La douche était bouché pas très hygiénique les pieds dans l’eau.

C'est la deuxième fois que je viens dans cet hôtel. Et j'y reviendrai lors de mon prochain sejour a Meyzieu. Accueil sympathique et professionnel, petit déjeuner plus que correct. Personnel souriant.

Chambre calme, lit confortable, personnel accueillant.

Everything went smoothly. Goof value. Important thing for me was the excellent transport facilities for both the airport and Lyon itself--- great value and regular services.

We stayed for 2 nights and the AC did not work while outside temperature was >34 degrees celsius. Because we were staying on the ground floor we did not want to sleep with the window open. Avoid room 4. On the 2nd day the staff kindly proposed to relocate us but only if we could pack before 12, which was not possible for us because we had workshops to attend so we stayed in our hot room. On sunday at 9.45am there was barely anything left for breakfast while it closes at 10am, the reason was "the hotel is full".... you knew the hotel was full why did you not plan accordingly ? Not ok to leave us hungry (and angry). It s an industrial area and there is no decent food options. Deliveries are your best option. Positive: the rooms were clean and practical. 5min walk to tram and dance center. Staff was kind but often not helpful (although im not sure what was in their responsibility vs not, like the lack of food)

Y a pas d équipements dans les chambres. Pas d'eau pas de carafe, pas de bouilloire, donc pas de thé ni café.

1ere impression désagréable. La manager réprimande la personne de l’accueil à la vue de tous puis hausse le ton avec un groupe de voyageurs s’étant trompés de réservation. Service en restauration agréable Chambre sans thé ni café ni gourde ou bouteille d’eau comme nous le trouvons partout ailleurs dans les hôtels Bref pas accueillant!

The room had a good size and it was clean and very proper but it was a cold day and the thermostat would not go above 22 doesn’t matter what I’d set. There’s no intercom in the room so I had to go downstairs to talk to someone at the front desk and I’ve learned this is a known problem. They gave me a portable heater but I hope they address that problem soon. Location is good if your intent is staying close to the airport, as you can easily move to the city and to the airport from there. Returning to the hotel at night by bus seemed a bit sketchy if you’re a lady traveling alone as the streets leading to the hotel are not illuminated, but overall felt safe.

Eigenlijk een mooi en netjes hotel. Groot minpunt waren de bedden. Alsof je tussen plastic slaapt. Allebei werden we de hele nacht door zwetend wakker. Niet goed geslapen dus

Felt like a dorm. The bathroom also had no stopper for the shower so the entire floor was soaking wet (wear sandals). It was the only hotel choice for us that was close to the Lyon airport and it was for one night, which was fine for that purpose, but I wouldn't choose it again.

Climatisation bloqué à 21 degré ! Impossible de la descendre. Impossible de dormir la fenêtre ouverte, la rue fait un bruit de dingue J’ai passé une excellente nuit …

Très bel hôtel, parking sécurisé, arrivée à n’importe quelle heure, très belle chambre et salle de bain, bon espace commun, proche de l’aéroport.

Simply motel, relatively clean, but not well thought out in terms of the room: odd lighting, no proper shower curtain or door, so easy to wet the floor. Not particularly comfortable bed. Couldn’t change the temperature in what was quite a hot room. There was also only one member of staff on duty; poor guy had to serve and make food and drinks, while checking everyone in. He was running around like crazy, working very hard. Maybe they had a second member off sick, but it was a lot to ask if this poor chap.

Hôtel très confortable. Pour moi: Difficulté à trouver l’établissement faute d’illumination de l’enseigne Problème avec le thermostat et chambre un peu trop chaude.

Très bel hôtel ibis contrairement à ceux que j'ai pu fréquenter. Hotel neuf, grand lit. Manque juste une boite de mouchoirs et une bouteille d'eau.

Rien à redire établissement est très bien , nous nous attendions à se que l’hôtel soit moins propre et la chambre moins fonctionnelle, nous avons donc été agréablement surpris . Le personnel est top !

Zeer net hotel welke super geschikt is voor doorreis verblijf. Lyon centrum is circa 20 min rijden met de auto, Hotel bevind zich op een industrieterrein wat het hotel meer een doorreis hotel maakt en minder een hotel voor verblijf voor bezoek van de stad Lyon.

Chambres propres. Hôtel bien organisé

It is a good budget hotel in terms of comfort, breakfast is decent and wifi worked well. But it has a major flaw- sound insulation is non-existent. There was noise on the floor till 2 am the night we stayed there. Also while there is AC it is controlled centrally, for example it did not turn on all night when we were there.

This was a great place to stay before catching a flight. Convenient to LYS. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great! I’d totally stay here again.

Leider war zum Check-In noch nicht das gebuchte Zimmer gemacht und mein Freund und ich mussten noch über eine Dreiviertelstunde warten bis wir ins Hotelzimmer konnten. Auf den Duschtüchern habe ich leider nach dem Benutzen erst Dreckflecken entdeckt. Das Frühstück war ganz nett - do h wer bestimmte Sachen nicht essen konnte oder nicht mochte, hatte nur eine sehr kleine begrenzte Auswahl an Essen. Aufgefallen ist mir auch, dass auf der Hotelseite mehrere Sprachen angegeben worden sind aber der Service sich fast nur auf Französisch mit uns unterhalten konnte. Englischkenntnisse waren eher dürftig und Deutsch konnte wohl keiner Servicekräfte sprechen, obwohl das angegeben war. Das hat den Check-In und Check-Out sowie Fragen zu bestimmten Sachen sehr erschwert.

Die Lage des Hotels ist prima, ruhig, aber verkehrsgünstig (Tram). Das Doppelzimmer war sehr klein, was grundsätzlich okay ist. Es gab ausschliesslich französische TV-Sender, keine englischen o.a. Große Rostflecken an der Badewanne und Flecken auf dem Bettbezug gehen überhaupt nicht.

Mon séjour a été correct petit déjeuner copieux et sympathique il manquait des piles dans la télécommande de la télé nous n'avons pas pu l'utiliser....

Bra och lätt tillgängligt hotell nära motorvägen. Bra parkering och restaurangen hade fantastisk mat.

The only bad side of it was that no shopping mall or restaurants around the hotel. The three days that i was there happened to be weekend and i was told that their restaurant is closed during the weekend and there wasn't any other alternative. If they can work on that would be brilliant.

Room was ok. Wish there would’ve been a mini refrigerator. Upon checkin there was one staff member that was very rude to myself and my husband. The one receptionist told us to help ourselves to some coffee and when we went to do so another worker came rushing over and told us we couldn’t be there and that we should leave the lobby. His tone was like he was talking to us like we were children. This was a very rude interaction that left a bad taste in my mouth for the rest of the stay. I don’t think I would stay here again.

L'accueil et l'attention furent excellents. En cette période très compliquée, l'ensemble de l'équipe et l'ambiance générale de cet hôtel ont facilité mon séjour.

We were the last people to stay in the hotel before lockdown. From when we checked in to when we checked out the hotel staff, even though facing uncertain times themselves, never gave us anything but the most professional service.

Good location, close enough to the airport. Room was clean and the hotel is in very good condition. Quiet too. Friendly and helpful staff.

Had to swap three rooms due to smoking fun previous users which was annoying

The hotel is not bad at all if you are visiting Lyon for a business trip in the area. Other than that the hotel is really far from the City. If you are in Lyon for pleasure don’t stay there . The staff were awesome though. Semir and Selma were great. Also the hotel manager was great .

Liked it. Great place but website says they have electric charging but it’s a socket in the wall which didn’t work for us.

Friendly staff , clean and modern rooms , and nice cold air con ( needed in the heatwave when we stayed ) . Wanted a value for money stopover and was much better than expectations !

The hotel is very good, the staff very efficient and friendly and the breakfast was excellent. The only fault is that it is next to a construction site in an industrial area. This was not a big problem for us but could be for others when the weather is better. It would not be the place to walk about.

The hotel seems to be based in the middle of nowhere but is convenient for Lyon airport. It seems very new and my room was modern, comfortable and in excellent condition. Good fast Wifi. There is a big carpark available and the staff were friendly and welcoming. I ate dinner in the hotel restaurant and had some lovely salmon, followed by a delicious chocolate dessert. Prices were very reasonable and the food was good quality. There's also a nice bar. The breakfast buffet was very good. I liked this hotel and will definitely stay here again in future

Room was comfy and cozy. Wonderful staff and receptionist. I wanted a hotel close to the airport ( St.exupery -Lyon), but the thing is, it’s in the middle of nowhere. Really nothing around to see, check, or eat out...

Overall the hotel is comfortable enough. It is basic bedroom with no frills (only 1 towel each and no hand towel) but a/c worked and it was clean. I thought I was booking the one next to the airport so was surprised when we were so far away. 15 min cab ride that cost 35 euros. That is why I rated it a little less because of location and no frills. The food in the restaurant was excellent.
