Stayed here twice over a 2 week trip, nice and clean - plenty to do. Showers are nice but hot water can be slightly hit and miss at peak times . Mega comfy bed, huge TV safe etc.. there is a single 10meter pool on site - not 10 pools ! Friendly helpful staff

This property is recently renovated and has nice dining onsite. I only did breakfast and it was very nice. Staff were professional and helpful, thank you.

This hotel is ok and had a revamp since I last visited.!! On the plus side the room was nice bed comfortable, and lovely big TV on the wall, on the minus side the shower was awful really hit and miss you got Luke warm water at best and that went on the whole of my 3 week stay, the cleaners still don’t understand the do not disturb sign, it was the same 2 years ago.! And the lift is so slow beyond belief

Excellent hotel. Great sized room. Daily house keeping with two waters. No iron or ironing board. Close to all soi bukhoaw and second road, 711’s massage parlours central mall, other food places, multiple laundries. My new go to place in Pattaya. Internet was also good.

Always stay here when I'm in Pattaya. The staff are super friendly and very helpful. Terrific location close to bars,restaurants and shopping malls and only a few minutes walk to the beach..

Hotel is in a very convenient position as a sports fan all i need do is cross a narrow soi amd im in hemmingways sports bar. If i was to moan of about anything the bed is a little too hard for me and the one and only lift is very slow. So get a low floor and use the stairs

It was directly opposite some pubs and can be noisy till about 3-4am. The staff were not that friendly and the hotel was going through renovations. Bed was not comfy and most importantly, the hot water was inconsistent during shower. And water pressure was not strong.

The location and the frontdesk and housekeeping all are great!! Superb!! The frontdesk give us the exact same room upon my request during our last visit on Feb 2020. This shows that they really value and remember their return guests. Well done Bay Breeze Hotel!! Definitely will return here again without any doubt in the near future.

Easy walk to beach, Treetown, and the gym (Fitness 7). Good value, nice staff. They are renovating first half of 2023.

I have stayed hear meny times and it always gives great service

I stayed at this hotel for 10 nights in March 2020. Hotel is in middle of busy area, near shopping and night life so noisy at times. Staff is important to me and staff at this hotel does great job at making me feel comfortable. They were quick to address any problem with room or question I had about area. I will stay again in the future.

Don’t get the entry level room it’s a bit dated and the bed was hard. The bathroom needed some work. I upgraded to a queen room which was much better. The front desk staff was great. Due to an emergency I had to leave 7 days before my stay ended. The hotel refunded me despite being a non refundable stay. Great location close to Mike shopping and central festival mall. A 711 downstairs. Laundry everything close by

Good sized room, in excellent condition. mid sized pool has sun in morning only and lots of shelter. Good buffet breakfast 150 baht . located just off second road near night market

There were problems with the elevator when I arrived, it was fixed but still had minor issues. various flaws in the bathroom. too little fridge. They also worked with the swimming pool, I was never told when it was finished. good things: great location, good food. good big bed, great with balcony. good wifi

Nice sized junior suite with all modern features. No complaints. Staff are excellent with a warm family appeal The pool was being maintained while I was stayed, but that's just the luck of the draw. The elevator is slow. A second elevator would be nice. Oh and a fitness centre.

The hotel is ok, however I booked a junior suit and you don’t get a balcony with this room. The pool is built under other rooms. You get no sun hence no one even uses the pool. The hotel in a good location but their is a lot better hotels for the same price. No issue with staff and rooms where clean.

Central to most of Pattaya. Not far from beach. Transport on no 2 road(20 meters). Comfortable beds.

Stayed 5 nights because I had friends staying and/or working nearby. The value of this hotel is great. Could do with a few repairs and clean-ups of bathrooms etc. before they get out of hand. If they keep up on maintenance the hotel should stay nice. I hope they don't let it get run down. I would stay here again....

Bay Breeze Hotel is situated in an excellent position for all activities central to Pattaya. Retox Sports Bar is opposite and open 24 hours. I found the pool on level 3 set up ideally for a quiet swim after a hectic, yet rewarding foot tour of Pattaya.

Very central, clean room, everything worked, great price, balcony was nice to sit out, food, mini mart, shopping everything on the doorstep

I have stayed here five times now. like the Bay Breeze because of its location to everything. Already on Honey Soi 11,good bars, close to the beach and Lk Metro in walking distance. Soi Six is only a Baht bus ride away or motor bike taxi. Same for walking street.

I always enjoy staying at BayBreeze, the staff are always welcoming and remember you, the rooms are clean the aircond works great and the wifi is fast. I like the fact that the hotel is really central to everything, five min walk to Central Shopping centre, only a block away from the beach and you can walk to almost anything else.

very bad administration, the rooms very old , dirty, dark, the administrator said to me, that I have a lot of demands because I asked simple things, like they want to put me in a room have outside bathroom, they spoil my trip. they said go to hotels.com we cant help, Even I asked for a spoon,from the kitchen but they refused to give. it was a nightmare.

I’ve stayed here a few times and have always liked it. The maid was wonderful and worked with me in cleaning the room everyday (I slept late and she would wait and clean in the afternoon and not bother me). The hotel is guest friendly and never gave me an issue. The area is great with a good rate money exchange kioske, a 7-11, massages and a great laundry near. The girls not negative is that the bed is a little hard and it takes a few nights to adapt to it.

A nice budget hotel. The room was a little run down. Needed some plastering but it was very quiet and we had a great sleep.

Good hotel in a very good location with really friendly staff. Only problem was that we booked transfers from and to the airport and on both occiasons the the transfers did not turn up! On the return to the airport the reception pulled on all the stops so we didn't miss our flight. Would stay again

Upon arriving I was taken care of, quick in process and the the good treatment was continued. They had a pool where I could exercise in, it was cold water and made the workout that much more enjoyable. The restaurant offered a great buffet breakfast for 150 baht. We ate daily and would skip lunch and eat later in the evening. We also had items off the menu and they were good at a fare price. I lost my room key due to my knucleheadedness and the staff helped me remedy the problem for a nominal fee. The location is also great close to everything I wanted to do.

In the middle of the night, the opposite street dance music were so loud. Any way, I m fine, i can sleep with loud noise. The room that facing the main Street the size is so spaces.

The room smelled. The bed stand surface was dirty. The shower curtain smelled. The door lock key lock system appeared easy to penetrate

The hotel is in a great location, close to LK Metro for good night life and close to shopping centres and only a few minutes walk to the beach. The room I stayed in was ok but the bathroom needs updating. Tiles missing, old stained bath and dirty coloured water coming down the walls. The swimming pool only as a couple of hours of sunshine on it in the morning and it's freezing cold ! Hotel staff are polite and friendly.

Nice stay Pro Close to Central festival, Pattaya night bazaar ( pattaya night bazaar cheaper than several night markets in Bangkok) 20 minutes to walking street Many indian restaurants around this hotel Cons Hotel rooms are ok only. Cannot rate them as great. Still they use Manual Safes while most of other hotels use Automatic Safes

I like its close proximity to the night bazaar and central plaza, many restaurants and dining facilities.

The location was good close to LK METRO... walking street was within walking distance. While my air conditioner was not the best condition other people said theirs worked great. The breakfast was ok... but I like waffles and pancakes and they had nether... basically a egg based breakfast. They did have rice and one Thai dish. The staff was friendly!!

Outside by the door smelled awful by the drains. As soon as I stepped out of the room, I could feel the heat.

This hotel was nice all in all. I got the junior suite for a fair price each night. The staff was friendly and the room was really clean and kept very well. My only issue was the air conditioning unit. The unit for the junior suite was not adequate for the size of the unit. As a result, it took very long for the room to cool down. A buddy stayed in the regular room, probably cheaper than what I paid, and his room became cold quick. If you're going to book this hotel don't spend the extra money on the suite.

I have stayed at the Bay Breeze Hotel five times in the last six months. Good value hotel with cheaper rooms and luxury rooms. Great location close to beach on foot and many bars close by. I will be staying here again in October for two weeks and Xmas for three weeks.

This hotel is great! The staff friendly, hotel is very clean, area is amazing. I have only one complaint. The bed's are incredibly uncomfortable. I usually prefer a harder mattress to a soft one, but I've never come across a mattress this hard. it literally felt I was sleeping on a piece of wood. This would be the only thing that could stop me from visiting the hotel again. other than that, I asked for a view of the street (soi honey) but did not receive one, however I didn't question it, and wasn't a huge concern for me. The pool was one factor I took into consideration when booking, but was closed for the exact time period of my stay. it would have been nice to have been notified of this before my stay, but Im in pattaya. I'm not there to swim.

Great hotel. Worthwhile stay. Upper floor rooms (deluxe standard) far superior to lower floor. At the back is better. Very helpful reception staff but they should pay more attention to who is entering the building. especially late at night. Buffet breakfast not included but good value at 150 THB. Small pool but provided for comfortable ambience on 3rd floor. Street where hotel situated is not too busy. Well recommended.
