Rumi Hostel

Ein nettes Hostel und die gemeinsamen Räumlichkeiten (für drei Zimmer) wie Bad und Küche waren sauber und in Ordnung. Bei meinem Bett war die Unterlage nicht besonders sauber, die hätte mal gewaschen werden müssen. Es gibt nur eine Deckenlampe und wenige Steckdosen im Zimmer. Es gibt davon allerdings genug im Gemeinschaftsraum. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis passt. Man ist recht schnell zu Fuß in der Stadt.

Bettunterlagen müssten kontrolliert und bei Bedarf gewaschen werden.

Mi ha fatto una bellissima impressione il loro aiuto e disponibilità a cercare il mio maglione (pile), che ho perso. Chiedendo Informazioni via chat con booking per chiedere se è possibile trovarlo si sono resi molto cordiali e interessanti. Anche se non si è trovato ma hanno fattoa loro buona impressione.

El personal. Ann-Mari, la chica que nos atendió fue súper amable con nosotras. Llamamos primero para preguntar si había lugar para quedarnos dos noches y nos dijo en principio que no, como estábamos haciendo un Road Trip por Noruega y nos estábamos quedando en el coche a dormir, nos ayudó a buscar lugares alrededor de Trondheim para ayudarnos. Finalmente como para 1 noche si que tenían disponibilidad, nos quedamos allí esa noche. Nos ayudó muchísimo y tomó mucho tiempo con nosotras con mucha amabilidad aún sabiendo que en principio no iban a recibir nuestro dinero (pues estábamos buscando alojarnos 2 noches). Lo amable y atenta que fue con nosotras hizo que quisiéramos quedarnos al menos 1 noche.

Las zonas comunes, especialmente la cocina no estaban muy limpias. No es culpa del alojamiento, probablemente sea más de los huéspedes.

Big shout out to the amazing staff! They were friendly, cheerful, and always ready to assist or respond to any question! Overall, Rumi hostel is a perfect place to rest, relax, and meet other travellers. Frequented by cyclists and hikers (pilgrims), and the facilities match that: Secure bicycle storage, cheap laundry facilities, great drying cabinet, fully equipped kitchen, and fantastic common area. Quiet location within short walking distance to Trondheim's city center. I know where I'll stay if I return to Trondheim.

Nit pick thing: I like to have a bed-curtain. But honestly, it wasn't an issue in this hostel because my roommates were super kind and considerate of one another.

Ble møtt av hyggelig personale, og hadde et stort rent rom med de møblene jeg trengte for dette oppholdet. Kjekt med delt kjøkken, og fungerer godt med felles bad. Perfekt beliggenhet med tanke på mitt opphold.

It was a pleasant 3-night stay at Rumi Hostel this time. The location is perfect, and the facilities are functional, clean, and comfortable.

I had an upper bunk bed this time, and it would be great if it also had an accessible power socket, like the lower bunk, as well as a hook for clothes.

Bien situé, des espaces communs bien entretenus. J’avais peur que le nombre de douches et de WC soit insuffisant, mais finalement je n’ai jamais eu de problème.

Peu d’équipements dans les dortoirs (une unique prise par lit déjà utilisée pour la lumière, cadenas à prévoir pour fermer le casier, pas de rideaux au niveau des lits, chambre peu insonorisée).

Nice comfortable spacious rooms, well equipped kitchen. Clean and modern showers and toilets.

我们6人订了3间房，与一间卫浴和公共厨房在一起，正好与其它的房间、卫浴和厨房隔离开了，私密性和便利性好很多。

停车要额外收费。到主要景点步行要20分钟，稍远了点。

Few toilets. In the room no plug to charge the phone. Had upper bed. Ac in thr room was poor. 4 ppl slept there and the air was too thick. Too costly for a hostel

Vrij nieuw pand met veel ruimte. Gebruik van keuken en eettafel. Heerlijke koffie. Goede bedden

Oogde een beetje als tijdelijk gebruik van studentenflat, met extra bed. Ook corridor buitenom en gedeelde badkamer (en tegelijk wc!) was minder. Hoge prijs.

Le calme, la proximité avec le centre

Wir hatten ein Bett zum Schlafen.

Obwohl wir angerufen hatten, um late Check in abzuklären, standen wir (nachdem wir die Außentür leicht hatten öffnen können) im 3.Stock im Außengang vor der Tür 304 - 306 und kamen nicht hinein. Uns hat die Info gefehlt, dass man die Schlüsselkarte an die Türklinke halten muss. Es war dunkel, man konnte nichts an der Türklinke sehen. Wenn nicht zufällig ein anderer Gast gerade angekommen wäre, der uns helfen konnte, hätten wir die Notrufnummer wählen müssen - und hätten dafür womöglich bezahlen müssen??

Ostello piccolo (personalmente li preferisco rispetto alle grandi catene), curatissimo in ogni dettaglio. Stanza accogliente, con armadietto abbastanza grande per poter mettere due zaini. Bagni e docce puliti, ampi e spaziosi. Il panorama che si vede è davvero spettacolare. Ho usato il servizio lavanderia e con solo 2/3€ ho lavato e asciugato i miei vestiti. Uno dei migliori ostelli in cui sia mai stata. Ho potuto lasciare i miei bagagli prima del check-in e, alla mia richiesta di check-in anticipato, mi sono venuti incontro anticipandomelo di un'ora.

Per arrivare all'ostello bisogna fare una rapida salita, non è un problema per me, ma magari per qualcuno potrebbe esserlo. L'ostello dista circa 20 minuti dalla stazione centrale.

It was clean and they helped me with late check-in. The location is central and easily accessible by public transportation.

Had to put the bed sheets on myself and reaching the hostel was a bit of a challenge due to ongoing construction work

The kitchen, toilets, bathrooms, and other common areas are clean, tidy, and well maintained. The hotel sits at the top of a small hill, and the view from the communal dining room is fantastic, offering breathtaking views of part of Trondheim’s historic city centre and the fjord.

Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, definitiv überdurchschnittlich gut. Zimmer waren sauber, duschen groß und viele. War schon in einigen Hostels und das war sicher eines der besseren! Noch nie so eine gut organisierte Küche erlebt, echt top wenn einem sowas wichtig ist. Wäsche waschen war günstig und unkompliziert.

Kein direkter Ladestecker bei den oberen Betten. Lage ca. 20min vom Hauptbahnhof zu Fuß.

Schone gedeelde wc en keuken, en daarnaast in het gedeelde stukje van onze unit ook nog een eettafel en zithoek. Dat gaf een hoop extra ruimte boven op de kamer zelf. Het hostel gaf goede tips voor activiteiten, restaurants e.d. in de omgeving. Er is een wasmogelijkheid, maar daarvoor moet je wel met een speciale sleutel de naastgelegen studentenflat in, dus daar moet je zin in hebben. Maar wel heel fijn dat het personeel dit faciliteerde! De omgeving was rustig. Er is een supermarkt op loopafstand.

Clean and fresh. Location is great but quit a hike to get there.

I booked the room with four beds and upon arrival I was given the upper bed. I asked the receptionist for the lower bed. I was told that the lower bed has an arrival, but when I woke up in the morning nobody had arrived. I don’t know why she couldn’t change my bed. But it’s fine.
