The location was lovely, staff super friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was freshly cooked, no buffet, all fresh. What a lovely find, will definitely stay again

The service and the breakfast was very good.

For the price you’re paying, you would expect the room to have a modern and contemporary style. Unfortunately, this was not the case. The room had rather outdated, old-fashioned furniture that felt more like something from a grandmother’s home.

Quiet location with off street parking. Good wifi. Nice swimming pool. Sea across the road. Breakfast by the ocean.

Disappointed that we booked deluxe sea view room but we were on ground floor that unfortunately does not look like photos and has limited view due to timber privacy screening. Room was dark green with a dark bathroom but we put a lamp in there for extra lighting. The bathroom was big. Mattress topper was uncomfortable for us but we removed and that improved situation. From the reviews we had read, we booked there because gluten free diet was supposedly well catered for but that was not the case during our stay.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir waren letztes Jahr schon dort und für war uns klar das wir wieder kommen. Wir können es zu 100% weiter empfehlen und kommen bestimmt wieder dort hin.

The only thing that was a small issue was noise at night. They are right next to a beach club that had a really loud concert until past 2am on Saturday night.

Lage sehr gut. Hotel und Zimmer sehr sauber und gepflegt. Personal wirklich sehr nett und hilfsbereit. WLAN Empfang im Hotel und am Strand sehr gut.

Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis für 2 Wöchige Aufenthalt finde ich n.i.O. Frühstück ,,a la carte'' erst ab 8:30 Uhr, was meine Meinung nach relativ spät ist. Eine Tasse Kaffee ist inkludiert, für die zweite wird 4 € berechnet. Wenn jemand Morgens früh los muss (vor dem Frühstück) kann sich Lunch-Box bestellen: 1 hard gekochtes Ei, 2 trockene scheiben Brot mit scheibe Hartkäse + scheibchen Schinken (?) belegt und eine Pflaume. Für frühe Stunde leider ungenießbar. Schade. Es passt nicht für so eine feine und hochwertige Unterkunft.

The staff are so welcoming, the hotel is so cozy and comfortable. The breakfast on the beach are just wonderful with à la carte choice and freshly cooked food with a wonderful view of the beach.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel! Everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel is beautiful, spotless, and exceptionally well maintained. Our room was cleaned every single day to a very high standard, and everything always looked fresh and perfect. The view of the sea was simply breathtaking and made our stay even more special. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of fresh and tasty food. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a perfect night’s sleep every night. What truly made this hotel outstanding was the staff. Every single employee was incredibly kind, friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We are absolutely delighted with our experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. We can’t wait to come back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Ευγενικό προσωπικό, καθαριότητα, αλλαγή πετσετών κάθε μέρα , μεγάλο δωμάτιο , θέα. Θα μπορούσε να βελτιωθεί το πρωινό σε αλμυρά κ γλυκά , όχι τόσο πολλές παραλλαγές με αβγά , κ μόνο pancakes κ 2 κρουασάν βουτύρου κάθε μέρα μαζί με το ψωμί για γλυκό . Επισης τα μαξιλάρια πιο μαλακά .

A great location. The room and hotel including pool area was very clean. The staff were very polite and helpful. The beach is directly opposite the hotel and fairly quiet when I visited. The breakfast was excellent and served outside right by the beach.

The mini bar prices were very high. Luckily I had some coffee capsules with me the ones in the room were 2 Euro, most hotels I have stayed in provide a few free of charge.

Die Lage ist ideal, direkt am Strand. Der Strand ist kilometerlang. Die Ortschaft bietet alles: Supermarkt, Restaurants, Apotheke, Cafés. Das Hotel ist hervorragend! Sauber, gepflegt, sehr ansprechende Innenarchitektur. Auch die Außenanlage mit Garden und Swimming-Pool ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal ist höflich, herzlich, professionell und hilfsbereit. Die Mischung zwischen Lage-Hotel-Personal ist hervorragend. Ich freue mich auf den nächsten Besuch.

Alles perfekt! Tolles Zimmer mit großem Balkon und Meerblick (Upgrade). Schönes Bad. Sehr freundliches und professionelles Personal. Parkplatz im Preis enthalten. Sehr gute WLAN-Verbindung überall, selbst außerhalb des Gebäudes. Tolles Frühstück zum Bestellen direkt am Strand. Perfekter Strand mit hoteleigenen Liegen im Preis enthalten. Schöner gepflegter Pool. Sehr gute bezahlbare Restaurants fußläufig zu erreichen, genauso auch ein Supermarkt. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder!

If you want to go in the sea to swim it's a bit rocky but you only have to wander up the beach to find a better bit.

L hotel devant la plage avec acces privé et piscine. La cuisine raffinée etait excellente ainsi que le petit déjeuner. Le personnel est tres agreable et a l ecoute notamment alexandra qui nous a accueillie a notre arrivée avec quelques mots de français

L'hotel si trova di fronte ad una bellissima spiaggia, ha i suoi lettini a 20 metri dall'uscita della reception. Il parcheggio è facile, di fianco all'hotel ed il personale è molto gentile ed accogliente. Le stanze hanno un gioco di colori bellissimo, favorito dai materiali dei mobili, dal colore delle pareti e dal soffitto alto. Il terrazzino è ampio e anche quello con vista mare laterale ha una vedita molto bella. La zona è molto tranquilla, in hotel si può cenare (su richiesta) altrimenti ci sono delle Taverne nei dintorni; volendo, si può arrivare a Prevesa in auto in 15-20 minuti.

From the moment we arrived, parking was easy, staff were extremely friendly and welcoming--you felt at home instantly. The owners and staff are there to make your staff homely and first class- The breakfast menu together with the views and friendly service complimented the first class venue- The room, the bed and the shutters made our first night rest made it homely- Walking distance to everything you, sun, beach, food, service and relaxation-- i was prepared to cancel the rest of the trip and stay there. Lovely little modern hotel with staff that couldn't be friendlier. The food is food. Despite going in the middle of high season, the resort, as well as the hotel, pool and beach, were nice and quiet, with very comfortable recliners to relax in. Our 'batteries' are fully recharged!

Alles war ganz wunderbar. Besonders herauszuheben ist die außerordentliche Freundlichkeit und die Begeisterungsfähigkeit des Personals. Dadurch haben wir uns im besten Sinne umsorgt und wohl gefühlt. Aber alles andere, wie z.B. das Frühstück und die Lage am Strand war auch sehr begeisternd.

Great property, swimming pool and kiddie pool for children. The beach is just steps away. Breakfast was phenomenal 10/10.

I always choose Sessa as it is my happy place! It has a incredible feel to it. The staff are outstanding and the owner works so hard to make sure everything is perfect. The rooms are comfortable and modern with a happy seaside feel. It’s a luxury without being pretentious. Breakfast is served overlooking this, massive 10 mile beach and Aqua blue Sea what’s not to like. Breakfast is excellent with à la carte choices with very high standard of food.

There is nothing I don’t like I’ve been coming here for over 10 years.

This wonderful hotel is an oasis in amongst other residential and hotels. The staff couldn't do enough to help. The fabulous breakfast served to our table overlooking the sea was divine, served until 11.30am, perfect! Lovely swimming pool in the garden. Snacks and drinks etc served to the pool or on the beach. We had dinner on a few occasions which was very good. Sun beds and towels provided on the shingle beach, take water shoes to go in the sea. The sea is so clear and warm. Nothing to fault. Some other restaurants/cafes within walking distance. This hotel should be 5 stars! Thank you for a lovely relaxing stay.

Great location directly across the beach. Very clean rooms and comfortable beds. Staff very friendly and accommodating, always went beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Restaurant serves an exceptional menu with unique and refreshing dishes. Highly recommended.

Beautiful setting, fabulous views. Excellent breakfast cooked to order. Stylish and clean room. Helpful and friendly staff. Easy access to the beach with hotel sunbeds provided. Lovely swimming pool. Quiet resort but plenty if bars and restaurants within walking distance. Just perfect to relax and unwind.

The hotel and the staff are just wonderful. They went the extra mile to help and make us feel comfortable. The hotel and the bedrooms are super clean, they clean the room twice a day. The food is very tasty and the swimming pool and the beach are very very nice. The staff is extremely police and professional. The sunbeds on the beach are absolutely comfortable and there's a great beach service. The sea is blue and warm. The beach is quiet and you can relax. There're some other cafes and restaurants at walking distance, as well as a well stocked supermarket, but at Sesa you have just everything you need. Many thanks to Miss Sofia and her wonderful staff

New hotel, with excellent accommodation. In general the hospitality of the Greeks is very good, but the lady at the reception was the best we met during our whole road-trip trough Greece. she was not only super friendly but als super helpfull.

The location is not the very best, but this was not a problem for our needs.

Breakfast was excellent! A la carte, you can choose your favorites from the menu. Everything is served with a smile! Such a lovely welcome. It was as good as the taxidriver said it would be. We were a little hesitant to book this hotel, since the last reviews were from long ago. But taking the COVID period into account, we decided to not let it influence our choice. The old photographs do not do it justice. It is open, modern, but cosy and airy with very good airconditioning. The cleaning lady is very thorough and we had a very frequent change of the bedding. Amenities were nice. Although there is a street running in front of the hotel, it is not very busy and there are several other restaurants in walking distance if you would like to have more 'regular' greek food. At the hotel, it is quite fancy, but they dare to be different and you can choose for yourself. Even if you go elsewhere for dinner, lunching on the deck of having a nightcap and watching the most loveliest sunsets, will be a joy. Not ready a SLHW, but the service was right up there! We have never felt more welcome at a hotel , so 5 stars to the amazing staff! By the way: best to wear sand shoes when you go into the sea, which also is very nice and clear. The lounging beds are good quality and the staff gets you anything you like.

We stayed for three nights in this hotel. The design is minimalistic and really great. The beach is very close and the pool area is nice. The breakfast tastes very good and the people working there, are always very friendly and courteous.

However, for 260€/night (high season) I am not expecting things we faced during our stay: In general: - Wifi did not work well, streaming/ having calls is not possible - Mattress very uncomfortable and worn-out - Pool is very crowded on weekends as non-hotel-guests are allowed to swim there - Safe was not working and was not “repaired” (also not after requesting this). Although the battery was just empty. - In front of the hotel/close to breakfast area it is very noisy (probably due to the A/C exhaust air system) Bathroom: - Toilet brush was very dirty (no more details here…) - Water tap does not work well - Floor covering damaged and dirty So, compared to this, the Price-Level is quite high and from all the SLH we have been to, it’s the one with the lowest standards and not really „luxury“.

The rooms were big and nicely decorated. Cleaning service was excellent. The staff in general was very helfull, attentive and polite, especially the girl serving breakfast. The breakfast as well as the coffee were excellent. Probably the best coffee I have ever had that was included in a hotel breakfast.

Maybe just a problem with our room : the water was not warm enough and the low pressure. The shower cabin was not clean . The price-performance ratio is bad .

The breakfast was good and the staff were really friendly, professional and helpful. The hotel is in a great location and within easy travelling distance by car to many of the local attractions. The hotel is stylish and some excellent choices were made in the design. It is kept very clean and tidy.

For the price charged, the hotel offers a good room and balcony and a simple (non-buffet) breakfast that is good quality. The pool is suitable only for children (1.5m) but is well maintained. There is no lift but there is a ramp for disabled access to the ground floor. For a 5-star price, I would expect rooms to be fully quality checked for faulty equipment, broken electric sockets or showers that don’t work because the water pressure is too week, and mended (all problems in my room). I’d also expect simple arrangements for basic room service after midnight. For an international traveller, the overall service for the price is not quite right. For service simple additions like nuts or olives with drinks, condiments with food, and suggestive options to customers would help. It is also now customary for hotels to allow customers to choose not to have sheets and towels cleaned every day. This will save the hotel money for other things and also reduce environmental impact.

Really amazing hotel, it's definitely the best on the Kanali beach. Newly renovated, modern and clean.

Beautiful & quiet area with nice restaurants and small boutique hotels! Hotel looks brand new, modern architecture & the service is outstanding! Half way to Corfu & Lefkada and away from the crowds! I highly recommend this hotel
