Bett könnte etwas weicher sein. Tiefgarage über Autoaufzug anzufahren, dazu sollte man gut rangieren können (oder mit kleinem Auto kommen!).

Parking was a challenge. We didn't want to leave a car full of our luggage on the street so opted for the hotel parking. But there was limited space and entry was via a car lift which just about fitted our car (Kia Sportage) although manoeuvring in and out was definitely challenging. Also restaurant was closed on Sunday night but found a good cafe/restaurant down town - the "La Trarara" which we'de definitely recommend

Malgré le frigo ,il manque pour un 4 étoile ,une cafetière ou bouilloire.

Le prix est un peu élevé. Pas de cafetière ni bouillotte avec des dosettes de café. Lumière du frigo gênante. La dame qui fait le check in est très longue et désagréable. Parking accessible par un ascenseur de voiture donc pas possible pour les grosses voitures. Nous avons pu nous garer dans la rue mais au moment de payer le parcmètre celui ci ne fonctionne pas. Nous avons monté les bagages le temps de redescendre en chercher un autre une amende de 30E... Le monsieur devant nous comptait sur le parking quand il a interrogé la dame elle lui a répondu de se débrouiller dans la rue. En bref l hôtel est beau et propre, mais le service de manière générale ne justifie absolument pas le prix .

Manque les échanges orales en langue Française pour nous qui ne parlons ni espagnol, ni anglais, mais le personnel a fait de son mieux. Tarifs changeants selon le jour semaine,samedi et dimanche, 3 tarifs différents pour le même service!

Had to use QR codes to obtain any information. Charged 2.2 euros for a tiny bottle of water. Restaurant menu did not have any normal food . Coffee machines in breakfast room were not working making us late for our journey to the ferry. Booking had not warned us of the difficult parking by car lift and that we needed to prebook a space. The bedroom shower room and washing space did not provide privacy. Hotel not suitable for 86 year olds or people with mobility issues.

La recepción , las señorita del turno de tarde , Marta , ni siquiera nos miró al entrar , cara de mala gana , sin información ,equivocación en poner una cuna en la habitación , pero lo resolvió antes de subir . Le había hecho reserva en el restaurante apenas 2 horas antes y no se acordaba .. un desastre ... y todo eso sin mirarnos ni a la cara , dijo que habla con mucha gente al día. No me gustó nada que la ventana del WC de la 6 planta da a la calle , justo delante de el bloc de pisos que te pueden observar si quieren ... muy desagradable.
