Sheraton Hua Hin Pranburi Villas

Wir waren Anfang 2026 in der Low Season für eine Woche als Familie mit vier Personen im Sheraton Hua Hin Pranburi Villas und haben uns insgesamt sehr wohlgefühlt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das außergewöhnlich freundliche und aufmerksame Personal im gesamten Resort. Das galt wirklich für alle Bereiche, vom Empfang über Restaurant und Housekeeping bis hin zu den Mitarbeitern in der Gartenanlage. Unsere Villa mit zwei Schlafzimmern, privatem Pool, eigenem Garten und Sala Pavillon war sehr großzügig und für eine Familie ideal. Es gab zwei Toiletten, insgesamt drei Duschen, darunter auch Außenduschen, sowie zwei Fernseher mit gut zugänglichen HDMI Anschlüssen. In beiden Schlafzimmern standen zusätzlich große Deckenventilatoren zur Verfügung, eine angenehme Alternative zur Klimaanlage. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und qualitativ sehr gut. Besonders gefallen haben uns die wechselnden warmen thailändischen Gerichte. Die WLAN Abdeckung innerhalb unserer Villa war technisch sehr gut. Es gab drei Aruba WLAN Access Points, jeweils einen in den beiden Schlafzimmern sowie einen Outdoor Access Point. Dadurch hatten wir sowohl in der gesamten Villa als auch im Poolbereich guten Empfang. Auch Restaurant, Fitnessbereich und die zentralen Bereiche des Resorts waren gut versorgt. Die gesamte Anlage ist wunderschön, sehr grün und hervorragend gepflegt, mit vielen Palmen und einer ruhigen, entspannten Atmosphäre. Selbst Eichhörnchen fühlen sich hier offensichtlich wohl. ;-) Sehr positiv fanden wir auch, dass das Hotel bei kleinen Problemen oder Sonderwünschen immer versucht hat, eine unkomplizierte Lösung zu finden, zum Beispiel beim externen Wäscheservice. Es gibt verschiedene kostenlose Aktivitäten im Resort sowie einen kostenlosen und unkomplizierten Fahrradverleih. Bei einigen Fahrrädern sollten Schaltung und Bremsen allerdings einmal technisch überprüft werden.

Die Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern ist relativ laut, da sich die “alten” (?) Geräte direkt im Zimmer befinden. Die Internet Performance lag bei uns allerdings meist nur bei ungefähr 60 Mbit/s im Download und Upload, vermutlich pro Gerät begrenzt. Für Streaming, E Mails und normale Nutzung war das grundsätzlich ausreichend. Allerdings gab es immer wieder kurze Aussetzer. Etwas störend war außerdem das Marriott Captive Portal des Hotel WLANs. Unsere Anmeldung war bei uns regelmäßig weg, sodass wir uns etwa alle ein bis drei Tage erneut anmelden mussten. Gerade wenn man darauf angewiesen ist, dauerhaft online und erreichbar zu sein, ist das eher unpraktisch. Bis zu zehn Geräte konnten gleichzeitig verwendet werden. Der Shuttle nach Hua Hin ist kostenpflichtig und aus unserer Sicht vergleichsweise teuer. Taxi oder Grab waren für uns meist die günstigere und flexiblere Alternative.

Peace & quiet

You promote a "adults only hotel" it wasn't. No AC indoor restaurant for eating. No money exchange for a so called 5 star hotel, very poor. No mini bus available for guests to travel into Hua Hin No life guard or assistant for pool menu, towels, umbrella lifting No Music entertainment for guests especially during happy hours. You hold onto customers and do not let them spend at competition operators. Our villa need a full paint overhaul. Very old with corrosion. No cutlery inside the villa rooms. Hair dryer did not work. Hotel Bikes for leisure, seats were hard as rocks.

A paradise in the middle of nature. The staff is so kind and thoughtful. The breakfast buffet was amazingly delicious. We will certainly come back. Thank you to the team.

We liked everything.

The rooms were comfortable and spacious, the bicycles made getting around nice and pleasant, beautiful landscaping

Maintenance could be better, old facilities, missing shades in the main swimming pool, gym is unusable. With no grab available it was challenging to get around the area

Privacy, quiet and clean

Outside the hotels, there are Public Karaoke. So, if you stayed near the street, it might be bothering but if you stayed further in the hotel. Noise is not a problem.

The staff were lovely and super helpful! Breakfast had a great variety, and the room was beautiful with a private pool and lots of privacy.

The only downside is that the hotel isn't beachfront, and it’s quite a long walk from the room. Luckily, they provide golf carts and bicycles to get around

1. Room facilities are quite old. 2. A/C grill full of dust but not too bad to make us change the room( we found out 2nd nights ><) 3. No digital TV. ( no netflix, youtube or anything)

Il n’y a rien autour et les villages sont pauvres Il faut venir pour l’hôtel uniquement (ça en vaut la peine) Les femmes de ménage devraient passer quand on n’est pas dans la chambre car c’est gênant pour elles et pour nous

Morgenmaden. Restauranten. Vi købte Helpension, kan godt betale sig og det er god mad. Det er ikke mange restauranter i området, men der er streetfood på Strandvejen hver aften. Det er billigt nok. Husk at kigge på drinkskortet, de lægger 10 % i servicegebyr samt 7 % i skat oveni!,

Det er gammelt og slidt. Vi havde hus i 2 etager. Poolen er konstant i skygge! Revner i fliser, løse armaturer ved håndvaske, skabslåger der hænger. Døre der binder. Kan ikke sidde og spise på terrassen, der er kun spiseplads indenfor.

Personalen var underbar! Frukosten utsökt och miljö att vistas i otroligt mysig!

Saknade en bra strand direkt vid hotellet, men detta kompenserades med en gratis skjuts till en fin strand istället, så det var ok. Saknade kanske fler restauranger att kunna gå till i närheten av hotellet.

The privacy in the villa was great. You could totally forget there were other people in the resort.

The villas are ready for some proper maintenance work.

הצוות היה מקסים ארוחות טובות , לקחנו פנסיון מלא חדר כושר טוב החדר עצמו גדול ומרווח מקום מטופח מאוד ושקט

היה לנו אמבטיה בחדר ורצינו למלא את האמבטיה במים חמים, אבל המים החמים הספיקו רק לרבע אמבטיה ולאחר מכן היו רק מים קרים גם במקלחת וגם באמבטיה, ככה במשך שני לילות נראה שיש הגבלה על שימוש במים חמים

Schöne Pool Villas, ausgesprochen nettes und hilfsbereites Personal?,in der ganzen Anlage wird renoviert ohne Störung ! Wir haben uns die gesamten 18 Tage sehr wohlgeführt und planen schon für nächstes Jahr!

Great, relaxed, peaceful place. Perfect place for a relaxed vacation. The service is great and attentive. The only thing that I’d expect more is the breakfast line. They do have variety of options but if compared to other 5-star, it’s still less.

I had such a wonderful stay at Sheraton Hua Hin Pranburi Villas. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and very well maintained. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, which made the whole experience even more special. Everything was comfortable, relaxing, and beyond expectations. I would definitely love to come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect getaway.

Private villas, where you can have a wonderful weekend. A wonderful location, tasty breakfasts (good choice of traditional food, European food. Fruit, cheese, vegetables and bakery) , fast room service, beautiful territory of the hotel, kind and professional, helpful and friendly staff. Comfortable beds and sleeping facilities. Tasty coffee provided in a room.

On day there was an unpleasant smell in a breakfast cafe in the morning. The staff tried to solve the problem with the fans, unfortunately they couldn’t because there’s a farm nearby and it wasn’t the hotel’s fault. (Pricy hotel restaurant.)

This is an amazingly beautiful hotel with superb food, accommodations, and service!

This is certainly not the most modern hotel and some areas are in need of minor renovation but it is the perfect place for privacy, peace and quiet and superb service. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff who all go the extra mile to make your stay just what you want. The private garden, private pool, outdoor bath and shower as well as indoor bathroom are just superb. Bikes for exploring the local area are provided free of charge. The full board option is amazing value and the food excellent. Have stayed here six times and will return which I think says it all!

The room is perfect. Staffs are so friendly. If you want to find a place that you can fully relax, this is the place for you. I strongly recommend to make full board reservation. Foods are good and delicious.

We stayed in the pool villa. The villa was beautiful, the pool was clean and the hotel is right next to the ocean front. Excellent location and very peaceful. We took the full board option, though menu options are limited, everything we tried, both veg and non veg was very tasty.

Everything. A lovely location set in a large coconut grove. Villas are entirely private, spacious and well appointed, with indoor and outdoor showers and a large private pool. Service throughout the hotel was impeccable and all the staff were enthusiastically friendly and polite. Breakfast by the lotus pond was outstanding, and everything was done to please the guests

While the La Luna restaurant was attractive, and happy hour drinks were excellent, the cuisine was not up to the standard of the hotel overall.

デュープレックスプールヴィラに宿泊。 ２人で過ごすには申し分のない広さ。 上下階ともシャワー・トイレがあり非常に便利。 部屋については他の皆様に譲るとして、 我々が宿泊したのはビーチに近い№　9014 ホテルが悪いわけではないが、深夜ビーチ沿いの公園に若者がたむろし、花火・バイクで大騒ぎで眠れなかった。 外国人観光客に依存している地域であろうから、警察と連携し観光客が快適に過ごせる環境にした方がよいのではないだろうか。 どこの国にもバカはいるのだなと感じた。 宿泊するならビーチから遠い部屋を利用するのが賢明。

The sand beach is missing. There is no beach. Swimming pool is too small and water is super cold.

For et sted! En bortgjemt perle som vi var så heldige å finne. Ser at andre skriver at eiendommen er tilårskommen som om det er noe negativt, for oss gav det ekstra sjarm og personlighet fordi alt fungerer og er estetisk vakkert. Villaene ligger tilbaketrukket i en tropisk hage med masse plass og privatliv. Servicen er helt fantastisk, den beste min kone og jeg noensinne har opplevd. Resorten ligger noe landlig til ved første øyekast, men vi anbefaler å benytte syklene gjestene har til disposisjon for å utforske nærområdene, da finner man fort at alt man trenger er i nærheten.
