交通非常方便，距离东湖景区、武汉大学、楚河汉街都很近。

酒店硬件是不错，但浴室的水温经过调整也似乎不够热，影响了住宿体验。

Breakfast with a big choice of different dishes.

I had a little smell of cigarette smoke in my toilet (but only in toilet)....the room itself had no smell and was very good.

Ottimo hotel, camere spaziose e luminose, colazione molto varia sia locale che continentale. Lo staff non parla inglese ma è molto gentile e disponibile. La mia camera odorava in maniera molto forte di fumo e me l'hanno cambiata la sera stessa. Inoltre ho dovuto lasciare prima la città e mi hanno fatto pagare solo le notti effettive. Ottime e pulite anche piscina, sala aerobica e palestra.

Staff are very friendly and helpful.

The air conditioner doesn’t work properly this time and the room was very hot. We have to leave the window open all the time during our stay and it still felt a bit hot.

Amazing food great staff overall tops

The hotel is clean and the facilities are relatively new. The staff are exceptionally friendly and responsive — I sent my clothes for laundry at 2 p.m., and they were returned to my room by 6 p.m., without any extra express service fee. The restaurant serves authentic Hubei-style dishes; the prices are not cheap, but the food tastes excellent. There are also many beautiful young girls in Wuhan — be sure to check out this hotel yourself!

The location is great, next to a walking street. Very close to a subway station. The room is big, and the bed is comfy.

The breakfast is not bad, but might need some improvements for this level of hotel.

깨끗하고 쾌적합니다. 무엇보다 일하는 분들이 친절했어요. 그리고 가장 번화가와 가까워서 편하고 좋았어요. 조식은 살짝 이쉽긴 했지만... 보통이었음. 특급호텔 식사 수준은 아님.

Location, staff, service. Staff were very helpful and connected my devices to WiFi using their personal numbers, so that that is excellent.When I have to print a document, staff print it without charging money.

Room was very hot and unable to adjust the temp, so it was bit warm. A suggestion to improve: WiFi access shouldn't require local Chinese mobile to connect. Should be with a simple password.

Ivy and Duke were exceptionally friendly, fantastic service from all the staff, and housekeeping were brilliant . Breakfast was excellent a must have .

A little more support for non- speaking Chinese would go a long way for tourists. Do not book any Chinese hotel with a Google email or outlook in China .

The ambience and the decor was amazing, the staff were also pretty good and did the best they could to communicate to me in English

Room is old. Room design is very unreasonable, for example the reading light is right above the bed, so you feel like your head is burning. And you cant keep the room lights on by themselves, you either have to turn all lights on or no lights on

There is a metro station just at the gate of the hotel, and besides the hotel is a commercial street where there are a lot of restaurants . The room is large and clean, the gym is nice and there are nice buffet inside.

The swimming pool is a little cool. No children’s playground .

Location of the hotel is good and room and facilites are fine. Breakfast is delicious with many choices. Staff generally helpful.

The first room we got on a non-smoking floor smelled very smoky and we changed to another room on the same floor which smelled more like air refresher. Unfortunately the smoky smell came back and we had dry throats and dizzy heads. Some front desk staff were not properly trained as they did not know how to make payments from online booking work, and we were surprised to be told to use apps to make booking as prices are better than what the hotel can offer. As contrast at another hotel the front desk honored the prices we could get from online booking apps.

The location was central on a very busy, traffic packed road but close to shops.

The hotel needs a face lift, rooms were old, faded and grubby. Bathrooms especially need an upgrade and weren't clean. Had to request a room change twice. Second room offered had overwhelming smell of cigarettes , supposed to be non-smoking! Hotel needs to up their game on the cleaning front. No-one attempted to speak English only relying on translations on their phones which is poor for an 'International' hotel. Buffet breakfast was limited, fresh juices were delicious but guests were expected to drink everything from tea cups rather than glasses! Was charged an extra 30RMB for a bath liner which was clearly needed given the general grubbiness of the bath tub.

The location is excellent. The room is clean and comfy.

Breakfast is beyond disappointing!!! For the price we pay, definitely not worth the money!

We had an amazing experience at this hotel! Excellent location, close to the subway with lots of places to eat, shop and sightseeing. Staff was friendly and professional. The room was spotless and made us feel very safe during the pandemic. It was a pity that the executive lounge was closed as I heard it has a great view, but the service and happy hour was provided at the lobby bar. The summer whether in Wuhan was scorching, but our trip was very pleasant thanks to Wanda Realm.

Beautiful hotel with spacious, clean rooms. Conveniently located beside Han Street which is filled with shops and restaurants. Excellent customer service overall - the manager on the Executive Floor Jason Lee was especially helpful. We look forward to staying at the Wanda Realm again when we visit Wuhan in the future. Highly recommended.

Cet hôtel est parfaitement situé. Un service parfait et le personnel est très à l'écoute à vos demandes.

Séjour de 4 nuits pour le tourisme. Choisi pour sa localisation. Les + : hôtel presque luxueux et avec un rapport qualité-prix très bon (surtout si nuit + petit déjeuner), literie large et confortable, surface utile importante, nombreuses aménities, douche + baignoire - peignoir, personnel très agréable et anglophone, y compris au petit déjeuner (les chefs). Sinon les gestes sont toujours efficaces pour se faire comprendre. Salle de sport et de fitness (utilisée) bien équipée (cardio - muscu guidée et poids libres), piscine peu profonde mais nage agréable, sauna et hammam à mettre à température, pas de vestiaire (? habitude chinoise). Sinon check-in check-out faciles, WIFI de bon débit. Localisation prés d'une longue rue commerçante (restaurants - vêtements - supermarché) avec un immense mall au milieu. En face du han show theater. Petites échoppes de street food plus ou moins "typiques" en s'écartant juste un peu (excellent, pas cher et exotique). NB : trajet hôtel / aéroport en taxi 150 à 200 RMB. Les - : Isolation phonique extérieure très moyenne (un seul double vitrage) et travaux en cours devant l'hôtel (? date de fin) + mauvaise habitude des automobilistes qui klaxonnent tout le temps, malgré une chambre au 20ème étage et pas directement sur la rue principale. Isolation phonique intérieure aussi assez moyenne.

地下鉄駅から徒歩8分程度、また徒歩1分以内に大きなショッピングモールがあり、コンビニもある。宿泊したのは22階のフロア、部屋は広く綺麗で快適だった。部屋に籠って仕事していたが、仕事も捗った。難点は、英語ができるスタッフの数が限られており、なかなかコミュニケーションをとるのが難しい。

El diseño y los materiales utilizados para la construcción de este hotel le hace merecedor de mejor puntuación pero, el mantenimiento de las instalaciones y sobretodo , la limpieza, le descalifican. Buena ubicación.

可以走走逛逛楚河漢街，適合遊客的酒店，很新，很乾淨，裝潢很棒。 交通方便，值得推薦。 附近也有百貨公司 價格也算OK Great location, modern design, pretty close to subway. Recommend to traveler to stay this hotel.

It's a very nice hotel with good location and good services.

很不错的酒店，设施很新，服务人员友善。位置离楚河汉街不远，门口在修地铁但是也不影响。行政楼层的房间不算很大但是也很舒适，就是酒店的早餐比较一般、东西不多且味道普通。

Very well located for the Han show (but check it is on first as it was closed when we were there) and also restaurants and shopping right next door on Han Street. Very large comfortable bed and deep bath in bathroom. Clean, comfortable, and as I live out in the sticks of Wuhan I will be coming back for the shopping. One problem is as an English visitor I like fresh milk with my tea. The first time I stayed here it was free but this time they charged so we sent it away and bought some from the local supermarket instead. Think milk for tea should always be free!

It's very hot, about 24-25 degrees. you can't control room temperature. We were told we had to open the window if it's hot. make sure you drink enough water before you get there. They change $40 RMB for a bottle of water (less than 500ml). Surprised me there is someone to make money in this way nowadays! We booked a suite which should offer free breakfast for 3 persons. when we checked in, they said they never offered breakfast for 3 persons, always for 2 only. After we contacted Hotels.com, the manager said they would offer a free breakfast to the third person because this was our first time to stay with them. Seems we got a bonus.

The hotel is located minutes away walking distance from Han Street, which has lots of restaurants and shops. The hotel is also close to the beautiful East Lake and Wuhan University. Commute is very convenient. The hotel itself looks grand, new and modern, our room was big and comfortable. Though Wifi was spotty and slow. Most of the staff were helpful and friendly, some speak English well. We especially want to say thank you to the hotel concierge manager Wesley, he was patient and went above and beyond to satisfy our needs. We've been to few cities in China, Wuhan by far has the biggest population, though a lot of people have bad manners, so are few of the hotel bellmen, few times, when we asked the bellmen to get taxi for us, couple of them refused to help, and were rude and disrespectful. Overall, we would stay the hotel again when go back.

That was my second stay at the Realm. And I shall stay there again and again. So proximate to subway trains, to dining facilities, to upscale shopping.

It was my 7th or 8th stay in the last two years or so. Unlike other hotels in mainland China, service is quite consistent. It is a bit pricey but worth it due to its location.

Great hotel with nicely appointed rooms and professional service. Chinese restaurant on second floor is excellent and the breakfast buffet choice is huge. Will definately return.

Location in Wuchang part of Wuhan is v good, a modern pedestrian street full of restaurants n shops almost next door. This hotel, though modern, has warmth n rooms are nice n clean.

Absolutely stunning hotel. This was the best hotel we had the privilege of staying at in the one week we were in China. Gorgeously decorated & worth every cent we paid although it was comparatively the most expensive hotel. Huge bathroom with lovely showers & bathtub. Truly luxurious room. We wished we could have stayed one more night. Front desk was also kind enough to upgrade us to a suite. It was perfectly located just beside the main shopping street & it was very close to the lake. There were also many great dining options. Highly recommended.

This may be the nicest 5 star hotel I've ever stayed in. The room and bathroom have a luxurious feel, and have great decor. Convenient location. However, I do have two complaints - although a great selection; the breakfast is insanely over priced (over $75 USD for two), and the hallways smell like cigarettes. Can't really help the cigarette smell I suppose, since smoking is very popular in China.

Its a good hotel, clean, new and good shopping area. The choices for breakfast is good but the only problem is the food are all cold. I ate around 8am for 2 consecutive days and everytime, all the food are cold.
