Elke dag ( en jaar) schreeuwende kinderen bij het zwembad. Geen personeelslid die dit probeerde te stoppen. Dit doet absoluut geen recht aan dit fantastische resort. Maak er een adult only resort van of vanaf 16 jaar.

The whole resort was peaceful and the setting was amazing!. The rooms were very spacious, cimfortable and clean. The service you could not fault, the staff were very attentive and friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

Een van de mooiste zwembaden waarin we ooit gezwommen hebben. Het zicht op de kliffen is spectaculair. Super vriendelijk personeel. Omdat er geen alcohol geschonken wordt, zitten er ook geen feestvierders. Het is dus erg rustig. De family cottage was ideaal voor ons gezin van 4 met 2 aparte badkamers. De buitenzithoek, buitenkeuken en buitendouche zijn toffe plekjes om te zijn. Airco werkt prima en is niet lawaaierig. De bedden wel aan de hardere kant. Met de shuttle van het hotel of een grab sta je op nog geen 7 minuten aan de zee. Het ontbijt was lekker en gezellig. We hebben een keer ‘s avonds in het hotel gegeten, dat was okee maar in de buurt kan je lekkerder en iets goedkoper eten. Een heerlijke afsluiter van onze rondreis in Thailand.

Heel vriendelijk personeel. De omgeving is prachtig. De tuinen zijn heel mooi aangelegd. Dichtbij het bruisende centrum, maar toch geen last van lawaai.

Er is geen alcohol te verkrijgen in het hotel. Dit was voor ons een verrassing. De kamers zijn wat verouderd. Maar wel netjes en alles is aanwezig.

One of the best places we stayed in Thailand! We traveled as a family of 6, spent 3 nights here, and had a truly wonderful time. The rooms are incredibly comfortable and spotlessly clean, with such great attention to detail. All of the staff were so sweet and helpful with every query and request we had. The breakfast was superb, offering a wide variety of delicious foods that met everyone's tastes. Honestly, I don't understand how this is only considered a 4-star hotel—in my eyes, it is an obvious 5-star experience!

Ao Nang was our final stay in Thailand. The resort was lovely and the pool was just as nice as it looks in the photos. We stayed in a tropical cottage and it was huge for three people with two big rooms, two big bathrooms which each had a jacuzzi and a small kitchen. After staying in regular hotels in our other locations, it was nice to stay somewhere different with a lot of greenery and wildlife outside. Ao Nang itself was more built up than we expected, so it was nice to be staying slightly outside the centre somewhere peaceful. It was easy to get to the beachfront using a grab taxi for about 80 baht. We stayed by the pool on a couple of days and the food served there was great.

Sometimes the breakfast was a little disorganised but there was a reasonable amount of choice.

Paysage vraiment magnifique, entre les montagnes et la verdure, c'est un cadre hyper reposant. Les hôtes sont super gentils et souriants. Nous avons été surclassés et je trouve ce geste super sympa. J'ai commandé à manger, un Pad Khao Paow et c'était très bon, avec un plateau de nourritures frits. Le petit-déjeuner est hyper complet, divers jus de fruits sont proposés et tout est très bon. Même le lieu pour manger est super relaxant au dessus de l'eau avec une vue superbe. J'ai trouvé le village hyper dépaysant et relaxant et c'est ce que je recherchais.

Je n'ai rien à dire de négatif.

I did like the friendly staff, but for the rest I did not like anything about it, it is really poor, old and unattractive.

Pubic hair on the toilet when we arrived in the room, hair everywhere on the floor, very old worn out place, it’s unbelievable that they keep it in this state. Very poor and unattractive location as well.

Voor sfeer moet je binnen de accomodatie blijven. Buiten het hotel is het niet zo gezellig.

It was relaxing and among nature which made it felt like a real getaway.

One of the best hotel/resort stays I've ever had. The included breakfast was unique, fresh, and delicious. The room was spacious and there was not a single bug inside. Very well built/sealed. Air Con was strong. Room cooled off quickly. Room had many perks to use while staying, such as slippers, bath robes, umbrellas, beach bag, etc. Booking.com only allows 4-person reservation, but the hotel allowed 2 additional family members to stay (NOT free). Our original stay was ~$800, and we had to pay ~$200 for the 2 extra people. They brought very comfortable roll away beds, blankets, extra bathrobe, slippers, etc.

Price is one of the most expensive, but completely justified for what you get. I wish the shuttle to/from the beach was more frequent. It only comes/goes every 1-hour. Every 30-minutes would have been very useful. We took tuk-tuks often because it wasn't worth waiting for the next shuttle.

Very nice family cottage that had everything we needed and more, repellent candle, amazing outdoor seating, fridge etc. loved the breakfast!

Private pool was clean. Surrounding was clean. Food was good and they change main menu everyday for morning buffet. Even their western lunch menu was delicious! Great view of cliff from our villa and hospitality service was great. Everyone was friendly and really helpful. They cld even provide a prayer mat in the room fr muslims. Concierge service is 24hrs. Spa massage had a gd promo and massage was great too! My family, especially the kids really loved it! Was surprised to see 2 large bathtubs in the Sainai villa. They gave us so many recomndations n options frm best food nearby, to their activities n tours (and thier rates i find actually cheaper than klook n more flexible in arranging itenary). Had a wonderful stay for 3 nights and definately wld recommend to families!

Just a lot of big mosquitoes (need to standby a strong repellant) and it will be fine. Bed is slightly hard. Besides that, the whole room is lovely!!

It was a lovely resort with secluded villas. Food was nice. Staff were attentive and helpful. Grounds were well kept. The gym had two treadmills, one cross trainer. Free weights and a training station.

It was Alcohol free. Not sure if that was mentioned in the description but we hadn’t realised that. Although it was fine to buy supplies and keep them in the room fridge and drink on the terrace.

STUNNING hotel. Very idyllic and peaceful and not too far from Ao Nang beach and shops etc but also lots of little restaurants nearby

Breakfast could be improved - unfortunately so many flies around the buffet maybe would be nicer in low season to order from a menu

We absolutely loved our stay here. The hotel is surrounded by nature, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere while still being in a very central and convenient location. We especially loved our room—it was beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed.

EVERYTHING !!! This place is so peaceful. The area is huge and full of nature. It’s impressive the calm and kindness which surrounds this resort. Staff is extremely nice. Rooms are spacious and confortable. Breakfast is incredibly qualitative and rich of various materials. Lunches and dinners are also very good. The swimming pool place is breathtaking. The spa is great with various treatments. The level of service is amazing and I hope to be back one day in this hotel.

Really amazing area with such nice atmosphere, and surprisingly hardly any mosquitos at the resort! The staff were really friendly and pleasant. It was always nice that it was away from the main strip. We also enjoyed the breakfasts and the pool!

The shower door is a little off so it slams when it closes, other than that it was great

Het was voor ons de 3de keer. Voelt als thuiskomen. Het personeel herkende ons en we kregen een warm onthaal. Ze zijn zo lief voor de kids. Speciale dank naar Kai, Toh, Eah en de overige staff waarvan we de naam niet meer weten.

De tijden van de shuttledienst is niet altijd handig en beperkt je daarin. Soms zitten er tussen de shiften wat gaten tussen. Vooral als je met kleintjes bent. Daarnaast zou het fijn zijn als er een grote hangrek in de badkamer is. Nu hangen er alleen 2 hangknopjes. Als je met een fam van 4 verblijft heb je daar echt niet genoeg aan.

Spędziliśmy tu swoją podróż poślubną i nie mogliśmy wymarzyć jej sobie lepiej. Zostaliśmy miło powitani przez personel hotelu. Nocowaliśmy w Coconut Cottage, który był duży, wygodny, zawsze czysty i bardzo dobrze wyposażony. Teren hotelu jest przepiękny i zadbany. Obsługa na absolutnie najwyższym poziomie - bardzo pomocna i miła, zawsze dostawaliśmy wszystko, o co poprosiliśmy. Hotel jest kameralny, przez co nie jest zatłoczony, co daje komfort odpoczynku np przy basenie. Śniadania bardzo smaczne, z dużym wyborem. W okolicy hotelu znajduje się kilka fajnych restauracji. Kilka razy dziennie kursuje bus do centrum Ao Nang i z powrotem, co jest bardzo wygodne, ale chodziliśmy także spacerem. Dodatkowym atutem jest brak sprzedaży alkoholu i dbałość o środowisko.

Wszystko było perfekcyjne. Jedyna rzecz, która nas zawiodła to to, że w żaden sposób nie uczczono naszej podróży poślubnej, mimo poinformowania o tym. Widzieliśmy, że inna para dostała życzenia i tort.

Amazing location! From the moment we arrived, we were taken care of. The resort is beautiful, with a nice backdrop of the mountains. The staff is very kind and helpful. The pool and gym are great. Breakfast was delicous. We had a pond view room, and the room view was amazing! There sre also different types of animals around the resort, such as squirrels, frogs, butterflies, which were always nice to see.

The serenity was incredible living in such a beautiful calm natural environment amongst beautiful trees and flowers, monitor lizards, squirrels, birds and butterflies to name but a few. The gardens and accommodations are spotless and staff all incredibly pleasant and helpful. The restaurant/breakfast area has the most beautiful views. What a way to start the day. Resting in a hammock overlooking the lake is sublime and calming. Very very comfortable bed, great shower with lovely toiletries provided and spacious accommodation with very efficient air conditioning . Whilst alcohol is not served here the smoothies and sodas are delicious and it is permitted to purchase drinks and consume within the hotel establishment.

Lighting for applying make up or contact lenses difficult. A make up mirror /lighting added would be very helpful. A ceiling fan on the verandas would be a great addition to enjoy outside space as provided in the dining area.

Nous avons tout aimé ! Nous avons eu la chance d’être surclassé, donc jacuzzi dans la chambre. Le lieu est magique et très calme, en plus de ça proche du centre. Il y a même une navette qui vous amène directement dans le centre gratuitement. La piscine était très jolie. Le petit déjeuné était parfait : beaucoup de choix et très bon. L’hôtel propose également des excursions pour visiter les îles d’à côté qui sont juste paradisiaques. Nous recommandons ce logement

Sehr schöne , saubere Anlage , mega schöner Pool. Es sollte einen bewusst sein, dass dort kein Alkohol ausgeschenkt wird. Das Frühstücks Restaurant war mit einer wunderbaren Aussicht auf dem See mit Besuch von Wahranen.

Im Zimmer war die Beleuchtung sehr dunkel. Es hat ein Schminkspiegel gefehlt. Wir hatten ein Eichhörnchen auf dem Dach, das Personal hat sich sofort um alles gekümmert .

Een geweldig resort. Ligging is perfect. Heerlijk rustig en binnen 5-10 min lopen in de drukte van ao Nang. Direct in de buurt al vele eettentjes. Kamers groot en schoon. Kregen zelfs een up-grade van kamer. Personeel uiterst vriendelijk. Ontbijtbuffet erg royaal en lekker.

Cu toate ca nu sunt prima data in Thailanda, acest hotel mi-a depasit asteptarile. Totul a fost exceptional aici, camerele foarte mari, curate, baia cu cada mare, serviciul de curatenie zilnic, piscina curata si mare, peisajul foarte frumos, micul dejun diversificat , personalul foarte amabil .

One of the best places I’ve been in! It’s quite a small resort which in my opinion is a big plus. Location is private, right in front of an amazing mountain, but still very close to the center. Everything was amazing here! The view is breathtaking. Service is too. Food is amazing. The pool is very cool. We loved every minute.

Everything about our stay at Ban Sainai Resort was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms and facilities were clean and so comfortable. The food was great and we liked the location away from the busy beachfront.

Ik vond dit hotel echt geweldig, we voelden ons echt als de koning en koningin. Het personeel was perfect, prachtige kamers, mooi zwembad, heel erg lekker ontbijt en echt complete rust. Er is een gratis shuttle service naar de stad.

Logement impeccable , une restauration très bonne, un petit déjeuner varié et qualité. Le personnel est extraordinaire. La piscine sublime, les massages très professionnels. le service de navette pour aller jusqu’à la plage ou le centre-ville est très appréciable. Hôtel très au calme dans un cadre verdoyant et un parc sublime.

Le personnel est fantastique. Très souriant et sympathique. Nous avons aimé le petit déjeuner, les bengalow étaient agréables mais les moustiques entrent facilement. Heureusement, il y avait des moustiquaires pour les lits et des répulsifs offerts. Notre téléphone de chambre a été réparé le jour même où nous avons fait la remarque. Aussi, la piscine était relaxante surtout avec la vue sur la montagne !

Les prix des en-cas à la piscine sont trop élevés. La vitre de notre chambre donnant sur la montagne n'était pas propre. L'hôtel devrait proposer un service de navettes plus fourni. Il y a peu d'horaires disponibles. Mais dans l'ensemble, c'est un très beau hôtel qui nous laissera de magnifiques souvenirs
