Liked the overall experience. Spa was lovely, facilities were clean. Bedroom was lovely and bed was comfortable. The bar and outdoor area was nice and the food served at dinner was tasty. I couldn't fault it.

Top schoon, goed ontbijt. (Laatste dag was het minder, maar dat had te maken met het feit dat het personeel geen zin had.) Pub eten is geweldig en het zwembad is een aanrader.

Eigenlijk niets. Alleen dat de laatste ochtend het personeel bij het ontbijt niet super was. Normaal krijg je altijd alles wat je vraagt, allen die ochtend kreeg je alleen wat er op het buffet stond.

It was very clean and a good location for where we were going

We booking for the Tullamore show it was a bit disappointing that they didn’t open for breakfast at 6 o’clock in the morning for the day that was in it.

Beautiful decor, very clean, staff very helpful and pleasant. Lots of lovely touches, coffee van, gift shop, cakes, deli. Beds very comfortable, streamer for ironing great idea, shower and toiletries clean and high end. Breakfast had great selection and good quality produce

We ate dinner at the hotel—the food was excellent but the manager was not especially accommodating. They were annoyed we had 7 people and tried to squeeze 7 people into a table for 6 because they had breakfast silverware on the other tables…

We loved everything about the property. Check in was so easy and every member of staff was lovely to deal with. The leisure facilities were excellent as was the breakfast.

I liked the size of the room, the bed, the comfort, the good quality towels. I especially love the coffee bags which are so upmarket compared with many other hotels. I love the swimming pool and always make sure I get to have a swim whenever I stay here.

The only thing I would have liked an improvement on was the iron. I find that a steam iron is much better for removing wrinkles than the old style heat only iron.

The rooms were very comfortable. Loved the pool and Spa. Had an amazing massage. Gift shop wonderful. Food excellent. A nice oasis. Great for a recharge.

The food was only ok and the breakfast was not good and the breakfast team were bot good at all We were asked did we want tea or coffee when we entered the restaurant and after that not one member of the team neither spoke to us or checked if we were ok

Breakfast was excellent plenty of food and very attentive staff I would thoroughly recommend it to anyone for both food and accommodation.

Klasse Hotel mit Pferdedeko überall und toller Ausstattung mit Pool, tollen Massagen, Restaurant, Bar, Shops uvm Leckeres vielseitiges Frühstück!!

Leider war das Internet auf dem Zimmer nicht stabil. In der Lobby und den vielen anderen gemütlichen Sitzbereichen funktionierte es einwandfrei.

The waiting staff in both the bar and restaurant were fantastic. So efficient, really well trained and friendly. The food was also delicious. The room was big, clean and comfortable. The food was of excellent standard and value for money.

The reason I didn't give 10/10 was because the leisure centre let the hotel down. There was no life guard or staff member on duty in the pool area. I used the facilities as I knew there were massage jets in the pool area. Unfortunately, there was a family of 6 playing ball in the area I wanted to use and no staff member to tell them to either play ball on the kids pool (which was empty) or move. The soap dispensers were also empty in the women's changing area.

Great room and great staff.

Parking is free and close to the entrances. Good breakfast and wonderful flexibility for late evening food in the bar. Really friendly and helpful staff.
