Reviewed Jun 4, 2026

We're in the hot spring and suddenly a staff came and told out to leave. We have no idea what's going on as the staff member was speaking to us in Japanese except all we know is to leave the hot spring. We didn't do anything that except being in the water itself. Not impressed!

Reviewed Mar 26, 2026Location is great near susukino but in a quiet area so you still can sleep peacefully. Room verry spacious compare with hotels in japan with affordable price. Very clean an comfy even they only clean the room once for 2 days. Conviniences store is near with various choice. Some viral resto are near too. Staffs verry polite and helpfull. They also have laundry mart.
Not all the staff speak english, even the FO staff, G translate will definetly need.
