צוות ממש נחמד מדברים אנגלית טוב קשובים ועוזרים. בנוסף החדרים ממש צמודים לחוף עצמו ויש שם מסיבות ובריכה ובר אלכוהול.

בלילה יש רעשים מהמסיבות בחוף לא משהו ממש קריטי אבל לפעמים מפריע

Obiekt super położony, z jednej strony ocean i piękna plaża, z drugiej strony centrum, więc wszędzie było blisko. Co wieczór impreza na plaży i przy basenie, ale pokoje mieliśmy tak położone że nie było głośno.

A 9-day reservation where 2 days were without electricity. There was power for the music, but not for the air conditioning and hot water. The hotel offered us a paltry 20% discount on drinks until 5 PM, and they didn't even respond to our emails from Booking.com. Truly mismanagement, be careful.

They got a dj there who dont know how to dj, you can see on the faces in the crowd everyone was annoyed by his not continues music, he paused every 30 seccond or so

Great location and place but it the furniture not the best and not that quality, staff are good The place is noisy if you want to relax it is not the best place for you, otherwise you can choose room far from the beach if you don’t want noise,, bring your earplugs because the airplane sound will annoy you

La posizione era top, super centralissima, fuori dal resort avevi praticamente tutto ed era una festa continua. Il resort immenso, offre tante attrazioni per rilassarti e divertirti. Stanze molto grandi, pulite e moderne.

Could not get any sunbeds around the pool unless you pre book and pay a minimum this was really annoying so we had to always sit on the beach and go to and fro. I think they should have a section just for hotel guests as a first come first serve. Apart from this we had a great stay loved it

The location is the only good thing about this hotel. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. The air conditioning was poor and did not cool the room properly. The balconies directly face each other, so there is very little privacy. The beach club and pool services were also below expectations. The atmosphere felt more like a gathering place for teenagers than the relaxing beach club experience I expected. Another major issue was the electricity. The power was completely out from around 8:30 AM until 5:00 PM during my stay due to maintenance work by the electricity company. This significantly affected the comfort of the stay, especially considering the poor air conditioning and the hot weather. Overall, apart from the location, the hotel did not meet my expectations.

Great place, but not a true adults only place, the pool that children were allowed should be a calm relaxing pool for adults that don’t want the high energy of the big pool. No children should be allowed period!

המלון נמצא באיזור החנויות והמסעדות ועל חוף הים, קיים ג׳אנג׳ ממש ביציאה מהמלון וגם מקום שניתן להזמין אטרקציות ולהשכיר אופנועים. במלון יש מסיבות בריכה ומופעי אש כל יום.

תחזוקת החדרים ירודה, לקחנו ארבעה חדרים ובכולם היו נמלים קטנות שהסתובבו על המשטחים והשולחנות, בנוסף באחד הימים היתה הפסקת מים עקב תקלה בצינור הביוב שנמשכה מספר שעות כך שלא היו מים בשירותים ובמקלחות, כך שהחוויה שלי לא היתה נעימה.

היה לנו שהות מעולה ,יש וויב טוב מוזיקה נגישות לים חדרים מהממם שרות מעולה

הדבר היחיד שהפריע שזה צמוד לשדה תעופה וכל חצי שעה בערך עובר מטוס ושומעים את זה מאד מאד חזק . אבל בתוך החדר לא שמעו כי יש בידוד טוב.

Musica a tutte le ore fino a tarda notte,spettacoli serali in spiaggia e dal mattino naturalmente musica più leggera per le orecchie 😅 staff disponibile.

Visto che è un posto molto notturno gli asciugamani per la spiaggia li danno dalle ore 9,e questo non è molto giusto a mio parere. E la colazione al bar della spiaggia è dalle 10.... un po tardi direi però rimane un posto molto notturno!

Only thing was check out was very slow as everyone leaves at 11 and people were stressed about missing boats so would recommend booking a later boat or heading down at 10:30 to check out. But 10/10 hotel

The staff helped me to put birthday decorations in my friends room which he loved.

Room AC was not very effective. Rooms water stopped working on at least 3 occasions. The restriction on use of tables around pool even though I paid to use the hotel/ pool. I later learned that I could use them and disregard the reserved signs - reception should have explained this.

The music at the pool was nice but was loud all day, not just evening / night. Prefer a more chilled vibe at the pool during the day. Can’t bring any personal snacks to the pool.

The staff were exceptional reception great my house maids YaYa and yo also great. I think the only reason this place has only 3 stars is probably the lack of room service which considering its location is not a problem. The pool is a fantastic place to while away a few hours, morning, afternoon or evening. If I get back to Samui will definitely be staying there

מקום מושלם!!! ❤️ כבר מהרגע הראשון שהגענו הרגשנו בבית. הצוות פשוט מדהים, אדיב ושירותי ודאג לכל פרט כדי שנהנה מהשהות בצורה הכי טובה שיש. יש במקום מסיבות עד 2:00 בלילה ולמרות זאת, בחדרים שהיו קרובים לבריכה המוזיקה נשמעה כמו מוזיקת רקע ולא הפריעה לנו בכלל. יש המון פינות ישיבה, בר פתוח ואווירה שמחה ותוססת, אבל לצד זה גם פרטיות גבוהה מאוד לאורחי המלון. הבריכה פתוחה לשימוש עד 2:00 בלילה יתרון ענק! החדרים נקיים, מרווחים ונעימים, עם מרפסת, והרגישו שחשבו באמת על הפרטים הקטנים כדי להעניק מקסימום נוחות. המיקום מרכזי ונוח מאוד יש גם התאמה לשומרי שבת ובמרחק חציית כביש בלבד מזוהרה. מתחמי החדרים מבודדים ונעימים, והרגשנו כל כך בטוחות שהשארנו את החדרים פתוחים בלי שום חשש. בקיצור – חוויה מושלמת! נהנינו מכל רגע, אין ספק שנחזור שוב ❤️

Friendly and helpful staff, great location on the beach, nice beach club with some good entertainment in the nights and the room was clean and had everything I needed personally.

The only thing was that the shower was switching between hot and cold water every couple of seconds at random, but it was no big deal for me personally. Everything else outweighed this.

De locatie van het hotel is goed en het zwembad en de accommodatie zelf zagen er prima uit. Helaas is onze ervaring volledig overschaduwd door een ernstig incident waardoor mijn dochter en ik ons niet langer veilig voelden in het hotel.

Tijdens ons verblijf zat ik samen met mijn 18-jarige dochter bij het zwembad. Een mannelijke hotelgast vroeg of hij een foto van ons mocht maken. Wij hebben heel duidelijk nee gezegd. Later ontdekten we dat hij ondanks onze duidelijke afwijzing stiekem foto’s en filmpjes van ons maakte, ook terwijl wij in het zwembad waren. Ik heb hem hiermee geconfronteerd en medewerkers van het hotel zijn erbij gekomen. De beelden zijn verwijderd en de man werd op dat moment weggestuurd. Wat ik heel kwalijk vind, is dat wij ons daarna zo onveilig voelden dat uiteindelijk wij degenen waren die het hotel moesten verlaten. Wij hadden niets verkeerd gedaan. Onze grens was bewust geschonden, maar wij moesten onze spullen pakken en ons verblijf voortijdig beëindigen. Voor mij gaat gastvrijheid niet alleen over een mooie kamer of een goed zwembad. Als twee vrouwen aangeven dat hun privacy en veiligheid zijn geschonden, verwacht ik dat een hotel daar verantwoordelijkheid voor neemt en ervoor zorgt dat zij zich weer veilig kunnen voelen. Helaas was dat voor ons niet het geval en heeft dit incident een enorme impact gehad op ons verblijf.

L'hôtel est situé dans le centre ville, donc quartier animé et pratique. La gentillesse du personnel.

L'eau chaude tiédasse. Les jours dans la porte d'entrée qui réduisent à néant les efforts de la climatisation. Le fait de devoir payer un minimum de 3000 baths pour avoir une table au restaurant de l'hôtel, alors que nous sommes clients de l'établissement.

اعجبتي موقع الفندق والنظافة والحفلات على الشاطئ كانت ممتعه جدا. وسعدت باحتفاء الفندق بذكرى ميلادي كانت اقامتي مريحة جداً وحزنت عند مغادرتي المتتحع فعلياً

The location is excellent, close to the nightlife and the shopping mall. In the evening, the beach club has a great atmosphere. The bed is comfortable, and the staff are very friendly.

The air conditioning didn’t work very well, making it difficult to cool the room. The shower water pressure was too low, and the water temperature kept alternating between hot and cold without adjusting the settings. If you want to swim at the beach, I recommend walking a little farther along the shore, as the seabed directly in front of the beach club is covered with seaweed.

אם אתם רוצים שקט, אל תגיעו לכאן. אבל אם בא לכם אווירה של מסיבה, מוסיקה טובה שרות מצויין, מחירים נוחים, זה המקום. מתאים לכל מי שבא לשמוח, לשנות אוירה מהלחץ בארץ, להתפנק זה המקום. פחות מתאים למשפחות עם ילדים קטנים …. המלון לא מפואר, אך הוא יפיפה, חדרים יחסית מרווחים… ותכף נפתח גם חדר כושר נחמד. נהננו במקסימום…. וממשיכים לחזור שנה אחר שנה.

La ubicación muy céntrica, cerca del todo el comercio y restaurantes, las habitaciones limpias y cómodas. El personal muy amable y dispuesto en ayudarnos en todo lo necesario, la piscina y restaurante muy buenos, con salida a la playa.

Había agua de cortesía el primer día, pero los siguientes días no la repusieron.

Lo que más me gustó fue la habitación, era muy amplia, muy bonita, moderna y muy cómoda. El hotel en general era muy bonito y la zona de la piscina con acceso directo a la playa estaba muy bien. Por las noches había mucho ambiente en la zona de la piscina y hacían espectáculo de fuego en la zona de playa que esta delante del hotel. La ubicación es muy buena, te puedes mover andando a muchas zonas. A mi me gusto mucho!!

Puede ser un poco ruidoso por las noches porque en la piscina hacen fiesta, pero está apartado de la zona de las habitaciones que tienen acceso cerrado con una puerta.

ทางโรงแรมไม่สามารถควบคุมความสงบภายในที่พักได้ ปล่อยให้มีเด็กๆส่งเสียงดังรบกวนห้องอื่นๆ อยากให้ทางโรงแรมดูหรือซ่อมแซมปลั๊กในห้องพักด้วยเพราะไม่สามารถใช้งานได้เลย แอร์ในห้องพักก็ไม่ค่อยเย็น ทางโรงแรมควรจะให้ช่างมาล้างทำความสะอาดแอร์บ้างเป็นครั้งคราว

Vsak večer fire show, ambient za zabavo, velik bazen, urejene sobe. Blizu plaže in vseh restavracij, barov ... kot gost hotela imaš izlete igodnejše pri najbližji "turistični agenciji" takoj pri vhodu.

Wi-fi je delal zelo slabo, včasih sploh ni bilo tople vode pod tušem in slab pritisk vode, pri bazenu si moral plačati vsaj eno pijačo, da si lahko ležal na ležalnikih, čeprav si gost hotela.

הצוות בבריכה בלתי נסבל, כניסה לבריכה מגיל 20 !!! הזייה .. למי שמתחת לגיל 20 יש בריכת קטנטנים.. לא הייתי ממליצה לבוא עם ילדים. בנוסף מאוד רועש כל יום כל היום , פחות מתאים זוגות רוצים קצת שקט ושלווה זרם מים חלש מאוד מאוד במקלחות בסיסי מאוד
