Colchones muy duros. Y raro su personal de la recepción.

Las camas individuales están súper duras e incómodas, algunos toma corrientes no servian y el hotel ya está viejo

No me gustó que no se respetará mi habitación. Pague por un cuarto con 2 camas individuales y me asignaron una habitación sin buena ventilación con una cama matrimonial

A la hora de hacer el check in y check out el personal nada amable...por el contrario todo el personal en general amable..

Las habitaciones muy pequeñas

The pools are great and the staff are nice, but the waterslide wasn't working (July 2025), you are not allowed to bring any food/drinks/snacks into the resort, the beds are quite hard (but tolerable). There was loud music quite late into the night and the rooms are not soundproof. We didn't hate it, but we wouldn't stay again. We paid extra for the 2-bedroom family room and there were air conditioners in the rooms, but im not certain all the rooms do. It's also worth knowing in advance that the security guards at the gate swap your ID for a card when you drive in and out. This disnt cause us a problem, but caught us off guard.

Muy lindo y acogedor

Do not book this place. As a Mexican American we were treated like trash. They do not care about you, they just want you to spend money on their restaurant. Very loud music every other day that goes on until about 2 or three in the morning. You can request a manager or whomever is in charge but it falls on deaf ears. They don’t allow you to bring snacks or food from outside and they even try to check your bag. We booked a week there thinking it would be a fun experience but it was a nightmare, almost prison like, they sold our two bedroom apartment to a wedding party and tried to give us a single bed room with a “concrete couch with a cushion on it’ as our second bed for my two kids. Food is over priced and taste less. They keep a chubby old dude that looks to be ex-cop or military that is in charge of checking your bags or intimidate you, they let their friends in to use the facilities and rent the pools and meeting areas to different groups of people. My family has never felt so unwelcome at a resort, they judge you and ignore you if you have any concerns. Lastly they have a private security gate at the entrance for the rest of the subdivisions around and on the third day, the stupid security girl didn’t like that me and my family kept going in and out, due to us not liking the food at the resort, told me (I am Mexican so you guys know) that they were not going to let me and my family in anymore because they didn’t want any foreigners coming in and out and that that I needed to obtain a Mexican ID just to come in the next time. I DONT HAVE ONE OF THOSE. Once again, I asked to speak to her boss and she would not provide the bosses number or let me talk to him. All in all this places is racist and deserves zero ratings. It’s a dump.

Muy muy pocas opciones de room service pero lob que como retuvo rico

Camas incomodas, almohadas mas incomodas, habitaciones muy viejas

No tiene aire acondicionado solo ventiladores, pero como no hay mosquiteros en las ventanas es imposible abrirlas por el tema de los moscos, así que hace un calor terrible. Quisimos consumir en el restaurante pero hacen cambio de cocina por lo que nuestros alimentos estarian en 40-50 minutos.

Buena para descanso, mala la comida

They closed the resort while we were staying there to give employees a day and half off. There were no employees in the hotel. Only a security guard that kept the place locked. It was as we were in jail. Thank God we did not have any emergencies while staying there because we could not get out or in.

Asistimos a una fiesta y decidimos hospedarnos ahí. El salón muy lindo, la comida muy buena sin embargo las habitaciones necesitan remodelación.

Cuando hay bodas la música está hasta las 3 am y si se escucha en las habitaciones, falta espejos de cuerpo completo

El servicio y atención de los empleados es excelente. Las instalaciones son bonitas y tienen 2 albercas y 1 chapoteadero. Lo que no me encantó fueron las habitaciones, demasiado sencillas, les falta mantenimiento y se escucha toooodo lo de las habitaciones vecinas :( pero si vas a una boda y necesitas hospedaje está muy bien.

Tiene mucho espacio y distintas actividades que se pueden realizar. El único detalle son las habitaciones que les falta mantenimiento, en mi caso la luz de la recámara no funcionaba y los muebles ya están un poco viejos y huelen ligeramente a humedad

A pesar de que no se pudo hacer early check inn, nos citaron a la hora del check inn y llegamos media hora despues para saber que no estaba lista la habitación asignada, no eramos los unicos en la misma situación. Tuvieron que quitar la habitación a alguien mas para darnos una habitación.

La comida del restaurante buena y a buen precio. Ideal para bodas, la iglesia enfrente, el salón de fiestas no hace ruido en las habitaciones

Todo muy bien, lo único que no me gusto es que la comida del restaurante estaba fría

El personal es atento. Nos habían asignado una habitación que estaba en ese momento en remodelación así que al entrar y darnos cuenta, tuvimos que volver a recepción a pedir ayuda y nos reubicaron en otra habitación, amablemente. No hay teléfono en las recámaras, lo que hizo que camináramos del edificio de habitaciones a recepción. La tele nunca nos funcionó y como teníamos que volver a caminar para ir a recepción, mejor nos dimos por vencidos. No hay aire acondicionado pero el ventilador sí ayuda para el calor. La habitación es sencilla y sí le falta un poco de remodelación pero para nosotros cumplió con la función de descansar una noche previo a continuar viajando en carretera.

Había mucho ruido exterior, les pedí de favor que me cambiaran de habitación, me dijeron “es lo qué hay , si quieres te regreso tu dinero “ lo cual no era la solución porque era la 1 de la mañana . Después de discutir un rato, el personal del hotel me agredió físicamente y nos corrieron del hotel. Entre 3 personas del hotel me golpearon. Pedí a expedia rembolso del dinero y dijeron que el hotel no lo autoriza. Fue una situación bastante desagradable y ni el hotel ni expedia se hicieron responsable

El evento excelente mejorar la atencion y cobro del restauran y bar

Lugar muy tranquilo y con varias actividades para la familia

No reconocen el numero de intinerario como el numero de reservacion, y tardaron en ubicar la reservacion.

Relajado, familiar y la clase de ejercicios en el agua súper buena

Otra buena experiencia el hospedaje, los niños se divierten mucho en su pequeño parque acuático "La Jungla".

La propiedad es bonita, con algunos detalles que veo que están trabajando.

Las habitaciónes de promoción es decir las que no son junior suite dan hacia la autopista. Se escucha mucho ruido en la habitación. El Internet nunca me funcionó. En el área de Temixco siempre huele a quemado y no puedes abrir la ventana de la habitación por humo y ruido y adentro solo un ventilador, muy incómodo. Fuera de eso las instalaciones deportivas geniales.

Habitaciones demasiado pequeñas y no todas cuentan con aire acondicionado y los ventiladores no siempre funcionan.

Los meseros ni si quiera se acercaban a ofrecernos la carta, tuve que ir por todo yo y luego hasta la cuenta tuve que ir por ella, ni se diga del restaurante..15 minutos sentados y no fueron ni para acercarse, por suerte a 2 cuadras venden tacos

Había una cucaracha en el cuarto Los empleados hacían demasiado ruido en el pasillo, hablando entre ellos y con el radio de comunicación a recepción La gente que frecuenta este lugar suele ser muy ruidosa

Nos gustó el buen mantenimiento al hotel, su alberca y que las instalaciones son cómodas. Sólo sentimos que tenía pocos lugares de estacionamiento, sin embargo, si encontramos lugar.

Aunque específicamente pedimos “el cuarto más silencioso”, todos los cuartos que dan a la carretera, SON MUY RUIDOSOS. El edificio está a escasos metros de la carretera Mexico-Acapulco: tráfico constante y ruidoso

No tiene contactos para clavijas de 3 polos y cargadores usb para equipos electronicos. Mi factura tardo mas de 12 hrs y 5 llamadas telefónicas.

Los Blancos están en un estado deplorable. Toallas y Ropa de Cama viejos, manchados y mal olientes. Deberían ser de color BLANCO y pulcro. La Habitación descuidada, requiere pintura y remodelación. Las Señoritas que hicieron nuestro Check in, poco amables y menos empáticas. En el Check out, un poco mejor. Lo único rescatable es el Restaurante, buena calidad de alimentos y excelente servicio de los meseros.

Tienen muy buenas áreas infantiles y, en general, seguras, aunque no tanto para dejar sin supervisión a los menores, como en cualquier parte. Lo malo: la red inalámbrica muy deficiente.

Before you even think of staying here, beware that this is a "Resort and Spa" - not really a hotel! It is a place where people who buy a membership come to swim, play tennis, and enjoy the restaurant as well as other of the facilities. The Resort was built to host conferences, meetings and parties. The Resort is also located within a guarded private residential community. What does this mean? That every time you want to access the Resort, you need to go to security. This security does not belong to the Resort. It is hired by the residents of the "gated" community. Therefore, anytime you want to access the Resort, you must be drilled by the security guard. The hotel provides you with a wrist band in order to speed up access through security, but there are guards who are not aware of this arrangement, so you will be asked a lot of questions. Another problem is that the internet does not work in the hotel rooms. I complaints for 3 days about it and finally gave up. I had to buy extra data on my local SIM card because of this problem. Also, everything is very dated in the rooms. Another problem - the Suite number shares the same number with the non-suite room. So, every time they had a new person staying at the regular room, they tried vigorously to open our room door. Another problem - the room does not have a refrigerator. And you are not allowed to bring any drinks or food into your room, except for water, which the Resort provides daily free of charge. On our last night there, there was a wedding. The band kept playing until 2am, and the guests kept shouting out loud also until the party was over.

Beds not very comfortable

This is a great spa and hotel, very comfortable and outstandingly clean. While the usual US amenities are not available at this resort, there is still much to do here. Take a taxi to the towncenter!!!

Exceeded our expectations! Spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath plus sitting room condo with balcony overlooking grounds (no kitchen). This is a large, beautiful resort with immaculately maintained landscaping and excellent service. The on-site restaurant is outstanding and a very good value. Location is a quiet, gated neighborhood; taxi to the Cuernavaca historic district was about $5 US (one way, 2 people). Resort staff was very helpful in arranging day trips with private driver (such as to Taxco). There was some construction going on which did affect our sleep, hence the 4 stars instead of 5. Resort staff did their best to minimize the impact. Only complaint is: no in-room coffee and no coffee available until 8 a.m. in the restaurant.

We were given a 30 day pass in order to try the place, the food and all amenities. The place sucks and the staff is not trained or used to deal with tourists, either domestic or local. They want to make sure you are in an upscale place when it is clearly the opposite. The location is quite away from Cuernavaca and we ended having a legal hassle over a deposit we wanted back and they refused to give it back over a technicality. The food is bad, no taste at all, the service is bad so is the staff. And we were informed by other guests that the rooms are packed with fleas...particularly on long weekends.
