Lors de mon arrivée, l’accueil a clairement laissé à désirer : je me suis présenté à la réception sans même recevoir un bonjour de la part de la personne présente. Par ailleurs, la soirée a été assez chaotique. Ma chambre était située au premier étage, juste au-dessus de la terrasse, où des personnes sont restées jusqu’à minuit. Le bruit se faisait entendre jusque dans la chambre, ce qui a rendu le séjour désagréable. En revanche, la chambre en elle-même était plutôt correcte.

De passage pour une nuit donc très bien

Personnel très prévenant, inquiets de ne pas nous voir arrivés à 20h. Ont envoyé un très gentil message en t'expliquant bien les consignes pour 1 arrivée tardive qu'on avait déjà reçu et en demandant qu'on accusé réception avec aussi un numéro de portable en cas de souci. Parking à double enceinte, double grille à code. Ascenseur pour accéder aux chambres. Pratique quand on part en voyages avec de lourdes valises.

Bel établissement qui a l'avantage d'être assez proche de l'aéroport de Lyon St Exupéry, mais qui du même coup voit passé au-dessus de son toit de nombreux avions, assez bas et donc générant beaucoup de bruit. Sinon le reste est top !

A very good night sleep for an early flight back home! The reception upon arrival super nice and accommodating. Every hotel in the surrounding area completely booked solid! The little dinner dining restaurant three minutes away was also very delicious it’s called Jules! The server was attentive, curtious and overall pays attention to details! She was only one for the whole place! Outstanding!

Chambre convenable pour une nuit, mais tarifs élevé.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel une nuit sur la route de nos vacances. L’hôtel en lui même est très propre, accessible facilement et bien sécurisé. Par contre la literie n’est pas top, le matelas est très moue, on s’enfonce dedans, ce qui donne facilement mal au dos. Par contre , si vous souhaitez vous reposer je vous déconseille cet hôtel malheureusement à cause de la clientèle qui pense être chez elle, toute seule, et qui se permet de rigoler / parler très fort, de claquer les portes et d’hurler dans les couloirs à n’importe quel heure. Que ça soit des familles ou non. L’humain est devenu tellement irrespectueux et égoïste..

This place was a surprise in more ways than one. First of all, it's in a modern industrial park. We picked it because we were taking a morning flight out of Lyon's airport. This place was convenient by taxi (we had no car) as well as reasonably priced. Second, the friendly staff was particularly helpful and the hotel itself, while very simple, was clean, straightforward, and just what we needed. Third, we walked about three minutes over to a delightful contemporary restaurant called Le Comptoir de Jules and had a very pleasant meal. We will stay here again the next time we fly in or out of Lyon.

When we tried to leave at 3;00 AM to catch our flight, I did not have the code with me to open the front gate of the parking lot. i assumed it would be automatic on the way out, and the code would only be needed on the way into the parking lot. We spent 25 minutes frantically trying to open the gate until we realized there was an emergency number posted on the front door of the hotel. The front door had locked behind us and prevented us from re-entering to retrieve the card with the code on it which I had left in our room . We called the B&B emergency number, they gave us the gate code, and we were able to leave, and made our flight on time, but we had a lot of anxiety during those 25 minutes when we felt that we were trapped in the parking lot.

The restaurant attached to hotel has closed We had to walk across a very busy and unsafe highway to the only restaurant open. The front desk clerk was extremely unfriendly. Website they would provide a breakfast box to go, for early flight, nothing was offered

Hotel para ir de paso

This is located in an industrial area. So on the weekend it is fenced so if you did not book directly with the hotel you don’t have the proper reservation number required to open the gate. There’s a button to click on to get some help that is not working. So I ended up calling them and from that point all was good. The place is very clean and the room pretty small. The only reason to stay there is that it is cheap and close to the airport.

Bon accueil, chambre bien et petit déjeuné très bien, salé et sucré. Cependant en 3 nuits, personne n'est venu faire le lit ou vider la poubelle c'est assez surprenant.

Le personnel à l'accueil était très agréable et m'a bien conseillé. La chambre est propre, confortable, fonctionnelle et bien isolée du bruit. Je devais prendre un avion de bonne heure le matin (je devais être au plus tard à 6h à l'aéroport). Je pensais trouver une bouilloire dans la chambre mais elle m'a dit qu'une bouilloire était disponible à l'accueil en libre service. Elle m'a donné une tasse et une bouteille d'eau pour mettre dans la bouilloire. J'ignorai qu'il y avait un service de navette. C'est bon à savoir pour la prochaine fois.

We stopped here on our way to the alps. Staff were very welcoming, rooms clean and just what you need. We popped over the road to the pizza place, you need to walk out of the estate turn right, right again and then cross over the road. Food was good here and again just what we need after a 12hr drive. We didn’t try breakfast as up early but would stay here again. Easy safe parking outside.

Chambre hors de prix car l'hôtel se permet de doubler ses tarifs lors des salons à proximité. Pour 180 euros avec le petit déjeuner, qui reste un petit déjeuner B&B que je trouve pour ma part peu qualitatif, vous n'avez même pas une bouteille d'eau ou autre dans la chambre. Douche qui fuit sur le sol et vous vous retrouvez avec un sol inondé. Seul point positif la qualité de la literie. Mais c'était la dernière fois pour moi dans cette établissement.

Endroit calme et sécurisé. Nous sommes arrivés vers 22h30. L'accès à l'hôtel est difficile. Il faudrait revoir les indications pour le digicode du portail

Excellent place to stay just to be close to the airport. It's nothing fancy or large, but air conditioning was great, bed was good, shower was wonderful. We would have liked to be able to get ice, but that's the only negative for a very inexpensive hotel.

Easy access and great stop on way to Paris

Location

This was our overnight stop on the way to Adriatic Coast to have some sleep and breakfast. At the check in member of staff was pleasant and friendly, area seems to be very quiet and safe. Room was small and basic, no kettle or coffee machine, but thought we are going to manage for 1 night. Unfortunately found some hair on the bathrooms wall,very squeamish about things like that as literally think where's more hair and my mind didn't stop thinking about them for the rest of the stay, absolutely disgusting! (This was found the moment we stepped into the room as we always check everything before using anything) The next morning group of bikers was getting ready for some tour, we didn't mind but thought how inefficient breakfast staff were considering the breakfast room was small and easy manageable. There was a guy and a girl. Empty tables at the breakfast should be a priority so when new people come for breakfast they can sit at clean table, all empty ones were filthy, lots of food missing even though it was only after 9am so still nearly an hour till the end of breakfast and a guy was standing there either behind or next to the bar and just looking around but doing zero work, the girl at least looked busy. Generally breakfast choice and quality very basic. This could be a good spot for a rest for us for next time when we drive through France/Italy but after this experience we will be looking for a different place and definitely not recommending to friends who travel the same route.

We arrived at about 10pm due to problems with the cross channel ferries, but were reassured by the idea that there was 24 hour access to this hotel. Unfortunately, when we arrived we were unable to check in. The machine at the entrance was broken (someone had smashed the screen) and it was so dark that we didn't immediately see a note attached to it which gave a phone number to call instead. We were unable to get into the car park because there were two barriers with pin pads. We managed to get through both eventually when other people arrived. Once we got in, we were stuck since we couldn't leave so we had to wait for other people to come in. There was no response to our pressing the help button on the intercom and the person I spoke to on the phone was completely unhelpful. I understand that I don't speak French very well, but I try and the person speaking to me made no effort to speak more slowly so that I could understand what he was saying. He hung up on my wife. When I got a fluent french speaking friend to call, they didn't answer. Eventually, we followed a french couple into the lobby and they drew our attention to an envelope which was left on the side with the room key in it and the access codes! When we got to the room, it was tidy but stank of smoke. Overall it was extremely stressful and I feel that it should have been made clear what the arrangements were if you check in later in the evening. It would not have been difficult to send an email explaining that if you check in late, an envelope will be left on the side with the key in it etc. We have two young children and nearly continued driving to our destination as we weren't sure we could actually get into the hotel.

Service was not good no water no coffee

I arrived after the gate closed. I tried to register through the kiosk outside but couldn’t. The reservation number did not work and neither did my name. I called the number listed on the kiosk for help , but it was just a recording in French only. I called Hotels.com and they didn’t do anything snd told me to call another number that was Expedia dealing with air bookings. Luckily another guest arrived and I followed in. It turned out the envelope with my key card had my name mis spelled so I couldn’t register through the kiosk. Really not happy! Wasted close to an hour and I had to get up really early for a flight. Should not had happened!

Good for a convenient overnight stop. No bar or restaurant was available which was a bit disappointing after a very long drive

Motel was situated in quiet area, it was clean and tidy.

Audrey was very nice and helpful. The check in and check out (getting out of the gate) were difficult and could use some written instructions.

Late night checkin via the automated service is impossible... had to call the emergency number and that was still a drama. Not worth the 40 euro cab journey from the airport.

The cost was rediculously cheap and the hotel was fairly new, clean and tidy inside and out and the accommodation was perfect for an overnight stay after a long drive from the UK. It was on an industrial estate but that was also very clean and tidy and gated so very secure.

Ok for a quick stop between France.

The hotel is inside a gated industrial park. There is an atm like machine for you to check in that would open the gate, however the machine wouldn’t take any of the three major credit cards I tried, and the phone number posted by the machine for help was no longer in service. After about 29 minutes I tried another number in small print and was given the code to open the slowest gate in history. The hotel was nice enough with pleasant folk working there, however the only food or drink available was from a vending machine that ate your cash. There were four other people trying to use it that lost their money. I tried not knowing this at the time and lost 4 euros. After asking the lady at the front desk I was informed she couldn’t help so I informed her she should maybe put a sign up so nobody else lost cash might be a good idea. She did not. The room was small and clean yet pleasant with a comfy bed. The shower was nice and modern but was exceptionally temperamental regarding temperatures. I burnt the hell out of my back after a couple minutes of warm water. It fluctuated randomly, be careful! The last item I had issue with wasn’t really the hotel, but I picked a place close to airport that was affordable. I think I paid about $30, eel, a 15 minute cab ride was 35 euros, about $45, there are nonother options if you don’t have a car. There is a decent restaurant back out the gate and about a quarter mile walk away.

This was a good hotel with a family hotel room which can accommodate 4 people and had a good size shower overall very good however the access in and out of the hotel out of hours can be tricky so be careful you understand this and particularly the use of a code to access the grounds and the building out of hours. We never use the catering facilities but you can have breakfast here we just used this hotel for a short period to sleep before and after a flight in and out of Lyon airport.

Just what we needed for our last night before flying home. Very good service at reception. Excellent price. We were given two connected rooms for the four of us so had loads of space. Would certainly stay again.

Very difficult to find on satnav, but generally rooms are quiet with plenty of parking

To find this hotel on BMW SatNav, you MUST spell the town name as "Saint-Quentin Fallavier" and the hyphen or dash after the 'SAINT' is absolutely crucial, otherwise the SatNav refuses to locate Saint Quentin Fallavier. This has taken me hours to unravel - I think breaking the enigma code was quicker Just to repeat - dont forget the dash after SAINT !!

Very clean and efficient and a highly professional, helpful and friendly staff. This is a very well-run, clean and comfortable hotel, especially at the price point. Way above expectation.

Un manned reception proved to be a problem as the computer check in facility adjacent to the entrance gate did not recognise our's, and other peoples, credit card or booking details. Took numerous attempts to retrieve room card.

Located in gated industrial park. Code required to enter compound. Front desk closes at 8 pm or so. Must get code in advance to be able to enter area where hotel is& to enter hotel. Key to room left in addressed envelope on front desk. Very basic hotel. Close to the villages outlet shopping centre outside Lyon.

I have always been very positieve about this hotel but it has to change. In the room the smell of cigarettes is very strong. People smoke in the bathroom - I hate that and I don’t understand it because it is forbidden - and the air circulation brings it to many other rooms ... also burn holes on the floor. Each bathroom should get an alarm because it is really ruining this good hotel. Staff is very nice and friendly. All other things are good.
