Top location and super nice accomodation for my group of friends during the 3 nights we were in Berlin. Park near by and for a good price.

Hotel Nikolai Residence is a great place to relax and an ideal base for visiting Berlin. The location is excellent, and the room was large with a cozy, welcoming interior. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

One of the best locations you can be for your first Berlin visit. Quite place with historic feeling, located next to Museum Island with direct connection to all types of transport. Really good value for money compared to other accomodations. Quite stiff matresses if important.

Peccato che un giorno prima sia arrivato un messaggio WhatsApp fasullo con tutti i dati della nostra prenotazione(un vero e proprio phishing) che chiedeva la conferma della prenotazione. Ci vorrebbe più attenzione per i dati dei clienti

The location, cleanliness, and the hotel in general were very good.

€250 was blocked via mail order without prior notice. It would have been better if the charge had been processed after we arrived at the hotel, following proper notification and our approval.

The hotel is located in a lovely part of town, very close to the UBahn station and other public transport which makes getting around very easy. Really enjoyed the ease of the checkin process as well as the friendly staff and responsiveness. Also, the massive room and bathroom!! Easy recommendation.

Heel mooie en ruime kamer. We hadden ook een apart kamertje, wat voor meer privacy zorgt. Het hotel is fantastisch gelegen, vlak bij Museumsinsel, voor ons het mooiste stuk van de stad. Tot 11u was er wel wat lawaai, maar na 11u 's avonds was het muisstil.

Je moet weten dat je geen ontbijt kan krijgen. Op zich is dat jammer, maar als je het op voorhand weet, kan je je erop instellen.

We have stayed here a few times and I enjoy the central location and quietness of the inner courtyard of Nikolai quarter. The temperatures were mild, so the fan in the room was sufficient. (Not sure how it would be in hot summer). I liked the extra cover on the bed for when a duvet is too hot, and the pillows and bed were comfortable. Fridge, WIFI, and shower were all great. Great location and restaurants. I love the more traditional Zur Gerichtslaube with German food, as well as a new Georgian Restaurant Nikolai's Marani, and other some fun vibe places nearby and along the Spree River as well. Lovely stay even though under new management with more app-based service after hours. This confused us at first, but there was someone to welcome us in person and even when we left during standard hours. Nice staff

We were hesitant due to the new Arbio management and some wording on the app that sounded like no one would be around. (We've had bad experiences in other places with apps for entry), but the app did work after hours and we were happy also with in-person service as well. The coffee could be better since we have our own powdered coffee but the tea kettle and teas were great.

Die Lage war perfekt. Wir brauchten ein Zimmer um in der Nacht nicht noch nach Hause fahren zu müssen. Einfach bequem ins Bett fallen ohne viel Schnickschnack.

On a adoré l'emplacement à côté du Fernsehturm au centre de Berlin mais dans une petite rue totalement calme et entouré de charmantes églises et biergartens. Tout était très propre. Idéal pour visiter la ville.

La location perfetta per visitare il Berlino, vicino ci sono diversi ristoranti e bar. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Struttura molto pulita, semplice ma con tutto quello che c'è bisogno in minimo dettaglio. Abbiamo prenotato una notte con famiglia per fare weekend a Berlino e il hotel ha superato le mie aspettative.

Wenn ich ein 4 personen familienzimmer buche erwarte ich auch 4 feste Betten, nicht ein zustellbett für die vierte Person. Grundlegend ist das hotel gut eingerichtet. Allerdings finde ich bei einer Gruppe von 10 reisenden einen Durchschnittspreis pro Person und Nacht zu hoch dafür, dass Leute auf zustellbetten schlafen, 2 Handtücher getauscht werden müssen, weil sie Löcher oder Flecken haben und die Dielen der Dachterrasse morsch sind und einsinken beim betreten.

Sehr gute Lage, zentral gelegen. Modern eingerichtet, Betten sehr bequem, sauber und wir hatten auch direkt an der Unterkunft einen guten und noch günstigen Stellplatz.

Wir waren im Erdgeschoss und konnten so nachts die Fenster nicht groß öffnen, dadurch war es sehr warm im Zimmer. Im Sommer sind eher die oberen Zimmer besser zum Buchen. Außerdem war es früh morgens sehr laut für einen Innenhof.

Hezký byt s okny do dvora. Klidné místo v centru Berlína. Museum Insel a památky v dochozí vzdálenosti. V ubytování byla varná konvice s nabídkou čajů a kávy. Dokonce byla k dispozici i malá lednice. Vše perfektní.

The location is unbelievable and the room was great value for what you paid. There were restaurants near by as well as good public transport links to the train station and other important locations. The reception was open 9-5 which was enough for servicing needs.

The property kept trying to send me the link to check in via booking.com message however, due to the any scam protection on booking.com the link kept on being removed. This was a major issue that took the property a considerable amount of time sort out this issue.

הפרדה בין מיטת יחיד להורים היתה מצויינת. המיקום המרכזי היה מועיל מאד. החדר נקי ומרווח. המיטות נוחות מאד. החדר אסתטי. יחס אישי של פקידי הקבלה. יש קנקן וכלים להכנת קפה ותה.

רצוי לדאוג לפתרון לארוחות בשעות הבוקר, כי אין מענה בסביבה הקרובה, או לחילופין לשים מתקני מטבח בחדרים או בקומה. אין מספיק שקיקי קפה בחדר.

Det var et vidunderligt værelse ideelt til en familie, komplet med balkon. Desuden har det en fremragende beliggenhed med nem adgang til shopping, restauranter og transport. Man befinder sig tæt på både historiske seværdigheder som Parlamentet og moderne attraktioner som Alexanderplatz, samtidig med at naturen er lige i nærheden.

Det er urimeligt, at man skal betale et beløb for overnatning, samtidig med at et andet beløb bliver blokeret eller reserveret på bankkontoen fra den dato, man booker værelset, og i det mindste indtil 10 arbejdsdage efter check-out.

Nuestra estancia fue excelente. La ubicación es perfecta, en una zona muy tranquila y muy bien comunicada, ideal para recorrer Berlín. La habitación era amplia, muy limpia y cómoda, y el baño era enorme. El proceso de check-in fue muy sencillo y las instrucciones fueron claras en todo momento. Sin duda volveríamos a alojarnos aquí. ¡Muy recomendable!

La manca di facilità nell’individuarla, la struttura è centrale ma nascosta, sono arrivato alle 23:00 circa e non avevo riferimenti da poter contattare e con tutta la stanchezza di un viaggio ho girato x circa un’ora prima di trovare l’hotel…mancanza di una reception dopo le ore 17:00, la mancanza di una traduzione in lingua italiana….

L’emplacement est parfait, proche de l’île aux musées et en même temps, dans un environnement piéton, calme avec plein de petits restaurants sympas. Ce petit quartier, comme un village au milieu de la ville, a été notre havre de paix pour nous ressourcer après avoir passé une journée dans le tumulte de la ville.

Absolutnie najlepszy Hotel w jakim byłem podczas mojej dwutygodniowej objazdowej podróży po Europie. Bardzo czysto i pachnąco w całym budynku. Piękne wnętrza i absolutna czystość na każdym kroku od korytarzy po pokoje. Piękna przestronna łazienka. W pokoju dodatkowo czekał zestaw herbatek, szklanek i czajnik. Była też przygotowana woda i coś słodkiego. Do dyspozycji mała lodówka perfekcyjnie czysta że świeżym powietrzem w środku - piszę takie szczegóły, bo mimo wszystko rzadko się z taką jakością spotykam. Do dyspozycji parking za 20€ w bezpiecznym monitorowanym podwórku. Okna od strony podwórka sprawią, że się wyśpisz, bo jest cisza w nocy. Ściany też tak solidne że kompletnie nie słychać sąsiadów. Widać było, że inni goście hotelu. to osoby z klasą i na poziomie. Oceny wielu miejsc są bardzo mocno zawyżane przez korzystających z Booking.com - nie rozumiem dlaczego tak zawyżają oceny miejscom, które powinny mieć ogólną punktację na poziomie max 5 pkt a mają często powyżej 8. Porównując do hoteli w których byłem z podobną oceną i zazwyczaj wyższą ceną można przeżyć szok jaka przepaść jakości dzięki te miejsca. W tej cenie ten hotel powinien mieć oceny bliskie 10.

Można by stworzyć mapkę dla przyjeżdżających samochodem aby rozwiać obawy wjazdu na strefę dla pieszych gdzie znajduje się hotel.

De vriendelijkheid en behulpzaamheid van de medewerkers was bijzonder goed. Advies over waar te ontbijten, de bagage mocht kosteloos in het hotel blijven en we konden bij aankomst zelfs al eerder op onze kamer terecht.

Overnatningsstedet har en skøn placering i et centralt, men roligt kvarter. Værelserne har en god størrelse med gode badeværelser. Virkelig imødekommende og hjælpsomt personale!

Der er ingen fastinstalleret air-conditioning på værelserne, men blot en roterende tårnventilator. Hotellet sendte dog god anvisning om hvilke tiltag vi kunne gøre, for holde temperaturen på.

Easy to access and in a great location. There were no staff on site, but communication through messages was quick, clear, and helpful whenever we needed anything. Everything was easy to find, and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free.

The only downside was that we weren’t aware a security deposit was required. This was mentioned in the booking information, but we overlooked it, so it’s worth reading the details carefully before your stay to avoid any surprises.

Bonjour L'hôtel est très propre et bien situé. Le personnel est très aimable rien à redire. J'étais avec mes enfants et ils ont adoré. Le personnel leur offrait des bonbons à chaque passage. Je recommande vivement.

La ubicación es perfecta y la relación calidad precio también. Las habitaciones más amplias que otras que habíamos visto con baños muy cómodos. No dispone físicamente de nadie en recepción a partir de las 17h pero todo resulta sencillo. Es cómodo y está bien organizado. El personal muy majo. Fue un acierto.

La única cosa que podría señalar es que en nuestro caso la habitación daba justo encima de una zona de cubos de basura y en algún momento era molesto el ruido de la gente tirando basura o de los operarios al recogerla si querías tener abierta la ventana, pero era puntual. Esto en cualquier caso no nos supuso problema.
