Grandmas Plus Hotel Airport

Close to the airport. Friendly staff

Basic facilities

Kindness of the staff, cleanliness, restaurant, comfort

Located in a very busy area with lot of traffic

The accommodation included breakfast, was really close the the airport. So clean, lovely pool area, great breakfast and so so reasonable. Would use every time we need an airport hotel.

It was on a main road, so could be a little noisy. We were in a back room and were not bothered by the noise at all.

Clean and great location. Good restaurant and breakfast

Consigliatissimo! Ottimo qualità prezzo! ❤️

Tutto perfetto!

We always stay here when need to be close to the airport, rooms are just what we need clean and comfortable, and with the beautiful breakfast included it is amazing value. Staff are always go above and beyond!

Close to airport; awesome staff; good breakfast. We were only staying for 1 night, but experience overall was very good. Great value for money.

Good, clean, nice Balinese vibe. Close to airport. Nice staff

A bit old, but nothing major

Amazing place to saty for the first time

Nothing

Very nice

Convenient to airports.

The rooms are quite small and so are the towel’s

Good value for money, staff friendly and efficient

Very close to street so the noise from traffic is very noticeable. Not recommended if you are a light sleeper

Camera pulita e comoda. Apprezzata molto acqua in vetro in omaggio.

I booked for one night because I was flying into Bali early, they were very accommodating with my late check in 0200hrs. It was just what i needed after a late-night flight. Super comfy bed and room was clean and cool. Breakfast was included with a good array of choice and excellent quality. Overall perfect for me, extremely reasonable - would definitely book again. Oh, and all staff were very lovely.

Location, friendly staff, value for money

Had a really lovely stay! The staff were warm and welcoming, and a special thank you to Gusti, Elo and Mangde for their amazing service. They were all so friendly, helpful, and made my stay even better. Really appreciate the hospitality and would happily stay again!

Hospitality

proximity to airport

proximity to airport the rooms are super loud you think you are on moto GP race track - nothing for a good deep rest

Its quiet and cozy, the staff are happy to accommodate every request, especially Gusti who was lovely throughout the stay.

Great value for money, and the restaurant is really nice

Close to airport, attentive staff, good spa on site

Right next to a busy road

We had a wonderful experience at Grandma Plus! The place was great, and the service was excellent. A special thank you to Gusti, who was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our experience. He went above and beyond by giving my wife and me a small souvenir armband, which was such a thoughtful and beautiful gesture. He also helped us arrange transportation similar to an Uber, making everything much easier for us. Thank you, Gusti, for your amazing hospitality and kindness! Employees like you make a place truly memorable. We highly recommend Grandma Plus and will definitely remember this wonderful experience. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very good for the price to stay a night close to the airport

It looks a bit “tired”

Location close to the airport. We landed late in the night so it was the best option for us. The breakfast was AMAZING and also the staff really lovely and kind!

The bathroom was smelling a bit and the road is pretty full of traffic.

Close to airport, clean and the spa was amazing

I've stayed here twice now and its perfect for the airport. Gusti is amazing as well! So polite and helpful ☺️

Excellent service.

Staff were very friendly, room was clean and comfortable

There was loud music pumping until 3am from across the road which kept me awake almost the entire night

Room was comfortable for an overnight stay after arriving late breakfast lovely staff very nice. We even had lunch before we left young staff member helped us with our Grab app

Great rooms, great facilities, very clean, great breakfast. Thank you to Adi on reception and the restaurant team for going out of their way to help me with my flowers. Great customer service. This is not our first stay and will definitely not be our last! Highly recommend

Clean, relatively quiet and close to the airport. The staff (Ona and Erica) were lovely. Helped organise a last minute airport transfer. Access to adjacent spa was good too

Uzasne ranajky Skvely personal Jedna slecna na recepcii ma zachranila - pomohla mi s taxikom, pretoze som nevedela zohnat ziaden cez aplikacie. A dokonca mi pomohla s panoazmi, kedze som nemala lokalnu menu, ale len eura a kartu. Bola uzasna!!!

Their staff are very friendly and helpful. They always offering their selves to help the guests

There is no tissue in the room. Just toilet paper

I needed to rest after a long flight into Bali. I never slept as deep as relaxing than this first night. Actually I extended for another night of sleep. the mattress was perfect. the room cozy with everything you need. the staff very helpful and polite.

its directly located on a main road so a bit noisy. but in the room I didn t hear anything of it !

The staff was very welcoming and eager to make our stay comfortable. The room was clean and very quiet and the beds comfortable. I had the best massage and facial ever. My husband was ill when we arrived and they made him ginger tea. The restaurant provided toast.

The room was quite small and there was little room for our luggage.

It was very good value,so much so we decided too exdend our holiday and stay in the sistef hotel in legian

Probly location was the only problem

Clean and near to the airport. Staff extremely polite

Great hospitality and food😊..the service of Resa, 6T, AW is really good..looking forward to staying again in this hotel..much recommended for everyone travelling with families

I stay one night very good hotel and very good staff

Excellent property close to the airport. We stayed here as we flew in late one night and left the next morning. Perfect location for easy transfer to the airport. Very comfortable night.

Location

The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. A big thank you to Widi and Rusmi for their professional, warm, and genuine communication. Everything was handled with great care and attention. The restaurant also has a very friendly and welcoming team. The food was delicious, as were the signature cocktails. It was also wonderful to be able to enjoy some relaxing spa time without even having to leave the hotel. Overall, a truly lovely experience!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We initially came for one night. The staff is very friendly, attentive, and kind. In particular, AW, who was absolutely lovely and very helpful.
