Чудовий готель!!! Усе на високому рівні! Персонал привітний. Просторий номер, чистий. Прибирають щоденно. Їжа смачна і різноманітна! На пляжі багато лежаків і парасолей (безкоштовні).Вхід у море з камінням, але є місток, щоб перейти каміння. Далі у воді пісок. Це були чудові дні відпочинку!!!

The hotel has a beautiful location. I really enjoyed the fact that there is a sea view on one side and impressive mountain views on the other. The surroundings are very pleasant. The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. I would especially like to mention Katerina, who was extremely kind, helpful and always willing to assist with any question or request. She definitely deserves special recognition. Unfortunately, there were several things that I found disappointing, particularly for a hotel advertised as 5-star. I was surprised to find that the safe in the room required an additional payment, even though I had booked a half-board stay for a week. In hotels of a similar standard, including many hotels in Crete, I have never been asked to pay extra for a room safe. I was informed that towels are changed every two days rather than daily. During the hot summer weather, I found this less than ideal. Only after I specifically requested it were the towels changed daily. There was also no bathrobe in the room. I also found the situation with drinking water unusual. Instead of receiving a new bottle of water each morning, guests are expected to refill their bottles with filtered water at the bar. This is not what I would normally expect from a 5-star hotel. The food selection was also rather limited, both at breakfast and dinner. I expected more variety and choice from a hotel of this category. Another issue was the noise. I had specifically booked a ground-floor room with a private pool, expecting to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay. Unfortunately, in the mornings and also intermittently during the day, there was considerable noise from the cleaning staff’s trolley passing along the corridor. At times, this was quite disruptive and made it difficult to relax and enjoy the room and private pool area. Overall, while the location and the friendliness of the staff were definitely positive aspects, I left somewhat disappointed.

The main points that disappointed me were: An additional charge for using the room safe, which I would not expect from a 5-star hotel. Towels were initially changed only every two days, which felt insufficient during the hot summer weather. After I requested it, they were changed daily. The food selection was somewhat limited, with less variety and a less extensive menu than I would expect from a 5-star hotel. Noise from the cleaning staff and their trolley passing along the corridor, particularly in the mornings and intermittently during the day, which sometimes disturbed my rest.

Henkilökunta oli ystävällinen ja paikka siisti. Ruoka oli hyvää. Meillä kuului ainostaan aamiainen hintaa ja se oli erinomainen. Rannalla pidettiin huolta asiakkaista kun tuuli yltyi ja aallot oli liian isot uimaan.

Sijainti oli hieman haastava koska kävelylle oli vain pieni huonkuntoinen tie. Viiden tähden hotelliksi nukkavieru sisustus ja huoneen varustelu oli heikko. Juomalaseja ei vaihdettu ja pesujäljet oli huonot. Ei ollut alacarte ravintolaa vaan ainoastaan snacks tai buffet vaihtoehtoja. Yhdeksän jälkeen ei saanut ruokaa jos ei ollut ostanut iltabuffetia.

Luxusproblem:Möbel weniger stylisch, aber top bequem

Die Lage, das essen, die Blumen, alles top.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella maisonette (appartamento su due livelli) e ci siamo trovati benissimo. sempre pulito e camere rifatte ogni giorno. Ambienti sempre puliti, anche la piscina e dintorni. Lasciano a disposizione anche i teli per andare in piscina e spiaggia. Non abbiamo mai avuto problemi a trovare sdraio disponibili ne in piscina ne in spiaggia nonostante fosse la settimana di ferragosto. Animazione simpatica e mai invadente, il capo animatore bravissimo conosce tutte le lingue. Fanno tornei di volley, tennis, pallanuoto, per adulti e bambini, ma non c'è un vero e proprio mini club. La sera mettono musica, concerti dal vivo, balli tradizionali, ma non spettacoli di cabaret. Portate antizanzare perchè la sera ce ne sono parecchie. La camera è dotata di zanzariera ma suggerisco lo stesso di portare il vape perchè la nostra stanza al piano di sopra aveva la finestra senza zanzariera. Ovviamente è disponibile anche l'aria condizionata. Siamo stati anche in spiaggia, ma avendo la macchina abbiamo preferito vedere le calette limitrofe un po' più belle. Il centro abitato con i negozietti si trova esattamente a 1 km di passeggiata. però ho comprato molti souvenir nel minimarket dell'hotel che ho trovato molto onesto (calamite e portachiavi 3,50 euro, acqua da 1.5 lt a 1,20 euro). Abbiamo fatto all inclusive ed era sempre disponibile un area snack dalle 11 alle 17 con gelato, frutta fresca, hot dog, insalata greca., e altre stuzzicherie. Abbiamo sempre mangiato bene a tutti i pasti (siamo in 7 tra cui una persona vegana). Le bevande ai pasti sono incluse tranne quelle in bottiglia. Termino ringraziando Liana della segreteria per aver risolto velocemente alcuni imprevisti durante la prenotazione.

Bardzo czysto, super miła i pomocna obsługa, nasz problem został bardzo szybko rozwiązany, duży wybór jedzenia, kameralna plaża, wystarczająca ilość leżaków na basenie i plaży. Duży wygodny parking przed hotelem.

Super séjour en famille ! Naja une personne super aimable et sympathique . À bientôt 😄

Un resort foarte frumos, spatios, cu alei acoperite cu flori, plin de palmieri si vegetatie exceptional de bine ingrijita. Pe o latura vezi marea, pe cealalta muntele inalt. O splendoare. Copilul s-a plimbat zilnic pe aleile resortului si a cerut struguri, vazand ciorchine atarnand pe vita deasupra capului. O arhitectura deosebita, locuri amenajate cu grija si ingrijite. Piscina mare perfecta pentru noi cu sezlonguri suficiente si bar adiacent, piscina mica deliciu pentru copii, in special pentru ca e in apropierea locului de joaca, micut dar foarte practic. Plaja buna, cu sezlonguri, intrarea in mare cu pietre. Personalul foarte dragut, mancarea buna, atmosfera extrem de relaxanta, camera spatioasa, activitati seara (disco, live, beach party etc), aqua gim la piscina cu un entertainer super fain, mancare peste zi, inghetata si bauturi racoritoare la barul de langa piscina. Noi am fost a treia oara si vom mai reveni pentru ca este relaxant, mancarea este buna, in apropiere sunt magazine si terase.

Majoitus ei vastannut 5 tähden hotellia, ruoka oli yksitoikkoista, allas snäkki baari oli ala-arvoinen ja huone on todella kuuma. Aula baari ei ollut auki koko lomamme aikana ilmeisesti.

Restaurant Personal sehr nett, und Essensqualität hoch. Zimmer sauber geputzt. Der einzige Animator, Katastrof, war für alles zuständig, sport, Rettungsschwimmer, … Er war auch sehr freundlich. Pflanzen sehr vielfältig und es wachsen viele Früchte, z. B. Granatäpfel und Weintrauben. Blumen sehr schön.

Zu viel Fleisch im Essen, auch dort im Salat, wo es eigentlich nicht hin gehört, man hätte es daneben stellen können. Wenig veganes und vegetarisches essen Abfluss verstopft und beim ersten Baden im Zimmer ging das Wasser hoch Treppe zum Meer hatte Teilweise Stufen aus Paletten, mit Seil angebunden. Nach einem Sturm hat sich ein Brett gelöst und rostige Nägel stachen raus. VERLETZUNGSGEFAHR! Dann KEIN SANDSTRAND, obwohl die Fotos das vermuten lassen. Im Meer dann sobald man Schulterhoch im Wasser steht irgendwelche Teppiche auf dem Boden verbaut, wahrscheinlich als früher mal Sand geschüttet worden war. Personal der Pool bar nicht nett, besonders ein Glatzköpfiger Herr, der öfters gemeckert hat wegen irgendwas mit den Stühlen. Auch unter den Kollegen wurde hier länger laut geschimpft, während sich eine Schlange für Getränke gebildet hat. Die Auswahl an Getränken mangelhaft, es gab keine Säfte, nur einen Schlauch, wo Wasser vermischt mit Sirup rauskam. Diese waren nicht lecker. Pures Wasser war gelb. Der Snäckraum schließt schon um 17 Uhr, macht aber in wirklichkeit sogar schon um 16:34 zu, und man wird angemeckert, wenn man dann den Vorhang zur Seite schiebt und sich trotzdem etwas nimmt. Diese Zeiten sind sehr kurz. Beschriftungen haben hier, anders als im Restaurant auch nicht gestimmt, es stand Pizza Margharita, aber unter dem Käse versteckt war dann doch Schinken da. Wenig Animation, wenigstens ein paar mal pro Woche wäre eine Show ganz gut. Wir Reisen sehr viel, und den WOW Effekt, den man von einem 5 Sterne Hotel erwarten würde, der hat gefehlt. Auch am Eingang haben die üblichen großen Sterne Lampen neben dem Hotelnamen gefehlt. Insgesamt fraglich, ob es überhaupt ein 5 Sterne Hotel ist. Wir haben es nicht so empfunden.

Wunderschönes Hotel.. die Blüten und Pflanzen sind traumhaft anzusehen. Auch Granatapfelbäume und Weintrauben Ranken schmücken einen der Wege. Das Personal ist super freundlich und sprechen teilweise sogar Deutsch. Der Animator war auch ganz lieb und lustig

Der Strand vorm Hotel, ist kein Strand wie in der Beschreibung. Man sollte schon ein Auto haben für diese Hotellage

A wonderful hotel, on the seafront. In a nice bay with a long beach, but the beach in front of the hotel is really missing. On the other hand, there is a huge sandy strip nearby with restaurants and parking spaces, which are free. They gave us one of the best rooms in my opinion. With a view of the entire bay. The sun was setting in the mountains in front of us against the background of the sea. The rooms in the photos look retro, but they are not. On the contrary - they are stylish and very cozy. It is very clean, they change towels and clean the rooms every day. They even insist. There is a normal TV with many international programs. There are nice spaces with flowers everywhere. The parking spaces are under trellises and the cars are in the shade. The people in the hotel are friendly and sociable. Many thanks to the woman from North Macedonia at the bar, she was wonderful, smiling and well-mannered. We had a very good and emotional conversation, because we are Bulgarians. They greeted us with a welcome drink and sent us away with a gift - a package of local tea. The food was varied. The pool is nice to relax at, it's clean and there are plenty of sunbeds for everyone. The drinks are local alcohol, including vodka, gin, etc., but they are good. We drank with pleasure. There are beach towels in the room, no extra charge. The internet is good. I have no bad comments. It was just a wonderful vacation for us.

It's not a five-star hotel, but really four. There are many things missing from a five-star hotel. The bar is all-inclusive only until 11 pm. The food is varied, but not particularly tasty. The coffee is terrible. Some kind of soup. The wine in the restaurant is sour, maybe cheap. There is no feeling of luxury, but of a standard tourist site with many amenities. The animation is tragic. The worst is the afternoon snack. There are fish semi-finished products, some pieces of pizza and such rubbish. In the restaurant, the fish is cooked the same every day. After all, these are recommendations for the hotel. I hope you keep them in mind. We had a very nice vacation and thank you.

* Stor pool med gott om solstolar, så man slipper trängas. Det finns alltid lediga solstolar när man kommer på morgonen. * Trevlig strand med brygga. Rent och klart vatten i havet, till skillnad från på vissa andra stränder. * Rena rum som städas dagligen. Städpersonalen är väldigt trevlig. * Mycket trevlig miljö med fina växter och träd på hotellområdet.

- endast en liten lekplats och liten pool till dem minsta. Ingen rutchkana eller barnaktiviteter på kvällarna. Vi blev hänvisade till kids club på nedre plan. Det var helt släckt och såg ut att användas endast som förvaring. - hotellet ligger helt off. Har man ingen bil så kommer man ha väldigt tråkigt på kvällarna på hotellet. Ingen riktig underhållning endast lite musik på kvällarna. - Restaurangen har basic mat. De har lite av allt men inget maten och frukterna är av lägsta kvalitet. Säljs massor av fina stora bigarråer på ön för billig peng men det man får på hotellet är av de lägsta kvalitet. Små körsbär utan smak. Dryck ingår inte till middag med halvpension. Ingen kaffe till middagen att avnjuta med dessert. Superdåligt. - Finns ingen spa eller annat som frisör och liknande. Stort hotell med tomma utrymmen vilket är synd. Man borde kunna förvalta utrymmen bättre. - Gymmet är under all kritik. Den städas inte. Känns snuskigt att gå in där. Gamla dåliga maskiner. Jag som älskar att träna valde att skippa träningen under vistelsen. - Kassaskåpet kostar pengar. Aldrig varit med om detta tidigare och speciellt inte på 5 star hotel.

Найбільше сподобалось те, що готель маленький, компактний, все близько. Дуже класне розташування басейну - прямо біля пляжу. Дуже смачна кухня, великий вибір фруктів.

Єдине, що не сподобалось - розташування. Можливо, комусь це якраз і підходить, нашій сімʼї - ні. Вийти увечері за межі готелю і бродити в темряві - таке собі…

We had a wonderful stay at Hydramis Beach Resort! The entire staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. We would also like to mention how delicious the food was. Even though I had some stomach issues during our stay, I could always find something suitable to eat and felt very comfortable. We would especially like to thank a few amazing members of the team. Eleni always welcomed and said goodbye to guests in the restaurant with her beautiful smile. She made everyone feel welcome, and it was always a pleasure to come for every meal because of her positive attitude. Yasser made sure that nobody ever got bored. He is such a positive, energetic, and cheerful person who knows how to create a great atmosphere for everyone. And one more thing—if Yasser is playing beach volleyball, be prepared to lose because his team always wins! 😀 He is an outstanding player. And of course, Katerina at the reception deserves a special thank you. She welcomed us on our very first day with such kindness, warmth, and professionalism. She explained everything clearly, answered all our questions, and made us feel at home from the very beginning. Personale accogliente, piscine balneabili anche per bambini, servizio all inclusive comodo, anche se il buffet presentava più o meno sempre le stesse cose. Camere spaziose

La zona è piena di zanzare e in camera bisogna stare attenti a chiudere sempre la zanzariera. A noi non erano state segnalate e siamo stati punti per tutta la vacanza.

Resort accogliente e immerso nei fiori, pulitissimo, comodo e rilassante. Personale gentile.Cucina varia e buona. Colazione strepitosa. Mangi rilassato senza stress tra le bouganville fiorite. Ha piscina grande , eccezionale grande bar in piscina e uno più piccolo al mare. Ti muovi in ogni zona anche con sedia a rotelle perchè ha il percorso senza scale sino al mare. Camere spaziose con terrazza. Fermata bus a 100 metri per visitare Chania o Georgiopulis. Alla partenza,quando riconsegni tessera camera, ti lasciano usufruire la rimanente giornata di tutto, anche ristorazione, sino all 'arrivo taxi/o bus. C è zona riservata con armadietti chiusi a chiave per lasciare bagagli e borse, puoi usare docce provviste di shampoo, asciugamano, e localini per cambiarsi.

Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Pitivät hyvää huolta asiakkaistaan. Nopea reagointi, kun ilmastointilaite ei huoneessa toiminut. Rauhallista, hotellialue ei ollut täynnä ihmisiä. Altaalla sekä omalla rannalla oli aina tilaa. Uima-allas oli lämmitetty. Naapurihotelleihin verrattuna laituri oli hyvä lisä, joka helpotti rannalla uimista.

La struttura è tenuta molto bene ed è pulita nonostante non sua nuovissima, il personale tutto, dalla direttrice ai camerieri sono stati gentilusdimi, sempre sorridenti e pronti a rispondere alle nostre richieste. Comodo il minimarket interno anche se i prezzi sono piuttosto cari. Piacevole l'area piscina. Camera spaziosa, anche secla nostra affacciando sul ristorante risentiva del rumore delke cappe e degli odori. Buona la trovata per agevolare con piattaforma e scala l'accesso in acqua reso difficoltoso dalla presenza di sassi

Il problema più grande è stata la mancanza di aria condizionata in camera la mattina, quando il sole fortissimo arrivava nella stanza. Abbiamo segnalato la cosa tutti i giorni, ma percquanto dicessero di aver risolto e nel pomeriggio /notte funzionava, al mattino il problema si ripresentata (credo lo sapessero benissimo). Non ci hanno mai proposto di cambiare stanza.. Dal secondo giirno jienteceifi in camera, segnatalo ma non risolto. Mentre in tutte le aree comuni finzionava. Credo ci fosse un problema elettrico incquell'ala. L'albergo non ha una vera spiaggia, ma è stata creata una piattaforma di legno su cui era presente della sabbia e lettini. L'accesso in acqua avviene tramite una passerellace scaletta che consente divevitare la parte con sassi e raggiungere quella sabbiosa dove c'è piede. Secil mare è agitato è difficile entrare in acqua, soprattutto con bambini. La qualità del cibo del buffet è media. Animazione per bambini e adulti quasi inesistente, ma a noi non importava, forse però dipende anche dal periodo

Couldn’t find out booking and had to wait 1 hour at reception to try to check in. We arrived early in the morning (8am) and asked if we could take breakfast we were told we had to pay for the buffet which we agreed and when we came to pay we were told there was no card machine. The air conditioning didn’t work in our room and they said they would try to move us but nothing happened. Just too many problems for us when we thought we were booking a highly rated hotel. I wouldn’t bother staying here. We booked another hotel and moved out.

Отличный , уютный отель. Особое спасибо магистру Катерине в лобби и ее маме Татьяне в ресторане. Очень помогли с выбором что посмотреть в близи отеля. Нужна машина. Номер тихий и уютный. В ресторане все есть на любой вкус. Стоянка авто. хороший бассейн . Очень зелено.

The foliage around the property was beautiful and the pool area was nice. Past the pier to the ocean was nice.

The half board vs full board for resort inclusive is misleading. The staff could never tell you the same thing. AC was not good so the sleep was terrible and beds extra firm. Pictures online are doctored. Gym needs a full renovation! The beach is not actually a beach but rocks. Food was okay. Insane you have to pay for water at dinner - that’s just not okay. Definitely not American level resort. I’ve been to several resorts and would not recommend if you’re looking for a true resort.

Schön gepflegte Anlage, gutes Frühstück, schöner Pool und man kommt schnell ins Meer

Die Klimaanlage war defekt und Taubennester auf dem Dach haben viel lärm verursacht. Eine Badewanne mit Plastikvorhang ist keine gute Dusche für ein 5-Sterne Hotel. Außerdem ist es ziemlich abgelegen von der Stadt, direkt an der Autobahn aber ohne gute Auf- und Abfahrt direkt an Landwirtschaftswegen. Eher keine 5 Sterne.

Duży pokój z wygodnym łóżkiem, bardzo smaczne posiłki i wino, wszędzie czysto i dużo kwiatów. Piękny hotel, czuć grecka atmosferę

Brakowało jedynie jakichś animacji lub aktywności wieczorami.

We had an excellent stay, a nice and very comfortable room with pool and sea view. We appreciated very much the hotel facilities, cleanliness, hospitality, kindness of all staff (special thanks to Elena and Naja for the warm welcome!). Very good breakfast, free parking onsite.

Die Pool-Landschaft, das Reinigungspersonal war sehr nett.

Also ein 5-Sterne Hotel ist das nicht. Katarina an der Reception war sehr nett und hilfreich aber ihr Kollege, der meistens abends gearbeitet hat, war sehr unfreundlich. Ich bin froh, habe ich nur Frühstück gebucht, da das Essen immer gleich war. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist hier nicht erfüllt worden.

Es hatte einen eigenen Shop im Hotel, mit Souveniers, Lebensmittel…

Zimmer eher altmodisch, Badezimmer nur mit Badewanne mit einem Duschvorhang. Fand ich unhygienisch. Weiss nicht warum es unter 5 Sterne Hotel geht. Das einzige war, dass man die Koffer aufs Zimmer gebracht bekommt. Sehr wenig liegeflächen am Pool und Strand. Auf Auto oder Bus angewiesen

Everything was perfect!

Die Familien Zimmer war wunderschön. Life Musik am Montag Abend war ausgezeichnet!! Das Essen war für all inclusive Hotel überdurchschnittlich.

Die Lüftung in einen der Badezimmer war sehr laut. Wir habe das gemeldet, doch wurde nichts unternommen. Halterung für Duschbrause war defekt. Es war vielleicht ein mal ein 5 Stern Hotel , heute aber nicht mehr. Spirituose und Fruchtsäfte sind von sehr billiger Qualität. Extra Gebühr für Zimmer Safe ist für eine 5 Sterne Hotel unüblich und entspricht nicht den nationalen Standard.

- chambre et terrasse avec vue sur mer spacieuse - restauration au top !! (mention toute particulière pour Elena et sa "brigade" au pôle restaurant qui sont exceptionnels !!!) - personnel très agréable - propreté de l'hôtel

- si le "big boss" qui doit gérer son établissement d'une main de fer, que l'on voit partout et tout vérifier toute la journée, pouvait, (sans pour cela dire bonjour à tous les clients), au moins ne pas "faire la tête", et être un peu plus souriant, ce serait bien !!!

Nous avons séjourné en famille à 3 dans cet hôtel en 1/2 pension. Le buffet est varié et change tous les soirs. Nous avions la chambre en duplex, avec un lit simple pour notre fille a côté du canapé qui est en bas et un lit double en haut. Par contre ces ‘maisonnettes’ sont toutes situées dans la première partie de l hôtel et même si la route n est pas contre l hôtel mais à 200m, le bruit des voitures est bien présent dans ces chambres. Nuisance sonore le soir et le matin (dans la nuit moins de passage de voitures). Du coup la terrasse de ces chambres n est pas utilisable. Dommage car l agencement de la chambre est bien Je tiens à souligner le superbe travail des femmes de chambre, car c est super propre tous les jours

Le personnel est parfait et toujours aux petits soins. Très bon buffet, avec du changement régulier. Très joli, très fleuri.

L'accès à la la plage n'est pas vraiment intéressant, uniquement des gros galets mais il y a de très belles plages à 5 minutes en voiture.

Beaucoup de fleurs dans le jardin, hibiscus , bougainvillées etc. fontaines et bassins , Très belle piscine avec recherche dans la configuration . Transats en grande quantité disposés sur différents niveaux de terrasses . Superbes buffets offrant une bonne variété de plats , chaque jour différents . Chambre et salle de bain confortables et bien équipées . Terrasse avec 2 transats , 2 chaises et une petite table d'extérieur et , surprise , une piscine privée au bout de la terrasse . Nous avons eu de la chance .

Rien, tout nous convenait . Les chambres peuvent être sonores en cas de voisins bruyants mais nous n'avons eu que des voisins discrets . A noter , pas de plage de sable . mais baignade possible car eau peu profonde sur fond de galets , pas gênant avec des chaussons de bain .

Hôtel Impersonnel Le restaurant : arrivés peu de temps avant la fermeture ( ferme à 21h30) Nous sommes acceptés au buffet mais 15 minutes après le buffet est retiré et le prix est le même que pour un repas complet. Trop de musique même la matin au petit déjeuner

Most people working there are very nice. The property was very clean and the room was comfortable.

The property was lovely but the beach area is misleading in the pictures. You cannot walk into the water. There isn’t sand but giant rocks so there is a wooden platform down to the water that is covered with algae and a bit slippery. Just a half mile west of a stunning beach. The property should make the beach area more attractive. The food was okay but I’m glad that we only got a half board and explored local places instead of just eating on site. The breakfast never changed in 8 days and there were not a lot of veggies options in the morning. I tried to get an omelet made a few times and the cook walked away each time and I never saw anyone actually getting an omelet although there was a station and toppings presented each morning as if it was an actual option. Pool table sticks were barely usable which was disappointing since you were expected to pay to play.

La nourriture et les boissons

L'emplacement qui permet de se rendre aux différents points touristiques. Les buffets sont copieux. Il faut juste éviter les jus de fruits industriels.

Un accueil qui se veut agréable mais on sent une certaine lassitude à répéter les mêmes informations. Le dîner a été pris de manière express car le buffet a été rangé avant l'heure limite annoncée. Le paiement a du être effectué obligatoirement en espèces. Surprenant ! Dommage que le petit déjeuner ait eu lieu avec une musique très - trop forte.

Il bagno. Con annesso una vasca con doccia incorporata. Molto pericoloso fare la doccia, con il rischio di cadere e la tendina che ti tocca il corpo, creando un senso di fastidio e di paura.- Capisco la mancanza del bidet, purtroppo! Ma allora, perché non utilizzare il water con una doccetta laterale? o quei water con doccetta interna inclusa? Inoltre nel bagno trovi soltanto 4 misere boccettine: 2 gel per il corpo e 2 per shampoo.... e basta. e con un telefono a muro messo lì soltanto per forma inutilizzabile.... forse per dare la parvenza di un hotel a 5 stelle? Le 5 stelle le darei grossomodo alla struttura esterna, ma assolutamente non alla stanza e con un televisore senza poter vedere alcun canale italiano??? Prima volta che andavo a Creta, e sempre scelgo hotel a 5 stelle. Mi ero fidato di Booking.com ... ho sbagliato a fidarmi di Booking.com Prossime prenotazioni starò più attento a ciò che scrive Booking.com

Das Essen ist ein Verbrechen. Meine Freundin hatte am 3ten Tag eine Lebensmittel Vergiftung ich am letzten Tag. Hier sollte mal ein Hygienisches Amt vorbeikommen.Die Zimmer sind Renovierungsbedürftig. Strand ist ein absoluter Witz, man konnte wetterbedingt durch den Wind von Sonntag bis Dienstag nicht ins Meer, dafür kann das Hotel zwar nichts jedoch wäre Aufklärung gegenüber dem Kunden gut das der Zugang ins Meer so aussieht siehe Fotos.Die Getränke sind denke ich das billigste vom billigsten. 5 Sterne? Nie im Leben vielleicht allerhöchstens 3. Wir haben uns nicht mehr getraut dort zu essen bis auf Pommes und Brot und Wasser. Absoluter Reinfall. Meiner Meinung sind die 5 Sterne hier Täuschung und extrem Kundenunfreundlich.
