The room is toooooooo SMALL. Hard to pack im stuff. I can even open my luaggage .. i brought 2luaggae and i dont have space to unpack and pack my stuff. I have to take out room’s chair out of my room just to unpack and pack my stuff. Water pressure is too low. Aircondition is not cold

Lokasinya persis ditengah Braga yang banyak kafe-kafe dan restaurant. Staf sangat helpful dan ramah.

Saat saya kesana rupanya hotel sedang proses renovasi, sehingga menurut saya debu ada dikarpet2 kamar. Dan ada kendala pada filter air. Semoga setelah proses renovasi, semua kamar sudah dalam kondisi baik dan bersih.

Cleanliness. The hotel is very bad. Very dirty. I paid over RM800 plus and get the very dirty room (floor, toilet and all furniture. I check out early and find another hotel after one day of bad experience.

Loved everything about this hotel! The check-in was smooth, the room was spacious with a super comfy bed, and the view was amazing. The staff were so welcoming and quick to respond whenever we needed something. Highly recommended!

I really recommend this place to first timer to Bandung. All facilities and staff are so good. I will come to this place again soon.

The hotel should maintain cleanliness of the bathroom. Uncomfortable odour. The floor & wall are dirty & yellowish. Means that the cleaners are not clean it properly..

The toilet and the hotel room is not clean and was abit stuffy and rundown. There’s 2 lifts but sadly only 1 lift working. Hot water is not even hot.

Right on Braga Street, on the weekend when the street is closed to cars, it is quite festive. Citywalk Mall is feet away, and many restaurants and bars within walking distance.

The room smelled like stinky feet and cigarete. The shower leaked causing the bathroom mat soaking wet.

Booked this hotel due to the location but road is closed on weekend.

Everything is mouldy especially the toilet and carpet. In short, this hotel needs to be refurbished.

The hotel is not well maintained. The toilets are dirty and the sink is always clogged. Besides, we can obviously hear the voice of ppl from the next room. The only good thing is that the location is at the center of Jalan Braga, so you can wonder around at night peacefully

SHOWER HEAD NEED TO BE FIXED! Overall need a deep clean. I need to asked for towels and hairdryer, both should be already available for me to use! The first hairdryer they give is broken in the first 5 minute and waiting for the replacement is so long that my hair dry itself. There's coin under my comforter. The shower is crazy, how can the management didn't see it need to be fixed!

No hot water. Dirty room. Complaining didn't help. Never again.

the wifi is very strong

the room is not do good. The comforter there have traces of old stains from unclean laundry.The breakfast is not varity. 3 days with same menu includes the kuah lontong.

location to Braga street, ample and clear tv channels, friendly staff and the room was clean enough

Facilities outdated, hair dryer emits smoke when use, shower head not spraying evenly, carpet need to be changed, breakfast varieties should be added, toiletries items should be added, my room's armchair is swaying awaiting to fall apart and hand towels (small size) should be provided.

- Damaged proeprty - Carpet is not clean - Stains on bed sheet - Poorly maintenance for bathroom - No Covid-19 prevention at all. Staff at the lobby did not wear mask, not a single one of them. Not sure why, because covid is still here.
