大変お世話になりました。６泊の一人旅でしたので、従業員の皆様からいろいろ声掛けをしてくださり楽しかったです。また、美味しいタイ料理が楽しみでしたので大満足です。

The resort located at the Central of Pattaya so it was an easy access to all tourist spot with affordable grab fee.

Supposed to have 2 tv and only have 1. Did not even have a cooking pan how go with the oven. Ask for a pan but they can not provide on. It was their luxury room but miss to much opinion. Itt is like false publicity. I have been in lot of hotel but their never lie about the opition in thev room. I do understand that is a old building but a take the room because i wanted to be able to cook and have 2 tv I would have book somewhere else if i have know.

Environment

建物は古いが、部屋は広くバルコニー、エアコン付きで問題無し エレベーターが無いがスーツケースを運んで貰いました。 バルコニーから、毎日電線を渡るリスが見れた！ 歩いて5~6分、セブンイレブンとローカルのコンビニあり プールで泳ぎ、パタヤビーチの喧騒から逃れ5泊のんびり静かに過ごせました。

Reasonably priced. Very large room in pet friendly ‘resort’. Nice pool. Helpful staff.

Really showing its age. Best described as ‘tired’. Desperately in need of refurbishment Property has no restaurants or shopping nearby. Your own transport is a must here.

I liked that the room was big, there was a lot of space, and the service was good

I didn't like that it was quite noisy, you could hear it very loudly in the room if there was noise outside, for example children in the pool. Several times adults just screamed at the top of their lungs, as if in your ear. This is a very big minus for me

The place is in a quiet place, no noise from traffic at night, it's between Pattaya and Jomtien so It's very accessible for both places. Rooms are big, nice swimming pool and bar. The STAFF is extremely helpful and nice. They always try to help you with anything you need with a big smile, pure Thai experience. I've been in other resorts in the area and everything were sad faces, here in Cocco they really make you feel like at home.

The staff is so polite that they won't tell a noisy guest to behave so you have to do it yourself.

They don't let you to choose your code for safe box,level 4 no elevator, Customer service 0, I paid for 3 nights but didn't sleep there,I had to book somewhere else,location? Good luck to catch taxi or bike from there

I booked a poolside room, after looking at 4 rooms, all of which smelled of mold, I asked to see an upper floor room. The room had old furniture and was not in good condition at all but I accepted this room and negotiated a discount on motorbike rental to compensate for the price difference. There were further issues with the room, including the shower heater leaking to the extent that no water came from the shower. Then after leaving for the day, I returned to see my bed had been slept in and there was a bag with makeup in the bathroom. I left the hotel and did not return for the rest of my booked 6 nights. Maybe it's possible to get a decent room in this hotel but I did not find one

Fint Hotel tik pengene. Poolen var fin omend ikke så stor. Værelse havde fin størrelse men virkede lidt slidt. Vi måtte flytte fra første værelse da hverken aircondition eller fane i loftet virkede. På Værelse 2 virkede aircondition heldigvis mens loftsfanen heller ikke virkede her. Temperaturen blev dog hurtig fin i rummet alene med aircondition. Budget-hotel i middelklassen. Ligger lidt væk fra centrum og strand, hvilket er både godt og skidt alt efter præferencer.

Location was bad. Room condition was bad, door lock was spoil, cupboard was broken. Bed and sofa are dirty. Cheap for a short stay.

Not a fantastic place but its great value for money and the staff where nice specially the lady who owns it i was just calling her mamma boss lady beautiful lady 😍

The place is old and barely maintained but for the price it's not unexpected. Where this place fails terribly is the attitude of the one of their staff, an absolute old and hypocritical woman that made the stay unpleasant.

The staff members were willing to help with anything that was asked momma who owns the property so friendly such a great person would recommend the place friendly from the start to finish

Had to get sofa changed . Water flooding the room from the ac unit Water drip on you from hole in the ceiling when using the toilet And they allow the client to smoke marijuana around my kids playing just feet away Of which I had to tell 2 drug users to stop my kid are playing in the pool . Disgusting.

Over all very bad experience

Cocco was great for us as it had the pool and a good bar with great food. The staff were really friendly and helpful.

Friendly and funny staff add to the peaceful ambience of this all accommodating resort. Pool was great clean and fun! Encourage all to stay here! After experiencing the craziness and fun of places close to resort it was great to retreat to the calmness of Cocco Resort

今回で４度目での滞在でしたが、いつも感じることは気疲れしないで過ごすことができることです。特別豪華でもなく、特別のサービスを提供してくれる訳でもなく、スタッフの皆さんは笑顔で対応してくれることが一番の魅力です。レストランのタイ料理はとても美味しいです。滞在費を安く考えるにはもってこいのホテルです。

The only good thing is that location is quiet. Walking distance to Jomtien Beach.

We stayed at Cocco Resort for over a week. This place is sort of a cheap motel off the highway. That was the worst experience ever! Staff does not speak a word of English, it was very difficult to check in, we had to wait for a guy at reception to call supervisor so that he can charge us for the stay. No elevators, had to carry heavy bags to the 3rd floor. NO SERVICE ☹️ during the whole stay. Staff DOES NOT clean rooms. Towels and bed sheets were not changed. AC is NOT WORKING, it is slightly blowing as fan. Balcony doors don’t fully close, so it is extremely hot in the room. P.S. The staff is not even aware that you staying at their hotel, we came back from a trip to island and staff didn’t recognize us, asked what room are we going to 😂 Seriously?

It is so old, run down that it has its own charm. It has a pool. Rooms are relatively big. If you don't have your own transport can be complicated, as the closest food shop is around 600m.

Run down old hotel, screaming for refurbishment. Once it probably was a very good place. If current owners renovate, paint and refresh the rooms can be a good find. Very old furniture

Teile des Personals incl. Chefin freundlich. Housekeeping zeitweise trotz Aufforderung nicht erledigt. Zur Verfügung gestellte Handtücher zeitweise stark verschmutzt...mit Flecken und zerfetzt. Zigarettenkippen und Hundekot im Treppenhaus. Safe funktioniert nur mit Schlüssel gegen Kaution. Bei Rückgabe Safeschlüssel bei check out eine ausreichende Barmittel an Rezeption (1000thb) zur Verfügung. Man bietet 800 thb an rest Überweisung.. Lächerlich das ganze auf keinen Fall wieder.

Ww stayed 3 weeks in an upgraded room which was fine on the ground floor as we had our 2 Maltese dogs with us. The food in the restaurant was of genuine 5 Star Quality. Every dish on the menu was absolutely delicious 😋. The staff are very pet friendly and we had free parking . Go here even if it is just for the fabulous food and lovely helpful staff.

The room size was good. Pool Bungalow could sleep 2 adults and 2 kids on sofa bed. Shower Ok.

The Wi Fi was slow and as there is also no phone signal you are isolated. Rooms are dirty so bring cleaning equipment with you. There is 1 maid for the whole resort so daily clean never happens. Uou can empty your own rubbish though in the bin provided. Restaurant is OK but a little expensive compared to local restaurants. As it’s isolated you definitely need your own transport. Air con was efficient and pool was nice although a little murky.

My brother visited this resort in Aug 2019 with a friend and same day he died in the resort.the resort staff stayed silent and did not tell what exactly happened there.on asking for a CCTV footage they fooled us saying the server room opens in evening and upon reaching there with an FIR they said they handed the same to Thai Police.they are a cheat ..we still don't know how our brother died..they failed in hospitality and worst in hospitality.plz never visit this resort if you love your life and don't want your family to suffer like we are doing!

i spend total more than seven months at cocco resort, first visit for six weeks,than last two years each time three months at cocco resort,so i can really say,it is the best deal in pattaya for this low prices you get no better hotel in pattaya for , the rooms are nice clean big ,great bed kingsize,wifi ,flat tv,big nice bathroom,you sleep really great, quiet place but short distance to the beaches and also walking street,safe place,the stuff is really great,always friendly,helpful,laughing,the restaurant beside the pool is very good, from breakfast lunch dinner always high quality food,thai and international food, the pool himself is big,jacuzzi on the side,great to relax and to swim ,surrounded with big palm trees and flowers,so at all,for me the best place to be in pattaya,you get no better one for this price with all this benefits,international guests,from europe,usa,canada,also lot thai people come to join in,i be there next year for sure longtime,for longtime travelers also a great deal if you come to pattaya long time,means more than a month to two month or longer.

A comfy place for summer vacation. Suitable for families with small children. Rooms are clean and tidy. Personnel is polite and easy to communicate. I heartedly suggest this place to anyone who wants to visit Pattaya and Thailand.

i really enjoyed myself at cocco resort hotel, the staff are wonderful from.nana to the restaurant girls, nice size pool and rooms cleaned every day, and for the price it was amazing

A very friendly hotel the rooms are basic but the bar is good fun it isnt great for sunbathing all day as the hotel is in shade after midday. If I came back here I would return its got a good little vibe going on. Food is good and they make very good Gin and Tonic.

This resort is a comfortable budget hotel in a good location. It is very good value for money & the food is good & reasonably priced.

Unfortunately this is probably the worst hotel i’ve ever stayed in, in my life!! I would avoid it here if you want a comfortable nights sleep. There are a few key positives though- hotel reception staff are lovely and gave a warm welcome (free cold cloth on arrival and cold bottle of water). Reception closes at 8pm though so any issues after that cant be resolved until the next morning. Location is also super, quiet but only 10 mins walk to main bars, restaurants and beach. The negatives however are truly TERRIBLE. Firstly the gap betweeb the door and floor is huge- 2 small lizards and a spider the size of my palm managed to get into our room as well as countless mosquitos. The room is in such disrepair (mould) and bathroom made me feel dirtier to the point on the last day i didn’t want to shower due to all the bugs (coming in from the drain?). Also the bathroom/hotel is built on a septic tank which may explain the constant strong smell of sewage the entire time in the room. There is also no hot water from the shower at any time. WiFi was also very intermittent and wasn’t reliable (had to go to cafes). The room was cleaned as much as it could be but it seems so old that it could never feel clean, bed sheets had stains on and towels didn’t smell fresh so i didn’t want to use them. Housekeeping is every 2 days but ONLY if you ask. Overall it was quite an uncomfortable stay and staff should really look to improve the rooms and stop bugs from entering by covering gaps better.

From the moment I arrived I knew something was wrong. The woman at the reception said that a friend had been coming to see if I had checked in everyday. I told her I have no friends in Thailand, which I did not at the time. She then tried to pretend like she made a mistake and that nobody had come and it was a different tenant, but her face told me she was being deceitful. So I went to my room and 10 minutes after I entered I got a message from a man who has been stalking me in that town, Pattaya in Thailand. He said he knew my room number, room number 20, which that was in fact my room. He also said that if I did not meet his demands he would hurt me or send some of his police friends to frame me for a crime. This man had been stalking me for a little while and was very scary. The only way this man could have known that I arrived is if one of the staff had told him. I immediately packed up and left the resort and headed for a different Hotel. This is absolutely unacceptable and negligent. Not only did this Resort's staff give out my personal information to someone I did not even know without my permission, they also gave them my room number and informed them when I arrived. The owner or manager never bothered to contact me to apologize or offer me a refund. It was one of the worst experiences of my life. Do not stay here. They give out your information to random people without your permission and they collaborate with them. The room was also sub-par.Broken locks, weak AC

Very nice hotel . Staff were friendly and helpful . Exchanged money arranged transportation and excursions . Night security were great at 4 when we came in at 4 am and made sure all was good ! Breakfast was great prices were good and never worried about me paying as I always forget my money in room 5555 thanks everyone at cocco resort ! In Thailand the number 5 is ha ..... So 5555 is hahahaha :)

I can only review on the restaurant section of this complex as we were only introduced to Cocco’s as a waiting point until our Villa was ready for occupancy. It was still mid-morning so we ordered coffee and a light meal. The open air restaurant/bar & pool area is very clean and the staff are really friendly. Wall mounted and free standing fans are in abundance, so it’s also a very cool area to sit and enjoy. As it was only a 5 minute walk from our Villa, we ate dinner most nights at Coccos (instead of cooking in the Villa) and found it to be reasonably priced for both Thai & western style food. You will need to be very precise when ordering food as most of the staff have very limited understanding of English and make sure to order your own meal by pointing to the picture and the dish number on the menu. I mention this only because one of our small group ordered all the meals on our behalf and there was a bit of confusion (we got too many dishes served which proved very expensive) There is also a taxi stand just across the lane from the resort which is a very convenient pick up/drop off point for most of the tours, as Cocco’s Resort is quite well known and has a good reputation. A taxi ride into downtown Pattaya or Jomtien Beach will cost between 200 – 300Baht. However, if you need to use the taxi service to go grocery shopping, be prepared to pay the driver an additional fee to wait for you whilst buying your groceries at one of the many stores up on the main street. Nanna (the manager) can also arrange many tours in and around Pattaya, but I’m not sure how her prices compare, as we did most of our own tour arrangements before leaving Australia and starting our holiday in Thailand.

Nice inexpensive hotel, nice pool and restaurant/bar. A/C worked, water heater didn’t but it’s hot in Thailand so doesn’t matter. Location is away from main roads and hard to find, so you must have car/motorbike and google maps working on your phone.

The check in lady was friendly and pretty. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was $3 for 1 egg 2 roasts orange juice and hot tea. The pool looked beautiful and blue. Location I like coco resort. There was more space to park cars. I like it.

I wasn't expecting this place to be that nice. I booked the place on housing and kept my fingers crossed, since I have seen many hotels in pattaya which are not upto the mark. I will recommend them to increase care of the rooms a bit more. Anyway, they have a pool and a bar.

I just stayed one night at Cocco Resort on the 2nd February. It is a budget hotel in Pattaya & I found my room had everything needed for a comfortable stay & everything worked just fine.The only negative was the bed was too firm for my liking but maybe I'm a bit fussy. The food in the restaurant was affordable and tasty.They had a choice of Thai or western food.I had a hamburger for dinner and a toasted ham and cheese sandwich with coffee & juice for breakfast. I would stay here again.

we called to ask if our husky was welcomed. They said it was for a fee. We drive from Bangkok. At check-in the owner's dog (very aggressive) tries to attack our dog. We are left with 2 options: leave or let the dog locked in the room at all time! Empty heineken bootle in the room, bathroom is filthy. On the bright side pool side looked great.
