Fully digital hotel with a large parking IN THE BACK. After reservation, you receive your digital key and all info on your phone. You also instantly receive your invoice . The hotel is modern, clean and fully equipped. Wifi all over the place. We drove a few minutes till a nearby Park-and-ride ( 1.5 € / day)and took an S-Bahn till Marienplaz.

Also the hotel has a laundry room, equipped with washing machine and dryer, the later hasn't dried up our clothes so WE ENDED UP WITH A BUNCH OF WET CLOTHES! My advice: don't do your landry at that hotel!

Muito prático o check in e check out, também muito moderno, foi a primeira vez que eu me hospedei em que você abre a porta pelo celular, estacionamento teve embora um pouco apertado mas nada a reclamar. Funcionário também foi paciente em mostrar como funcionava.

Das Hotel ist mir teilweise bei meiner Buchungsdauer entgegengekommen. Die kostenlosen Parkmöglichkeiten sind ein großes Plus. der Kühlschrank ist ein großes Plus.

Es sind kaum Kaufhallen oder gastronomische Möglichkeiten in der Nähe. Das TV Angebot ist nur auf Werbung ausgerichtet und bietet kaum Informationen. Sehr unangehm.

Nice and clean hotel located in a lovely neighborhood, less 25 minutes away from the city by car and accesible by public transport as well.

Stayed in a triple room however the beds are too narrow and pillows were extremely uncomfortable we couldn’t sleep well on them, we went to the city at night and unfortunately parking was full upon our return we had to park outside. Other than that everything was okay.

Sehr schlechter Service. Online Check in funktioniert nicht. Haben early Check in gebucht und bezahlt aber es funktioniert nicht, dass man virtuell eincheckt. Anna Telefon geht auch ein Roboter und die WhatsApp App Funktion auch. Hotel ist technisch nicht so weit, dass es funktioniert. Idee wäre gut, Umsetzung leider nicht

Seit Jahren ein unschlagbarer Preis. Die Zimmer sind ordentlich und sauber und es schläft sich gut.

Zur Durchreise eine hervorragende Unterkunft, die keinesfalls zum entspannen dienen sollte. Die vielen Bauarbeiter, welche ebenfalls dort nächtigen, fahren oftmals schon sehr früh morgens los. Leider gibt es in der Unterkunft und im Umfeld keine nah liegende Versorgungsmöglichkeit. Man ist aufs Auto angewiesen.

E Ladesäule leider defekt (hat unsere Planung etwas durcheinander gebracht) jedoch bedanken wir uns sehr für das Entgegenkommen des Hotels (Frühstück ging auf Kosten des Hauses!) Manchmal war es etwas laut...aber es war zum aushalten.

RIEN car nous n’avons pas eu la possibilité d’accéder à la chambre!!!

HOTEL A FUIR ABSOLUMENT Une expérience honteuse du début à la fin. Nous avions besoin d’une chambre pour la nuit et, à cause d’un problème lié à la réservation, nous nous sommes retrouvés sans chambre et avons dû dormir dans notre voiture sur une aire de stationnement. Nous avons pourtant expliqué notre situation et demandé simplement un peu de compréhension et un geste commercial. Réponse : aucune solution, aucune compassion, aucune volonté de trouver un arrangement. L’établissement a préféré appliquer sa politique à la lettre et nous faire payer 85,50 €, plutôt que de faire preuve du moindre sens commercial. Le plus choquant est leur attitude envers le client. Lorsqu’une personne se retrouve dans une situation compliquée, on attend au minimum de l’écoute et une tentative de trouver une solution. Ici, nous n’avons rencontré que de l’indifférence. Nous avons payé pour une chambre dont nous n’avons pas pu profiter et avons terminé la nuit dans notre voiture. Et malgré cela, l’hôtel a refusé de faire le moindre geste. Je recommande vivement aux futurs clients de bien réfléchir avant de réserver ici. Pour nous, cette expérience a été suffisamment désagréable pour que nous ne réservions plus jamais dans cet établissement. Une chose est certaine : le respect du client ne semble clairement pas être une priorité dans cet hôtel.

- silence: if u have a room to the west, u can hear the rumors from the rail, that is not too far away - silence, i've had a room with window to the parking and there have been several guests outside, drinking and discussing until 1 a.m. - parking, there are a lot of handicraft workers as guests and a lot of them are coming with an LCV, so the "enough" parking space is occupied by big vehicles - i have not the feeling, that i will ever book this hotel again

Er staat een goede koffie machine, maar die werkt niet voor 6 uur in de ochtend. Dus er is geen koffie als je vroeg vertrekt.

This hotel didn’t meet expectations for the cost. It is a long way out in a remote area with nothing nearby. It suited me because it was close to where I had to be the following morning but it will not suit anyone with out a car. It starts with no reception staff which you do not find out till after it is booked and paid for. Had I known this before hand I would have booked elsewhere.No wifi. Who doesn’t provide this these days ? Mobile reception is just ok. The hotel is very poorly designed and a rabbit warren and finding your room and way around takes some persistence. The outside entrance to my room and others is a smooth Granite like smooth surface as slippery as ever when just a little damp and despite good shoes I ended up on the surface. Whilst the room was clean there were signs of mould in the shower silicone. The toilet bowl is way too close to the wall for anyone other than a child leaving you to rub shoulders with the wall and I am 175 and 73 klg. Larger individuals of which there are many will be uncomfortable. The tiles to the breakfast area are Broken and missing and the foot mats in two entrances need replacement with loose strips a potential trip hazard. Breakfast was ok and the lady there was friendly. There were a group of young men and woman outside in the car park who partied to around 1.30 am making sleep difficult even with the window closed. Many of whom were asleep in the lobby on the floor and chairs in the morning. How this place has a rating of 8.4 is a complete farce of the ratings system.

Honesty, provide reception, do the maintenance, deal with unruly customer and others, provide wifi.

Stol v sobi je bil dotrajan. Pozno zvečer je bilo v sobi hrupno, saj je soba bila obrnjena proti zunanjim mizam za druženje in obedovanje kar nama je motilo spanec.

Self check in işlemi biraz zor yapılıyor. Karekod ve rezervasyon numarası girmek vakit alabiliyor. Daha basit bir sistem geliştirilebilir. Ayrıca geç saatlerde otele geldiğinizde otoparkı dolu oluyor. Sokağa park edilebilir ancak yasak bölgeler var. Otopark için erken giriş yapmak faydalı olacaktır.Bunun dışında herhangi bir rahatsızlık verici durum yoktu. Teşekkürler.

就在慕尼黑附近，後來才知道就在火車站附近，所以可以不開車就進市區。

1. 沒有空調,我在超過30度C的夜晚睡覺。只有一個上面的大窗戶可透氣。 2. 停車場一團亂, 有的車子故意壓邊線造成停車格不足。 3. 屋內沒冰箱，公共廚房被藏在一個小角落。 4.販賣機物品的價格機根本坑人。 5.全部self service, 給的指示很難第一時間看懂，讓我花了很多時間了解到底屋主想表達什麼。

Tranzit szállásnak jó, közel van az autópálya. A reggeli bőséges és nagyon finom volt.

Az ablak alatt volt a parkoló, így nem igazán tudtunk szellőztetni, pedig nagyon meleg volt a szobában.

Μπαίνοντας διαπιστώσαμε ότι υπήρχε πεταμένο ένα μπουκάλι μπύρας στην γωνία κάτω απ' τους κρεβάτι. Στο μπάνιο δεν υπήρχε καθόλου υγρό σαπούνι για τα χέρια στο δοχείο. Παρότι βρίσκεται σε ωραία περιοχή ακριβώς δίπλα υπάρχει εταιρία με χωματουργικά οχήματα ως αποτέλεσμα η φασαρία να ξεκινάει από πολύ νωρίς το πρωί.

A bit wierd for us old folks. There is no staff and everything is done on your phone. We had no problems but not sure how soon help would come if we did.

Tesis çalışanları çok güleryüzlü, çok yardımseverler, temizlik konusunda biraz sorunluydu, internet çok yavaş en büyük sorun bu, kahvaltı çok yeterli lezzetli, genel olarak tavsiye ediyoruz.

Kamertemperatuur was niet normaal zo warm. Maakte niet uit of deur los stond warmte was er niet uit te krijgen. Verder was het zeer rumoerig.

Neustálý hluk z parkoviště, neustálé rozhovory u aut, dlouho nastartovaná auta, hlasitý smích a křik dlouho do noci. Druhé okno pokoje se nacházelo nad parkovištěm těžké techniky. Od brzkého rána nesnesitelný hluk a lomoz.

The breakfast was very good, and the staff serving it were very friendly and attentive. The room was also clean.

The temperature in room was extremely high during the night, even though we had to keep the door to the outside open in an attempt to cool the room down (and this is with 18 degrees outside during the night and slightly above 23 degrees during that daily time). Since the door was on the ground floor and opened directly towards the parking area, this was not a comfortable solution either. At around 5 a.m., a delivery truck arrived for unloading, and the noise was so loud that we were literally startled awake. Overall, the combination of the excessive heat and the early-morning noise made it very difficult to sleep and significantly affected our stay.

Das Frühstück war mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Das Hotel eignet sich gut für geplante Ausflüge oder einen Zwischenstopp.

Frühstück war sehr gut, besonders der Kaffee war super. Es stand wenigstens ein Ventilator bei 38 Grad im Zimmer und es gab einen kleinen Kühlschrank, Fernseher wurde schnell repariert das er wenigstens ging

Die Kopfkissen waren furchtbar, es gab leider kein Fliegengitter, schlechte Fernseher Einstellungen, Parkplätze vorhanden aber wer abends zu spät kommt hat keine Chance, fast alles voll mit großen Montagefahrzeugen

The room and facilities were very clean. Sheets and towels were clean.

The room was very hot even with fan and 2 windows open. The refrigerator was not able to make drinks cold after a whole day, just slightly cooler than room temp. Very far from city.

Snídaně byla skvělá jako vždy. Výběr je velký a paní co je připravuje je milá :) Pokoje jsou jednoduše zařízené ,ale čisté. Vždy jsme byli spokojený jen u tohoto pobytu menší zklamání pokoj 102, který jsme dostali byl velice hlučný.

Ostatní hosté byli po 22h velice hluční a jelikož jsem nyní cestovala s 9letou dcerou nebylo to příjemné. Náš pokoj 102 byl blízko kovových schodů a okna jsou na parkoviště a hned vedle je firma s bagry, která otevírá brzy ráno a jezdila tam auta a byl od nich hluk.

Zimmerambiete wie im Gefängnis (laut der Aussage meiner beiden Kinder direkt beim Eintreffen im Zimmer). Zimmer renovierungsbedürftig. Betten unbequem (kein Lattenrost, sondern nur ein Brett unter der Matraze). Badezimmertürgriff defekt (Türe lässt sich nicht schließen). Duschtüre schließt nicht ganz, Waschbeckenstopfen locker, Macken und Kratzer überall im Zimmer an den Wänden. Zimmerluft sehr warm und stickig. Vom penetranten Waschmittelgeruch etwas überdeckt. Fenster kann man nicht offen lassen, da ebenerdig direkt zum öffentlichen Parkplatz, so dass jeder bequem einsteigen kann. TV ist ein Mini 24" Gerät. Wirklich nur zum Schlafen gut. Jede Menge Rattenfallen draußen. Hocker im Zimmer stark abgerantzt. Auch im Frückstückraum ist der Bezug der Bank abgenutzt. In der Dusche war der Duschgelhalter leer. Deckenleuchte locker und man sieht Bohrlöcher daneben. Mini Minikühlschrank ist nur lauwarm und kühlt nicht richtig. Ich würde dieses "Hotel" nicht mehr buchen!

Check in hat super funktioniert, Frühstück hatte eine große Auswahl und war lecker. Das Personal dort war sehr nett.

Im 4 Bettzimmer im Erdgeschoss direkt neben dem Parkplatz ging der Deckenventilator (Klima?) bei 34°C Außentemperatur leider nicht. Der Standventilator war laut und ließ sich nicht verstellen. Fensteröffnung aufgrund der Lage nicht möglich.

Nocowaliśmy jedną noc. Jesteśmy zadowoleni. Jeśli kiedyś będziemy jechać tą drogą to też tutaj przenocujemy. Darmowy parking, nawet jak przyjechaliśmy wieczorem były wolne miejsca. Widać że przykładają dużą uwagę do czystości. Śniadanie bardzo dobre, duży wybór.

Byliśmy tylko jedną noc więc nie mamy negatywnych spostrzeżeń

Lipsa aer condiționat, A fost scump pentru ce oferă, gălăgie , camera a fost situată lângă o curte cu utilaje care intrau și ieșeau pe lângă geamul nostru din lateral incepand de dimineața, iar geamul din fata este situat la sosea pe care circula non stop mașini. Mobilier din fier fără dulapuri unde sa depozitezi lucruri.

Alles war sauber, das Team durchweg freundlich und die Verpflegung sowie die Aufenthaltsbereiche rundum gelungen. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!”

Nette en praktische kamer die ideaal is voor een gezin op doorreis.

Zeer dicht gelegen nabij een industrieel bouwmachinebedrijf. Waardoor het vanaf vroeg in de ochtend tijdens ons verblijf best lawaaierig was.

Die Einrichtung war schick und praktikabel. Das Bad war sauber, das Zimmer auch.

Die Bettwäsche hat gestunken, wie nicht gewechselt (nach Scheuerlappen und Schweiß). Kommt man nicht nutzen. Wie haben uns mit Handtüchern zugedeckt und ohne Kissen geschlafen. Die Lage ganz unten im Erdgeschoss ist mit geöffneten Fenstern sehr laut. Die terassentür hängt sich zudem immer aus.

Po przybyciu na miejsce pokój był niepostrzątany i brudny

Дуже жарко було на останньому поверсі, не було кондиціонера. Холодильним практично не охолоджував.

Posizione comoda vicino alla fermata dell'autobus. Per chi viaggia in auto a pochi chilometri c'è un Park e ride sotterraneo ad €1,5 al giorno (e non ne troverete altri a quel prezzo, verso il centro vanno dalle 2€ a 3,5€ all'ora) con metro annessa, comodissimo

Siamo stati in estate molto calda e non c'è il climatizzatore solo ventilatore quindi........

Aufgrund der hohen Temperaturen die wir wärend unserem Aufenthalt hatten,wäre es sehr gut gewesen,wenn man mitgebrachte Getränke und Proviant besser hätte kühlen können und in den Zimmern eine kleine Klimaanlage vorhanden wäre.

Que hubiera posibilidad de cocinar, la cocina comunitaria gratis y que hubiera una parada de bus muy cerca que te lleva al centro de la ciudad y la nevera de la habitación.

Que no hubiera recepcionista, ascensor y que la limpieza tuviera un recargo, que no cambiaran las toallas y que en la cocina comunitaria no hubieran los utensilios mínimos. El check in i el ckeck out no funciona correctamente. Se echa en falga atención humana. Contraten a alguien.

Ich war bereits zum dritten Mal in diesem Hotel. Jetzt alles voll digitalisiert, es lief problemlos übers Handy. Besonders mag ich den Wasserkocher und den Kühlschrank.

Ich hatte bereits bei den vorigen Aufenthalten um einen Haltegriff für Rollstuhlfahrer im Bad gebeten. Dieser wurde leider immer noch nicht angebracht. Mal gespannt ob er beim nächsten mal vorhandent ist. Ich habe erneut darum gebeten. Der Getränkeautomat war fast leer. Es war nicht möglich, sich ein Bier zu ziehen. Leider wurde in der letzten Nacht ein Feuerwerk abgebrannt. Dafür kann aber das Hotel nichts...

La taille de la chambre. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Petit déjeuner au top. Parking de l'hôtel et proximité des transports en commun pour aller au centre ville.

La chaleur dans la chambre située sous les toits. Même s'il y avait deux ventilateurs nous avons été obligés de garder la fenêtre ouverte pour dormir.
