place to stay. The location is wonderful and the communication was excellent. We were greeted by Cesar at the front desk who was just amazing. He gave us all kinds of recommendations for things to do, restaurants, supermarkets, along with GPS coordinates. I liked at the beginning that Amanda sent us a welcome email letting us know what to expect. The views are incredible and I loved my daily walks on the beach.

It took awhile to drive to the hotel on dirt roads, so we had to be strategic about when we were coming back to the hotel and making sure that we had enough food provisions. But I think the location makes it worth it. I am glad we stayed here and not in Todos Santos proper.

The property is beautiful. Sister property with restaurant is equally as beautiful. The attendant drove me in the golf cart to/from the restaurant. Everyone at both properties could not have been more helpful.

The stairs were steep getting up to the room but the desk attendant took my bag up for me. He was very helpful.

Love the unobstructed view of the ocean. The room was very comfortable and amenities very adequate. The room was clean and staff were nice. Check in was easy. Recommend getting there earlier in the afternoon then late until acustom to the drive which is short but a bit confusing but very doable.

Be prepared for lots of stairs though necessary for the view! A few handrails here and there would be helpful.
