Close to border and easy to travel to HK and Macau. Customer service is great and staffs are very helpful.

Hotel is dated. They should do renovations to modernize. It feels stuck in the 1990s. Things are worn and have a musky smell. Otherwise the hotel is fine.

Overall comments are good except Hotel never replied to my enquiries after booking & days before check in regarding Breakfast buffet! Seems impolite & non clients oriented!

Check in process was a little slow and my room was not amazing (low floor and no view) but I like this place and find it very convenient

週末假期住宿一晚，整體來說，服務態度/ 整潔程度/配套設施都值回價錢，唯一一样可以說的就是離最近的地鐵站要走10分鐘左右，而且在橫街內，所以不好找！

訂房時說可用游泳池和健身室，打算有老有嫩一家人去玩。登記入住時被告知60歲以上不許用游泳池。和小孩去游泳池時，門口職員說每人都要有泳鏡泳帽才可以！我們有泳鏡沒泳帽，泳帽成人每頂收費50，小孩每頂收費40人民幣。最後無去游，太貴了，而且老人家也不能游。訂房時什麼資料也沒有講，乘興而來，落興而歸！

Prima hotel, maar er is geen bar oid om in de avond nog iets te drinken. Weinig tot geen westerlingen.

房間upgarde左，早餐種類非常多，健身室非常大，更加室內泳池，乎近有商場，食和購物都非常方便，步行幾分鐘就可到地鐵站，都算方便， 值得推介

Some residents were found smoking in side the hotel making the atmosphere very smelly with odour.

這個價錢，是CP值高的酒店。精品大床房，約20平方米，而電視較細。 隔音欠佳，隔離 / 上面 經常碰撞地板，很騷擾

性價比高！住宿好早餐正常！3樓有酒樓！交通方便去動物園、南頭古城不遠！南頭古城步行20分鐘就是花卉小鎮！

Not as good as Sentosa Taoyuan even if nearby. Room was quite small and not so new but good price for value still

Once I finally made it (as the various maps did not have it in the correct location), all went well. Friendly greeting. Much help, including being guided to the room. Very clean. For a first in a hotel with carpeting, no notable carpet stains! I opted for the least expensive room, as the size and design was exactly the same as the next price up, and had a lovely view of the building next door. (I'm thinking that's the difference - not a real issue for me.) Being a transition time of year for temperature, the cooling air was not on and it was a bit stuffy (even with fan on) until into the night. Mattress was not hard, but was still quite firm. My refrigerator didn't work well, but we came up with a solution to keep items chilled until I needed them. Plenty of space. Bathroom was a nice size. Breakfast buffet has great variety and a pleasant atmosphere. Not that far from a subway station, also.

it’s just a normal hotel

호텔이나 주변 환경은 매우 만족스러웠음 하지만 조식이 중국 로컬 호텔의 수준임 가격대비 전반적으로 괜찮았음

호텔 입구부터 깔금하고 직원들도 친절하였다. 방도 넓고 침대도 편안하였다. 아침부폐도 맛있었고, 수영장도 있어 하루종일 여행하다 아이들과 밤에 수영하고 나니 다리피로도 풀려서 꿀잠 잘 수 있었다. 중국 심천갈때 또 이용할 계획이다.

Aamupala länsimäiselle voi tuntua vähäiseltä. Aasialaisia vaihtoehtoja on runsaasti tarjolla. Huoneet tarvikkeet jääkaappi, silitysrauta eivät olleet kovin hyviä. Jääkaappi piti pientä ääntä ja silitysrauta oli huono. Punttisalin välineet ei kovin toimivia. Uima-allas oli iso. Internetyhteys oli ihan toimiva.

This is a good hotel if you are doing business in the Nanshan area of Shenzhen. Access from the airport via taxi is easy - less than 30 minutes without traffic. It is within 5 minutes' walk of Taoyuan Station on subway line 1. It is on a quiet street. There are numerous restaurants around the corner from the hotel. The hotel has everything you need, but has nothing particularly exciting: there is a western and a Chinese restaurant, but no bar.

No shuttle to airport. Concierge charge 400 yuan to Shenzhen airport for 2 due to large luggage which I thought was excessive. No breakfast included.

Sauberes Hotel in angenehmer Umgebung. Gym und Pool gut ausgebaut auf dem neuesten Stand. Restaurand mit vielseitigem Buffet, ansonsten waren zahlreiche Restaurants in der näheren Umgebung sowie auch Shopping Mals.

the hotel is very nice, the hotel staff is great, the breakfast is very good. the colors used the decoration (purple) make me a little depressed but this could be my personal problem. there was some noise, like a pump working, coming from the wall at night which interfered with my sleep.

This is a modern business hotel. The checking-in was fast and the staff spoke good English. Room had strong chemical odor upon entering on the day of arrival; no problem after that. It was hot in Shenzhen at the time of my visit (June/July) but the AC system was good. The breakfast was excellent with many western and Chinese choices. Only one English station on TV.

I got mix up with the other Sentosa Hotel in the same area, just a few blocks away from this one. And I believe they are under the same management company. This is actually the one I would like to recommend for the best value. With the gorgeous and regular street price Chinese restaurant & a western buffet restaurant which will save your trip to go eating outside. You'll also enjoy the accessible & the freshness of the newly opened hotel in quite street off the busiest Main Street. Many major facilities are close by the area, Tao Yuan subway station, line 1 and Nanshan hospital and many others.

New hotel, clean and comfortable, the pool is quite nice, though the whirlpool was not working while we were there. Breakfast is quite good for Chinese people, but not for Westerners. Hotel staff is trying hard to please the guests, but their English is not very strong and lack of good training. Overall, good value for Money.

The only thing I don't like is the stairs of the breakfast place; others are so great without any issue.

This was by far the worst hotel booking experience I have had in over 30 years of travel. The staff was discourteous and the room was unavailable. No effort was made to help find another room nor to make any accommodations for the lack of the room availability. I would never consider this hotel again and do not recommend that anyone every go to this hotel.

Good for business travel. Clean, new. Check the address before your call the cab. Sleep well during the trip. Nice breakfast.

Overall I liked this hotel. The surrounding area was nice and it was close to the hi-tech park. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Very new hotel and nicely equipped. Impressed by the level of the room, bathroom, bed, etc. Very clean and good sheets / towels / etc which are very important details which not all hotels get right. English level of staff isnt great but that usually shouldnt really be a big issue (unless you actually have an issue...) Breakfast choice was quite good and fitness facilities also quite good with both indoor and outdoor pool available. Would stay here again

Nice and comfortable room, good choices of breakfast and great location. But hotel only provide one breakfast per room although booking is for 2 person including breakfast which is the main disappointment.
