Very noisy couldnt get any sleep

Ett hotell som har sett sina bästa dagar tyvärr. Underhållet hänger inte med, små saker som hade varit enkla att lösa så som solskyddet i badrummet är mögligt. Större saker som att plattor från fasaden har lossnat och sen inte ersatts. Personalen är jätte bra och gör allt dom kan för att upprätthålla standarden. Priset motsvarar tyvärr inte kvaliten på boendet.

Notre séjour à été agréable. Personnel très gentil et toujours avec le sourire. Nous passions par eux pour les excursions. Service de Laundry au top, au lieu d'une journée, nous l'avons eu au bout de 4h. Par contre, attention, nous avons réserver une chambre pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants, mais il n'y avait qu'un lit. Je ne comprends pas comment l'hôtel et le site peuvent louer une chambre à 4 personnes avec un lit double. Au final, nous avons juste eu gratuitement un lit simple. La piscine dans la chambre un petit plus. Nous avions pris la formule complète.

Had high expectations when booking this expensive hotel with private pool for our 3 day stay in Senggigi. But I made a mistake when checking the past reviews, as it seems that most of the good reviews are from 10 years ago. Its clear that this hotel is very close to requiring a full renovation. The room was not very clean. The worst was the big bathtub, which was very dirty. There was also no full size shower anywhere. You have to sit down in the tub to wash yourself. The private pool itself was very cold and too deep for anyone under 1.8m. All evening and night we were fighting mosquitos. The amount of mosquitos made us not use the private pool much. But the absolute worst was the food. We ordered room service a few times, and it just kept getting worse. The rice seem to be re-heated leftover rice from last week, the pizza was a tasteless sloppy mess, and all the dishes containing chicken were rubbery and inedible. This was the final straw, and we checked out early and stayed at a resort hotel around the corner. What a waste of 400 usd this was. This hotel should close for a full renovation & fire the kitchen staff.

People are very welcoming

The location is good close to Senggigi Beach and other popular beaches. The restaurant and breakfast are good. But the condition of the property is below what I was expecting. The lights in the room half working, the sliding window to the private pool not fully closing letting bugs come through, the plugs in the room half way screwed into the walls, the walls showing signs of humidity everywhere.... A bit of repairs needed for this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at Svarga Resort Lombok. The room was very spacious and the view was absolutely amazing, definitely a highlight of the property. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always helpful, which made our stay very pleasant. That said, the property and facilities could use some refreshment as they feel a bit dated. The food at the restaurant was okay, but not as impressive compared to other hotel restaurants in the area. Overall, it was a good stay thanks to the beautiful views and the wonderful staff. With some updates to the facilities and restaurant, this resort could be truly outstanding.

Hicimos una reserva con todo incluido para 2 adultos y 2 niños y cuando llegamos al hotel nos dijeron que era solo para 2 que los otros 2 habÍa que pagarlo a parte. El hotel le falta mantenimiento, paredes agrietadas e incluso nos faltaban toallas, pedimos servicio en la habitación y no nos trajeron el postre pedido… En su dia probablemente si fue un 4 estrellas .. pero se ha dejado mucho. El personal y la ubicación muy bien

I arrived after their announced time of check in , 2pm but still room was not ready until 2:45pm Stayed two nights, we had to call maintenance several times to come and clear the clogged sink , several calls , required them two visits to do it, once daily , but didn't clear it enough. The tv is away of the bed (suit room) in living room which has no air-conditioning making it impossible to watch tv . We double check at reception if the room has a safety box they replied of course but unfortunately not available in the room so we had to call again for it, they provided one but not secured on wall or floor (portable) safety box which anyone can basically carry it out of my room. Shower water was very low, another call to fix it , they just opened the shower pipe and clean it to be strong water again, made me wondering why not cleaning it without guest complain, it so obvious that a routine house keeper can notice it. They said free parking for motorcycle at the hotel's parking lot but have me signed a paper saying they are not responsible of anything happening or lost of motorcycle although the have security guards and CCTV . The public swimming pool is too narrow almost 3 meters, I didn't see anyone swimming .

The staff were so lovely, really helpful and the facilities on site are also amazing! The food was really nice and the rooms are really modern, clean and tidy. Would highly recommend booking the villa if you are going to be staying here!

Wenn man auf Lombok eher eine ruhige Gegend sucht, ist Senggigi zu empfehlen. Und hier ist das Svarga Resort auch das Richtige. Es sieht von unten / der Rezeption aus sehr schön aus, insbesondere wenn es dunkel ist und die Beleuchtung an. Der Ausblick von oben / vom Gemeinschaftspool ist absolut traumhaft - Blick ins Grüne und das Meer! Der Empfang war herzlich und sowieso das Personal sehr freundlich. Unsere Villa war an sich ganz schön. Hier hat der private Pool definitiv überzeugt. Das Frühstück war ok, die Auswahl eher weniger auf europäische Gäste ausgerichtet. Die Speisen zB zum Abendessen sind sehr gut. Das Spa Angebot war ebenfalls sehr gut. Wir hatten zwei Massagen und hatten nichts zu beanstanden. Jetzt das Aber: - Anlage sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Einige Renovierungsarbeiten an der Anlage und den Zimmern sind definitiv notwendig. - die Musik im Restaurant (beim Frühstück) war so laut. Es laufen immer die gleichen 3 Lieder, auch im Spa. - das Zimmer privater Pool ist an sich schön, aber so wie hier schon auf Gästefotos gezeigt, gibt es einige Mängel: • Stockflecken auf Amaturen und Stoffen • lockere Stromstecker • Kaputter Safe, Schrank in dem der Safe ist, stinkt ekelhaft • Viele Insekten wie Ameisen (inkl. Feuerameisen), Mücken, Fliegen; man sollte seinen Koffer möglichst geschlossen halten und vor dem Schlafengehen das Bett inspizieren • Es gibt keinen Schrank; wobei ich diesen auch nicht nutzen würde, wenn er so aussehen würde, wie die anderen Amatur

I recently stayed at Svarga and had a wonderful experience overall! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making check-in a breeze. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and great amenities. The location was perfect for exploring the area, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. However, I did notice that the toilet bidet hose in my room could use some extra cleaning attention. It’s a small detail, but keeping everything pristine enhances the overall guest experience. Despite this, I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing stay. I’ll certainly be back!

We had an excellent experience at Svarga. Our room was clean and comfortable with amazing views over Senggigi. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and the food at the restaurant was very good

6年ぶり3回目の利用です。ロケーションは最高です。は早朝の鳥のさえずりが山に静かに響き渡り、午後は夕陽が海に沈んで行く風景も私部屋のルーフから見えました。以前と変わらないサービス、スタッフの温かさ、笑顔もあり、日常生活の疲れが癒やされ、そして安心して滞在できました。 次のロンボク旅行でも、また利用したいです。

Amazing!!! Design, comfort, service … the only worst thing the menu go the restaurant

The property was amazing, we loved everything. Maybe as an advice, to bring a spray for the ants but we are obviously in nature so it's just natural.

Hotel, qui a un peu mal vieilli, alors qu’il est magnifique. Quel dommage ce serait tellement bien de faire une rénovation pour le maintenir car il est juste magnifique et purée clair digne d’un grand Hotel exceptionnel exceptionnel.

My 2 teenagers & myself enjoyed our stay in Svarga Hotel. It’s a big hotel spread out over some inclines, which needed several steps to get around the different areas of the hotel. The views from the restaurant where we had our breakfast were spectacular. Excellent breakfast with a good mix of local & western cuisine. However I would advise to go early for dinner, as we went around 2210 and we were told no further orders could be taken as the restaurant ran out of ingredients! The last orders at the restaurant was supposed to be at 2230 and unfortunately there was no room service at night. Location is good - easy to get around, the hotel arranged Bluebird Taxis which used meter and much cheaper than Grab for areas around Senggi. There was an excellent Express Laundry 10 minutes walk away who picked up laundry and delivered at the time you wanted. To plan local trips around, the hotel recommended Mr Ibrahim - who live nearby and would come to the hotel to show you options. He was very good, and also open to negotiating the price. The hotel gardens were beautiful and well maintained, but the hotel itself did look a little tired and could do with a ‘facelift’ However except for this issue, everything else made our overall experience good.

Après plusieurs passages au lobby où on me maintient que c’est la bonne charge au bout de la 3eme fois on admet qu’il y a une erreur. Les erreurs c’est ok, la malhonnêteté ça l’est beaucoup moins. Donc j’ai du dormir une nuit dans la mauvaise chambre en attendant qu’ils réussissent à libérer la mienne le lendemain. Sans excuse, sans compensation. Autant vous dire que le séjour commence mal. Scooter très cher par rapport à l’île 170k. J’ai tenté le massage au Haiga spa qui se trouve dans l’hôtel. N’y allez pas, zéro ambiance, zéro décoration, zéro senteur, zéro lumière, personnel qui ne parle pas un mot d’anglais, demandé à deux reprises d’éteindre la climatisation car on se serait cru dans un frigo. Demandé à être plus douce car j’avais mal. Sans parler des 2 masseuses qui était sur leur téléphone tout le long du massage, le téléphone qui vibrait sur la table de massage pendant celui-ci. J’ai pris aromatherapy massage, je n’ai pas eu le choix de l’huile et je n’ai senti aucune odeur. Au final bloqué du dos depuis. Chambre ok, mais fontaine de la piscine qui se déclenche entre 5 et 7h du matin. Je m’attendais à des bêtes en venant en Indonésie mais pas à une Invasion de grosses fourmis dans la chambre, qui montent dans le lit etc. Gecko dans les chambres. Clim bruyante. Sol sale. As said previously the hotel had a great ambiance service a bit slow also even when not busy. Breakfast didn’t really cater for western tourists. Also no alcohol not mentioned in any literature.

Hôtel qui devait être bien il y a plusieurs années et qui manque d’entretien. La piscine et la vue sont top. Le personnel de la réception très bien et sympathique. Pour tout le reste l’hôtel n’est pas au niveau. Le personnel du restaurant ne parle pas l’anglais, met beaucoup de temps à préparer à manger, ce n’est pas bon et très cher. La pire nourriture pour nous en Indonésie a ce jour. La chambre n’est pas très propre, vitre fendue, la baie coulissante ne fonctionne que d’un côté, les robinets de la salle de bain fuit…. Il doit y avoir mieux dans le secteur de Sengiggi

Good things; - staff mostly tried their best, were polite and apologetic. - lots of options for breakfast - they moved our room - new loft smells amazing, honestly this was our best compliment we could offer. Bad things; - didn’t receive a welcome drink as advertised. - restaurant is supposed to be open all day but when we arrived at 12:15, no one was around for 45 minutes, and we didn’t get food until 13:45. - we expected bugs, but our room was FULL of ants, three nests. They moved us, but the other room was just as bad. - we had no water in our new room for a FULL DAY. we called reception many times but they just kept telling us it was maintenance. We weren’t informed of this and were offered no compensation. We couldn’t shower, use the sink or flush the toilet from 8am until 8pm. We called AGAIN at around 2pm and they said it would be fixed in 10 minutes. Eventually at around 8pm they sent someone to fix the problem in our room. The next morning the water was pouring out black. - every time we used the restaurant, they didn’t know what they had on their own menu. Everything we ordered they said ok and then would call back and say it’s unavailable. But then they would change their minds. It was very confusing and took a very long time. We often had to wait an hour just to get food. Supposed to be a four star hotel, but did not live up to standard.

All good. Except for one thing. Aircond is not cold enough to support the big room. I took adma with pool and i think it took forever to cool the room.

The property looks like the listing. Clean, nice staff, good breakfast, amazing pool. It is not in a walkable distance and you need a driver because there is no parking on the property. It will need to have maintenance on a regular basis, otherwise it will not age well… Overall good deal.

We chose the Svarga Hotel for its stunning architecture! Beautiful design and interior as expected. Our stay here was overall enjoyable, the staff are super helpful and friendly. However, we did come when the lift was in maintenance so it was a bit of a hike to our room. I also wish that they can improve on maintaining the structures (rooftop area etc.) and facilities a bit better as the hotel is very beautiful. the breakfast is nice too. Thank you Svarga Hotel!

The common were nice, but the rooms were very underwhelming. Not super clean and the AC barely worked. Breakfast was below average. Overall, really not as nice as on the pictures from the listing

Highly recommended. Stayed in pool suite and asked for a private one and got what I asked for. Really sweet and welcoming staff.

Room service poor. A few requests but not done. Lift not working, had to climb 5 storeys to get to our breakfast for 4 days and to the pool.

best villa in sengigi

Unfortunately we found the room very sparse and uncomfortable - no place to relax unless you sat on the bed. The pool was uninviting as you are right by the restaurant - no umbrellas. Grounds did not provide any areas to relax in. On top of that the nearby mosque would broadcast loudly {chants} several times a day ! We left two days early sacrificing our money as it was that uncomfortable. Staff were friendly but that did not make up for for the rest !

A proper shower (wall hanging showerhead) would make shower easier. Water pressure needed for a refreshing shower after a long hot day out.

We had amazing experience in here. Nice view , friendly and kind stuff, beautiful designs building and room with every detail. Pool is amazing we can stay pool side all day long. Nothing to see near by there but you can relax in this hotel.

Location is not strategic which not near to beach or market. However it is a awesome place if you are looking for quiet stay and amazing facility. We can enjoy private pool in our room and floating breakfast in the morning. The resort have own restaurant which provide great food as well.

Rima, Maya and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They went beyond and above to make our stay pleasant and that we see lots of scenery around Lombok. It was a very spoilt and relaxing experience. It was a perfect getaway!!

A beautiful resort with the friendliest and most accommodating staff. When we stayed, a room beside the pool was under maintenance, but still the views over the palm canopy were truly gorgeous. We would fully recommend this hotel and loved our time here.l

The environment look good

Fantastic private resorts with semi private pools for most of the rooms.

Svarga Lombok is perched on the side of a mountain. It is a beautiful property. Unfortunately, upon closer look, the rooms are in quite a bad shape and in need of serious renovation. There was water damage on walls, ceilings, and floor tiles. The wooden furniture looked weathered. Fortunately, the staff was friendly and always ready to cater to our needs. A plus point of the rooms, they were clean, airy, and bright. Now on to our ordeal during our 1-night stay. We were initially given a Varda Suite (without private pool). However, the ceiling next to a sliding door started to leak when it rained on that day. We called to inform the receptionist and were immediately upgraded free of charge to a Varda Suite with a pool. The room was huge with open, non-AC living room and kitchen. Anyway, our elation was shortlived. That evening, we found the open area was swarmed with flying termites. Although they did not bite, they were a nuisance when we were in the living room. We ended up hiding in our room for the rest of the evening. We had informed and written in to the management in hope that they would rectify this issue in the near future.

Beautiful hotel! We were greeted very warmly by the staff once we arrived. Our room was not ready yet, but we went to the spa for a free five-minute welcome massage, then walked around the hotel a bit. There are many steps (even when using the lift) so be warned for those who are not able to climb a lot of stairs. From the restaurant there is a great view of treetops and a bit of the sea. It is nice to watch the sunset from here. The breakfast was really good, personally I liked the lontong. The room was nice and clean. However, new towels were only available after 5pm. Would recommend.

Let me first say that we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. However, there were a few issues which may bother some more than me. 1) The a/c in our room was under-powered and the room was an oven in the heat of the afternoon (mainly due to the huge western-facing window), 2) The call button for the one and only elevator never worked during our stay. So, we had to walk the 169 steps up to our room every time. The management seemed to be in denial about the problem, and there were no signs notifying guests about the outage. And 3) I found it interesting that the eggs Benedict weren't served on an English muffin and didn't have Hollandaise sauce... Without the English muffin and hollandaise sauce, isn't that just poached egg on toast?

Absolutely wonderful hotel. Does require some walking as the rooms are varied levels.

Positive: Beautiful hotel, pleasant ambience, staff are very friendly, breakfast are goods. Negative: Quite disturbing & noisy when there is an event at the hotel. From 3 night we stayed, 2 of the nights there was an event at the entrance of the hotel. Other than that everything is good. Kudos!

Svarga apparently means heaven, and this resort has not been misnamed. Out room in this new resort was spacious and clean. The design of the bathroom is such that it is opened to the sky outside but still offers privacy. We had dinner at the resorts restaurant and found menu varied, food great, and not pricey. The buffet breakfast was also good. WiFi in our room was good: 4 bars. Staff was friendly and helpful.

very out of the way, with no nearby amenities. Hotel is the most disable friendly hotel we've stayed in the with number of steps we have to climb. To get to our room, we needed to take a small flight of steps to the elevator then once we get to our floor, we have to climb up and then climb down again. What if their guests had difficulty walking or in wheelchair ?

We had a lovely stay in the Varda Suite. The private pool was a highlight. Restaurant is delicious if you don’t feel like venturing too far after a big day of adventuring. A great place to stay overall.

A nice place.. Quiet at times.. but you can hear blast of dangdut songs out loud... donno from where. Overall a good place to stay.. Love the layout design... only issue... might wanna consider revising the breakfast hours to 6... as most go out on tours around 7 -8 n your restaurant operate only at 7... literally.. only take order at 7 .. food out about 15 mins later...

It was love at first sight for me. Love the friendly staff, the delicious food at the cafe, the spa, basically everything about the hotel. However, might need to try to maintain the furniture in the room. My bed was making so much noise, it was difficult for us to sleep. My husband end up sleeping on the floor cause the baby kept on waking up as he move around, otherwise love everything about the resort!

Very nice and contemporary view at outside and inside the room...feel fresh with environment coz a lot of coconut tree plus scenery with the green hill... My room a little bit slow aircond but still Ok just wanna mksure maintenance service more alert abot this next time for mksure customer satisfaction... Tq Svarga

Stayed in svarga for 2 nights. We planned to relax and enjoy beautiful stay instead of exploring lombok since this was our 2nd trip to lombok. Svarga is the best place cause it provides everything. Amazing place, stunning scenery,lovely staff and excellent facilities:pool, restaurant, spa. Just perfect as its name, svarga=heaven

Overall experience was okay. Food at the restaurant was good and priced reasonably. Booked the room with the private pool - room was huge with bedroom and living room with TV. Cleanliness of the room can be improved. Many lizards inside and outside of room. Hotel's swimming pool closes at 7pm which was a bit early compared to hotel standards and there was nothing much to do around the hotel. If you want to go to the city centre of Senggigi, you probably have to take a taxi or rent a motorbike from the hotel. Hotel provides free sunset tour at 5pm.

Incredible reception staff; however, the room is cheap (e.g. gaps b/w window and wall) and breakfast was horrific - aside from the fruit nothing else was edible. Upside is the private pool downside is no alcohol onsite.

With the price and positive reviews, we have quite high expectation for our stay. The resort is beautiful but it was not well-maintained. We booked a Mavwa room and we were very disappointed with the cleanliness (we doubted if we should take off our shoes the moment we walked into our room) and there were obvious spots on towel and bedsheet. (And even on the couch at the lobby!!) We called the reception and were glad they attended to the matter promptly. That said, the staff are very helpful, location is good (but do note that the nearest shops and restaurants are about 2km away), and checking in and out was a breeze.

I can not express enough how helpful the staff were here, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome, special and valued. The hotel itself is beautiful although it is worth noting that it is alcohol free, not that it bothered us in the slightest.

This is a lovely resort. The grounds are big and spacious and although it looks like they have many rooms/suites there is only 25 of them. So there is an element of staff getting you know you by your names etc. We enjoyed breakfast which was served fresh and there is a good variety available. The restaurant menu was fine and reasonably priced. The resort is spacious, located within a hill and beautifully designed however this does mean that there are lots of steps so any elderly couple may wish to stay in the lower numbered rooms.There is a lift to the restaurant on the 2nd floor, but lots of steps to negotiate before you get there (ofcourse room service is also available). The pools are a decent size and you have complete privacy. In the Adna rooms the pools are shaded by tall palm tress and in the Varda suite the pools are open to the Sun. The resort has a free one-way shuttle which runs twice daily to the local tourist town Sengigi.

While most of the other hotels or resorts are beside the sea, Svarga is one of those unique hotels that brings you away from that very expectation and at the same time offering you a different beauty that Lombok promises - the vast forest and oh-so-beautiful mountains. I stayed in the Adna Garden Suite, and I must say that sometimes I don't feel like I am in Lombok. The infrastructure and façade of the hotel makes me feel that somehow I am in Santorini, Greece but minus the view of course. In absence of that, I always loved breakfast as we are treated to the view of the treetops and mountains,

The breakfast staffs were excellent. They were very professional, friendly, and has a great sense of humor. However, the receptionists were a great disappointment. They were not at all professional, they went into a daze when there wasn't anything much to do. And when I tried calling them twice to ask for a porter, no one picked up the phone. While checking out, I realise that the phone doesn't have a ringer, it just blinks. When asked, she said she was round the back doing accounting. Wonder how she would know there is a call when the phone doesn't even ring, and she is out the back.

The best experience ever of my life. Me and my wife enjoyed it to the core. I will definitely be visiting the place again with same hotel and the same room. And shall spend more then a week this time. Lovely ambience. In totality, it was a life time remembeing trip with my beloved. Thank you Hotel Svarga and specially the staff who were there at our service. Thanks a lot

Great stay. Did not disappointed. Everyday is likr paradise in Lombok. Great view that will leave you in awe. We stayed ar Vanda villa - 2 bedded for the family with a private pool and a kitchen. Lovely views all around. Clean and comfortable stay. Breakfast area was just steps away yet we are enclosed in a private walkway to our villa. The higher floor you are the better the view. If you are taking a single bedded with no pool the environment should be just as relaxing but if you can get the family villa and above category then the view is simply stunning. Quite far from Kuta beach though but we came from Gili island so was a half an hour drive from the private jetty which suit us well

The staff were very helpful and the location is just outside Sengigi offering a peaceful haven from the sound of traffic. Truly wonderful space to relax and shed baggage from busy London. The spa is a must and the food was excellent. Breakfast with a view not to be missed....soak up the sounds of nature and smell the blossoms :)

I have been stayed in 3 nights. Very nice and helpful staff , you will feel the hotel are very relaxing and best for especially away from busy city stay. Nice green landscape surrounding tropical coconut tree. Comfortable , but amount is not too high but you can enjoy the luxury stay. I like the hotel you will feel very peaceful. Good for relaxing.

The hotel bath towels are too dirty. The room security do not seem secured with a door panel without lock. This has spoilt the overall rating. The staff are very friendly and helpful especially Mr Haris, the house keeping manager.

Great hotel, second visit stayed here over a year ago. Nice place needs a little cosmetic maintenance in places. No alcohol served so if you are after beers by the pool it's not for you.

I just have to start by saying how absolutely amazing the staff was, especially Ipung, who was beyond helpful. The resort was beautiful with a real interesting, contemporary feel. The restaurant served great food and I very much enjoyed watching the sunset from there. I thoroughly enjoyed my massage at the resort spa by the very talented Marianna. Although it was a few minutes outside of Sengiggi, the taxi was less than 20,000 IDR. There's not a whole lot to do in Sengiggi; however, there are many tours offered for Lombok. We did go to the 2 waterfalls at Mount Rinjani which I highly recommend. I would definitely recommend this place and will for sure go back next time I'm in Indonesia.

We stayed for one night before our trip to Gili T. The room was clean and everything looks new. We felt welcomed by the approachable staff and overall, we would recommend this resort. A very quiet and tranquil place which made us feel relaxed after a long flight and car ride. I would stay here again!

Short stay here before leaving Indonesia - I loved the modern architecture of this hotel and looking out to the mountains from the infinity pool was a real highlight of my holiday. We took a short taxi ride to a local restaurant as Senggigi is 5 minutes down the coastal road. The hotel offers some excellent trips that ranged from a few hours up to a full day that we didn't get to make the most of but would have considered booking had we known they offered such great variety.

We stayed at a number of places in lombok this visit. Svarga was the best of the bunch. Great roof top pool and very moden rooms. Few stairs but worth the walk.

The hotel is good overall but has a few things that weren't great. For one, the bathroom is outside, is quite small and full of plans, so expect flies and gekos to be all over the place, plus if it rains you basically won't be able to use the shower. The room was ok but a bit scruffy here and there. Nothing major but not great. The restaurant offered simple but good and cheap food and was pretty pleased with it. I liked the swimming pool, which is clean and not visible from the main street.

Great stay. Wide range of breakfast. 30 mins ride to mataram. Resort is able to arrange free shuttle to Senggigi. Will definitely return again

Was looking for a one-night stay for my extended trip to Lombok & glad I stayed at Svarga. Great design & very different from the ones I stayed at in Lombok. Staff was great, super friendly and they really go the extra miles to make you happy. A lot of free activities that we can choose during our stay, too bad I only stayed for one night. Will return for sure, I want to enjoy the view moreee! Bangus banget!

So amazed with the view from the restaurant! The restaurant staff told me that the view from their deck (higher than the restaurant) was better but I was out of breath already so climbihg a couple more stairs wasn't an option back then. But I would surely come back and experience the said epic view

My wife and I were there for our honeymoon. We liked the place as soon as we got there. The staff were friendly, the place was beautiful and the room was perfect. Totally unforgettable experience for us. Two thumbs up!

Very good hotel, excellent service, we also get upgrade to private pool room, which is ever better!!! We tell all my friend come to here visit.

The breakfast was terrible, The view from my room was blocked by a wall from another room. The distance from cafe/restaurant is too far. It's not convinient if you dont have a decent transportation. The elevator is scary.

We stayed here for some 4 days and overall was peasant. Hotel is new and looks good but some of the furniture already shows signs of use. Superb pool location though. Breakfast is super good and quite few choices. It is far from centre of the city, but you can still walk. There is a hotel shuttle but only to 5pm. Hotel does not serve alcoholic beverages. Not a bad hotel at all but you could probably find better value for money around in that city, that is why I have reservations recommending the hotel although it is not bad at all. Other people with different preferences, might actually like it there

Our family of 3 enjoyed our stay. It's a beautiful secluded hotel and the service was great. The only short coming was the lack of beach access or atmosphere around the pool.

It was our first time to Lombok and overall Svarga made our experience quite an extraordinary one. We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights. To our surprise they upgraded us to the family suite! That was quite an amazing experience. The staff were very helpful and nice. A couple downsides, there were quite a lot of bugs at the hotel and the hotel room itself. I think this can be prevented by having better sealing on the windows and doors. The food at the restaurant is a little bit sub par. Nothing great, can be improved, but we didn't get sick from it, so that's good. It seems like this hotel has still to work on some stuff. For instance amenities, they neither have bottle openers nor bug sprays on the premise at all. But their great attitude, helpful and friendly staff really made it up.

Friendly staff, accommodating to our requests. For a new hotel, the conditions of the rooms didn't seem well maintained.

Nice rooms and view but lack on the facilities. Internet is bad, no alcohol served at the resort because a health resort but then there's no gym and limited health activities!

Stayed 4 nights. What a beautifully built hotel, spacious rooms and very spacious outdoor shower. Very clean, tidied daily. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Loved the fruit basket and welcome drink on arrival. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Beautiful pool and dinning area. Food was really good (especially dinner!). Only complaints are the king size bed is two singles pushed together (not comfortable if you want to hog the bed), and the area around the pool is limited to 6 lounge chairs which fills up quickly.

Amazing, staff, room, pool, breakfast and value. Particular thanks to the friendly staff that are so accommodating. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again. Great location, 15 minutes walk out of Senggigi or a 10,000 IDR taxi ride. Had no issues with the stairs, enjoyed the warm-up for breakfast and the pool.

It was a good and comfortable stay.
