I stayed at Ben‘s House for a month and loved it. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is cleaned well and the air conditioning works perfectly. You get what you pay for. It‘s not an extravagant room but it has everything you need. The bed is comfortable and the water pressure in the shower is good. I was there to train at Khunsuek and the location is perfect for that. You can also use their laundry service which I recommand as my laundry smelled amazing after.

I was a bit sad I didn‘t get a balcony tho.

There was no lift

​We had mixed feelings about our stay at Ben's House. ​On the positive side, the staff members were incredibly kind, polite, and helpful. We have no complaints regarding the service; they truly do their best to assist guests with a smile.

However, the facilities were disappointing. The location is a bit of a walk from the beach, and the room conditions were subpar. Our room smelled of mold, and the bathroom lacked any form of ventilation. Additionally, the towels were dirty and stained, which was quite off-putting. ​As for the pool, we wouldn't recommend it. It is squeezed between two buildings, so the atmosphere isn't very pleasant. We even saw people entering the water in their regular clothes, which raised some hygiene concerns for us. ​While the hospitality was great, the lack of cleanliness and poor room maintenance make it hard to recommend this hotel.

In the center of Ao Nang, but at the same time very quite and calm nights. Refreshing pool. Clean room and bathroom. Good price for location. Scooter rent few steps away or in the hotel.

Posizione comoda, 10 minuti a piedi dal centro/spiaggia di Aonang. Camera molto spaziosa ma minimal. Piscina bella. Offrono tour in barche (di cui non abbiamo però usufruito) e servizi di trasporto. Staff disponibile, cambio asciugamani quotidiano.

Odore poco gradevole dovuto probabilmente alla vicinanza con la piscina, a primo impatto poi ci si fa l'abitudine. Struttura vecchia e poco curata (es lenzuola bucate), la doccia era o bollente o fredda, no via di mezzo. Costo alto per la qualità che propone

We had a great stay here, it’s in a good location

The room is nice and big. Bigger than most. We had a room with a view, which was lovely. The bathroom is also nice and big. The location is great! Lots to do and see close by.

Hot water was hit or miss. We stayed 2 nights. The first night, my partner had no hot water, and on the second night, I got no hot water. There was also no water at all for a couple of hours.

El hotel no tenía ascensor, las habitaciones estaban sucias, se notaban los muelles de los colchones, las almohadas eran duras, y en particular en nuestra habitación, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien y nos pusieron un ventilador, pasamos mucho calor, además olía muchísimo a humedad. Para rematar nos cobraron un 3% de comisión por pagar con tarjeta y no en efectivo.

The property is good value for money when compared to others in Ao Nang. It’s a short 10 minute walk to the beach and nearby some restaurants and shops. The rooms were cleaned everyday and quite spacious.

The room and facilities are quite basic - whilst it is a clean enough room, it’s not somewhere that you would want to spend a lot of time. However, for a cheap place to sleep and enjoy the beach, I would recommend it.

Que no tenían mi habitación preparada después de hacerme esperar media hora, tener que subir y bajar las maletas 3 plantas por unas escaleras inclinadas.

Niente in particolare. Un minimo la cordialità del personale. Che vista la camera che ci hanno dato, poi ce l’hanno cambiata. Dopo la lamentela. La posizione è abbastanza centrale. Almeno fuori dal caos krabi

La camera che ci hanno assegnato per prima aveva la doccia rotta. Odore di terme davvero sgradevolissimo dovuto alla piscina sotterranea. La vista pessima sopra i ristoranti!

Υπήρχε ένα θέμα με το νερό, δν είχε πίεση και καμιά φορά καθόλου ζεστό.

Номер с балконом , большой, светлый.Был чисто убран. Персонал улыбчивый и услужливый.

Далековато до моря, где можно купаться, но цена соответствует удаленности .

Amazing location great staff

L’hôtel est très bien situé, que ce soit pour la plage (10min à pied) ou pour les excursions. La rue est calme tout en étant à proximité des commerces. Le personnel est sympathique. Les chambres sont grandes et on a une terrasse (vu sur la végétation).

Nous avons eu une fuite d’eau dans notre chambre et le coffre fort ne fonctionnait pas. Le mobilier est fonctionnel mais abimé.

Не плохое местоположение, до пляжа минут 10, минут 5 до магазина 7-11, рядом есть заведение 888, где можно не дорого и вкусно поесть. При отеле есть бассейн, но мы им не пользовались. Телевизор смарт, где можно было глянуть нетфликс и ютуб.

Отель видно, что уже поживший, мебель старовата, в номере было не очень чисто при заселении встретились длинные чёрные волосы, уборку мы не застали не разу, полотенца видно что старые. Дверь в ванную не закрывалась, в самой ванной не было вентиляции, пахло сыростью, а так же была какая-то проблема с бачком унитаза. Плохой Wi-Fi, особенно по вечерам. Плохая звукоизоляция, слышно соседей из-за стенки, а так же любой шум с коридора. Чайник приходилось греть на прикроватной тумбочке, потому что розетка была только там.

Al secondo giorno abbiamo richiesto pulizia della camera ma il servizio non ha soddisfatto le mie aspettative. Asciugami sporchi e maleodoranti non sostituiti

Muy poco flexibles con los horarios.

Struttura semplice con camere pulite. Accoglienza super, staff disponibile. Posizione un po’ decentrata ma perfetta e comoda per tutti i servizi, anche spostandosi a piedi perché vicinissima al lungo mare.

Really close to the market and the beach (walking distance) but also quite (not directly on the road), great view!

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist gut. Sie liegt etwas zurückgelegen an einer belebten Straße. Man ist in 10 min mitten im Zentrum und am Strand. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Die Zimmer sind sehr einfach eingerichtet. Im Flur draußen müffelt es leider etwas. Leider hat man in unserem Zimmer die ganze Nacht die Klimaanlage des Nachbarhotels dröhnen hören, das war nicht so toll!

water pressure was too low, cant even take a good shower. there is no hot water. Not enough pillows, should give 2 pillows for each person. Air-conditioner wasnt working well. It takes whole day to cool down a small room.

Large room with fantastic balcony and comfortable bed and good air con.. Very good location for us . Felt safe and secure. Good value for money. Also on Christmas Day we had a little gift which was a nice touch.

Noisy people shouting at all hours of day and all through night. Rooms were tidied but not cleaned in 2 weeks. Linen with holes in marks on from bleach and black marks. Pool not usable was disappointing as it was unsafe for getting in and out and not able to sit round.

مبلغ أجرة الغرفة لم يكن وفق المتفق عليه في تطبيق بوكينق ، أخذوا علينا زيادة 3٪ لكي يتم السحب من البطاقة المسجلة لديهم ، الشي الآخر عطل في منظومة التكييف انتظرنا ساعة تقريبا ليتم إصلاحه ، الشي الثالث الفندق كان لديه خدمة مجانية أثناء حجزنا لنقلنا إلى المطار وتجاهلوا هذه الخدمة ولم يقدمونها لنا

L'emplacement est proche de la mer et du marché de nuit, l'accueil est chaleureux

Chambre spacieuse, propre. Personnel sympathique et dévoué. Terrasse spacieuse donne sur un jardin avec 2 chaises. Bouilloire sans sachet de thé et de café. Shampooing et gel douche fournis. Pas d'ascenseur dans l'hôtel. Nous avons apprécié la piscine non chauffée, il fait tellement chaud à l'extérieur que cela ne nous a pas gênés. Hôtel proche de la plage, des bateaux pour fairel les îles et des restaurants.

Eau tiède longue à venir dans la douche et surtout pas de pression. A côté de l'hôtel ( vers le salon de massage J.J), se situe un accueil où j'ai déposé mon linge à laver et à repasser. A fuir, les couleurs sont passées et le linge est très mal repassé.

Just a short walk from the beach.

There were no sun area around the pool, only two sunbeds inside.

The room had a strong moldy smell, and the shower was nearly unusable — barely any water pressure and no hot water at all. My partner had to rinse off using the bidet hose, which was unacceptable. When we reported it, the staff told us the boiler was broken and wouldn’t be fixed for a week. This should have been communicated in advance. We asked for a refund but were denied. We checked out early after just one night due to these serious issues.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and can’t recommend it enough! The rooms were exceptionally clean, the internet was super fast and everything we needed for a comfortable stay was available—from a spacious room to great amenities. What really stood out to us, though, was the kindness and attentiveness of the staff. They went above and beyond to organise our ferry tickets to Phi Phi at a great price, which made everything so easy and stress-free. On the day of our checkout, I unfortunately came down with a case of food poisoning (from a meal elsewhere), and the team were incredibly understanding. They helped us reschedule the ferry and even allowed us to stay past the check-out time so I could rest and recover a bit—something we were truly grateful for. Thank you to the entire team for your kindness and support during our stay. We’d happily return and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting!

Everyting perfect

We have stayed at Ben's House before and decided to come back again. After an initial mix up with rooms, we were moved to the room we booked! The upper storey rooms are smaller, and have been refurbished. We had a room with a balcony and a view on the top floor. We loved the sunset views. We used the pool a couple of times. There's nowhere to sit outside, but the fact it's even there is a piece of engineering. The rooms were regularly cleaned. As we were there for an extended stay, once every 2/3 days was fine. Leave the sign on the door and if was done. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

There isn't a lift, so great for fitness 😀
