Charged me extra after my stay

The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Nespresso in the room is a nice touch and an upgrade from Keurig found in most hotels.

The breakfast offering was disappointing. The baked goods and croissants were dry and over baked and the coffee was from a self-service machine, watery and flavorless. It sounds better than it is when you read the description online.

Le site tout près de la riviere, la belle grande chambre toute neuve et son équipement, la piscine extérieure, le petit déjeuner à prix très abordable. Le vieux centre-ville de Beloeil mérite un détour !!

Excellent location, attentive and courteous staff, very clean and comfortable room. The patios are a nice bonus!

Wifi was a little slow. Gym was very outdated. I could hear the upstairs people showering and walking around.

L'acceuil et le service

Notre suite indiquait un balcon allors que c'était un petit patio avec vue sur l'autoroute qui passe juste a côté oui on voyait la montagne et l'eau mais surtout l'autoroute et c'était loin d'être romantique. Le menu était plutôt restreint par rapport à nos autres visites à cette hotel, et aucune marque de leur part pour souligner notre 24ème anniversaire d'amoureux.

Gorgeous property, well kept. We only slept here, so cannot comment on some of their bigger features ie, gourmet food and wine.

Nous avons apprécié que l'etablissement n'était pas trop grand. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter des installations, mais cela semblait bien installé et sûrement agréable.

Nous avons un peu été déçu par la chambre. Nous nous attendions à comme sur les photos (la douche surtout). Nous avons eu possiblement une des dernières chambre disponible dans sa catégorie. La pression de l'eau dans la douche était très peu existant. Mais nous ne passions pas notre séjour à l'hôtel, donc ce n'est pas un gros negatif, seulement qu'on s'attendait a un plus gros wow

Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. In onze kamer werkte de stop van de wasbak niet goed en we kregen meteen compensatie aangeboden. Ook waren we iets vergeten. Ze belden ons en hebben het opgestuurd. Het hotel ligt prachtig aan de rivier. Je kunt in het restaurant van het hotel eten, dat is prijzig, maar schijnt heel goed te zijn. In het dorp zijn verder genoeg eetgelegenheden. De kamers zijn schoon en worden goed bijgehouden. In principe is alles aanwezig, de wifi werkt prima. Je kunt een basisontbijt bij boeken voor €9, de prijs komt overeen met wat je ervoor krijgt. Het zwembad ligt op het parkeerterrein, is omheind en is prima.

Hoewel de kamers opgeknapt lijken te zijn (alles fris in de verf) is een aantal dingen wat verouderd (tv zonder streamingsdiensten, wel paytv, geen c-aansluitingen). Wij hadden een kamer die niet helemaal fris rook, wat muf. Zo ook de gym. Met het raam open ging het verder prima.

La propriété n'est pas au rendez-vous. Le fond de la douche était pleine de cheveux et de poils pubiens des clients précédents. Le personnel ne sourit jamais. J'avais l'impression en arrivant à l'hôtel que je les dérangeaient. L'air climatisé fonctionnait mal.

From the moment we drove onto the premises until we left, we felt welcome. We also loved the town. It beatrifulls situated on water. We only wish it we more convenient to where we live. 100% recommendation.

La facturation avec Booking est horrible. D’ailleur je n’ai JAMAIS recu de facture!!! Mais le paiement est fait. J’ai demandé une facture, mais semblerait que c’est trop en demander! C’est louche , Booking doit avoir des activités illégales, qu’ont-ils à cacher??

Très peu de choix sue l’offre de la nourriture. Service de qualité médiocre. Place à l’amélioration.

Salle de bain. Fond du bain non lavé, très glissant et gluant et risque de blessures. Le bouchon du bain non fonctionnel et impossible d’utiliser le bain si non absence d’informations pour le rendre fonctionnel.

Grande fenestration et vue intéressante. Le confort du logement. La piscine. Le balcon. La salle de bain. Peignoir.

Proximity to the highway but feels like being in the country

There’s too much asphalt surrounding the building— felt particularly when dining on the terrace of the restaurant, which feels like you’re eating in a parking lot (you are). The landscaping is great but is limited to a few feet of grass and some foundation plantings around the buildings. Overall, the property needs more green space and less driveway/parking to support the bucolic location of the hotel and its nearby river

Grande chambre moderne. Personnel agréable. Possibilité de mettre nos vélos en sécurité le soir à l’intérieur. Proche de l’autoroute, sans entendre le bruit. Un choix facile, sécuritaire, reposant dans notre voyage de vélo dans la magnifique région. Pas loin des restaurants ( en dois reprendre le vélo)

Le fait que la fenêtre n’avait pas de rideau opaque uniquement un petit voile transparent, ce qui fait que la nuit, la chambre était ultra éclairée par les lumières de l’entreprise située juste à côté donc j’ai très mal dormi, étant donné que je n’avais pas d’obscurité dans la chambre

A very interesting place with a view of the river and the water. The place is interesting because it has history. For those interested in the history of wine, vineyards, and those who love tasting, this is the place to visit.

It was nice that the hotel had breakfast, but I wouldn't say it was very varied. I would like to see it improved a little in terms of variety.

I asked for a later check out until 1200 and there was no consideration of the request - just a no. Many hotels offer a 12 00 check our time.

Breakfast was not great. True it was for $10 but I would still have expected the coffee to be ok and more choice of basic fruit. Even addition of banana would have been a plus

Parking a little challenging to find when busy times

I was able to get an early check-in which was great, lobby is very clean and welcoming. I was here for the formula 1 weekend and they had complimentary light refreshments and popcorn upon check-in. Room was beautiful and clean, bed is a little hard but I did not mend that. Overall it was an amazing stay with a really nice area and easy transportation to Montreal via bus. Will definitely come back in the future. Front desk was also very nice.

We were impressed by the modern design of this hotel. We stayed here during the F1 Montreal weekend, when most hotels jack up their prices to absurd levels. After comparing options, this property offered the best price-to-quality ratio by far – and we’re so glad we chose it. The gourmet French fine dining on-site was a revelation. Service was polished but warm – a true fine-dining experience without the usual stuffiness. Another huge plus: Flo electric vehicle chargers available and working great. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and but. It so quiet since it is close to major highway. If you’re heading to Montreal during a major event and want luxury without getting ripped off – plus amazing French food and EV charging – book here. We’ll be back.

As English speaking travellers but with a small understanding of French we still found the restaurant menu difficult to understand so were put off from using it. The rooms are looking worn and tired and unusually comparred to most others, offer no in room safe. We had three occasions where our room was not automatically serviced and had to ask personally for this to be done. We seemed to have a room underneath a conference room so were disturbed very early morning, most mornings, by excessive noise from people arranging and setting up the room for day. The state of the bathrobes were bad enough that we had to contact reception to get them replaced

The stay was okay overall, and the hotel is in a beautiful location. The restaurant and event spaces are especially well done and reflect a high standard. However, the cleanliness of the rooms was very concerning. It appears there may be a lack of communication and oversight regarding housekeeping standards. The bathrooms, in particular, need much more attention—there was visible red mold present in the tile and shower curtain, which is unacceptable. I bought spray bleach and all of the red mold disappeared. It also seems that rooms are not being properly inspected by management or supervisors before guests arrive. Areas such as closets, between and under beds, and behind furniture need to be thoroughly vacuumed and cleaned. If the hotel wants its guest rooms to reflect the same quality as its restaurant and event spaces, there needs to be clearer communication with housekeeping staff and more consistent quality checks by management.

Nothing it was okay. We stayed at the Sheraton a couple of nights earlier and it was a bit more expensive but we found there was more bang for your buck there.
