Aer Hotel Malpensa

Nulla da dire, hotel perfetto a 15 minuti dal Terminal 2 di Malpensa (parlo del 2 perché è quello che serviva a me).

La struttura è un pochino datata ma comunque molto accogliente

The hotel is nice enough, big rooms and plenty of towels in the bathroom. The staff is nice and the breakfast is good, plenty to choose from.

The airport transfer is not free, as advertised online. It's only 5 Euro, but still, false advertising. Only after I sent an email the day of the booking to inform of the time of my arrival, I received an automated email telling me to shuttle was 5 euro, and that it had to be booked. Maybe tell your guest this things as soon as they book, not only if they contact you first. Again, it's only 5 euro, but keep in mind you have to book, and it is only available in the morning, which worked great for me BTW.

Navetta da e per aeroporto. Il personale gentilissimo.

L'hotel ést situé à 20 mn de l'aéroport de Malpensa. Nous avons appelé l'hôtel à notre arrivée en fin de journée pour que l'on vienne nous chercher. La navette est arrivée au bout de 30 mn.

A l'hôtel, le réceptionniste nous a fait comprendre que leurs conditions ont changé depuis notre réservation et maintenant la navette coûte 5 €. Nous avons refusé de payer ce changement de tarifs. Par contre nous avons voulu réserver la navette pour 4 h 30 le lendemain mais elle ne partait qu'à 5 h. Avant notre réservation nous avions demandé si l'on aurait une navette à cette heure là et le réceptionniste nous avait répondu que l'on verrait au moment du check in. Un conseil ne réservez pas un Uber tôt le matin il n'est jamais venu. La chambre est très vieillotte avec une douche à refaire entièrement. Il ne faut pas profiter des voyageurs qui réservent près de l'aéroport pour les faire dormir dans des chambres aussi vieilles et mal entretenues.

Alojamiento adecuado solo de paso si necesitas volar desde el Aeropuerto Malpensa. Nos adjudicaron una habitación que olía a tabaco, pedimos cambio y nos dijeron que sí.

Para que te recojan en el aeropuerto no es suficiente con concretar una hora,y avisar con tiempo previamente ,te obligan a llamar por teléfono cuando llegas (teniendo en cuenta que será una llamada con coste si no tienes una linea italiana) y después de Ésta acceden a recogerte. Estaría bien facilitar otra forma para que no haya coste y para que no tengas que esperar. Son 5€ por trayecto. Para que te lleven por la mañana temprano al aeropuerto solo hay unas horas limitadas (5:00h-6:00h 7:00h. Etc ) por lo que tienes que adaptarte a dicho horario Viejito y un tanto dejado

Tivemos um pequeno problema no quarto quando chegámos, e mudaram-nos de imediato de quarto. Gostamos da postura. O atendimento do funcionário foi 5*.

Easy inexpensive hotel close to the airport. Clean with large rooms. Nothing fancy. Breakfast was fine.

Excellent service and only €5 per room for the airport transfer! Lovely driver who was there waiting for us. Nice, kind and accommodating staff. Great breakfast, amazing value for money!! Would definitely come back!

The only advantage of this hotel is its price. Other than that, I cannot rate anything positively.

The hotel is located approximately a 20-minute drive from the airport. The hotel transfer is available for €5 per room, but only until 11:30 PM. The bathroom was in poor condition, with a practically unusable shower. Water comes out of several other jets, but not properly from the showerhead. The person answering the phone was very unpleasant and raised his voice during the conversation. There is a very noisy road next to the hotel, and every passing vehicle can be heard clearly. The air conditioning unit is old and extremely loud. It can only be switched on or off, with no intermediate settings, so to avoid freezing we had to turn it off and sleep in uncomfortable heat. The hotel walls are extremely thin, almost like paper. We were woken up at 5:00 AM by guests in the neighbouring room, and every movement from the adjacent room could be heard clearly. The hotel is old and definitely requires renovation and refurbishment.

La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas

The staff were super friendly.

The hotel is more like a motel, though. Clean but very dated. The AC can’t be adjusted in the room. No shampoo. The shuttle pickup took forever. But worst of all: the supper was horrible. A kid can cook better pasta. It was just the worst I’ve ever had. It cost 10 eu + 3 eu coperta (like you’d pay in Milan). If I had known, I would have walked 10-15 min on the highway with no sidewalk to the closest Indian place. Which I ended up doing for gelato, which was great.

The room itself was simple, comfortable and had everything I needed for a night pleasant stay before flight.

I had to call the hotel several times to follow up on the airport shuttle. Each time, the staff informed me that it would arrive within 15–20 minutes, but I ultimately ended up waiting at the airport for over an hour. The driver could not speak English, although he was very helpful with my luggage. I also mistakenly assumed that the shuttle service was included in the room rate. After reviewing my booking more carefully, I discovered that it costs €5 per person, per trip. However, the hotel's location is quite isolated and not within walking distance of any restaurants. As a result, I had no choice but to dine at the hotel restaurant. The chef was friendly but did not speak English, and there was no official menu available. Unfortunately, my chicken with salad was bland and lacked seasoning, consisting mainly of what tasted like boiled chicken, simple leafy vegetables side dish, and hard bread rolls. The meal, along with a can of Coke, total cost €19, which felt overpriced considering the quality.

l'albergo è vetusto, andrebbe ristrutturato. C'era la tv ma non funzionava. Era scritto che il parcheggio e la navetta per l'aeroporto erano gratuiti ed invece hanno giocato sul fraintendimento sottolineando che solo uno dei due tragitti fosse gratuito, l'altro andasse pagato. c'era una squadra di ragazzini che ha corso ed urlato per tutta la notte, fino oltre le due e ciò rende vano loscopo di avvicinarsi all'aeroporto per non fare una levataccia. A principal vantagem desse hotel é a localização perto do aerporto Malpensa, mas é um hotel a ser utilizado somente para um dia, ou de chegada ou de saída de Milão, visto que o aeroporto é bem longe da região central. Para ir a outros locais, é extremamente distante e somente um ônibus de transporte. A melhor coisa do hotel é o oferecimento de transfer ao custo de 5 euros o trecho para o aeroporto ou do aeroporto para o hotel.

Não há muitas opções de comércio nas proximidades, tampouco transporte público, o que dificulta o deslocamento para fazer um lanche, almoçar ou jantar. Além disso, para ir até um local, você caminha em via de velocidade rápida, sem espaço para pedestre, o que é prigoso.
