Good location, friendly staff.

Отель находится в центре старого города, все было хорошо. Убирались по просьбе, воду также давали по просьбе, в номере ее не было. Если хочется тишины-лучше выбирать другое расположение- внизу отеля находятся бары, может быть шумно. Сам персонал старался решить любые вопросы. Завтраки вкусные, но хотелось разнообразия в горячей еде.Также у меня совпало с пребывание с днем Рождения и меня поздравили тортиком со свечками и бенгальским огнем, было очень приятно и мило.

Мало света в комнате, слабое освещение. Если открыть штору, то с улицы видно и в комнате становится жарко.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, aber ein Hinweis das man das Hotel noch anfahren kann und mindestens 500 meter Gepäck schleppen muss wäre hilfreich gewesen. Autofahrer dürfen wohl noch größer Entfernungen meistern

Die wegebeschreibung zum Hotel ist das letzte man soll zum postamt fahren aber dort gibt es weder Parkmöglichkeiten noch kann man dort be- und entladen und wir waren mit dem Motorrad unterwegs

Good location

We were not informed about not having hot water when we arrived, that was restored the next day. Our room was next to a kids play area which was very noisy until 12pm. Considering other hotels we stayed in in Turkey, this hotel was not good value for what we paid.

The girl at reception was rude!

si vous n avez rien pour écouter de la musique vous pouvez écouter la musique des bars de votre chambre Bien placé ok mais le centre est tout petit et vous pouvez trouver bien mieux et surtout sans bruit à proximité .

Le bruit , les chambres donnent sur des bars , donc forcement il y a pas mal de bruits et tard dans la nuit , en gros si vous n y allez pas pour sortir dans les bars / boites n allaient pas dans cet hôtel . Le manager ensuite , on arrive , on avait 2 chambres dont 1 superior , on visite la 1ere chambre et ... wow , 9M2 je dirai impossible de se deplacer , donc la je commence à m agacer et je lui dit que cela ne correspond à la chambre de booking et il me dit : 1-toutes nos chambres sont Superiors room (...) :-) 2-quand je lui signale la différence avec les photos , il me dit que les photos sur booking sont mélangées et correspondent pas aux différentes catégories 3-quand je lui signale la difference de taille 17m2 annoncé sur booking , il me dit ah oui mais c est booking qui se trompe ... Donc je continue à ne pas lacher l affaire , je reviens le voir plusieurs fois et la il revient il me dit : ok on vous change de chambre (toujours une superior ) mais celle ci est deja beaucoup plus grande , au passage il y avait dans cette chambre une valise pas defaite (certainement quequ un qui etait arrivé le matin et qui avait laissé sa valise ) et ils ont intervertis les chambres , pas cool pour lui :-// En gros tourisme de masse et une grand habilité à vous prendre pour des imbéciles avec un bon sourire de façade .

Leider war ich von meinem Aufenthalt insgesamt etwas enttäuscht. Ich hatte ein Deluxe-Zimmer mit 20 m² gebucht, das tatsächlich zur Verfügung gestellte Zimmer war jedoch deutlich kleiner und hatte schätzungsweise nicht einmal 10 m². Auch das Badezimmer war sehr klein. Auf meine Nachfrage bzw. Beschwerde beim Management wurde mir erklärt, dass die Angaben bei Booking.com noch nicht entsprechend korrigiert worden seien, damit das Zimmer weiterhin „günstig“ angeboten werden könne. Ich habe mich bei meiner Buchung auf die angegebenen Informationen von Booking verlassen. Ein weiterer Punkt ist die Lage des Hotels in einem Partyviertel. Bis spät in die Nacht war sehr laute Musik zu hören. Zudem ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig, wodurch es leider schwierig war, wirklich zur Ruhe zu kommen und erholsamen Schlaf zu finden. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt von einer Nacht war es für mich noch akzeptabel. Insgesamt hatte ich mir aufgrund der gebuchten Zimmerkategorie jedoch etwas anderes erwartet.

Location is amazing walking distance to everywhere at downtown. Staff is very supportive like you feel you are staying in a safe place.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral. Das ist auch das einzige

⭐️⭐️ Leider keine Empfehlung Leider waren wir von unserem Aufenthalt insgesamt enttäuscht. Besonders schade war, dass der Inhaber auf unsere Anliegen sehr desinteressiert und wenig hilfsbereit reagierte. Bei unserer Ankunft funktionierte der Kühlschrank im Zimmer nicht. Auf unseren Hinweis bekamen wir zunächst nur die Antwort, dass wir ihn anstecken sollten. Nachdem wir erklärt hatten, dass wir das bereits versucht hatten, wurde zwar zugesagt, dass man sich darum kümmern würde – wirklich gekümmert hat man sich jedoch nicht. Auch das Waschbecken im Badezimmer lief während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts immer wieder über. Leider wurde auch dieses Problem nicht ernsthaft behoben. Hinzu kommt, dass sich unser Zimmer im Dachgeschoss befand und kein Aufzug vorhanden ist. Pro Zimmer gibt es außerdem nur eine Zimmerkarte. Die Klimaanlage kann daher nicht eingeschaltet bleiben, wenn man das Zimmer verlässt. Bei Temperaturen um die 40 °C in Kaş ist das leider sehr unangenehm, da man jedes Mal in ein stark aufgeheiztes Zimmer zurückkommt. Insgesamt hätten wir uns deutlich mehr Aufmerksamkeit, Service und Interesse an den Gästen gewünscht. Unser Fazit: Für ein paar Euro mehr bekommt man sicherlich Unterkünfte, bei denen man sich als Gast besser aufgehoben fühlt. Wir haben es ausprobiert – für uns heißt es allerdings: einmal und nicht wieder.

Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Die Lage ist einfach top und man erreicht alles schnell und bequem. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und bot eine gute Auswahl. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal – hier fühlt man sich als Gast wirklich willkommen. Auch das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können das Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen!

Das Frühstück war ausgiebig und gut und das Personal zuvorkommend und immer hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank auch an Serkan Bey dem Hotelchef der war immer sehr bemüht seine Gäste zufrieden zu stellen.

Möbel bisschen veraltet.

La ubicación es perfecta, en pleno centro pero en una zona muy tranquila que permite descansar bien. Las habitaciones son súper cómodas, acogedoras y todo estaba impecablemente limpio. Mención especial para el desayuno, delicioso y muy variado, pero sobre todo para el personal: súper atentos, amables y siempre dispuestos a ayudarte con las mejores recomendaciones locales.

Al estar en un primer piso y dar hacia una zona de pubs, por las noches había bastante ambiente y jaleo en la calle. Aun así, hay que decir que las puertas y ventanas aislaban bastante bien el ruido; se oía algo de fondo, pero no llegaba a ser muy molesto.

Breakfast was good and the hotel was clean.

The rooms are faced the bar street or the tea garden/children's playground, so it was very noisy. The room and bathroom were quite small. The fridge in our room wasn't working, we were told it would be replaced, but it never was. Also, a tip for future guests: there's no need to pick a hotel in the town center, because other than the beaches right in the center, you need a car to reach all the other beaches anyway. Staying in the centre also means serious parking problems, the streets are very steep and finding a spot is hard.

Location was great. I was nervous about being in the centre where the bars are open till late but spending all day in the sun and the sea, I was so tired by the end of the day that I did not hear anything. If you are a light sleeper, this might not be the place for you in the high season. Also, shout out to the hotel manager - Serkan who was so attentive and helpful. He helped us find a private boat tour from Kekova, arranged bookings for beach clubs and was never short of restaurant recommendations. He really went above and beyond.

It’s in the centre, one step away from everything! The breakfast was great with a good variety of food. The staff was friendly and helpful.

La posizione è sicuramente il punto di forza della struttura. Tuttavia, se avete difficoltà a dormire a causa della musica e dei rumori, non è il posto ideale, almeno per quanto riguarda la nostra camera, che affacciava sui giardini.

Tra i servizi indicati dalla struttura era riportata la possibilità di usufruire della navetta aeroportuale. Avevamo intenzione di utilizzarla dall’aeroporto di Antalya all’hotel, ma solo dopo diversi solleciti ci è stato fornito il contatto di un taxi privato, con un costo di 100 € per una sola tratta. Il personale ci è sembrato poco disponibile e poco cordiale. Anche la colazione è stata deludente: è quasi esclusivamente salata e, come unica proposta dolce, viene servito sempre e solo un ciambellone. Dopo tre giorni ho chiesto se fosse possibile avere un cornetto o un’alternativa dolce, ma mi è stato risposto di no. Inoltre, una mattina sono scesa a fare colazione alle 10:00, nonostante il servizio fosse previsto fino alle 10:30, e il ciambellone non c’era e, quando ho chiesto se fosse possibile averne un pezzo, mi è stato risposto che era finito! Il servizio di pulizia della camera veniva effettuato solo su richiesta. Quando la domenica abbiamo chiesto che venisse pulita, ci è stato risposto che, a causa dei numerosi check-out, avrebbero rimandato al giorno successivo. Viaggio spesso e non mi era mai capitato di ricevere un trattamento di questo tipo. Sono rimasta davvero delusa.

Rezervasyon yaparken çift kişilik yatak isteğimi belirtmiştim ve hatta konaklama günü sabah otel tekrar çift kişilk yatak mı yoksa iki tek kişilik yatak mı istediğimi mesaj yoluyla sormuş ve çift kişilik yatak istediğmi tekrar söylemiştim. Buna rağmen akşam otele gittiğimizde iki tane tek kişilik yatak hazırlanmıştı ve düzeltmeleri için bekledik. Düzeltme de şöyle; iki yatağı birleştirmişler, hiç konforlu olmadı tabi doğal olarak. Kahvaltı fena olmayabilirdi fakat 8.30-10.30 arası olmasına rağmen 9.30da indiğimiz gün hamurişi olarak hiçbir şey kalmamıştı. Yenilenir diye bekledim fakat yenilenmeyince resepsiyona bildirdim. Bunun üzerine göstermelik 3-5 yumurtalı ekmek getirdiler mutfaktan, kalan ürünler kahvaltımızı tamamlayıp karnımızı doyurduktan çok sonra 10.30 a doğru lütfeder gibi geldi. Yani 8.30 da inmediğiniz sürece düzgün bir kahvaltı beklemeyin. Ayrıca bir sabah eşimin bilgisayardan 5 dk.lık çok önemli bir iş halletmesi gerekiyordu ve resepsiyondan rica ettik fakat yardımcı olunmadı. Kaşta internet kafe aradık bulamadık vs. Avrupada dahi herhangi bir otelde her türlü isteğimize bir şekilde karşılık alırken Türkiye gibi hizmet sektörünün zirvede olduğu bir ülkede nasıl bir otel, misafirine bu kadar basit bir şey için nasıl yardımcı olmaz inanılır gibi değil. Kısaca asla tavsiye etmiyorum, benzer konumda çok daha iyi bir çok f/p otel var. 12 yıldır her sene Kaşa gelirim, kaldığım en kötü yerdi

El baño era muy chico. Y al tener media mampara cada vez q me bañé tuve que poner toallas en el piso para q no se saliera el agua. La habitación en sí no tenía espacio para circular. El ante baño pegado a la cama. Me tocó habitación que daba a la calle por lo que el ruido se filtraba.. sobre todo de noche. El desayuno era bien turco, o sea que para alguien extranjero como yo no había opciones casi nada de dulce y fruta solo sandía. Nunca limpiaron me habitación. Tampoco me dijeron en la recepción que yo tenía que pedirlo. Los botones de las luces poco funcionales y algunos ni andaban

Only the location!

The room was so small and getting to the toilet you have to go through the shower. At night it was so loud with noise we couldn’t sleep. The manager was so rude.

Nice stuff

I rarely leave hotel reviews, but this was one of the worst hotel stays I have ever had. I booked three nights but left after just one because it was simply impossible to stay any longer. The first problem was the noise. Loud music continued until around 2:00 am. The walls are extremely thin, so I could hear every word of the songs playing outside. Later that night, other guests were slamming doors and banging on a neighboring room. The noise was so loud that it woke up my daughter. At around 5:00 am, the call to prayer from the nearby mosque began. By 6:00 am, the sun was shining directly into our room. Unfortunately, we were given an attic room with a skylight. There was no way to block the morning light, so sleeping after sunrise was impossible. Ironically, during the day the room felt incredibly dark because it had no regular windows. The only lighting came from a couple of lamps above the bed that shone directly into your eyes. The photos on Booking looked nothing like the actual room. It felt empty, dark, and poorly designed. I believe rooms without regular windows should be clearly described in the listing, so guests know exactly what they are booking and can make an informed decision instead of being surprised upon arrival. The air conditioner was another major problem. It hardly worked and sounded like it had never been cleaned. Part of this was my own mistake. I booked the hotel at the very last minute, just before arriving in Kaş, when there were probably very few options left. I also thought staying in the center would be the most convenient choice because taxi services are very limited in Kaş and ride-hailing apps don’t really work here. Unfortunately, apart from being within walking distance of cafés and restaurants, I didn’t find any other advantage to staying in this location. Otherwise, it was noisy and uncomfortable. The hotel has no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage up to the third floor yourself.

The hotel is amazing, the breakfasts are very tasty and varied, the staff is grateful for their hospitality and very caring attitude, you can always ask them for help, the location of the hotel is perfect, everything you need is nearby. Thank you very much, we will come again❤️

Very cozy and comfortable hotel in the middle of the centre, surrounded by all the nice bars and restaurants. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Enjoying breakfast is a breeze, allowing you to wake up in a very serene and melodious way...

Parking is not next to the hotel, but about a 3 minute walk from it. But after getting used to that it is actually very do able.

位置特别好，到码头非常近，不超过200米。如果要去玩跳岛游boat tour 的步行也就3分钟。房间很整洁，早餐好吃！

唯一的缺点就是楼下都是餐厅会比较吵……但我们太累了，晚上倒头就睡了，不知道音乐声持续到了几点

Kahvaltıdaki çatal kaşık tabaklar kirliydi. Oda 2-3 gün bildiğiniz dışkı kokuyordu banyodan geliyordu. Oda temizliği bir gün aldım sadece onda da şarj aletine komidine sıkıştırıldığı için zarar verilmişti adaptör ucu eğildi sahibine şikayet ettiğimde de tamam uyarırım dedi. Ses izolasyonu kötü olduğundan ve yan odamda huzur isteyen ama barlar sokağında otel odası tutan saygısız bir müşteri ses seviyesi 60 üzerinden 5 seviyede olan tv sesi için duvara yumrukluyor sonunda otel görevlisine söyleyip odanın elektrik şartelini kapatıyorlar saçma sapan bir otel kesinlikle konum dışında hiç bir artısı yok maalesef

Odadaki tv çalışmıyordu. Kahvaltı çok zayıf ve çatal bıçak kirliydi. Oda daracıktı yatağın yanından geçerken sürekli ayağımızı çarpıyorduk.

La chambre est trop petite pour ce lit, on a du mal à en faire le tour. Et accès à la cabine de bain avec une barre à 1,7m de haut. Fenêtres mal isolées, donc bruit des bars.

Очень хорошее расположение. Приятный персонал.

Отсутствие окон в мансардном номере. Две раздельные кровати просто придвинутые вместе и не закрепленные к спинке кровати. В итоге каждая из отдельных частей жила своей жизнью (постоянно разьезжались сдвинутые матрасы и спинки кроватей). Очень мягкий матрас ( но это вкусовщина , у меня на таком болит спина ). Так же если вы привыкли спать в тишине, то ее не будет часов до 2-х ночи, так как внизу расположены бары.

Great location, very friendly and attentive staff. We came to stay for 2 nights but ended up with 4. Absolutely loved the experience!

Music downstairs was a bit too loud but that's something you can't avoid if you stay in a place like that. So, no complaints

Расположение в самом центре, это просто топ. Персонал очень вежливый, приветливый. Завтрак хороший. Кровать супер комфортная. За эту цену лучший вариант. Внизу бар с красивым оформлением.

В соседнем заведении ночью до поздна музыка играла, но с закрытым окном почти не слышно, спать не мешает. Но это не проблема отела. И музыка хорошая.
