The girl at the front desk in the morning is so rude, she literally just ignores you and I was stuck waiting forever just to get through the front door bc she was glued to her phone the whole time. It’s so unprofessional and honestly just disrespectful. Also the food has absolutely no flavor, it’s completely unseasoned and idk why I ordered a soda and it took over an hour just to get to me, then my tv wasn't working and nobody even bothered to come up to my room to help. Total waste of money, definitely stay somewhere else smh

Reviewed May 20, 2026I have stayed at Aqua Granada multiple times and really enjoy their restaurant onsite with breakfast. The room has everything you need but you will need to ask for things like cooking utensils, plates and silverware which should be stocked ahead of time in my opinion. The bed is a bit hard as well but clean.
I liked everything except for the fact that I had to ask for many kitchen items which should be stocked in advance. More glasses, plates, pots and pans along with utensils for eating and salt and pepper or coffee. The hot plate did not work and I had to ask to replace it in order to cook my food.

Las comodidades del hotel son muy buenas, la habitación es amplia y tenía hasta una sala y una cocina que nos sirvió para cocinar algunas cosas
La cocina no tiene ningún implemento para cocinar, por lo que tuvimos que conseguirlos todos por nuestra cuenta

Reviewed Apr 5, 2026Riesiges Zimmer mit Balkon. Zur Straße ein bisschen laut, aber bei geschlossenem Fenster kein Problem. Gut funktionierende Klimaanlage. Die Lage ist top. Man kann die calle del sabor zu Fuß erreichen. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das Restaurant ist ein bisschen laut und sehr warm. Frühstück ist einfach und a la carte. Für uns okay.

A la recepcionista que siempre estuvo predispuesta a ayudarme en todas mis preguntas,y uno de los trabajadores del hotel del area de mantenimiento educado amables El trato fue muy muy bueno.
Lo menos ideal del alojamiento, el jacuzzi creo que necesita una renovación, el baño de mi habitación un poco de humedad, y creo que hay que tener especial cuidado en la limpieza, en las sábanas que no estén manchadas, y algo que fue curioso y poco grato después de un hotel algo costoso es el desayuno y los útiles de aseo que no son de cortesía y hay que pagarlos. El desayuno muy corto y esperaba un minibufet. No obstante mi crítica es siempre desde el respeto y educación y asegurando que en términos generales es bueno.

As with many latin hotels-the beds are ultra firm (hard as a board) The facilities are older (20+ years) But still functioning If you book, I would recommend asking for a room on the back side vs street side due to traffic noise

Me ofrecieron desayuno a habitación, ante no respuesta al teléfono de cocina me comunico con recepción y me dice en tono poco amigable que no había forma de ella comunicarse con cocina y que me "tocaba" bajar a restaurante. No hay lio con eso, pero deberían evitar ofrecer servicios que no pueden prestar u orientar a sus trabajadores. ( Finalmente si contacté por mi cuenta a cocina y me subieron el desayuno a habitación). Atención al detalle.
