Reviewed Mar 26, 2024Stayed for 1 week. Staff are friendly, rooms are spacious & very clean. Some nice restaurants & the beach within walking distance. Check-in processes need to be improved. We (& two other unrelated bookings) arrived far too early for check-in, but when we returned later at the actual check-in time of 2pm, all groups still had to wait at least another 20 minutes for rooms to be ready. Suggestion: hotel should make an arrangement with Olive Tree (hotel next door) for outdoor pool access for guests.

Reviewed Jun 27, 2022Location (4/5) : the hotel located a 5-mins walk to Na Jomtien Beach, it's convenience spot, close to local restaurants, and shops. Room (4/5): Superior Premier Seaview (#707). Room is facing to the other resort but the balcony have a wonderful sea view. Service/ Staffs (5/5) : Better well trained compare to my previous stayed. F/O , The guy who work in the afternoon (24 Jun) was very polite and helpful. As well, the hotel called after c/out that I forget the staff in the room, even it's a small device (camera remote). The H/K was very nice and sorry that she did not checked the room properly before I c/out.

Reviewed Feb 1, 2018Отдыхали 30 дней в тайланде, забронировали первые 5 дней b2 , думали на первое время, а потом забронируем что то другое, но побывав в более дорогом кондо, вновь вернулись в b2. Отзывчивый персонал, чистота, прекрасный вид с балкона на море (мы жили на 8 этаже) прекрасное расположение в близи с замечательным пляжем и оч. вкусным кафе, вкуснее которого мы не нашли за весь наш отдых, все рядом и фрукты и мороженко, и все дешевле , чем в районе Амбасадора. В номере все продуманно, телевизор большой, два русских канала в 22 часа фильмы смотрели пару раз) приборка регулярная, молодцы прибирают оч. хорошо и комнату и балкон, на болконе мягенький лежачек, вода в душе всегда горяченькая, кроватка удобная, постельное хорошее, подушки подкачали нам было неудобно, попросили другие нам принесл 5 подушек выбрали из них получше))) сейф в номере, воровства нет, в номере только 2 вешалки. Вообщем мы отелем довольны, в следующий раз решили остановиться здесь на весь отпуск.
