We had a wonderful one-night stay at Novotel Ahmedabad, and honestly, we enjoyed every moment of it! ❤️ The room was beautiful, spacious, very clean, and well-maintained. The staff was extremely polite, helpful, and welcoming, which made our stay even more comfortable. Since we prefer Jain food, we were especially impressed with their hospitality. At breakfast, the team happily prepared Jain food exactly as we requested. We truly appreciated their effort and understanding. 🙏🏻 Our kids had an amazing time too! Both of them absolutely loved the swimming pool and enjoyed every moment. 🏊‍♀️💦 It was lovely to see them having so much fun. Overall, it was a short but very memorable stay for our family. Great rooms, excellent cleanliness, wonderful staff, and amazing hospitality. We would definitely love to visit Novotel Ahmedabad again! ❤️✨ Highly recommended for a comfortable and family-friendly stay!

Breakfast staff were not particularly focussed. There was a staff team meeting when customers were waiting! Took several attempts to get service.

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, particularly with the breakfast service. The overall service was excellent, and the breakfast experience was made even more enjoyable by the outstanding service provided by Muskan. Muskan was exceptionally attentive, warm, and dedicated throughout our breakfast. She was always observant of our needs, ensuring that everything was well taken care of without us having to ask. Her genuine smile, pleasant disposition, and willingness to go the extra mile reflected a high level of professionalism and care. What stood out most was her dedication to providing a positive guest experience. Her attentiveness and thoughtful service made us feel genuinely welcomed and well looked after. It is employees like Muskan who make a meaningful difference to a guest’s stay and leave a lasting impression. We would like to sincerely commend Muskan for her excellent service and dedication. Her efforts are truly appreciated and deserve to be recognised.

Today I went to an amazing restaurant name as “ infine”, the food was super delicious, the presentation of the food was too classy. In the whole process miss Anisha was so friendly to suggest the best from the menu, also she’s very kind just loved the way she engaged with us. And the best part was a free mocktail from her side. Highly recommendation to visit and taste the foods. Had a wonderful experience. Thank you so much Anisha.

I had breakfast at the hotel’s restaurant and it was rather good overall, especially with the service of Ashish, Muskan and Durga. They were always friendly and ready to assist guests with any requests. The live music was a very nice addition to the overall atmosphere too. There could have been a few more small towels and tissue paper (there were only 2 pieces left) in the room though, but all other amenities were sufficient.

Overall experience was too good, Service staf Mr Ayush hospitality was too good he was so humble and taken care of us very nicely.

The Staff and the entire team were very friendly. From the check in process to the dining and room service was very good. The hotel was in a good location with convenience stores also available close by. We had a pleasent stay and would definatly recommend this hotel.

International level hotel in Ahmedabad with excellent customer services

Location was a bit far from the main city but generally not an issue

I and my wife stayed at the Novotel for 5 nights with our dog, Olive. Apart from the wonderful stay the restaurant experience was outstanding. Novotel has just refurbished their restaurant and it’s worth a visit. The breakfast and dinner buffet variety was very diverse and delicious. Compliments to the chef, Mintu. I am sure we will visit again. Looking forward to the Sunday brunch.

Staff no listen properly and if work not done then not inform also. Which room i booked it was not ready and they offered me another super special room. When we bath the water in bathroom stucked then we can house keeping. It's totally unexpected when we are paying 5 star amount and getting less then 3 star service

A special thank you to the reception and front office team led by DM Barkha and Kajol. Simran, Gittali, Nikita. Guest Relations Manager Radhika, and Payal consistently went above and beyond to make my extended stay seamless and comfortable. Every interaction was handled with professionalism, warmth, and a sincere desire to help. Night DM Yatin deserves special recognition for ensuring that even late-night requests and concerns were addressed promptly and efficiently. The culinary experience was equally impressive. Chef Sunil Sharma and his trusted second-in-command, Mintu, delivered consistently excellent food throughout my stay. Their attention to quality, presentation, and guest preferences was remarkable. The Food & Beverage team, including Pankaj, Karan, Dipika, and Sneha, provided attentive and friendly service that made every meal enjoyable. A special shout-out goes to Gautam, the amazing barista. His Vietnamese iced coffee is an absolute must-try and was easily one of the highlights of my stay. Equally memorable was the wonderful tea prepared by Kishan Ji, whose hospitality and care made every cup special. At the entrance, Uttam always welcomed guests with a warm smile and positive attitude, setting the tone for a great experience. From housekeeping, Kina and her team Anupam Ankita also other team lead from floor 7 Abhishek and his team all lead executive team lead Manohar ensured that my room remained spotless and comfortable throughout my extended stay, reflecting the hotel's high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail. What impressed me most was how every team member worked together to create a personalized and memorable experience. Their hospitality felt genuine rather than routine, making Novotel Ahmedabad feel like a home away from home. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable. I look forward to returning and would highly recommend Novotel Ahmedabad to anyone visiting the city.
