The gym doesn’t have a single piece of equipment that isn’t broken 🤣 They changed the room number of my room 3 times during my 5 day visit. I thought that I was losing my mind 😆

رائحة الحمام اعزكم الله صعبة جدا جدا الارضيات بالغرفة تحتاج إلى صيانة متكسرة التكييف صوته عالي جدا ومزعج في العموم يحتاج إلى الترقية كل شئ قديم متهالك

اكرمنا الله القراء دورة المياة لا يعمل المروش بشكل طيب بالإضافة إلي خروج الماء في كافة ارجاء الحمام و أصبح كان الحمام مسبح. و قد اخبرت الاستقبال و لكن الإصلاح تمشية حال.

Very poor and disorganized operation. Receptionist call me to clarify if I am willing to extend my stay, I explained i booked for 4 nights but he denied. I came later to another receptionist and he explained that there is no problem in my booking and he apologized for inconvenience. Poor room quality: No window, poor plumbing (bathroom sink is leaking) when you shower the whole bathroom is wet and floor is slippery. Some staff member has poor communication, neither Arabic nor English. It is clear that the room is not maintained regularly, telephone wire was off and damaged, no refills on laundry bags and forms.

Reviewed Nov 13, 2025الموقع ممتاز وقريب من مجمع تجاري ومطاعم. الطاقم بشوش ومتعاون جدا سواء في الاستقبال مثل الأخ خالد او المطعم وحتى العمال.
بعض الاثاث قديم وطرازه غير مريح مثل الكراسي الجلد والصوفا المنخفضة. جهاز الهاتف لايعمل ولم يمكن تغييره ولم اتمكن من الاستفادة من خدمات الغرف بسبب ذلك.

I had to change 3 rooms within 3 3 nights because of loud noises everywhere in 1st room, 2nd room noise and equipment damages (telephone, water flush and water heater damaged) 3rd room unluckily beside truck station. I can’t imagine truck station beside hotels room. Terrible experience for business trip. Truck under the balcony as per pictures.

نظافة الارضية للغرفة .. كانت سيئة جدا وتحتاج تغيير ارضية بما انها كانت باركيه ، انتهى عمرها التاريخي . الحمام ( البانيو ) ارضية مكسورة للبانيو بغرفة 8803 وتم اعاده تركيبها عن طريق السيلكون .. لا شكل مرتب ولا ارضيه مريحه للشاور .. يرجى الاهتمام ب ادق التفاصيل فيها .. ايضا ً المسبح الخارجي للفندق ( غير نظيف ) ويحتاج للأهتمام . والله اعاده تنجيد واهتمام للفندق ولو يتم وضع غرفة للالعاب للاطفال . راح يكون فندق على مستوى
