Posizione perfetta, nella zona centrale di Lamai. Resort direttamente davanti al mare.

Il bar chiudeva molto presto e il personale non era molto cordiale. Struttura datata, per 3 giorni ci hanno dato la metà degli asciugamani in camera

Ligging ok, bungalows konden wat opgefrist worden

Das Utopia wirkt sehr spartanisch, aber man hat alles was man braucht und das Personal ist Mega lieb und zuvorkommend. Natürlich ist es wie überall, Respekt verlangt Respekt. Und wenn man respektvoll mit den Einheimischen umgeht, dann kommt genau die Herzlichkeit zurück die Thailand ausmacht. Wir werden 100%ig wieder kommen.

Persönlich würde ich die Strandliegen in Abschnitten zwischen eigenen Gästen und denen, welche sich von außen dort eine Liege für den Tag mieten können trennen. Das ist aber auch der einzige Kritikpunkt.

Se proprio devo fare un appunto, la reception è veramente strana... probabilmente è stata smantellata di recente per lavori.

Some parts of resort showing wear but nothing to complain about

Het personeel is heel lief. De ligging is goed, in het centrum van Lamai. Vlak aan het strand. De kamers zijn ruim en netjes.

Het zwembad is heel erg klein en ligt vlak aan kamers. Dus een beetje vreemd om te gaan zwemmen tenzij je daar een kamer hebt. Het restaurant ziet er wat vergane glorie uit. Het strand is vrij druk, veel families.

Top Lage, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, freundliches Personal, alles recht unkompliziert.

Durch die deutliche Erweiterung der Anzahl der Liegen am Strand, ist das einst sehr persönliche Flair durch die vielen externen Tagesgäste schon etwas verloren gegangen.

L'emplacement en bord de mer, le resort est fleuri et arboré, le restaurant pour le petit déjeuner est sympa. La mise à disposition des sunbed.

Het is geen resort maar kamers/ huisjes. Goede plek maar allemaal wat verouderd En zit geen energie in

Excellent location, comfortable but basic accommodation. The beach location was amazing and the bar was very nice and good value.

On the pictures it looks like the pool is for everyone but in reality its to the side in front of these 3 flats so its more like a private pool to those flats. However sea is lush so not too upset. The bunglaows are tired but ok.

Die Lage

Den Bugalow, den wir bekommen hatten, würde ich nicht mal kostenlos nehmen. Leider gab es keinen anderen und wir wussten vorher nicht, was wir bekommen.

Mooie kamers/huisjes en bijna direct aan het strand. Aardig en vriendelijk personeel en goede ligging. Airco werkte ook super goed.

Zwembad was echt klein en de badhanddoeken voor het strand waren vaak op.

Отель чудесный! Все работники отеля умнички!!! Столько тепла, доброты и улыбок нам подарили. Я искренне им признательна. Огромная благодарность всем сотрудникам отеля. Девочки, которые проводят уборку в номере - замечательные. Очень доброжелательные и позитивные.

Le restaurant

Замечательный спокойный отель, все что нужно под рукой - от лазурного моря до магазинчиков и кафе. В номере есть все что необходимо - чайник, сейф, небольшой холодильник, телевизор, Жил в 5 номере посередине второго этажа. Пляж в 20 метрах, завтракал в кафе от гостиницы. При выходе из гостиницы направо магазинчик Tops wine, чуть дальше через маленькую речку вечерний рынок с едой, слева от гостиницы вдоль улицы кафешки, бары, магазинчики. Море красивое, но вода на Ламаи чуть мутнее чем на Чавенге, заход хороший, несколько метров и уже глубоко. На пляже выдают полотенца, всегда были свободные лежаки.

На втором этаже был совсем слабый wifi, хорошо что был безлимитный пакет на телефоне. На пляже не проверяют кто с отеля а кто чужой, видел что приходят с других отелей и располагаются на лежаках, хорошо что места были всегда.

Es increíblemente bonito, el personal es inmejorable y la ubicación nos encantó. Cerca de restaurantes, mercados nocturnos… Puka nos atendió y fue maravillosa siempre. Tuvimos un problema con el aire y ese mismo día estaba solucionado. Son encantadores y a pesar de haber mucha naturaleza, estaba IMPECABLE.

Da bei einem Bungalow die Fenster mit Klebeband "repariert" waren, haben wir mit der Besitzerin gesprochen. Jedoch haben wir weder die Möglichkeit bekommen umzuziehen oder einen Preisnachlass zu erhalten. Kommunikation war leider sehr unhöflich und unprofessionell. Diese Erfahrung bezieht sich nur auf die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin...die anderen Angestellten waren sehr nett.

Resort in una posizione perfetta per godere della spiaggia e dei servizi di Lamai senza dover usare la macchina o il motorino. Cibo al ristorante buonissimo e prezzi in linea con gli altri ristoranti di Lamai

L'emplacement,les pieds dans l'eau, le calme et à 2 pas du centre de Lamai et du night market. La piscine était propre .Le personnel au Top !

We had an overall great experience with some minor complaints. You get what you pay. We had a small room with enough space for the 3 of us. The Bungalow had a spacious Front Porch which was great during rain. The location is perfect, directly at the beautiful beach and also in the middle of loads of shops and restaurants.

In the future the Bathroom could use some renovations and maybe some new beds because they are a bit noisy.

De aankomst valt tegen je denkt waar ben ik beland maar daar achter prima Alleen moet je soms wat lang wachten op je gerechten bij het restaurant

The room and the stuff are great. The bads are very comfortable and the the design is very nice

The problem is the vibe and the beach, its doent feel as vacation vibe, no music the food is very low standart, the dining room is not well designed and and doesnt match our expectation. no attraction on the beach and its too quite. There is a big kitchen but no possible to cook

Отличное местоположение: отель непосредственно на пляже, свои лежаки и зонтики, хороший вход в воду. До ночного рынка 2 минуты пешком, вокруг много магазинов и массажек. В самом отеле тихо, иногда слышно музыку из соседних кафе, но после 23 все выключают. Номера в здании у бассейна просторные и светлые. В номерах есть все необходимое - чайник и чайный набор, мини-холодильник, мыло и гель в дозаторе, в шкафу много вешалок, на балконе сушилка. Кондиционер работал без перебоев, есть относительно тихий режим.

В первый день в номер пришли муравьи, но после уборки их не было. В ванной сильный запах канализации, который присутствовал все дни и не пропадал даже после уборки. Постельное белье и полотенца с дырками.

Beh gli arredi sono un po datati però la struttura ha il suo carattere.

L’établissement est au bord de l’eau, propose de charmants bungalow. C’est épuré et propre, tout ce qu’il faut pour se reposer. Les chaises longues sont gratuites pour les clients, un service de massage et de restauration est aussi proposé. Le personnel est très gentil.

Le bruit des restaurants qui sont très proches des bungalow.

De huisjes waren leuk en je kon lekker op de veranda zitten Paar meter lopen naar het strand waar er genoeg bedjes waren .Heerlijk! Het personeel was super vriendelijk!ze deden alles voor je .Wij hadden een lekkage aan de airco maar die konden ze pas de volgende dag maken dus kregen we zolang een andere kamer waar we konden slapen .Echt heel lief allemaal.

De douche / badkamer.Heel verouderd,veel schimmel tegels los en alleen een hand douche .

Superfint boende som ligger bra till! Nära marknaden och allt annat. Stranden är superfin och det finns tillhörande solstolar och strandhanddukar🤗

Très bien situé à Lamai ! Propre et calme. L'hôtel s'est chargé (après paiement) de me réserver un taxi pour le retour à l'aéroport.

Direkt am Meer und man hat im Zimmer (Garten Villa) viel Platz

Außer das dass Bad ein wenig heruntergekommen ist (und nicht 100% sauber) war alles gut

The hostess was so helpful and sweet.

La habitacion era bastante nueva, justo delante de la piscina. Amplia y con una cama comoda. El baño grande y todo super limpio. En el hotel te dejan toallas para la playa. La ubicacion perfecta, en una zona tranquila al lado de la playa y del night market.

Bien situado, la playa de lamai muy bonita, bungalows limpios, con todo lo necesario. Volveria.

L hotel avec les bungalows moi j était dans un bungalow en bois foncer le calme la plage qui est dans l hotel la végétations et la discrétion des membres de l hotel ainsi que l équipe de femmes qui netoyaient les bungalows super top

C est vrai que les bungalows en bois auraient bien besoins d une petite restauration aux nivaux des portes des prises et des sanitaires si non c était bien

The room bungalow was great and not too hot , the restaurant was also good. Beach access great. Fresh towels coffee every day. Everything clean. Garden well kept.

If you dont have alot of money for the massage people on the beach they will keep asking you. I got a foot scrub they kept asking me after they dont take no for an answer I would suggest paying them maybe once to get it done to contribute.

Sehr nettes und aufmerksames Personal. Rollervermittlung Taxi, Wäscheservice...... wurde sehr freundlich von der Rezeption gemanagt Direkt an einem wunderschönen Strand. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Gastronomie in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir kommen wieder !

Das Bad war etwas ungewöhnlich, leider war eine Bodenfliese defekt und wurde von uns nur mit Schuhen betreten.

Je reviens toujours dans ce petit resort qui pour moi est le meilleur de l île par sa simplicité et son service de qualité.

Tout est parfait dans cet établissement. L'emplacement front de mer direct sur la plage, la végétation luxuriante dans le jardin, les bungalows propre nettoyés tous les jours avec changement de serviettes, bouteilles d'eau réapprovisionnées tous les jours, ainsi que gel douche et shampoing. Le personnel est adorable. Les transats sur la plage sont gratuits pour les clients de l hôtel, petit restaurant de l hôtel devant la plage, massage direct sur la plage également et situé en plein centre de Lamaï. Mon hôtel préféré sans chichis, calme et un très bon rapport qualité prix.

L'emplacement,le personnel sympathique. Arrangeant à notre arrivée,nous avons reçu les clés du bungalow le matin dès notre arrivée.

Les tarifs de la restauration trop élevés pour l a Thaïlande. Nous avons dû payer 15 euros pour conserver le bungalow jusqu'à 16h le jour de notre départ.

J’ai loué un bungalow comme déjà en 2024 2025 et 2026, c’est arboré, super calme et le bungalow est nettoyé tous les jours en plus chaque jour en a une bouteille d’eau, et le personnel est super, si vous voulez il y’a aussi le restaurant qui vous fait le petit déjeuner à des prix très correct

location is perfect - walk to street side and loads of great places to eat & drink. hotel is on the beach and a lovely bit of the beach as well. staff were super friendly. i went with family for my 60th birthday - there were 11 of us and 9 were housed in the pool villas which were really nice rooms. i stayed in blue bungalow with my partner which was also great but more rustic. all rooms had large & comfy beds. The massages were excellent as well. Pineapple pancakes for breakfast were awesome.

We found this to be at the absolute sweet spot of rooms in the area and at its price range. I think it could have been slightly cheaper - but the overall experience is just amazing. So close to the beach, lovely setting with a little covered garden you walk through to get to the beach, nice shadow with a big tree on the private beach area - perfect for our 6 months old to be outside without burning. Staff were wonderful, the room is spacious enough and has everything you need - slightly dated but clean, good A/C, quiet at night and a lot of spaces for your things. Beds are slightly hard - but seriously not an issue and common in SE Asia. Shower pressure was good - and hot shower works great after you figure out how to turn it on. LOVED IT.

Honestly, no complaints from our end. 10/10 would stay again.

Lage hervorragend, eigener Strand mit Liegestühle und Badetücher

Wir hatten ein schönes Poolzimmer . Der Zimmer Service hat einen guten Job gemacht. Die Lage am Strand und mitten im Geschehen von Lamai ,hat uns sehr gut gefallen!

Das Frühstück hat uns leider nicht zugesagt. Wir haben es einmal ausprobiert, da gibt es bessere Möglichkeiten. Am Strand sowie in der Stadt.

This was our second visit to the Resort, our first being 2 years ago. We stayed in one of the blue garden bungalows. Again we liked the location of the resort to the beach, night markets and night life. Staff always have a cheery hello and are very friendly and always willing to help. Will definitely stay again.

Bathrooms could do with a re curb

Úžasný personál a perfektní lokalita nedaleko trhů a u pláže

Trochu sklamáním byla pouze samotná pláž, kde byly neustále celkem velké vlny a cca do 20 metrů od břehu tedy směs kalné vody s pískem. Nicméně v nedalekém okolí jsou dostupné mnohem lepší pláže (Silver beach a Coral cove).

Bardzo blisko night market Lamai, blisko do knajp, barów, dostęp do plaży z barem i leżaki za darmo, codziennie woda w pokoju, uprzejmy personel, czysto. Taras, na którym można sobie posiedzieć w ciszy, wśród zieleni i różnych zwierząt - jaszczurka w pokoju ;)

Łazienka mogłaby być trochę odnowiona ale to kwestia wyboru pokoju bo domki naprzeciwko wyglądały na nowsze w środku.

Great location right on the beach. Room serviced everyday. Friendly helpful staff and a good competitive taxi service. Close to the main drag but quiet at nights.

Wifi slow / non existent. No bikes for rent. Bathroom could have been better. Bit eggy smell at times and hot water was a rare treat.
