El lugar es un oasis, al entrar te sientes muy comodo, el personal en general muy bien, el desayuno sencillo pero variado. Habitacion muy cómoda y completa. Zonas de relajación excelentes . Excelente ubicación a la central de buses

A la salida una srta en recepción fue muy "seca" o "indiferente" con mi solicitud de un medicamento para náuseas, no es que haya sido mala, solo que es muy notable a comparación con el resto de personas que se esfuerzan por ayudarte.

Only complaint: the “sauna” was a steam room, not a dry sauna.

WE got there late and we were told that the room capacity is for only 2 people and we had to get a separate room and paid extra for a child. So disappointing.

This was a wonderful place to recover from several days of hiking and get ready for a few more! The spa, sauna, massage, comfortable bed, and warm water made this a perfect place to stay!

The property was a little further from the downtown area than i would have liked but the amenities made up for it!

Rooms were extremely warm and unable to change temp. Don't stay on side of main road as it is very noisy.

Das Hotel hat uns so gut gefallen, dass wir für eine Nacht in Buenos Aires auch ein Hotel dieser Kette gewählt haben. Das Frühstück war klasse. Die Lage für uns optimal: Wir konnten zu Fuß zum Busterminal gehen, das Stadtzentrum war etwas weiter, aber da wir dorthin ohne Gepäck unterwegs waren, kein Problem. Sehr zufrieden!

Clean. Nice staff. Didn’t use the pool or spa. Breakfast was OK.

No help with the luggage. Not even a cart you could load. Our Booking.com Triple upgrade got us a tiny room looking at a busy road. No AC so you had to have the window open to keep the room at a decent temp. No food allowed in the room and restaurant doesn’t open until 7:30pm. Eating late causes me poor sleep so didn’t agree with me and it was a hike to any other restaurants.

The breakfast was fine and the room was clean and comfortable.

Precioso hotel, siempre impecable, el personal muy amable y dispuesto a resolver cualquier inquietud, muy cómoda y amplia la habitación.

Si bien la atención es muy buena sugiero más y mejor variedad en la carta del restaurante dado que por su ubicación muchas veces es mejor comer en el hotel.

Friendly staff, beautiful hotel, nice rooms very good beds. nice swimming pool, good massage 😍 great cocktails and good breakfast. We had to leave early in the morning for our flight and they even provided a breakfast to take with us to the airport.

The rooms were clean and the staff was helpful.

We were fine walking into and out of town for dinner. We did it even when it was dark out. There were always other people walking the same route. However, I could see why people might think the hotel is too far out of town. Our group of four would definitely stay there again.

Uitstekende bedden, uitstekende locatie t.o.v. busstation maar relatief ver van het centrum. Uitstekend ontbijt. Mooie inrichting.

Het zijn geen struikelblokken, maar met weinig moeite kan het beter: 1. De eerste hostess bij de receptie was nogal kortaf, deed geen moeite om mensen die geen vloeiend Spaans spreken ruimte te geven om te begrijpen. De tweede hostess was super vriendelijk, net als de mensen van het restaurant. 2. Het bad in de badkamer had geen plug … erg vreemd: wordt dat nooit gebruikt? Uiteindelijk kregen wij de enige plug die in het gebouw te vinden was.

La ubicación es buena, aunque un poco alejada del centro comercial, como para desplazarse caminando. El lugar es muy bueno, con muy buena atención. La habitación muy cómoda, aunque un poco calurosa (es solo un detalle menor). Muy bueno el desayuno.

The room is a few minutes away from the main town, so perhaps not as popular but honestly it was a great stay. The room was lovely, the facilities were great and the bathroom was stocked with toiletries, when travelling this is a little gem to help feel a sense of comfort. I wish I was able to stay for an additional night, but this hotel helped restore some energy as it was comfortable, had a great breakfast and in a perfect location.

We did not know we were charged just to use refrigerator ; the staff was kind enough to not charge us for just opening it. We were not able to warm up food since there was no microwave in room. I asked staff if they could warm it up but they said they could not.

The best place we stayed in during our 3 week Argentina travels! Modern, clean, spacious, excellent bedding, towels, and toiletries, and courteous helpful staff. Laundry nearby as well. Absolutely would stay there again!

Petit déjeuner moyen. N'est pas en pleine ville il faut une voiture. Mais surtout le service ne correspond pas à un hôtel 4 étoiles en tous les cas en Europe. Nous sommes arrivés très tôt en expliquant que nous n'avions pas eu d'eau dans l'avion ni à l'aéroport car la boutique était fermée et on ne nous a même pas offert un verre d'eau et on a dû payer un thé alors que le petit déjeuner était encore en place. Chaque jour les clés ne fonctionnaient pas, etc.

We arrived by bus from Puerto Natales and this hotel was a 10 minute walk from the bus station. We were pleasantly surprised to find clean, modern accommodations in this small city.

The location was 15 min. Walk from city center, cleanness very good, the staff were very accommodating, breakfast was good enough.

Everything. Lovely and cosy hotel. Clean with great breakfast and facilities.

The wall to the centre was fine for us as we enjoy walking. But a bit far if walking is a struggle.

Toda equipe de funcionários do hotel foi sensacional! Fomos muito bem recebidos. Café da manhã ótimo. Piscina muito boa, aquecida! Quartos muito confortáveis, chuveiro muito bom. Restaurante e bar no hotel. 10-15min a pé do centro.

O isolamento acústico dos quartos podia ser melhor, se escuta muito barulho do corredor e da rua.

This hotel definitely has the feel of a nice mid-size conference hotel, and when we arrived, it seemed there were several tour groups gathered in the bar and restaurant areas. We were only here for one night, but our room was clean, modern, and spacious. I really liked the wood beam ceiling! The shower had great water pressure, though the bathroom itself was a little cramped. We were in a Double Room. The breakfast spread was awesome, and the grounds of the hotel – though we didn’t get a chance to explore them much – looked very nice. The hotel let us store our suitcases for the day while we took a day trip out to Perito Moreno Glacier.

I chose this hotel because of its proximity to the bus station. However, as we were dragging our suitcases down a dark road followed by several dogs, I was starting to fear I had the wrong directions. I think we must have taken the back way, however, as the hotel is actually on the corner of a main street (though granted, right on the edge of a dark residential street). I’m glad we didn’t have a car, as the parking lot was very small.

We liked the room for its cleanliness and the breakfast was also good, with quality products and rather varied (compared to other places in Argentina).

We had a very early flight to El Calafate and were able to leave our luggage in the storage room when we arrived, however the reception staff refused to even discuss the availability of a check-in earlier than 3pm, stating that this was the hotel policy. By 3pm a queue of guests who had all been waiting to be checked in was formed and then it took an additional 30 mins of waiting until we were able to check in because the second receptionist had left before they started the check-in process. This kind of ruined our perception of the accommodation because although the propery itself is nice the attitude of the reception staff and lack of communication made us feel unwelcome.

It exceeded our expectations, the staff was really nice and the restaurant has really good food as well. We had a great experience in Konke. The pool was really good.

It was everything really good, the only thing I can mention is the short time the pool and spa is open (from 3pm to 9pm).

Freundliches Personal, ausreichende Ausstattung. Es gab einen Pool, der nicht auf den Bildern zu sehen war, hätten wir das gewusst, hätten wir Badesachen mitgebracht :-)

A estadia em Konke hotel foi ótima. Os quartos são confortáveis e bem limpos (são limpos diariamente). Fomos bem recebidos e atendidos pelos funcionários. O café da manhã é ótimo. Almoçamos um dia no hotel e, além da atenção do Daniel, a comida estava boa, valeu a pena.

Como eu estava de carro, a localização não me atrapalhou. A pé não está tão próximo da rua central, mas é possível ir caminhando.
