There are only 2 treadmills at the gym club, and it keeped reseting itslef like 4 times during the run until i just gave up

We recently had the pleasure of staying at The Ritz-Carlton, Herzliya, Israel, for five nights at the end of June, and we returned again for our final night before flying home because our first stay was so exceptional. From the moment we arrived until the moment we departed, every member of your team made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. The level of service was consistently outstanding and exceeded all of our expectations. A special thank you goes to Michelle, who welcomed us so warmly upon arrival. She immediately made us feel at home, answered all of our questions with patience and professionalism, and ensured that our stay got off to a perfect start. Her kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care for guests set the tone for an unforgettable experience. We would also like to recognize Henry, the bellman, who was incredibly helpful with our luggage and made sure everything was handled smoothly all the way to our car during checkout. Danilo made every visit to the pool enjoyable. He was always attentive, helped us order food, and offered excellent restaurant recommendations in the area that we truly enjoyed. At the spa, Viktoria welcomed us with a wonderful tour and made us feel comfortable and relaxed from the very beginning. During our stay, we celebrated two very special milestones—our 20th wedding anniversary and our older daughter’s high school graduation before she begins college next year. We were deeply touched to receive wine, chocolates, and a beautiful handwritten card from Ori Zommer. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made our celebrations even more meaningful and memorable. Breakfast each morning was another highlight of our stay. The variety, freshness, quality of the food, and the exceptional service made every morning something we looked forward to. What impressed us most was the consistency. When we returned for our final night, we received the same outstanding level of hospitality. It confirmed that our wonderful first experience was not a coincidence—it is clearly part of the culture of excellence at your hotel. We travel to Israel every year to visit family, and after this experience, The Ritz-Carlton Herzliya has become our preferred hotel. We look forward to returning year after year and creating many more wonderful memories with your exceptional team. Please extend our sincere gratitude to Michelle, Henry, Danilo, Viktoria, Ori Zommer, and everyone else who helped make our stay so special. You get the actual perfect service, quality, and aesthetics 🙌 The case when you pay quite a lot, but you know exactly what you’re paying for, and you are enjoying every little thing. I love this hotel. Modern, great and warm service, the best breakfast in Israel at the Herbert Samuel restaurant. They also have bottled the amazing smell that permeates the hotel to bring home! Thank you for the pinukim and can’t wait to come back! Special shout out to Shelley and Ori who made our night so special.

הכל , המלון מפואר, נוף מדהים לים, חדרים מרווחים ומפנקים. הצוות בקבלה היה מקסים ורגיש לכל בקשה, היחס היה אישי, שודרגנו לסוויטה מדהימה לכבוד יום הולדתה של הבת שלי עם צלחת שוקולדים ובקבוק יין... בלילה היתה רוח חזקה קיצונית וחריגה שגרמה לרעש לא נעים בחדר וקבלנו פיצוי והתייחסות מלאה לכך. חשוב לי לציין בעיקר את ההתנהלות הרגישה, אכפתית ומקצועית של מריה מנהלת האופרציה של המלון כאשר עודכנה על הרעש שהיה לנו בחדר ונפעמתי מהרגישות שלה והטיפול המדהים שלה בסיטואציה מולי . תודה מריה!

השירות והיחס היו טובים.כל בקשה נענתה מהר.המלון יפה ונקי.אהבתי שנשארנו עד צאת. ה שבת ללא תשלום נוסף..ההסבר היה מובן על המלון .

בארוחת הערב .מבחר הסלטים היה מגוון והוגש לשולחן .המנות העיקריות היו מעטות לא היה מבחר גדול בהתאם למחיר היקר ששלמנו על חצי פנסיון. לזוג כשכעת יש מלחמה והמחירים בבתי המלון ירדו..צריך לשפר .

I can not thank enough the entire team at Ritz Carlyon Hertzliya . Every single employee was so caring , so kind and looked after me and my colleague as we we came for 2 day business trip and stack during Iranian conflict, unable to fly home due to closed air space . Dear Tamara , Poli , Anastasia , Liza , Yakov , Lev, Maria T, Shachar, your warmth and kindness was just like shield and hugs in a difficult time. Zack has found a doctor and converted my UK prescription for medication when I run out . Moshe went with me to pharmacy to help to get everything I need. Thank you Tor - the Pomeranian dog that was there for cuddles ! Everything was perfect, the Rooms . Facilities, Food . Israel is a beautiful country of beautiful people inside and outside . Spa and the bathroom in the room. The bathroom was excellent and really matched a 5-star level. That was the main positive impression.

The hotel does not justify its 5-star status or price. Cold and unfriendly service. Issues with the deposit, staff insisted Apple Pay was not possible although it clearly was. Cash was taken in excess without receipts. Breakfast was very basic. No attention to a special occasion mentioned in the booking. Overall service felt careless and disappointing.

We had a great stay at this hotel in Israel. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. Breakfast was one of the highlights, very fresh, high quality, and varied, with different options each day. There were freshly made juices and smoothies, as well as hot dishes prepared by the chefs, which we really appreciated. The spa was excellent. I had one of the best massages I’ve ever had, and it was a perfect way to fully relax. There are also several saunas available. The staff throughout the hotel were extremely friendly, attentive, and professional. The views from the rooms, especially those overlooking the marina, are beautiful and definitely add to the experience. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would rate it 10 out of 10 and would happily return!

This hotel is incredible. It was obvious from the moment we arrived. The actual hotel and location are both beautiful. The rooms are luxurious and spacious. Everything was great, but what truly sets this hotel apart is the people and service. The service is honestly the best we have ever experienced anywhere. Every single person we encountered - without exception - went above and beyond. It's obvious everyone actually cares. They don't just assist, they actually anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. They were warm, attentive, and accommodating, and made us feel cared for. The impact this had on our trip cannot be overstated. My kids said their favorite part of our entire vacation was the hotel. The experience here didn’t just complement our trip - it made it! A huge thank you to Niv, Shachar, and the entire team for delivering such an extraordinary experience. Your professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail set a standard that feels impossible to match. We are incredibly grateful and hope this is the only place we ever stay moving forward.

We are staying with our family at the Ritz Carlton Herzliya in two beautiful rooms facing the marina. I had to write this review though for some amazing staff members who absolutely made our stay exceptional. The whole staff have been wonderful so far, but special mention goes out to Yoni from the lobby bar and Zack from management. These gentlemen have shown us the epitome of genuine customer service and kindness from the heart. Bear in mind my husband is not an easy customer. He has special needs due to his health and is short on patience by nature. Yoni and Zack with their pleasant personalities and sincere kindness put my husband at ease by listening to his requests and anticipating all of our needs in advance. This is true five star service that you don't find in many places anymore. Thanks guys for exceeding our expectations and making our stay a spectacular experience!

I just finished another long stay at the Ritz-Carlton Herzliya and wanted to share my experience. I’ve stayed here many times now and it always feels good coming back. The front desk and guest relations team were really warm and welcoming, and I saw Zack, Niv, Ori and David almost every day. They’re genuinely nice people and really made a difference during my stay. Henry at the bell stand is always great too. My room faced the marina and the sunsets from the balcony were amazing. Housekeeping kept the room clean and orderly and I really appreciated the extra attention from both Andreii and Jenny. Room service from Rafael’s team was consistently good. Breakfast was something I enjoyed every morning. Olga’s team (Vlodya and Nadine) remembered what I liked, which was nice, and dinner at Herbert Samuel was always enjoyable. Denis and the team always made great recommendations. I spent time at the pool too, and Michelle was always kind and checking in. The spa staff (Maggie, Victoria, Dean) were all helpful and made things comfortable. The trainers at the gym, Ori and Tzvika, were awesome! I also saw Maria around the hotel often. She always seems involved and paying attention, which I think makes a difference. What I like most about this hotel is how personal it feels. They remember returning guests and make things easy and comfortable. It’s become my usual place to stay when I’m in Herzliya and I’m already looking forward to coming back again. If more than five stars were possible, I’d give it.

I bit pricy

Wonderful property and great location very close to the sea [walking distance]. You get everything you expect from Ritz - luxury, service, comfort. The only reason I did to give a 5 is that the fitness center is small and crowded. If that does not matter to you, then this is the perfect place to stay especially if you want to avoid the hustle and bustle of Tel Aviv.

Just returned from a weekend at the Ritz and had the most wonderful experience. Every single person we encountered was so helpful and friendly. We were celebrating a milestone anniversary and the hotel staff went out of their way to give us an incredible experience. The food was phenomenal, the room was clean and spacious with a view of the water, the pool and spa were clean and relaxing. Michelle took such amazing care of us and made us feel like we were royalty for the weekend. I have never felt so relaxed and pampered- I didn't even want to leave the hotel to explore!

Very helpful staff with exceptional service especially from the reaction staff upon check in . Lovely room , and wonderful breakfast the Herbert Samuel restaurant is also extremely good . . It’s not really a hotel for children which was fine as we were not traveling with any ! You are also able to Park for free if staying in the hotel which we appreciated .

There is very limited lounge space & no outdoor sitting area except on the roof where tbe pool is .

One of the best spa experiences ever! The first time I visited the Spa at the Ritz-Carlton Herzliya was for a work retreat, and from the very first moment, Victoria made it exceptional. She personally took care of our booking, gave us a lovely tour, and checked in on us throughout the day to make sure everything was perfect. The spa itself is beautiful—quiet, spotless, relaxing, and truly professional. We didn’t want to leave! A few weeks later, I came back with a friend for her birthday, and once again Victoria went above and beyond, anticipating every need and making us feel completely pampered. My friend said it was the best spa experience she’s ever had—and I couldn’t agree more. Victoria is outstanding, and the entire team was also warm, attentive, and wonderful. I can’t recommend the Spa at the Ritz-Carlton Herzliya highly enough. Ask for Victoria—you’ll be treated like royalty.

This is NOT up to Ritz standards, and I'd recommend a site-visit by Ritz corporate! This was built in 2013; I had to review that because I was shocked at the poor entrance; far from grand, it feels like the servant's entrance. But you have to work with what you got so you'd think the outside would be spotless, but it was constantly (over 5 days) filthy! They even would park construction cranes in front. The debris was insane, and I haven't even stepped inside. Wouldn't kill you to put some seats to wait for taxis outside because there isn't any inside! Speaking of inside, when you get to the door, there is, appropriately, a guard that sits inside at a podium. Not once did they open the door for us. It was a running joke of, "no, don't get up!" All the rooms have partial sea view, is what the front desk said, when we checked in! Our room had a view of an archeological dig and if you went out on the balcony, stood on one leg, closed one eye and cracked your neck, with a full moon, you'd see, partially, the sea! Oy, the room! The halls were musty! USB plugs were great to have next to your bed, though they were inoperable! The shower had no natural or electric light so at night, even with the bathroom lights on, it was dark! The vertical tiles were misaligned, and you could see down to the cracked drain. The shower door squeegee at the bottom that is supposed to make it watertight, was too low to the ground to allow you to place a towel at the foot of the shower but not low enough to keep the water in. There was mold at the junction of the wall and the shower door and the water that poured out made the granite a slip and slide! The toilet has those dual flush system, low flush and high flush buttons, like in Europe; the low flush was inoperable! Went up to the pool and the lounges were filthy! Nuf said! C'mon, there has to be something good here? Yes, two things, staff and location! Pavel was a great bartender who went above and beyond. Shachar, at the front desk, should be promoted to manager! He'd have all of the above addressed within weeks! Find him and promote him! If you're lucky to get a marina-view, you're in for a treat! The mall below is great to hang out. Acadia beach is great to the North and there is another beach, equidistant, to the South! There! Finished on a positive note! Tada! (or is it Todah!)

One of, if not, the best hotel I have ever stayed. The staff was wonderful: professional, friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was amazing. The spa services excellent. Many dining options both in the hotel and downstairs in the marina. The beach next to the hotel was incredibly beautiful. Just an excellent stay. Definitely going back.

Truly the best of the best! The service and attention to detail is top notch and absolutely what you’d expect from a 5 star hotel/resort. David at the front desk, Olga at breakfast, housekeepers, Concierge — EVERYONE IS SO NICE AND TRULY WONDERFUL! I am an Ambassador elite and travel a lot. This property is easily one of my favorites. My room was upgraded to a corner deluxe and it seriously felt like a suite. Large, spacious and ridiculously comfortable. I slept like a baby! Treat yourself and stay here - you’ll thank me later!

Something seriously wrong with the electrical wiring in the hotel: Telephone broken throughout our stay in our suite. Asked multiple time for it to be fixed but it never happened; eventually the repair guy just stopped showing up; then an outlet exploded (sparks came out) when we tried unplugging the Nespresso machine. The incident left whole room fused, including no A/C until repair guy showed up. The same process went on every time the repair guy tried to fix the telephones too. No apologies given. Not a dependable place to stay. Not Bonvoy standard.

Great location and got upgraded to a suite. Rooms are very comfortable Delicious breakfast Saturday morning The rooftop pool is much too small for such a large hotel. Pool was very crowded and hard to find a seat. A hotel of this caliber and size should have another pool.

Nestled in the bustling marina, the Ritz is a island of calm and elegance. As a platinum member with two rooms reserved, they upgraded me to a two bedroom, 3 bathroom suite with a large balcony and excellent view of Tel Aviv and the marina. It was great. I can honestly say that the staff throughout the hotel made every effort to make our stay more comfortable. I would usually single out someone but truly, from the concierge staff on the ground floor, through reception , the dining room, housekeeping and the pool, we received excellent and polite service. The pool on the roof deck is smallish but if not full, allowed for decent lengths for swimming. The start and ends of the day were least busy. The breakfast was great. Chefs making individualised egg and pancake selections followed by a myriad of delicacies and tastes. It truly set me up for the day. A great touch is the concierge having towels and water in a bag ready for those going to the beach (a 5 minute walk away). All in all, a great stay. They will face competition from the new 5 star hotels being built across the marina but this remains a top class venue, well worth the stay.

We had a fantastic and relaxing stay at the Ritz. The location is ideal—close to everything yet peaceful—and the amenities lived up to the high standards you'd expect from the Ritz. The spa was a real highlight: quiet, well-run, and truly relaxing. Overall, a great experience and one we'd happily repeat.

Pros: Location with Many Restaurants close by - walking . Real good ! Room was nice and big and their Gym is great Cons: The hotel is a religious hotel. You be shocked over weekend is like religious praying everywhere and even room service is not available. Only take out from their restaurant. Luckily many options to eat around. - Pool on weekend summer - forget it . Like a baby pool I would not even dare to get it..or get some lap swim. forget it I cant compare it to the Kempinski pool which was so much better Pool is also small. - beach just ok - close by. But could not swim due to black flags - Staff - Not well trained. too many not Ritz like mistakes. They never answer the phone right away which was more than once. Seems like not enough staff. Also ball men and getting car take too long. Not good Their manager tries, but their staff not well trained and not Ritz like service one expects . - mostly in summer - not worth it in my opinion. The religious take over in Shabbat all over and it is not pleasant in lobby and in pool. - Their Breakfast is ok. Repetitive and expensive. - Spa Massage is Ok. Compare to other top 5 hotels - Below the competition I would rate it 7/10

Our second stay here. Phenomenal hotel in every way. Upscale amenities, service, food, and most importantly; friendly and accommodating staff. It was a magical stay here. Thank you.
