lokasi hotel yg dekat dengan stasiun tawang , simpang lima , pusat oleh2.. murah di jangkau dengan transportasi online . ada banyak colokan listrik trutama dekat dengan tempat tidur . chanel tv yg lengkap . so far hotel ini bisa menjadi rekomendasi dengan nilai 8/10

di kamar mandi tidak ada blower , atau kah saya yg tidak mendengar suar blowernya.. ? tapi pengap kamar mandi terutama setelah BAB bau tidak segera hilang . dan 1 lagi , ada 1 satpam yg tidak ramah pada saat kami mau naik gocar ,, kesannya kayak nyuruh kita untuk segera naik ke mobil , mgkn perlakuan tidak seperti itu , karena kebetulan anak saya baru saja kecelakaan dan kak di jahit 7 jahitan, sehingga untuk aktivitas yg perlu menekuk kaki agak kesulitan.

It’s been a very pleasant experience since I first stepped in the hotel, the rooms were crisp clean, the breakfast has a wide selection of foods to choose from, and the staffs were very friendly and helpful as I wanted to extend another night in this hotel. Surprisingly there wasn’t really any car noises coming through as it was a busy street right in front of the hotel. The location quite strategic, with lots of local cuisine and a mall nearby. Very cool, would come back here again :D

Akhirnya, pihak hotel mengantar kami ke lokasi dengan mobil hotel lalu menyusulkan mobil kami setelh car free day selesai, semuanya FREE. Sungguh sangat bertanggung jawab. Terima kasih ya.

I stayed here from 21–23 January 2026 and had a very pleasant experience. What I really appreciated was the bright room lighting, which made it very comfortable for working and Zoom meetings, something that’s not always easy to find in hotels. The room setup really supports productivity. Another big plus is the self-service laundry machine. It was super helpful since I got caught in the rain and needed to wash my clothes quickly. The front office team was extremely helpful, especially when I needed assistance with printing work documents. They were responsive and accommodating, which made my stay much smoother. Overall, this hotel is a great option for business travelers or workcations who need practical facilities, good lighting, and supportive service. Would definitely consider staying here again when visiting Semarang.

I had a pleasant stay at the Holiday Inn Semarang. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed. The breakfast had a enough variety, and although it was quite crowded, the staff managed the situation well and it was still enjoyable. Overall, a reliable choice for a comfortable stay in Semarang.

Ligging. Ontbijt was uitgebreid Aziatisch, maar mag iets meer uitbreiding in westers ontbijt.

Room 917 needs a tlc!. We checked in after 7.30PM and found: Torn net curtain, dirty kettle, dirty bathroom floor, dirty glass panel, dirty glasses. We have them recorded in our phone.

Room 1115. Checked in on May 30 and checked out on June 2. Upon using the shower booth, we noticed the water did not drain smoothly. We opened the floor drain and saw the bowl was full of dirt. We cleaned it and water started to drain smoothly. Lifts' carpet was dirty and never cleaned during our stay. Air-conditioner at breakfast did not work well. It was hot in the breakfast-room, particularly the front part. Food at breakfast was poorly cooked, yes, poorly cooked. We are not complaining the variety, but the skill of the chefs. At breakfast on May 31, we had four guests and we paid the full breakfast charge for these four guests. Two guests came first. Another one came later. And finally came the last one. We were surprised when the breakfast-room's receptionist asked us if we needed the bill. We answered yes. And she issued two bills for the first three guests. But for the last guest we did not get the bill. At the last night of our stay, we wanted to park our car on the road shoulder outside the hotel, since the hotel's parking space was full. But we could not because another car was parked in the middle, occupying the whole shoulder. We asked the security personnel, initialled W, to move the car backward or forward so that there would be enough space for our car. The answer was it was a Grab car and its driver was nowhere to be seen. In our opinion, the parking space is meant for hotel-guests' cars, not for Grab cars. He offered us free valet service, but we refused. We parked our car somewhere else.

The room was a 5 star like, friendly smiling helpful staff, very good room service. Highly recommended

The hotel is located in Simpang Lima it's like the center of the city with a lot of food stalls just less than 5 minutes walk. The parking space is quite limited, so if you want to get the basement space ideally arrive or back to the hotel before 5 pm. Otherwise you can ask the security to do the valet for you, without additional fee. Check in was smooth, with a lot of smiles. Breakfast areas are just next to the lobby, not too big so on holiday season they open the meeting rooms next to it to cater more guests. The bedroom is enough for us three with an additional extra bed. The bathoom has a glass wall so it is slightly uncomfortable for us with a teen child. We must adjust the light before one of us takes a shower so the others in the bedroom can't see the shadow of the person taking a shower. For breakfast .. the egg station had a long queue, maybe it needs to add one more staff so guests don't have to wait too long. The breakfast menus are very simple, fried rice, chicken, sausages, very simple salad, slices of bread and jams without any pastries, and the plus side is their coffee machine where guests can make their own coffee with just one touch. The hotel doesn't have a bell boy, or maybe I don't see one ? But they provide a few trolleys in lower ground just like in airports so you can push your own luggage. Check out also fast.

Car park is too small is only for 10 cars and the rest will be parked outside hotel. Airconditioner is not cool enough. We have to bring our bagage by ourself with trolley to lobby on 2nd floor and to the room.

the staff is great and very helpful. the location is convenient. but the building needs rework. the rooms are full of little bugs, the room has a smell like the place was flooded and it dried. the hall on the floor where i stayed smelled very humid. the breakfast buffet doesn't serve what is shown in the website photos. no Danish cake, fruits are limited to watermelon and papaya.

This is the hotel I want. Room is very clean,very bright, and the most important thing i got the room located at the edge. So i got 2 views. I will definitely going to come back here. The downside is they don't provide bellboy, so need to take care of the luggages ourselves. They provide small trolley like at the airport. Breakfast have quite a variety menus. They even have coffee machine The gym centre... The treadmill is stuck. So can't be used. Other equipments are just the simple one. Open 24 hours Located at Simpang Lima, city centre. We had a pleasant stay here. When we first arrived, it was quite crowded as it was during the holiday season, but the check-in process was quick, and the front desk staff were super friendly. The room itself was clean and comfortable. It seems they partnered with Dove for the bathroom kit, so the scent after taking a bath was nice. They also provided a radio alarm clock. The location was strategic, right in the middle of the city. Shoutout to Mr. Brey for his attentiveness to our preferences and for his excellent service.
