Beautiful hotel

AC didn't work in the room. Instead of changing us to another room we had to wait for over an hour in a hot room, not able to unpack, just in case. Main restaurant is overpriced for the quality

Junior suite was very nice, spacious, large comfortable bed, good air con, nice bathroom. Towels changed twice a day. Pool area was lovely, good sized pool, comfy loungers. For the most part, the staff were helpful and friendly. Good location. Easy to walk to lovely restaurants along the canals.

Only comments are that there wasn’t a proper bar area - it is next to reception. There is a huge space with sofas around the edges - all very nice, but we felt that more could be made of it. For some reason, the pool bar closed during the day part way through the week, so getting something to eat at lunch time became harder.

Noisy air con that barely worked Room on the side of road, music from local bar kept us awake until late every night Could hear next door sneezing and using the toilet in the middle of night No ramp and no doorman to help going into hotel up the stairs, very poor service Had to chase the staff around the pool every day to order drinks and food, very unacceptable, they were sitting chatting and smoking

Man kann hier auch im Hochsommer sehr gut entspannen. Tolle Außenanlage mit großem Pool. Strand ist nicht überfüllt. Sehr Nice 🙌🫶

Struttura ai massimi livelli per organizzazione, qualità dei prodotti e accoglienza. Lo staff vi aiuterà in ogni tuo desiderio

1. Go into your room (twice) when you have the Do Not Disturb sign on and then say that it never happened. My husband and I did not make our bed, open our curtains and roll the towels into nice tight patterns. 2. Lock your AC at 21 during a Red Alert heatwave. They even had a sign at reception (for all to see) tell people not to unlock the rooms A/C below 21C. Tacky. 3. Start remodeling the spa during your stay without any signage until day 5. I slowly got the idea when there were no towels, the sauna and steam room didn't work, and i was stepping over rubble to use the pool. Sign didn't go up until 3-4 days after all of this. The construction was not a surprise. Where was the notice on the website? Why weren't we told on check in or communicated to? I even emailed the spa for an appointment with no response. That is poor. 4. Take an average of probablly 12 minutes to serve you a drink. On the plus side, it was a well kept and manicured hotel. The pool staff were very nice.

Breakfast was beautiful, and the pool and service were exceptional.

It was a shame that we couldn’t eat in the restaurant as my husband had no long trousers. But understand.

A parte il tentativo, maldestro dico io, di "affibbiarmi" una camera diversa da quella ordinata (senza vasca idromassaggio, ma solo doccia), me l'hanno comunque cambiata, la struttura è senz'altro al top di gamma. Ci tornerò.

Il costo del posteggio all'aperto di 25Euri al giorno è, a mio parere, esagerato, non so se in questa struttura abbiano posti coperti, ne avrei senz'altro usufruito.

Ingen info om arrangement på hotellet på engelsk, vi bare oppfattet at det var konserter i bassengområdet ! De tilbydde å lage frokostpakke når vi skulle dra før sju på avreisedag, men dette var ikke kommunisert videre så vi fikk ikke noe! De lovet at taxi skulle bli mye billigere å booke via hotellet, men det stemte ikke! Vi måtte ta taxi pga togstreik på avreisedag og det kostet oss det dobbelte pga avtalt pris fra hotellet!

Booked the hotel without knowing anything about Cesenatico, and it's clearly the nicest hotel in town. Very elegant and comfortable all at once. The location on the beach is perfect, but candidly we spent most time lounging around the pool. The staff really does a nice job taking care of you, and I want to single out Thomas (hope I spelled that right) who was just excellent. He's a great ambassador for the hotel and works super hard. The room was spacious and the AC worked well, which isn't always the case in European hotels. My wife esp loved the spacious room and has talked about it a few times since we've gotten home. Also, the spa facilities are very nice and shockingly hardly ever crowded. Oftentimes we had them to ourselves.

La posizione e la piscina e le pulizia delle camere. Le camere sono molto silenziose e si lenzuola che asciugamani sono di ottima qualità.

La manutenzione della piscina e degli spogliatoi, il parcheggio hanno bisogno di maggiore cura per un 5 stelle. La piscina è piena di pezzi di mosaico mancanti e gli spogliatoi hanno pezzi rotti all’interno. Il parcheggio per il costo di 25 euro giornalieri è un cantiere e pavimentazione che sfavorisce il passaggio di valigie e passeggino.

I was with a group booking (33 guests) from England. I feel it is a 5 star facility with 3 star service if you are English and in a group. The service we got was well below that offerred to their wealthy Italian guests. On the whole I found their style far too aggressive and they could have softened much of their sharp instructions with more appropriate and hospitable body language. Few hospitality staff speak much English, I found the sommelier was the only mone with any fluency. We were often confused or had a problem and it was difficult to find someone who could understand the issue. Aloso, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone with mobility issues as there is no toilet near the resataurant. The ones that are available (2 locations) are at a distance and include stairs or a rather steep slope. I will never return to this hotel.

Gute Betten. Nähe zu Strand. Grosses und leckeres Frühstücksbuffet. Gute Lage. Freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Design eher altbacken dafür modernste Elektronikausstattung für Rollläden und Klima. Freie Fahrradbenutzung.

Für ein 5 Sternhotel sollten; Die benutzten Trinkgläser beim Zimmerservice gewechselt werden. Eine Kaffemaschine vorhanden sein. Die TV-Antenne nicht ausgezogen sein (Stichwort Endkontrolle). Die Duschtüren schliessen, damit das Wasser nicht ins Badezimmer läuft. Dann 2 Strandliegen mit 1 Schirm in 5. Reihe kosten € 65.00/Tag, vordere Reihen sogar € 110.00 - Italien hat da generell die Bodenhaftung verloren.

Beautiful hotel, good location, which has a lot of potential. The beds were also really good and Andrea is “carrying” the place with his positive attitude.

Service levels are not up to 5 star standards and therefore price/quality is off. Staff is trying their best while you feel they lack (5 star standards) training. Good hotel if your expectation is just that.

Tolle Lage, sehr schöner Poolbereich, allerdings schlecht gepflegt und bei Ankunft noch extrem schmutzig. Außerdem direkt neben dem Pool Hotel-eigene sehr laute Baustelle

Es ist laut, ist aber auch durch die Lage bedingt. Technische Defekte in den Zimmern werden erst auf dreimalige Nachfrage und Bitte zur Kenntnis genommen. (Warmwasserregler in der Dusche defekt). Im Hotel finden wohl regelm. auch große Veranstaltungen statt (privat wie geschäftlich), die dann die regulären Gäste schon erheblich beeinträchtigen.

Ristorante (colazione, pranzo e cena) ottimo con ottimo servizio. Spiaggia con lettini nuovi e molto spaziosa. Ottima spa e piscina esterna molto grande e ben costruita per bambini.

Vallet, concierge e check in imbarazzanti per un cinque stelle. Accoglienza deludente, pochissimo personale, dozzinale, strafottente alla reception. Servizio al bar esterno a dir poco pessimo, stessa cosa per il ristorante in spiaggia. Staff senza alcuna attenzione per il cliente.

Very nice hotel with great breakfast and very nice pool. The staff is very polite and the conditions are excellent.

The beach umbrellas are not free for the hotel guests but 30 eur! Quite negative surprise. Parking is located not very comfortably.

Essendo lato strada la stanza, fino alle due circa di notte non si é riuscito a dormire per il rumore, la mattina dalle 8,30/9 idem . Consiglio vivamente di non prendere stanze che affacciano sulla strada.

Incrementerei la varietà della colazione implementando il salato in genere e la frutta di stagione (laddove possibile), nonché introducendo spremuta fresca di arancia

La gentilezza e la disponibilità del personale. La pulizia dell'Hotel. Le dimensioni della camera e la colazione a buffet. L'Hotel molto grande e luminoso.

Usano profumatori (sia d'ambiente che per la biancheria) con aromi troppo forti che, per persone con olfatto sensibile come il mio, sono un vero dramma. Dovrebbero usare profumi più delicati e meno invasivi.

Struttura che vale oggettivamente le 5 stelle. Ogni dettaglio curato nei minimi particolari, addobbi di Natale ricchi e suggestivi. Servizi sempre al massimo livello, colazione con una pasticceria di qualità altissima.

Spa normale, soprattutto se confrontata con la magnificenza dell'albergo.

Buona colazione anche se mancava una spremuta di arance fresca , ottimi e vari i dolci, poca scelta per i salati. Bella la piscina interna, Essendo inverno non abbiamo usufruito della piscina esterna e della spiaggia

La mancanza di indicazioni precise sul parcheggio dell'hotel quando si arriva davanti all'entrata principale

Tutto perfetto Albergo bellissimo Bella esperienza la Spa, colazione abbondante varia con cose crepes e pancakes preparati al momento

L unico piccolo appunto circa il riscaldamento che non siamo riusciti ad abbassare
