Qualité et présentation du déjeuner c'était varié. L'emplacement tout juste à côté du train qui mène à l'échangeur pour le métro ( trajet environ 15-20 minutes) et qui mène au Secteur du world trade center et le ferry pour la statut de la liberté. Le métro ligne 1 est à retenir pour aller dans Time Square entre autre. il y a à proximité quelques petits restos et pharmacie, juste en dessous un magasin pour le vin et l'alcool, près du Sports illustrated. La grandeur de notre chambre était 2 lits queen confortable, 1 sofa lit que nous n'avons pas eu à ouvrir mais nous avons vu une autre chambre où il était ouvert et avait l'air bien. Nous avions une cuisine complète avec frigo grandeur standard, plaque de cuisson, lave vaisselle, ustensile et batterie de cuisine. Table de travail. Très grande salle de bain et grande douche. Franchement, quelqu'un pourrait y vivre à l'année ! Nous avons été bien servit. Il y'a un petit dépanneur derrière la réception. Ça prend une carte pour accéder aux étages. À l'arrivée nous n'étions pas certain de notre choix car l'entrée est à l'étroit mais un coup stationné tout est parfait. Il y a un petit bar avec un chansonnier certain soir petite terrasse extérieur. Un grand halle avec des tables et divan géant et écran géant. On se sent presque chez soi. Stationnement sécurisé payant. Nous y retournetons sûrement.

Bookings.com gave me a confirmation number but when I got to your hotel they turned me away and said they were full.

We stayed here to attend a concert at MetLife and had a really great stay. Staff: the staff are very friendly and I especially want to highlight the breakfast staff - it was packed when we had breakfast and they were HUSTLING, doing a great job keeping the food and drinks restocked and the tables clean. Breakfast was included and quite good. Location: The location is right across the street from at PATH station to take you to Newark Penn Station or into downtown. There’s a couple of restaurants nearby which was nice. Parking: parking was $25, very easy, they just give you a keycard you hold onto and tap in and out. The aparthotel setup is nice because it doesn’t feel like you’re right on top of each other.

Nothing at the moment, an enjoyable stay. If you’re looking for a wildly fancy hotel with insane amenities, maybe look elsewhere but this was a great one that served our need well.

Very good hotel. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was very good. Right by the PATH station. Very courteous and helpful staff.

The hot water in the shower was warm-ish. We all thought it was too cool for comfort. The sink water got very hot though. Strange.

For a quick solo escape that still keeps you connected to the energy of the city, Element Harrison - Newark is a solid pick. I spent a weekend here and loved the vibe right away—Harrison feels vibrant and up-and-coming, with a chic, urban energy and plenty of upscale dining options within walking distance. Plus, being just minutes from New York City makes it the perfect balance of convenience and calm. The hotel itself delivered across the board. Everything was clean, modern, and comfortable, and the room had a beautiful layout with a great view that made it easy to unwind. It’s perfectly situated in the middle of everything, so stepping out always felt like you were part of the action. Amenities were exactly what you’d expect—no surprises, just well-executed comfort. The complimentary breakfast buffet was a standout and a great way to start the day without extra hassle. Staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, which always makes a difference, especially on a solo trip. Overall, it’s absolutely worth the stay—whether you’re looking for a quick reset or a convenient home base near NYC without the chaos.

Arrived late on during a snowstorm. Front desk staff was excellent and handled a room booking issue very well. Great work!

Can't beat the location when you're going into the city but don't want to drive there - practically attached to the PATH station, and they share a garage. Reasonable parking price for the area, breakfast included.

Breakfast area a little worn and made-to-order station was set up but not staffed for some reason. (We were there in the last hour of breakfast, but not at the last minute either.) Also, price for the stay was a little high but there's not much you can do in the area, and the convenience to the train is really helpful.

One of my most disappointing experiences with a Marriott hotel. The hotel charged me 2 days for a 2 hour stay and refuses to correct the error. I was getting in after a red eye and stated in my reservation that I would be arriving the next morning. When I checked in, the receptionist was initially confused but said she'd made the change and even offered me a late checkout. I checked in at 7am and checked out by 9am (earlier than expected). Imagine my surprise when I was charged 2 full days for a 2 hour stay. The manager said the system had flagged me as a no-show (despite my written notification), and then charged for the next day, even though I'd checked out well before the 3p check-in time. I've never been overcharged by a Marriott and then seen them refuse to correct the issue. Beware!

Excellent service and amenities

Great location to the Sports Illustrated Stadium. There were some decent food options within walking distance, so that was really nice too. We had a few very helpful staff members and the breakfast had a good variety of options!

Our room phone did not work and although we let the front desk know, it was not fixed. So if we needed anything, we had to go down to the front desk for assistance.

The convenience to the train station. The staff - all the staff were good to us and helpful, especially Ms. Linda, thank you so much for arranging the wheelchair for my child in the last minute.

The breakfast spread could have been better especially for the people on long stay.

Carla , the reception staff was amazing! Always smiling polite and extremely helpful. Staff such as herself made our stay feel more personal. I would highly recommend staying there!

This property is very convenient to all things, the path train, restaurants, and shopping. Easy ride to NYC on the path train, which station is just a few feet from the hotel.

Ci è piaciuto tutto!!! Colazione, pulizia, comodità dei letti, staff cordiale, la posizione a pochi passi dal treno PATH che funziona benissimo anche con la neve (in 20 minuti sei a Manhattan), spazi interni della camera e del bagno, insomma tutto perfetto.

Nulla da dire anzi io credo che meriterebbe da tutti i clienti il massimo del punteggio.

Close to PATH station for easy access to NYC, very comfortable and homey atmosphere. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious, clean and well-appointed.

Looking for reasonably priced accommodations a decent distance from NYC. Came upon this hotel when searching and was very glad I did. Hotel was very clean and provided plenty of space in the 2 queen room, with separate couch and kitchenette. Breakfast provided was one of the best I've had when travelling. Parking was included in our rate, and the garage was attached to the hotel. Even better, the PATH train to the WTC is literally attached, being just across the street, and only took ~15 minutes.

Little dirty , staff weren’t very informative

DO NOT STAY HERE, they have roaches. Please go through trip advisor reviews thoroughly. I stayed at this hotel once before (unfortunately I did not use trip advisor) and didn't see roaches being an issue however yesterday after dropping my bags off right away and then returning in the night to settle in, I opened the bathroom door to roaches! I immediately went to the front desk and let them know and they insisted I move to another room. Why on earth would I do that? If that's not enough the Operations Manager, Carlos, responded to an email I sent saying they "need" to investigate the issue in order to respond on IF they will provide me my money back after not staying at the hotel. Excuse me? I read his email then called to make sure I had it correct and he confirmed they need to investigate because they "don't have roaches." LOL I'm certain he's either seen or heard other guest share that. Regardless, I'm sure the staff opened the door and saw the roaches well before the call took place and why on earth would a customer need to wait for an investigation when they left because of that health hazard in the first place. He even asked "what time did the roaches enter the room?" which really had me floored.

Clean room, decent fitness center and a friendly staff. A pool would have been nice. Parking was tough in the garage as one night there was a soccer game and a full garage. Breakfast was good but no traditional breakfast food like scrambled eggs and pancakes or waffles.

The staff were very accommodating and there are a decent number of restaurants in the area to vary food. Access into Manhattan is great with the PATH station just across the street.

For international travel, the hotel is a fair distance from JFK and is a costly cab fare away so you should factor this into the budget.

Friendly and professional staff

The accessible room was spacious and clean. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my friend using a mobility scooter and using the shuttle was so convenient. We loved the fruit infused water, free drink and complimentary coffee. The only small suggestion would be to add a few additional hot options to the continental breakfast. We always stay at the Element when attending concerts at Prudential and will continue to do so because it's a wonderful hotel!

We were greeted with complimentary drinks upon our arrival. The staff were friendly. The room was clean, spacious and equipped with a good kitchen. Breakfast was tasty and complimentary. Close to the path station and to other cafes and restaurants. We’d stay here again!

Staff are great, clean, great amenities, appreciate they have shuttle service.

Our grandson had a tournament close by so we choose Element because of location. Very Happy with the hotel. Surprised to see we had a view of New York City, it was beautiful ! The woman at the front desk were incredible with information of the area and so sweet.

I had a Beautiful stay and would stay again!

Very friendly and helpful employees. Our connecting flight was cancelled, and our bags were held at the airport, and the front desk staff gave us extra toiletries to make our brief stay more comfortable. Was not happy that the room I reserved was no longer available at check-in, but it wasn't too big of a deal because we were staying less than 12 hours.

The room had a full kitchen. Parking was easy peasy. The staff was helpful with restaurants and other local information.

Una was a spectacular concierge. Javier the shuttle driver was cool and laid back. Matt the barteneder has a heavy hand when it came to making the drinks. Definitely recommend this hotel. Harrison station is 1 block away and is a straight shot to the 911 memorial. 25min train ride staring to new york. Perfect for the korn and sod concert we attended.
