Reviewed Sep 7, 2026

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026

Cleanliness
7.8/10Generally clean rooms noted, but guests reported dust in some corners and loose/missing pool tiles that need repair — cleanliness concerns lowered score.
Service
9.3/10Staff repeatedly praised as friendly and helpful (assisting with doors, activities for children); a few service lapses (e.g., missed baby item delivery, check-in queue issues) but overall very positive.
Location
8/10Scenic lakeside setting is a plus, but limited nearby dining options, separate buildings causing confusion and extra walking, and parking outdoors reduce convenience.
Room Quality
9/10Beds described as large and very comfortable and rooms spacious with sofas; some rooms had limited TV channels, occasional noise/older fittings and small elevators noted.
Amenities
9.2/10Outstanding family amenities: very large indoor play area, warmed pools, sauna/three-temp baths, disinfecting gear and child equipment — main highlight for families despite some overcrowding and small kids' pool capacity issues.
Value for Money
8.7/10Not explicitly discussed in reviews; assigned target overall rating as representative of perceived value for this hotel tier.
Food and Beverage
8.5/10Breakfast and dining received praise for being plentiful and tasty by many, though some guests noted decreased variety after renovation and mixed opinions on flavors; limited external dining options also affect F&B convenience.
Overall Experience
9.1/10Many families reported excellent, memorable stays (kids loved the facilities); crowding during peak times, occasional noise and logistical issues temper an otherwise very positive overall experience.
