Reviewed Aug 26, 2026Buona posizione rispetto a Ortigia, facilità nel trovare parcheggio, disponibilità del proprietario nel cercare di risolvere i problemi sorti durante il soggiorno, struttura molto silenziosa.
Cattivo odore in bagno. Aria condizionata il macchinario è datato e posizionato troppo vicino al letto. I servizi anche loro avrebbero bisogno di una svecchiata.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026L’appartamento era pulito, accogliente, con un depliant creato dall’host molto utile per trovare posti da visitare, dove mangiare (con sconti) e spiagge dove andare e moscato e biscotti di benvenuto. La camera dotata di tutto il necessario, aria, biancheria, asciugamani, stendino, ombrellone per spiaggia libera, boiler e tisane, oltre ad avere un doccino della doccia molto potente e utile dopo le giornate di mare; la signora molto disponibile e carina per eventuali bisogni e comodo il check in. Il posteggio facile da trovare entro 2 minuti a piedi, Ortigia raggiungibile in 15 minuti a piedi e sempre in 12 min la partenza per escursioni in barca dal porto. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e lo consigliamo

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Apartament położony w świetnej lokalizacji - 5 min spaceru od starówki, tylko ulica dzieli cię od publicznej plaży, przy głównej ulicy, gdzie masz darmowy parking a jednak ukryty w zaułku z ciszą, z patio i miejscem do spędzenia czasu. Polecam bardzo!

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026Perfekt läge – lugnt och fint, samtidigt som det är nära till allt och stranden. Väldigt hjälpsam och trevlig värd med bra kommunikation. Personalen talar engelska och är mycket serviceinriktad. Om något problem skulle uppstå löser de det snabbt och smidigt. Vi är väldigt nöjda och kan varmt rekommendera detta ställe!

Small touches could be made like fixing the towel hanger, or more clothes hangers in the closet, but nothing major that would decrease the overall 10 rating.

Reviewed Jul 11, 2026Ich war für 12 Übernachtungen hier als Alleinreisende. Sehr sauber! Alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden. Mein ganz besonderer Dank gilt für die liebe Valeria als Eigentümerin, die mir immer per WhatsApp geholfen hat, wenn ich ihr Italienisch geschrieben habe. Ich spreche etwas Italienisch, aber kein Englisch. Und Deutsch spricht dort niemand. Danke liebe Valeria! 🫶🏼💓Ein kleiner Sonnenschirm steht im Appartement zum Mitnehmen an den Strand. Da ich mir allein keinen Mietwagen nehmen wollte, bin ich zu der kleinen Badebucht direkt neben dem kleinen Fischerhafen gegangen, nur etwa 4 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt unterhalb der Kyanos Residence. Sandstrand und sehr sauberes Wasser und sehr flach, für Familien mit Kindern ideal. Dementsprechend die Wassertemperatur von ungefähr 30 Grad warm. Was mich allerdings dort sehr gestört hat, dass die Leute ihren Plastikmüll liegen lassen und Zigarettenkippen in den Sand drücken, obwohl es Mülleimer gibt!Nur etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß bis zur Halbinsel Ortigia mit ihren romantischen kleinen Gassen in dieser historischen Altstadt.
Ich hatte eigentlich eine andere Ferienwohnung gebucht mit eigenem privaten Balkon, direkt am kleinen Hafen, die aber kurzfristig geschlossen hat und ich mir die Kyanos Residence gebucht habe. Ich war in der oberen Etage im 1. Obergeschoss. Es gab einen langen Gemeinschafts-Balkon für insgesamt 3 Appartements. Mir fehlte bei 12 Übernachtungen dann meine Privatsphäre, wenn ich am Morgen draußen in Ruhe meinen Kaffee trinken wollte, ebenso am Abend, wenn die Nachbarn vorbei laufen oder auch Mal draußen sitzen wollten. Vielleicht könnte man einen dementsprechenden Sichtschutz anbringen? Unter mir dann leider der Innenhof mit einigen Appartements, wo junge Leute bis früh um 03 Uhr sehr laut waren. Die waren aber nur 3 Tage da und dann endlich abgereist. Aber dafür kann der Eigentümer Nichts, wenn einige Leute keinen Anstand besitzen.

L'host è stato molto disponibile durante il soggiorno, ed è stato davvero gradito il benvenuto con dolcini e moscato. Letti comodi e cucina attrezzata per poter preparare una colazione in casa. Carina anche la terrazza con tavolino e sedie per ciascun appartamento. Promosso a pieni voti!

Wir waren in der Vorsaison 7 Tage da und hatten immer einen kostenlosen Parkplatz vor der Tür Zum Antik Markt und einem Bäcker sind es 5 Minuten zu Fuß und in die Altstadt von Ortiga 15 min. Zu Fuß.. Vermieter super nett und hilfsbereit… Hat jeden Wunsch sofort erfüllt. Wenn Syrakus nochmal würde ich dort wieder buchen

Our apartment was right by the entrance gate. It was quite noisy as people came in and out. But the main problem was a huge number of mosquitos, in spite of the nets on the windows.

La ubicación es genial a 10-15 minutos caminando de ortigia. Aparcar es fácil y gratuito en la puerta del alojamiento. Las instalaciones muy bien. Gracias por vuestros detalles!

Reviewed May 31, 2026Appartement op de begane grond met een patio. Midden in de stad , maar toch redelijk rustig gelegen. Een goed bed met heel goed linnengoed en dat is heel fijn. Gratis en veilig parkeren in de buurt van het appartement. Ortigia is op loopafstand.
De badkamer kan hygiënischer. Het appartement heeft muggengaas bij deur en ramen, maar helaas weten de muggen toch binnen te komen . De stad Siracuse is erg druk met vooral diesel auto’s, daardoor herrie en stankoverlast en dat is erg vermoeiend.

Reviewed May 5, 2026Tágas szobák. Jól felszerelt konyha. Kedves házigazda! Jó ajànlàsok, hogy hol igyuk a reggeli kávét! A piac mellett! Nagyon visszaigazolta az elképzelt olasz hangulatot! De az ajánlott éttermek közül is többet kipróbàltunk.
A felújítás reméljük hamarosan befejeződik, hogy könnyedén lejuthassunk a tengerparti sétànyra. Ez sokat növeli a szállás értékét!

Reviewed May 2, 2026Kljub temu, da zunaj stavba izgleda dotrajana, te potem dvorišče pozitivno preseneti. Imeli smo dva apartmaja v pritličju. Izgleda kotna sliki. Oprema je za 4 ljudi. Lokacija. Brezplačno parkirišče.
V kopalnici so začetki plesni, katero bi bilo dobro sanirati.

La caldera era muy pequeña (80 lts) así que se agotaba pronto el agua caliente y ya no habia para el tercero (por lo visto una persona suele consumir una media de 40_60 lts por ducha). Fue la única pega.
