Reviewed Jun 16, 2026Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The room had a noticeable stale odor, and there was no fresh air circulation, which made the environment feel uncomfortable and stuffy. In addition, the air conditioning unit produced a constant noise throughout most of the night, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Overall, the lack of air quality and the persistent AC noise significantly affected our experience. I wouldn't recommend at all to people that had fresh air as priority! If our flight wasn't this late at the night and we didn't checked in past midnight I wouldn't stay and I would leave.

I’ve recommended this hotel to my bosses who travel throughout Latinamerica and as a puertorican it’s been embarrassing to listen to their experience in this hotel. Advice for the Admin: take your staff to hotels in Latinamerica to teach them how to truly serve customers.

Reviewed May 2, 2026Tuve problemas con ellos al momento del pago yo le pagué a ustedes y tuve qué volver a pagar cuando llegue y el día que nos fuimos la persona que nos recibió dijo qué su máquina no le estaba funcionando yo espero qué ustedes me ayuden a verificar el pago y yo voy a pedir el estado de cuenta para verificar qué me hayan cobrado tres veces nunca había tenido problemas con ustedes ese viaje fue una emergencia familiar que tuve y un momento de dolor qué tenía no me sentía bien para estar alegando pasaron mi visa como cuatro veces cuando llegamos y cuando nos fuimos me pidieron la visa de nuevo y la pasaron fue algo bien extraño cuando pagué por mi perrito todo funcionó bien espero me puedan ayudar
