Spectacular location, clean, comfortable and great staff always looking to accomodate our needs. Simply spectacular
Just a note for the minigolf and CrossFit course not really at the same level of the other services and amenities
Everything
Towel guy the man who’s tuff and always angry and say (HADI) and the chef’s in the dinner are always angry i dont know why 😂😂
Po prostu obłęd.

🇹🇷 Leaving a sincere, heartfelt review here for this wonderful hotel 🤎 🪬 We visited with our family (2 adults and 2 children) 👨👩👧👦, and everything was amazing in every respect. 🧿 First of all, the entire staff’s attitude was excellent—friendly, attentive, and hospitable. 🤗 A special shout-out to Kadir, the bartender at the Pool Bar, who spoiled us with the most delicious cocktails 🍹. 🪬 The food was very tasty and varied 🥗; if you don't manage to dine at the main restaurant, you can eat at the other restaurants on the premises. 🍹 🧿 I was impressed by how thoughtful they were in making my birthday special 🎊, even though I hadn't told them it was my birthday. A huge thank you to them! ❤️ 🪬 The rooms are cleaned daily. 🤍 🧿 The kids' mini-club features the loveliest staff members 🤗🌺 🧿 The sea is calm with clear water, and there are plenty of sunbeds for everyone. 🏖🌊 🪬 There are fun activities for both children and adults every evening. 💃 ✨️ I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MUKARNAS SPA RESORT! ✨️ Thank you to the entire team for a wonderful vacation and a lovely atmosphere! 🤎🍹
Just got back from our holiday at the Murkanas and had the most fabulous time! I went with my husband and 2 daughters ages 14 and 10. We booked a double room, but on arrival we felt it may be slightly too small for us. We asked for an upgrade to a family room which was sorted in minutes and cost us approx £150 extra. This was well worth it! We had a good sized room with bunkbeds and another equally spacious room with a double and single bed. Rooms were very clean and cleaned daily. The hotel facilities and grounds are amazing and there is never a dull moment when you are there due to the fabulous animation team! They were all amazing, especially Umut, who was a huge hit- he really made an effort with the kids, making sure they had the best time from start to finish!! The food was also very good too, plenty of options and you could never go hungry! Snack bars were fantastic if you wanted something in between the core meal times. The restaurant was very busy but pretty much what we expected for August! There are 5 different bars within the hotel too and the drinks were fab!! Cocktails were freshly made and the bar staff were all amazing, we loved the pool bar in particular! This was our first time in Turkey and we will definitely come back, we are already considering booking this hotel next year with another family. Every single member of staff made us feel so welcome and made it one of our best holidays yet!
Great accommodation, generous amenities, a luxurious green garden, delicious food, and very nice staff. Special thanks to our waiter Hamza. Definitely a place to remember and to come back to.
perfect all good and amazing daily activities and pool party shows all the stuff are nice especially entertainment ❤️
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was excellent, from the beautiful surroundings and clean, comfortable rooms to the delicious food and great facilities. The staff were friendly, helpful and always smiling, which made us feel very welcome. The atmosphere was fantastic, and we really enjoyed our time here. A special thank you to all the staff for making our holiday so enjoyable and relaxing. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back again! ❤️
Our stay at the Mukarnas Hotel in Alanya was simply dreamy: The staff, especially those who prepare the Gözleme, were incredibly hospitable and warm; special mentions go to Reception manager Rustam, Elif, and Mustafa, who fulfilled all our wishes, helped us immediately with every question, and supported us throughout our entire stay. The food was exquisite, the drinks were top-notch, the cleanliness was flawless, and the hospitality was shown by everyone with incredible warmth. We felt completely welcome, our wishes were always fulfilled, and we would recommend this hotel to anyone at any time.
In the reception bar the personal are very rough, aggressive and disrespectfull. If the top maagmant will foreseen this issue will be very good. All other things especially animators are perfect.
I would like to thank all the Mukarnas staff, especially the reception team, for their kindness and excellent service. We had a wonderful holiday and truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you for making our vacation so special! ❤️
Elsket alt ved hotellet, personalet var så vennlige snille og blide. Så barnevennlig. Maten var god å du gikk ikke sulten, var tilbud av fantastisk mat hele døgnet. Så rent å pent og markedet på hotellet var ikke dyrt.
Amazing hotel, staff are friendly and great with the children. Pools areas and rooms are always clean and spacious. Lots of activities for young children and teenagers and even adults to join in on. Different selection of food every night, not repetitive. Evening entertainment is enjoyable. Fully recommend this hotel just for the staff alone. They work extremely hard and always make sure everyone is enjoying themselves.
We got back yesterday from our family holiday. We arrived very early in the morning and so our check in experience was great and quiet, we chose a room upgrade for 70 euros and glad we did because we had a beautiful view of the hotel and the sea and a bigger room for us and our bigger boys. Negatives - very busy! We’ve been to Turkey 4 times and we found this hotel to be very busy. Lots of pushing and shoving and chaos at meal times. Honestly we ate out more than normal because we couldn’t be bothered with the mayhem. You ain’t getting a decent sunbed if you don’t go down before 7:30am! The pool bar is busy too, and there’s always a decent queue to get your drinks. One particular staff member behind the pool bar is rude. I didn’t get his name but he seemed annoyed if you ordered more than two drinks and snapped at a few others that we spoke to throughout the holiday. We are English and love to experience and mix with other cultures, I am a real people watcher and really appreciate everyone’s differences, however, I don’t know if there was something in the water but there was some really rude and arrogant guests during our stay. Pushing in front to get food or drinks, one Russian fella shouted in my sons face because he dared to laugh in the lift, luckily I wasn’t in the lift at the time, only his older brother. That really set the tone for my opinion on Russians, which may be slightly unfair but this was our experience. I only witnessed English guests thanking the staff too, which I find disgusting. The lifts are crap. If they aren’t broke or stuck then they literally take an age to come. We were on the 5th floor (top) and the lowest floor was -2, I could climb the stairs and not moan yeah, but I’m on holiday, I don’t want to climb 7 flights of stairs to get from the pool to my room. Finally, we had our lunch around 2pm on our last day, we both tried the chicken schwarma which tasted lovely, however our flight home was touch and go!!! I have never been so relieved to walk through my front door and see my own toilet, let’s put it that way. Positives - beautiful grounds. This hotel is located on a main road (busy) but you honestly feel like you are in a mini paradise. Beautiful greenery and surprisingly quiet with no traffic noise. Plenty for the kids to do, kids club, teen club, mini disco, little football pitch, tennis court, children’s park and little rides and the slides are brilliant. There’s also an arcade but you have to buy tokens, you also have to pay to play pool, bowling or go on the PlayStations. The staff are wonderful (barman not included) the guy who runs the teen club is hilarious and really good with the kids. The entertainment is probably some of the best we have experienced, the pool party was amazing, the beach foam party was so much fun and throughout the day there was always something going on (so expect some busyness and noise) but this is what we expected and have experienced before. The beach is beautiful, with diving decks which the kids loved. Only thing I’d say is buy some water shoes as it’s a stone beach and it kills your feet getting in and out. The food was lovely (apart from that last lunch we ate) something different each night to ease the usual food boredom that all inclusive brings. We did eat out a few nights and our favourite place was Palm restaurant, the steaks were something else! We went there a couple of times. Very clean rooms and well stocked mini bar, clean towels everyday etc. Overall we had a lovely time and it is a beautiful hotel, I just don’t think we would return it was, as I say, mad busy with lots of rudeness amoungst the guests. This isn’t the hotels fault, I understand that but I don’t think there is enough space round the pools, in the restaurant and bar for how many people the hotel can accommodate. If you have booked, and are due to go soon, you will have a lovely holiday but hopefully our review gives you an honest explanation and you can set your expectations. For shopping you can walk to an outlet from the hotel, like 5-10 minutes. Go at night when it’s busier otherwise you get hounded. We also went to to grand bazaar just further up the road and that was horrendous for being pestered. There was also a fight between shops when we were there which was quite scary, my youngest felt uncomfortable after that so we left. But the guys seemed desperate and aggressive at the grand bazaar and there wasn’t anything there that you couldn’t get at the outlet closer to the hotel.
This is not even really a review, more a public service announcement. If you are not the right ethnicity in this place, it is almost like you don't exist. The staff behaviour extended beyond rude at times, it was nearing contempt. We were glad to leave.
The best hotel with everything good
What an experience once again this is our second time here and it's absolutely amazing..... the staff can't do enough for you!! I don't think i'll go to another place in Turkey now if I'm honest! Huge shout out to all of the bar, resturant (Kadir couldn't do enough for us each evening he went the extra mile to find us a table of 8) and the animation team you are all superstars and it's one of the many reasons why we return!! Thank you so much for a great holiday and i'll see you all next year... (not just a holiday it feels like you are family)
We have just returned from a 10-night stay at Mukarnas Resort, and overall we had a lovely holiday. The hotel itself has the potential to be a genuine five-star resort, thanks to its incredible facilities and wonderful staff. There is so much to do for all ages. The hotel has a huge outdoor pool, an indoor pool and jacuzzi (which were a welcome escape from the 40°C+ heat), fantastic water slides, direct access to the beach with plenty of free sunbeds, multiple bars and restaurants, and entertainment throughout the day and evening. There are so many activities happening that you genuinely struggle to decide what to do each day. One of our favourite parts was the children’s area. The free fairground rides, including the teacups, were a huge hit with our children, and there are plenty of play areas to keep them entertained. A special mention has to go to the Kids Club staff. We have two autistic daughters, and every member of staff treated them with such kindness, patience and understanding. They made them feel completely welcome, and we couldn’t have asked for more. In fact, every member of staff we encountered throughout the hotel was friendly, hardworking and attentive. Unfortunately, the food was the biggest disappointment of the holiday. Our daughters have very restricted diets because they are autistic. Unlike many all-inclusive resorts we’ve visited, there wasn’t a reliable selection of simple children’s foods such as chicken nuggets available throughout the day. Most meals consisted of chips and melon for them, and we ended up buying additional food from local shops so they had enough safe foods to eat. I’m also coeliac, and the gluten-free options were extremely poor. There was very little choice, and most of my holiday meals consisted of chips and fruit, even with this I was reacting. There was a sign at the desk in the restaurant to speak to staff there about allergies, however I never saw a staff member there. The desserts weren’t labelled for allergens, so I couldn’t safely eat any of them apart from ice cream—which itself was only available for a short period in the afternoon rather than with evening meals. For a five-star all-inclusive hotel, I expected far better allergy awareness and gluten-free provision. We also found it frustrating that food wasn’t available all day, with meals only served during set time slots. If you missed those times, your options were quite limited. The only other negative was the behaviour of some of the Polish speaking guests. On several occasions, we witnessed belongings being moved from restaurant tables while other diners were getting food from the buffet, despite the tables clearly being occupied. We also witnessed towels being removed from sunbeds, on one occasion they put their towels over the towels of an English speaking guest who had said excuse me, but the Polish speaking guest became aggressively animated in gestures. This same polish speaking family would stand in front of our sun beds (which were poolside and not next to their poolside sunbeds) and put their food and alcohol in the floor right next to where the pool was and stand and talk in front of us blocking us walking to the pool that way and blocking sun. There is also plenty of umbrellas, however these guests removed our umbrella on several occasions. At the children’s play area, another child repeatedly pushed our daughter while no supervising adult appeared to intervene, so we had to remove her from the area. There was also smoking poolside, despite signs clearly directing to allocated areas, and lifeguards only monitor this in the area they are sat. Overall, I would absolutely recommend Mukarnas for its fantastic facilities, brilliant entertainment and outstanding staff. However, if you have coeliac disease, food allergies or children with highly restricted diets, it’s worth being aware that the dining experience may be challenging. Also challenging guests are definitely worth considering before booking as a holiday is meant to be a relaxing experience.
Our stay at Mukarnas Spa Resort was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, we felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of. A very special thank you to the reception team for their professionalism, kindness, and genuine hospitality. They were always ready to help with a smile, answered every question patiently, and made every part of our stay smooth and comfortable. We would also like to thank the bar team for their excellent service. They worked incredibly hard every day while always remaining friendly, attentive, and cheerful. The drinks were great, and the atmosphere they created made every evening even more enjoyable. The hotel itself was spotless, the rooms were comfortable, the food was delicious with plenty of variety, and the entertainment was fun for both adults and children. It is clear that every member of the staff works hard to ensure guests have a memorable holiday. Thank you to everyone at Mukarnas Spa Resort for making our vacation so special. We leave with wonderful memories and will definitely recommend this hotel to our family and friends. We are already looking forward to returning for another fantastic holiday!
We had a great holiday at Mukarnas! A big thank you to the amazing reception team for their warm welcome and excellent service. The kitchen, restaurant, and bar staff were always friendly, attentive, and hardworking, providing delicious food and outstanding service throughout our stay. The animation team kept everyone entertained with fun activities and great shows every day. Thank you to the entire Mukarnas team for making our vacation so special. We can’t wait to come back!
Location - ok, close to bazar. Private transfer long at 1.45hr. Not much else in walking distance. Rooms- spacious enough, cleaners do an amazing job daily. Nice views. Food - we aren’t fussy at all but felt a lot of repetitive foods on offer and little English options, especially for the kids. The restaurant is mayhem and takes away a relaxing experience. Service wasn’t great either. We have been used to hotels bringing drinks to our table on request but this was rare at this hotel. The Al A Carte restaurants are extra charge which aren’t usually at other hotels we’ve stayed in so this was disappointing. We did pay to do the bbq and the setting was lovely. The peach and melon wine are SO nice. Wasn’t sure about mixing raw chicken with other meats ready to put on bbq though. ** our family and our friends-8 of us all came down with a bug/food poising- unsure what from but we didn’t eat outside or the hotel. Pools/slides/sunbeds - staff don’t monitor sunbeds like other hotels but it wasn’t too bad. We were going down just before breakfast at 8.30am and plenty of beds free. Kids enjoyed the slides and pools were clean. Entertainment - was hit and miss but this isn’t really our thing anyway and teenage kids weren’t bothered. They certainly work hard. The teenager animation lead was weird and made my youngest son very uncomfortable with inappropriate gestures. Overall the hotel wasn’t amazing but it wasn’t awful. The reception area is stunning and the drinks were good. We just wouldn’t return due to illness, location, hidden additional charges for restaurants and the experience of service is main restaurant.
Went to mukarnas spa resort hotel for 10 days. Me and my children had the best time ever. Hotel was clean food was good staff was friendly.. Teenager activities are good a member of staff name Umut was very friendly and helpful making your hoilday more enjoyable. My children really enjoyed his activity and also very nice to talk to him. Definitely would stay here again. Thank you to everyone at mukarnas spa Brian
Amazing hotel so much to do, staff are amazing and can't do enough to help Food and drinks are fantastic, so fresh and changes daily. Would stay again in a heartbeat
Mukarnas is a very clean and well resources hotel and spa. The food was generally good The Baklava dessert and the freshly made Turkish food in the afternoons were lovely..great pool.and good pool bar. What would have made this an excellent stay was if mukarnas front line management and concierge service worked on their interpersonal skills and actually cared for their visitors. We arrived as a family of four at 3am and were met by a very cold and stern faced concierge. There's a lady who is particularly disinterested in devoting any time to any queries and was really short and sarcastic. Otherwise Mukarnas was good. The cleaning, spa and pool waiters and staff are lovely.
Just returned after a 10 night stay and have very mixed thoughts. I'll start with the positive, Food - breakfast , lunch and dinner amazing! Never got bored, so much variety, different themes every night. And our waiter at dinner was brilliant, could not be more helpful. Drinks - no complaints, 24 hour all inclusive pool bar which was impressive! Service - really good and the staff were very hard working and appreciated the occasional tip which was very much deserved! Entertainment and Animation Team - incredible!! By far the best part of our stay, they were our heroes for the stay with looking after and keeping our children safe and entertained and also us as parents entertained with activities from 10am through to 11.30pm and never looking anything other than happy to be there and be with us. Every day and evening there something was going on all day, and these guys are the absolute heart of this resort! Thank you!! Especially Umut who was my Sons best mate 😁 Bad points You know some places take you a day or two to settle in... This took me a full week to get used to it..... Other guests - rudeness and the amount of other guests. Too many things to list but kids were left to run riot, jumping over, in-between and a compete disregard of personal space was something that happened every day. Adults were rude, never said thanks, never smiled, hardly even acknowledged you was there and a complete disregard of others that inevitably meant the children were the same. At meal times, the amount of food some of these people pulled out of the buffet onto plates was incredible and inevitably wasted. They pushed into queues, walked at you when navigating and could barely even look at you... Greedy, rude, completely self absorbed people were everywhere which ruined the stay more than anything else. Main pool - not big enough for the amount of guests, I NEVER felt relaxed.. similar to above in terms of rudeness and lack of awareness of others around them with splashing, bombing sitting on your sunbeds etc (while you was on them!) but the main pool is just not well layed out for that many guests, which leads me onto the next point Sunbeds - we never had an issue getting one as you allowed to get to from 7am which is policed well.. however there is a huge issue with towels going down at 7 and then people not coming back to them until 10-11am...and there is far too many of them, jam packed around the pool, stacked 6 rows deep in some areas and hardly any room for access to the pool for guests meaning you have people pushing past you while you're on the sunbeds trying to get access to the pool. Not a relaxing day by the pool by any means. Room - beach/pool view room, very small for family of 4 and was never a place I enjoyed being. Air con was good but cleaning was meh, had no soap for 3 days until I took the dispenser apart to visibly show it was empty. Location - nothing really nearby other than some markets which were good but a 15-20 min walk away. Beach - covered in pebbles, almost unusable as a place to get away from the chaos with small children Restaurants - needs Al la carte options included as part of the all inclusive, not been to one before that does not offer this without a surcharge and its only one restaurant. The main buffet restaurant inside feels like an Airport Lounge! Not a nice place to eat so I would encourage sitting outside for dinner and breakfast where you can comfortably sit without the heat being too strong and feel like you're in a fancier place than inside. Now most of this on regards to guests behaviour and attitude the hotel cannot control which I get, but the hotel should be more aware that when you have busy periods such as July there needs to be considerations with meal times not being just 2 hours for dinner, possibly having another adults only pool or even a kids pool that's deeper than the 34cm one there already for babies which would lighten the load on the main pool and sunbeds required for the amount of guests. Would I return, probably not, it didn't feel like a relaxing family getaway, it felt chaotic, anxiety ridden and full of people I would actively avoid if I had the choice. If we did return it would only be for the kids as the animation team was the best we have ever experienced at any resort and truly made our stay so much easier to forget about the bad stuff and concentrate on the kids experience.
We had a really enjoyable holiday with my family at Mukarnas. It is an excellent family hotel, and I’d like to share our experience in detail below. Main Restaurant – 8/10 The food was delicious throughout our stay. The themed dinner nights (Turkish, Mexican, and others) were especially interesting, and my family really enjoyed them. The only negative point was the service speed. However, I don’t think this is the staff’s fault. The problem is simply that there aren’t enough employees. They were running everywhere and working extremely hard, and you could clearly see how exhausted they were. I hope the management will consider increasing the number of staff. Mini Club – 9/10 A special thanks to Bety and Imana. They are very kind and hardworking. My daughter even started calling them her sisters. 😊 They made her holiday unforgettable. Pool – 10/10 The pool is large enough, and you can always find a place to swim. I also really appreciated the sunbed policy. Guests are not allowed to reserve sunbeds with towels before 7:00 a.m., which is a great rule and makes everything much fairer. Bars (Pool, Beach, etc.) – 7/10 The bars were good overall. The staff were friendly, and the cocktails were nice. Nothing particularly outstanding, but we were satisfied. Snack Bar – 10/10 One of our favorite places! The snacks were delicious, the atmosphere was amazing, and my family really enjoyed having lunch there every day. The meat was especially tasty. Ice Cream Bar – 4/10 Unfortunately, there wasn’t much variety. There was only one type of ice cream available each day, which is disappointing for such a large hotel. Also, one of the employees always had a poker face. 😄 Morning activities: 10/10 This was my favorite part of the holiday! The animation team was amazing, especially the morning activities. They were fun, energetic, and entertaining. Evening shows: 6/10 I wasn’t a big fan of some of the evening shows (such as the fire show). Interestingly, when the evening entertainment was performed by the animation team themselves, it was much more enjoyable and fun. Beach – 8/10 The biggest disadvantage is the rocky beach. However, the beach itself is well designed, with comfortable sunbeds and a very nice pier, so we still enjoyed spending time there. Room – 10/10 The room was spacious enough, with a cozy balcony that we loved. Everything looked modern and new, and the bed was very comfortable. Housekeeping – 10/10 The housekeeping team was incredibly hardworking and kind. We were very satisfied with their service throughout our stay. Final note :) We truly loved Mukarnas. Our 8-day holiday was amazing and unforgettable. The friendly staff and wonderful atmosphere made us feel welcome from the first day. It was also great to see guests from so many different countries and cultures, which made the hotel feel even more lively and international. The only downside is the distance from Antalya Airport—it takes almost two hours to reach the hotel. But honestly, after spending a few days at Mukarnas, you completely forget about that long transfer. Thank you to the entire Mukarnas family for giving us such a wonderful holiday. We hope to see you again!
I have stayed in less expensive 5-star hotels in Turkey that offered a much better overall experience. This was the first time I felt I was spending far too much of my holiday simply trying to get a beer. The waiting times were extremely long, with queues almost everywhere, which was both disappointing and frustrating. The beach is also not very child-friendly. It has medium-sized stones and constant waves, so children cannot safely play in the water without direct parental supervision. As a result, the pools were always overcrowded and not very enjoyable to use. On the positive side, the hotel has very good facilities, and the staff were friendly, professional, and helpful. With better organization and shorter waiting times, the overall guest experience could be significantly improved. Overall not recommended.
Location: Lovely location and we spent 60 euro each way on private hire taxi booked in advance with Aircon. About 1.5 hours from airport. Stoney beach so bring beach shoes if you don't want to walk on stones. Beautiful. Buzzing atmosphere in July. Quite a lot of hustle and bustle in the resteraunt and by the poolside. We watched 2 sunbed wars happening over the week. Not the hotels fault - just some tourists being rude to each other. Beach is chill and more space to chill. Pool is packed in July. I've been before in May and June and much more enjoyable for me then :) Rooms are stunning and housekeepers are fantastic 10/10. Aircon is beautiful. Beds are comfy. We booked as a couple and had a king-size bed, a single and a pull down bed in the room when we arrived and I wondered if that's because it's so busy and there wasn't time to take the other bed out ? It was taken out the next day. Great value for money. Thank you Mukarnus. Noise level is fine. Louder poolside. More chill beach. Noise quietens after 11pm. Obviously in July it is school holidays so we heard lots of children screaming in the evenings ( not a problem for us but if it would bother you book when it isn't school holidays). Service was fine in July. Cleaners 10/10. Emir who hosts BBQ 10/10. Main restraunt - Breakfast 7/10 for staff being attentive. Lunch 7/10 for staff being attentive. Dinner 4/10 for staff being attentive. The staff general effort though 10/10 as they were so busy. I shouldn't have sat my whole meal without being greeted or asked if I required water over dinner. Food in resteraunt 10/10. The children who were working as waiters and cleaners 10/10 - service with a smile and they were more and more confident everyday. I think we will return again - it will be my fourth time. However I would prioritise my visit in April, May and June time as this suits my preference for busyness ☺️ A side note - it is wonderful hospitality overall. I can only imagine all the effort that goes into creating the unique experiences that are provided.
The hotel have gone above and beyond for our family holiday, great hotel and staff.
Le personnel très agréable et professionnel La propreté irréprochable
En cette période de chaleur la climatisation est primordial mais le système de l hôtel n'était pas à la hauteur. On aurait dû changer de chambre le deuxième jour
We stayed for 10 nights at the end of June into early July, travelling as a family of three with two nearly-teenage children, and I can honestly say this is the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in. From the moment we stepped off the airport transfer, the service was exceptional. We were greeted with warm smiles, our luggage was taken for us, and every member of staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Despite there being very few English guests during our stay, every member of staff made a real effort to communicate in English, which made us feel comfortable from day one. We were also offered a room upgrade at a fantastic price, which made our holiday even more special. The entertainment team deserves a special mention because they truly made our holiday unforgettable. Every single one of them was amazing, but Umet, Ozzy, and the lovely lady everyone knew as “Crazy Girl” were absolutely outstanding. Their energy, enthusiasm and interaction with guests were second to none. From 10am until 5pm every day there were activities for everyone, including children, adults and families. There were pool games, beach volleyball, football, basketball, yoga, belly dancing, gym sessions and so much more. There was always something happening, and they made sure everyone felt included without ever being pushy. The evening entertainment was just as impressive. Every night there was a different professional show, along with incredible pool parties and a beach foam party, which were highlights of our holiday. There was never a dull moment. The food was fantastic, with an incredible amount of choice throughout the day. The main restaurant served breakfast, lunch and dinner, along with late breakfast and late dinner options. There was also the snack bar, the Amphi Bar, and a 24-hour pool bar, which I’ve genuinely never experienced at any other hotel. No matter what time of day or night, food and drinks were always available. The hotel itself was spotless. The cleaners did an amazing job every single day, and every area of the hotel was kept beautifully clean and well maintained. The pools were immaculate, and there were always plenty of sunbeds available, so there was no need to wake up early to reserve one with a towel. The water slides were brilliant and great fun for both children and adults. The Mini Club was fantastic, with lots of free activities available, although there were optional extras if you wanted them. The children’s rides, professional photographers, and other facilities were all excellent. We chose to have professional photos taken, and they were absolutely worth it. The location is stunning, right by the beach, with beautiful scenery everywhere you look. Although the hotel was busy, it never felt overcrowded because there was so much space throughout the resort. I genuinely cannot fault a single thing about our stay. Every member of staff—from reception, the bar staff and restaurant staff to housekeeping and the entertainment team - worked incredibly hard to make every guest feel welcome and looked after. They have a spa, hair salon, minute mart, arcades, internet cafe and so much more. This hotel truly deserves its five-star rating. Whether you’re travelling as a couple, with friends, or as a family with children of any age, I would recommend it without hesitation. It was an unforgettable holiday, and we will definitely be returning.
Hotel Facilities – 4/5 Overall, the hotel has some excellent facilities. The highlight of the trip was definitely the large family pool and water slides, which were great for both children and adults. There is also a convenient bar near the beach, making it easy to grab drinks throughout the day. The lobby is spacious and attractive, although it was a shame that the lights were often switched off, which made it feel less welcoming in the evenings. The hotel offered good nightly entertainment with a variety of shows, which we enjoyed. The beach is only a short walk away, although it is quite pebbly, so beach shoes may be useful. We also visited the spa, which was a nice addition to the facilities available. Food – 3/5 The buffet food was generally okay, but it lacked variety. Breakfast was enjoyable and offered a good selection, however the options throughout the rest of the day felt repetitive. After a few days, it seemed like many of the same dishes were being served, which became a little disappointing for a longer stay. Service – 2/5 Unfortunately, the service was the weakest part of our experience. During dinner, it was often difficult to get drinks or even water. We regularly had to fetch our own water from the waiters’ station because waiting for service took too long. Eventually, we stopped asking and got drinks ourselves. Having to take water bottles, and cutlery from the waiters. Although, when speaking to them they were all pleasant just seemed very busy. We also had an uncomfortable experience when enquiring about a late checkout. The receptionist appeared to laugh at us during the conversation, and we were left confused as to what was amusing about our request. The checkout experience was particularly disappointing. Despite having arranged a 4pm checkout, a cleaner knocked on our door around ten minutes beforehand and pointed at the time. They then knocked again a few minutes before 4pm. We have never experienced this at any hotel before. To make matters worse, around 5 cleaners were sitting on the floor outside our room waiting for us to leave, which felt unnecessary and quite rude. Overall The hotel has some fantastic facilities, especially the pools, slides, entertainment and beach access. However, the repetitive food options and several poor service experiences prevented the stay from being as enjoyable as it could have been.
Our stay at hotel was amazing 💖, firs of all atmosphere was very nice, staff was always friendly and reliable, especially animators from Kids Club, the did excellent job every single day, made our kids happy and i am sure that they will remember it for a long time🥰. special thanks to Katerina, Bety, Imane & Elif. I wholeheartedly recommend it to all who have children.🌞💞💞
I'd love to say "the sea", but even the sea was dirty with plastic and just dirt floating around the last three days of our stay
1. check-in: the dirty floors in our room and someone's nails on it 2. the room reeked of sewage (they tried to fix it twice with no luck, so eventually we had to change the room (the new one smelled like smoke) 3. the cover sheet is some sort of polyester thingy, with no cotton sheet underneath (had to call the front desk and ask for a regular white sheet) 4. all-inclusive means water, coca-cola or Efes, because everything else is undrinkable (two-buck-chuck wine and cheap vodka mixes they call cocktails are just way to off) 5. sun beds on the beach are covered with matresses wrapped in some sweaty rubber ish material 6. the sea was dirty with plastic and just dirt floating aroud
Breakfast was fantastic
The hotel is not suitable for muslims as everyone is drunk and keeps drinking none stop, don’t recommend that place for any muslims
Wonder full environment
Pool and Food
Very nice hotel best food and crew Hamza best and helpful men 🙂
I had a very nice stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable and the location was perfect. The food was very good and the service was excellent. A special thank you to Hamza he is the best waiter. He was very friendly, attentive and made our stay even better. I really enjoyed my stay and I would definitely come back.
We wanted to share how absolutely wonderful our stay was — this has honestly been the best holiday we have ever had, and we cannot speak highly enough of every part of our experience here. From the moment we arrived, everything felt thoughtful, luxurious and well‑organised. The resort facilities are outstanding: beautiful spa areas, relaxing pools, lush grounds, and so many lovely spaces to unwind — every detail was kept clean, comfortable and inviting. A special mention goes to Umut from the animation team — his energy, enthusiasm and friendly attitude made every activity fun and memorable. He went above and beyond to make sure guests felt included and happy, always with a smile. We were also so impressed by all the bar staff, Served Ahmed Mehmed restaurant teams and management. Even though we sadly cannot remember every name, every person we met was polite, attentive and genuinely caring. Service was consistently excellent — drinks and meals were delicious, served with care, and nothing was too much trouble. It’s rare to find a resort where every department works together so smoothly to create such a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Mukarnas Spa Resort has set a new standard for us — we will definitely return and recommend it to everyone we know. Thank you for making our holiday perfect!
This resort is worthy of No Star rating but the system does not allow it . Their standards reflect this on very many levels . Firstly the hotel accept zero responsibility if you have concerns about your safety or health . To elaborate if other guests are being unreasonably offensive or aggressive the hotel refuses to take action . If the noises from next rooms are at the loudest decibels. Air conditioning / shower doesn’t work so reception ‘ deals ‘ with it by pointing out that other guests have no reason to complain ! Be prepared for a brick wall response from the reception and hotel . Their retort every time is other guests have no complaints! Really . Now when we it comes to cuisine ( shouldn’t use such an elaborate description ) it’s completely unimaginative and stodgy. For any vegetarians ( no fish seafood or meat ) it’s mash and chips with the odd spinach or chickpea dish . No choices . The desserts were ok but they frequently ran out . The irritating end to all meals was the dining room started packing things up even 45 mins before end of session. So you walked around with an empty plate and rude staff . One or two spoke English ( broken ) but effort was not made to understand what you’re trying to say. One of the waiters spilled coke IN my daughter’s Gucci bag . Once the legitimacy of the bag was established via receipt and proof of purchase the hotel ( via the manager Mr Tonga Cavus ) shirked its culpability in every way possible. We arranged a formal meeting with Mr Cavus who continued to be on his phone during the meeting. He even shook my hand whilst sitting down initially! Whilst I do not expect protocol to be followed strictly to English standards these are mannerisms that should run parallel with managing a supposedly 5* hotel . In addition his demeaning tonality and constant interruption left one in no doubt that he was talking ( down ) to a bunch of women . My daughter was in tears at the end of this supposed meeting. The hotels offer was leave the bag here for THEIR INSURER to establish damage done , dry clean on premises or take it out of the waiters salary or FREE MASSAGE . . No compensation was even canvassed. I guess the one star for this review goes to the spa where Husseyn and his team did their utmost to give us excellent service . His was the redeeming factor in our stay which will never be repeated again . When this was highlighted to Mr Cavus his masculinity took over with disregard in his shrugged shoulders and arrogance in his words ‘’ we have 430 rooms and we will always fill them up ‘’ The pity is we go every year to Antalya to celebrate my mother’s birthday ( in her 80’s ) and this is the only hotel with such disdain and cavalier abdication of its goodwill towards the guests.
Harika bir deneyimdi. Ambians ve manzara cok guzel. Calisanlar cok yardimsever. Hic bir sorun yasamadik Spa harikaydi. Otel de hersey cok guzel organize edilmisti. Umarim tekrar gelme sansimiz olur.
Hersey harikaydi. Sadece otel kurallarinda aksam yemegine erkekler uzun pantolonla gelmesi istenmesine ragmen, musteriler sortla geliyordu. O konuyu da cozebilirlirse dunya standartlarina uymus olurlar.
Hamza the best emploee. Our stay was very nice . Very good food, great shows and kind people
This hotel falls nowhere near the standard expected of a 5★ resort and is extremely difficult to recommend. One of the biggest failures is the lack of air conditioning. For a resort of this size to not have AC running in May, while temperatures reach 25–28°C, is completely unacceptable, especially when air conditioning is actively advertised as part of the stay. Guests are left trying to sleep in hot, humid rooms that feel suffocating at night. The lack of sleep alone is enough to ruin the entire holiday experience. The food offering is equally disappointing. Variety is severely lacking, with the same repetitive options appearing day after day. Guests should be prepared to eat chips with almost every meal. For a supposed 5★ resort, the food feels cheap, lazy, and mass-produced rather than fresh or enjoyable. Hygiene standards throughout the hotel are genuinely concerning. Guests have been served drinks in dirty cups still covered in lipstick marks. Undercooked chicken has been served at dinner, posing an obvious health risk. There have also been incidents of children coughing directly over buffet food and hair being found in meals. Basic cleanliness and food safety standards appear to be poorly managed. The atmosphere around the resort is far from relaxing. Many guests were rude and inconsiderate, with children pushing into queues unchecked and individuals leaving toilets without washing their hands before heading straight to the buffet. Staff did little to control or address any of this. Room maintenance is another complete failure. One guest had to change rooms multiple times, first because of a sewage smell coming from the toilet, then because the balcony door would not open, followed by a broken shower head that made showering impossible. After finally being moved again, the replacement room had a door that would not close properly. That level of neglect says everything about how poorly this hotel is maintained. Management response throughout was appalling. In one incident, a waiter spilled an entire glass of Coke into a guest’s expensive bag. Despite the damage caused, there was no proper apology, no accountability, and no compensation offered. Complaints in general appeared to be dismissed rather than resolved. Multiple concerns raised directly to management and reception during the stay were ignored or brushed aside, with little to no action taken. Noise levels were another major issue. Late-night parties continued into the night, preventing guests from resting. When complaints were made to reception, they were dismissed with the excuse that “no one else had complained,” and absolutely nothing was done. The on-site bazaar shop is also worth avoiding entirely. Prices are massively inflated and clearly targeted at tourists. What makes the experience even more frustrating is how misleading the hotel’s online reputation appears to be. The hotel heavily promotes itself as a luxury 5★ destination and presents itself as being among the best, but the reality does not come close to matching the image advertised online. Multiple guests experienced similar issues throughout their stay, which makes it difficult to believe these are isolated incidents. The only redeeming part of the stay was the entertainment team, who made an effort to keep guests engaged, along with the waiters, bar staff, and housekeeping staff who were generally polite and hardworking. Unfortunately, their efforts are completely undermined by poor management and the overall condition of the resort. Overall, this hotel fails on comfort, hygiene, food quality, maintenance, and customer service. It does not deserve its 5★ rating and simply does not provide the standard of holiday experience guests are paying for.
During our stay, my partner and I were attacked by a large group (10+) of heavily intoxicated guests in the hotel in an unprovoked attack. We could have been killed. Our two young children aged 2 and 4 also witnessed this and were also traumatised by the incident. We respectfully requested that the hotel remove the guests responsible, due to the duty of care that they have for their guests and the unacceptable behaviour of our assailants. They refused, stating that: ‘we will remove them if it happens again; they (the assailants) have said sorry and it won’t happen again; there are too many of them to remove and we don’t have the authority to do this’. They took this stance, after having watched the sheer viciousness of the attack via their CCTV systems. Nonetheless, they were content that no action needed to be taken regarding our assailants. There was zero consequence for those responsible for carrying out this vicious attack on us. Not only this, but the hotel also enabled said assailants to reach such levels of intoxication on the night of the attack. Some 12 hours after the attack, the same assailants were sat around the pool, drinking alcohol. Therefore, it can be said that the hotel has zero regard for the safety of its guests; including women and children. This hotel is unsafe, especially for families. I would strongly advise any families in particular to avoid this hotel and stay elsewhere as your safety cannot be guaranteed there.
We were allowed to check in in the morning and we were able to spend time at the hotel on the last day until our flight in the late evening. Several evening performances were masterclasses. The event team worked hard whole the day to make sure everyone had a great time. Special thanks to Anu from animation team whose energy was amazing even at midnight. Big thanks to Alis from pool bar who was very friendly and whose cocktails were much better than the others.
Great
Nothing
We stayed again at this wonderful hotel. It’s timeless classic design that is stylish and comfortable What makes it so special is the amazing staff. From the moment you arrive you are greeted with a smile. All the staff are friendly. You can relax quietly or join in the many activities available. Pool games, dance classes, fun competitions. The food is very varied and always fresh. The spa offers amazing treatments. Recommend the Turkish bath & massage. Onsite hairdressers, shop Pool bar ( 24 hour) variety of restaurants / snacks. Ideal for couples, young families. Also entertainment every night in the outdoor amphitheater, also disco Special mention to Kadir. One of the waiters in main restaurant who looked after us. This hotel is all inclusive and everything is included. So ideal if you’re on a budget. You will find the landscape gardens beautiful . The beach has a sun deck pier and bar Also private sea swimming.
totul este la superlativ
nu este nisip catre plaja (doar pietre)
This place is amazing, very clean, staff couldn't do enough for you, couldn't fault the food, lots of choice, and we'll cooked. There is always some form of entertainment going on during the day for the adults ( volleyball, waterpolo, shooting, darts to name afew) and the animation team (kids club) are fantastic, lots of activities for kids of all ages. Large pool, with separate waterslides, private beach with pier. Would definitely visit again, the only reason it dropped a star is because of the trip we booked to go to ; zoo, boat ride, dinner, mudbath or fishing (which did not happen) and foam party. We were misled about extras we had to pay for, missing itineraries. The rep "promised" to make it right, but nothing was done about our complaints. But please do not let the bad experience of the trip (70 euros per person) put you off from coming to this excellent establishment, this was the only disappointment in an otherwise perfect holiday.
A minibárból is tudtunk fogyasztani, minden nap feltöltötték.
We visited Mukarnas Resort and Spa in April 2026. Overall, our experience was positive, especially thanks to the staff and the compact layout, though there are details to keep in mind. What we liked: Staff and language skills: The staff's foreign language skills are very good. Special thanks to the Mini Club team (Katerina, Elif, Bety and Imane) — they are professional and genuinely friendly with the children. Safety: The hotel grounds are compact, making it safe and easy for children to move around on their own. Rooms and cleanliness: Both the common areas and the rooms were clean and tidy. The room was small, but we didn't spend much time there, so it didn't bother us. Pools and sea: Although the pools and slides are unheated, they were already warm enough in April. The beach was well-maintained but stony (as is typical in Turkey), and the seawater was already pleasant for swimming. Things to consider: Food and fruit: The food selection was mediocre and repetitive, especially for vegetarians. The fresh fruit selection was limited to apples, bananas, pears, oranges, and grapefruit. Dated play areas: While the hotel itself was clean, the attractions in the children's area and the sports field are noticeably worn out and in need of refreshment. Location and shopping: There is nowhere to go for a walk in the immediate vicinity. There are a few bazaars nearby, but no fixed-price shops. The nearest Migros is about a 20-minute walk away. Summary: A good choice for families who prioritize kids' entertainment and safety, but you should keep your expectations modest regarding the food.
We visited with 2 adults and 3 kids, we were offered bigger room than what we booked, staff was great especially entertainment team and kids club team (Imane, Betty, Katerina and Elif), great variety of food all day. Had amazing experience and would love to come back here. Shozab Ali Taj, Room 1597.

Review for Hamza – Mukarnas Spa Resort: Hamza is an amazing waiter! Always smiling, very attentive, and incredibly fast. Drinks are refilled before you even notice, and the service feels truly personal. He makes every guest feel like a VIP. Friendly, professional, and full of positive energy. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommended!
I have nothing but praise for this beautiful hotel, the staff are just wonderful, it is so clean, the food is really good which when staying all inclusive is often hit or miss, the pool area is clean, plenty of space and beds, just lovely, we travel home tomorrow sad to leave.
Unfortunately, this hotel stay did not meet expectations of a 5-star experience. The food was wasn’t great and often served cold, and the room air conditioning wasn’t working properly, which made the stay uncomfortable. The hotel itself feels quite dated and could really benefit from an upgrade, as it’s starting to look tired. Service was also disappointing—many staff members seemed uninterested, and some were quite rude. We weren’t offered information about spa access or any activities, which made the experience feel lacking. That said, there were a couple of bright spots. One restaurant staff member, I believe named Vesi, was very pleasant, and a barman in the lobby stood out for his friendly attitude and attentiveness, always keeping our drinks topped up. The tattoo artist was also very nice. There’s also not much to do around the hotel, and the lobby bar lacks atmosphere in the evenings. Some live entertainment like a pianist or singer would really improve the ambiance, especially for guests who don’t want to attend the main shows. Overall, disappointing for what should have been a 5-star stay
Do not go to this hotel, they condone violence and don't keep you safe. Allow people to attack families and let them remain drinking alcohol it is not safe and the management do not help you.
I do try and give a fair review on all the hotels we stay in…We just spent a week at this lovely hotel and my wife said how would I rate it..8/10 it is an excellent hotel for families with so much on offer including rides and the water park. It’s a very clean hotel and food for most nationalities on offer so something for most palettes. So why only 8/10 because we don’t feel it’s really catering for the older people as it’s got constant very loud music all day around the pool, and it even starts playing soft music at 7am and in the early evening, the design of the hotel means it echoes and things are loud till around 10 or 11 at night. Don't get me wrong for the younger generation and families it’s fantastic clean hotel with a lot to offer but it’s not for us as we prefer a more relaxed holiday but then we are in our 60s.
From the moment we arrived, this hotel exceeded every expectation. The welcome was warm and genuine, setting the tone for what turned out to be a truly memorable stay. The room was spotless, beautifully presented, and incredibly comfortable — one of those spaces where you instantly feel relaxed and at home. The attention to detail throughout the hotel was impressive, from the stylish décor to the thoughtful little touches that made all the difference. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and we had some of the best sleep we’ve had in a long time. The staff deserve a special mention — friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile with a smile. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and their care really elevated the whole experience. The food was outstanding, both in quality and presentation. Whether it was breakfast or an evening meal, everything was fresh, delicious, and clearly prepared with care. Overall, this hotel offers the perfect combination of comfort, quality, and exceptional service. We left feeling refreshed, well looked after, and already planning our return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
The hotel is in a very beautiful location, and the food is good, tasty, and clean. The service is good, and all the staff are friendly and professional. The person in charge of the hair styling salon is very kind and professional.
Just returned from a lovely week here, firstly hotel is spotless, reception/bar area is beautiful, rooms nice and spacious very comfy beds, hot showers, Pool outside very cold but still went in, spent more time at the heated indoor pool/ sauna. We never were hungry! Food is excellent and theres lots of it! Snack bar on afternoon choice of chips, pizza, salad, fajitas, cakes, burgers then afterwards waffles, jacket spuds, hotdogs you will never be hungry! Beach is pebbled not sandy so never spent any time there. There is no direct bus from here to side you have to go to manavgat and change , we did it took about 20 mins to manavgat then another 15 to side. Out front about a 12 min walk to the right is a market, worth a walk out got some bargains. All in all a great hotel and we would defo return 100%!
It was a pleasant trip. Mukarnas hosted us wonderfully, and everything was great. But one barman truly won our hearts — Ali, the Big Heart. Such a kind, fun, and unforgettable person. Thanks!
Доброжелательный и отзывчивый персонал, вкусная и разнообразная еда! Отель, в который хочется вернуться!
Mukarnas very good Hamza service in the restaurant was fantastic.
We’ve just returned from an incredible stay at Mukarnas Spa Resort and I honestly can’t recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, the staff were absolutely outstanding – friendly, attentive, and always going above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience possible. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The food was another highlight – a fantastic variety every day, all fresh and delicious. There was something for everyone, and every meal felt like a treat. The kids’ restaurant was also really impressive – such a great idea with its own play section and self-service area, which made mealtimes fun and easy for the children. The entertainment team were truly amazing and brought so much energy and fun to the resort. A special mention has to go to the wonderful ladies at the kids club – Imane, Katrine and Elif. My daughters absolutely adored them and couldn’t wait to go back each day. Varya was especially lovely – she was so warm, kind, and genuinely caring with the children. She took the time to get to know my daughters, made them feel completely comfortable, and always went out of her way to include them and make them feel special. It was so reassuring as a parent to see how attentive and nurturing she was, and it really made a huge difference to our holiday. My daughters are still talking about her! Overall, this was a perfect family holiday and we made so many lovely memories. We will definitely be returning – thank you Mukarnas Spa Resort for such a special stay!
Very amazing hotel. The food was lovely, rooms were great and very well maintained, pool and nighttime entertainment also very good. The service in the hotel is perfect, and all staff very friendly, hamza was very nice and always had a smile on his face.
hotel room was beautiful, food is lovely especially at dinner. great value for money. service from hamza was wonderful, what a legend
Just returned from 10 days at the Mukarnas for the second time and already looking to book for next year. This was our second time at the Mukarnas hotel and we brought our friends and their two children with us and we would highly recommend to anyone. The hotel itself is stunning both inside and outside with spacious, well equipped and immaculately clean rooms. The maids were in every day and left the room spotless. We upgraded on arrival to a family room and this was much cheaper on arrival than we would have paid with the tour operator. Food was brilliant! The snack bar near the beach served lovely salads, pizza, chicken amongst other food at lunchtime and there is plenty of choice. Also waffles, wraps and other things served in the afternoon at the Amalfi bar which was great for the kids late afternoon hunger. The main restaurant at breakfast, lunch and dinner catered for everyone and we never struggled to find delicious food to eat! A particular favourite was the Turkish night on a Monday evening. The thing that stands out for us at this hotel is the staff! Kadir in the Main Restaurant is the kindest, most attentive and genuinely lovely person! He made sure our family were tended to at every mealtime and went out of his way to make every dining experience outstanding. Huge thanks to Kadir a real asset to the Mukarnas. Two guys behind the Pool bar Ahmet and Mehmet also made our holiday enjoyable! They were fantastic with the kids and always had a smile for us when making our drinks! Thanks to them, both great guys! Finally the Animation Team are outstanding at Mukarnas from the Good Morning song at 10am until they finish at the end of the evening with the entertainment these guys made our holiday! The happiest, nicest genuine people, all of them including the wonderful girls at kids club have created so many memories for us, especially our children. Special mention to Nurdan, Ozi, Umut and Anu! Overall an amazing experience which will ensure we are booking the Mukarnas again soon! Thank you all!
I've gotta say, our family had an absolute blast at Murkanas Hotel and Spa! 🏖️ The staff were top-notch, and our room was a dream - loads of space, comfy beds, and stunning views. But honestly, it was the entertainment team that took our holiday to the next level! 🤩 Big shout out to Umut, Nurdan, and DJ Ozzi - your energy and warmth were infectious! Clap Clap! They went above and beyond to make our children feel involved, and we can't thank them enough. We had tears leaving them on the last night. Let’s not forget Mehmet and Ahmet in the sports bar - those two are the real Gentleman! 😄 Our boys loved hanging out with them, and we felt like we'd known them for ages. The pool area? Wow, just wow. Perfect spot to chill and soak up the sun. Can't wait to come back next year! 😉 Murkanas, we love you, and can't recommend you enough! 😘"
The 7-day stay in this hotel was excellent and I would highly recommend it to anyone. I have mapped out my experience below; we are a family of eight, with some disabled guests, and found that this hotel is great for them. The location of the hotel is excellent, with a bazaar 20 minutes away, and lots of other amenities nearby. The hotel itself is very nice and looks modern, and despite coming in April (rather than the peak Summer), it was nice to see that so much was available on offer. Only thing I would like to make you aware of is that some of the curbs are quite steep outside the hotel if you do venture out for a walk, just consider this, although there are 'subways' which take you under the main road outside. The pool areas are very good, with slides (weather-dependant), plenty of sunbeds, and several pool areas with activities going on throughout. The areas were kept clean, spotless, and it is a credit to the staff. Entertainment were about daily doing a range of different activities. Service at this hotel is one of the best things. I want to especially thank Faruk, Ali (with the heart on his badge), Servet, and Mehmet, who were absolutely brilliant throughout at all bars. Drinks are available 24 hours a day either at the game bar (when colder) or pool bar (in summer). Food selection is great, with plenty of options available for even the pickiest of eaters. The restaurant opens at several times throughout the day, with two other areas (snack bar/amphi bar) which also offer food such as fried chicken, donner kebab, waffles, churros, flatbreads, etc. The dining area in the main restaurant does get pretty busy, and the only issue we had was with someone disabled, the lifts would take ages to arrive as it seemed to only be two that serviced the entire dining hall. Nonetheless, this did not spoil our experience. Rooms are highly spacious, very clean, and well kept. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are very clean, and the cleaner goes well above and beyond as well. The mini bar in the room is free, with peach drinks, sparkling water, bottled Coca Cola, and water refilled daily. There is also tea, coffee, and a kettle available in the room. Hotel is excellent value for the money. The hotel is quite quiet, and there are plenty of areas to go at night, from the entertainment, to the game bar downstairs, all the way to the lobby bar instead, with (mostly) the same drinks offered throughout each. I will most definitely be looking to come back to this hotel and am happy that they were so welcoming. Some of the reviews that are giving it lower ratings seem unwarranted, but this was a highly positive experience and I would recommend for any families.
We had an incredible stay at Mukarnas Hotel & Spa and would highly recommend it. The hotel itself is superb, with fantastic facilities including a large outdoor pool and a heated indoor pool, which was a real bonus. We also treated ourselves to the Turkish bath, massage and facial at the spa — all were excellent and definitely worth doing. The food was another highlight, with a great variety every day and plenty of options for everyone. Everything was fresh and well presented. What really makes this hotel stand out is the staff. The bar staff are friendly and always make sure you’re having a good time, the cleaners do an exceptional job, and the waiters are some of the most attentive and friendly people we’ve come across. A special mention to Kadir from the waiting staff, who looked after us at every meal — a real credit to the hotel. We also hired a car through the hotel and visited Alanya, where we saw the castle and took the cable car — something we’d definitely recommend. We can’t really comment on the children’s entertainment as our kids didn’t use the kids club. The evening entertainment was a little repetitive and not the strongest part of the stay, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. Overall, we thoroughly recommend this hotel and, if we weren’t relocating, we would absolutely return.
Mukarnas Team-You are the best We had a wonderful time at Mukarnas. This was our second stay at the hotel, and once again, it did not disappoint. The people who work there are truly lovely and always helpful. Every time we come back, we feel right at home. Special greetings to Mehmed (Marek) Ahmet (Adam) and Ali Avci 🥰 You are amazing. They are always smiling and happy to chat, which makes the atmosphere even more special. The animation team are incredible positive people. Nurdan, 💕your energy brings such a great vibe to everyone around you! Varya and Katya my daughter loves you. Umut and Mc Ozi you are wonderful. The whole hotel staff are great, and they truly make you want to come back again and again. Shoutout also to Servat, Kadir, Gamze. Breakfast and Dinner waiters, Mahmut & Cafe Barista in the morning. Sorry, we didn’t manage to remember everyone’s names, but you were all amazing! Cleaning staff, and everyone – you made our stay unforgettable! The spa team is great and the massages are fantastic. Food every day delicious-lots of variety. We’re missing you already. For anyone looking to organize tours, [Marek Marecki Polak Turecki ] are the ones to go to – you won’t be disappointed!

كل شئ ممتاز
Room was quite small, but still very comfortable. Great for Family holidays if you prefer to stay at the hotel, not much to see in the walking distance
Absolutely Fabulous Hotel this was our 2nd stay and to say we were treated like royalty is an understatement, from the reception staff, the barmen the waiters we were treated like family. The animation team especially Ozzy were fantastic always had time for a friendly chat. I cannot fault this hotel and have booked our 3rd visit for April Cannot wait to come back Mukarnas you are fantastic
Great facilities. Note spa comes at extra - choose what you want. They can do packages. Loved the range of food and drinks. We felt well looked after by all the staff who treated us like family. Make sure you go to see the tour guide - he is incredibly friendly and offer various experiences to your trip to vary it. He can also recommend other places to visit in the area.
Visited in August 24. Amazing hotel with friendly staff. Plenty of pools, slides and activities to keep the whole family entertained. Restaurant staff were leagues ahead of other all inclusive holidays we’ve had making sure we were all sat comfortably and had drinks brought to the table. Only criticism is that we enjoyed drinking in the lobby in the evening but this is closed quite early and they turn the air con off to get people to leave. Pool bar is open all night but was very warm, even in the evenings. Beach is just passed the pool area which also had an all inclusive bar. Hotel and room itself was spotless clean and well maintained. Would definitely recommend.
Lots of entertainment, pools, great for kids
Could have more TV channels
Wow what can I say about this hotel absolutely stunning hotel and grounds immaculately kept the staff are amazing they really are a credit to the hotel food was amazing always something to eat chefs do a great job and presentation is perfect would definitely recommend this place to anybody cant wait to return ❤️
Absolutely never go back. Hotel management rude. Staff rude. Food awful. No entertainment. Waste of money. Go elsewhere. Eftalia ocean much better hotel
Me and my partner got married here at Mukarnas we brought are family and friends with us to our special day this hotel and each and every member of staff made are special day extra special we can’t thank them enough thank you all
Had a great relaxing 10 days here in October /November this year . Beautiful setting very close to the beach . We paid an extra £50 for an upgraded room . Glad we did however the mattress was really hard and no air conditioning which was disappointing. Food was repetitive but lots of choice . I got food poisoning on the 2nd day ( put this down to the salad). I wanted to book one of the al a carte restaurants as we could have 1 free booking, got told it had finished ! Entertainment was good on the night and beach foam party was fun! A lady called Janet was lovely to our daughter x Everything was in Euros which was annoying as we had English money or Lira , and was quite expensive. Not really much to do around the hotel but a short walk to a few shops and a shopping centre. I do like to stay different places so I'm not sure I would return to this hotel/ area .
Hotel was lovely, smaller than what we’re used to in Turkey but the staff were also a lot friendlier and chattier which could be for that reason also. It was decently clean, although I don’t think the room floors got mopped once in the week we where there, we wore the slippers and within 5 mins they where pitch black underneath and the same thing could be said for your feet if you was not wearing anything. I don’t believe the bedding was changed but I wouldn’t have expected it for a weeks stay. There is coffee/tea facilities and a tv that had channels in multiple languages, no iron although we didn’t ask at reception so that could be an option. Food was nice enough, there was always something tasty to eat and we didn’t have a single meal where would could say we left hungry. Even the pickiest of eaters could always find something to eat. It is the last month of the season but it would have been nice to still experience a A la carte to break the week up, especially seeing as the hotel did not feel like it was empty at all. We had a Turkish bath and massage in the spa which was fairly priced and I would highly recommend. Pools where not heated, even the indoor ones where still freezing so whilst it was cooler weather (20-25’C) I’d say go the beach if you like a swim as the water was much more tolerable. Overall brilliant hotel for what it is, the staff where the shining stars of the experience they where always willing for a laugh and they’d help you with any issues with no complaints. It’s lovely for what you pay for, it’s more of a intimate feel compared to the much larger complexes that can be found in the area and we felt safe allowing the kids to have fun and not worry that anything would happen to them.
