Wir waren bereits zehnmal in dieser Unterkunft und lieben es hier. Man kommt wirklich zur Ruhe und alle Mitarbeiter sind super hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Ich finde, die Zimmer könnten mal wieder eine Renovierung gebrauchen.

Posto bellissimo nel verde, piscine belle, stanze pulite, colazione ottima, cura dei dettagli (ad esempio i saponi di loro produzione a disposizione nel bagno... E poi, sarà una banalità, ma ho apprezzato molto anche il fornellino per le zanzare a disposizione in camera)

Such a stunning and beautiful property - I would honestly say it far outlived our expectations. The staff are all extremely friendly and genuinely go above and beyond - we were really grateful!

The breakfast selection isn’t as varied as you’d expect (considering how luxurious the place feels and the £ being spent) It was also the same options every day. The option to order hot meals was there but this incurred an additional cost which felt a bit unnecessary and I don’t think we saw anyone ordering from the menu.

Es war am ersten Tag etwas kompliziert, um an Badetücher zu kommen. Wir haben erst spät erfahren, dass es die Badetücher nur im Spa Bereich gibt und die Wege sind etwas kompliziert wenn man sich nicht auskennt. Es sind schon einige Jahre her, als wir das letzte Mal dort waren, hat sich einiges verändert. Außerdem mussten wir gleich nach der Ankunft wieder das Zimmer wechseln, da der Tresor nicht funktionierte. Wir haben dann innerhalb kurzer Zeit alles wieder zusammen gepackt und dadurch hatte ich ein Kleid liegen gelassen, wo ich leider erst am letzten Tag gemerkt habe, dass ich es wohl im ursprünglichen Zimmer liegen gelassen habe. Die Rezeption war sehr bemüht, sich darum zu kümmern aber leider war das Kleid nicht abgegeben worden:-( Bei einem Hotel dieser Kategorie ist das inakzeptabel.

Amazing location en Great service.

There was no variation in the restaurant food and the food was also not the best. I feel like for a hotel with these prices the food could have been much Better.

Breakfast is nice, pretty wide choises, anyone can find something for his/ her taste - and at a beautiful place with a gorgeous view.

The mattress in bed could have been firmer - and the pillows in more variety of sizes, so that all can find the match. I struggled every morning with a bit of back ache. Otherwise i cannot find any tiny issue with anything here; all is perfect!

What a perfect luxurious getaway! Loved every minute of our stay. We were a party of 4 adults and 5 teenagers and we all had the best time. From breakfast to dinner and the lounging at the swimming pools inbetween… Would go back in a heartbeat!

Al nostro arrivo abbiamo apprezzato la presenza di due confezioni di acqua in tetrapak offerte gratuitamente in camera. Il secondo giorno, avendo finito l'acqua e avendo con noi una neonata, abbiamo gentilmente chiesto alla signora delle pulizie se fosse possibile averne dell'altra. Ci è stato risposto che non era possibile perché quella era solo di benvenuto, e di acquistare invece quella a pagamento in frigo (che pure quella avevamo già finito…) Sinceramente ci siamo rimasti molto male da una struttura che si propone di alto livello ci si aspetta una cura del cliente ben diversa e non una simile risposta su un bene di prima necessità dal costo irrisorio per l'hotel…. E poi seguendo questa logica allora se facevamo check-out e poi check-in di nuovo il secondo giorno ci davano l’acqua? Mah… In più, erano finiti i fazzoletti in camera e ci ha lasciato il contenitore vuoto senza darcene di nuovi… così come anche per la carta igienica e il sacchetto della spazzatura che una volta tolto non l’ha più rimesso costringendoci a buttare le cose direttamente nel cestino vuoto! Tutti questi dettagli purtroppo fanno la differenza e una struttura così bella non dovrebbe avere un servizio del genere, spero che possiate migliorare e dare più attenzioni ai vostri ospiti

Il parco immenso che circonda la struttura, le varie piscine (soprattutto quella delle rose con vista panoramica e meno frequentata), le scelte architettoniche ed i materiali usati dei vari corpi di fabbrica, le terrazze panoramiche e la colazione (anche se in un posto del genere chiedere l'extra per la spremuta di arancia fresca è una vera caduta di stile che imbarazza anche il personale che deve farlo presente)

le piscine sono male gestite poiché è consentito (in quanto da nessuno controllato) l'accesso a bambini con braccioli, palle e salvagenti i ogni dove e per chi cerca pace e relax non è il posto giusto, se non cambiano qualche regola organizzativa riservando alcuni spazi per solo adulti

Le lieu est parfait - niveau exceptionnel des infrastructures, des chambres, organisation et utilisation des espaces; tout est pensé pour une expérience qui permet la détente. En plus: nombreuses activités sportives sur le resort (même un Green). Le cherry sur le sundae: même quand l’hôtel est plein , personne ne se gêne: organisation des piscines, des jardins, des terrasses : tout est fait pour que l’on ne se dérange ps les uns les autres . Lieu incroyable

Les restaurants: déçue par la qualité et plus encore par le rapport qualité prix. Le meilleur repas pris sur place est le petit déjeuner. Dommage, d’autant que l’offre hors hôtel est limitée.

A bit overrated for the cost, the trattoria is the most decent place to eat, very disappointing El Griffone cooking though the venue and service staff are outstanding- serious reconsidering needs to be done on the menu and delivery the risotto was not edible and clearly there is no decent chef leading that kitchen especially in light of expected standard and cost

Het complex met de Palazzo, ruime kamer met prachtig uitzicht en de zwembaden. Het ontbijt was goed verzorgd.

Er was geen service bij de zwembaden en de waar was regelmatig onbemand. Ook was het personeel niet altijd even vriendelijk en was het bijvoorbeeld niet mogelijk om bepaalde ijssmaken te combineren, want dat lieten de regels niet toe.

La struttura era bella ma dispersiva

Il ristorante dedicato al senza glutine nonostante ci fossimo solo noi abbiamo mangiato 2 piatti( riso e pollo) aspettato 2 h e speso molto !100 euro senza nemmeno una bottiglia di vino ! Abbiamo prenotato la spa e subito dopo abbiamo deciso di andare a vedere le piscine esterne... La ragazza della spa era decisamente contrariata ...

Abbiamo alloggiato per il nostro anniversario,5-7 luglio 2026, in suite e da dove cominciare? 5 luglio era il nostro anniversario di nozze ed è stata un vero peccato trascorrerlo in questa struttura. Tavolino esterno completamente scrostato e in una condizione a dir poco imbarazzante,senza contare la totale assenza di privacy in giardino,TV rotta, telecomando del termarium scarico ,nessun cavatappi pertanto non potevamo né bere la bottiglia di vino omaggio né aprire qualcosa dal minibar,per fortuna il cameriere, gentile,che ci ha portato il servizio in camera ci ha lasciato il suo. Detto ciò per risolvere il problema voleva spostarci in una Deluxe e non va bene avendo pagato per una suite. Il 6 ,avevamo il concerto di Zucchero la sera,e alle 18 abbiamo dovuto sollecitare per la terza volta per avere un nuovo telecomando per il termarium e si vantano di avere l'idromassaggio senza nemmeno avere la possibilità di avere dei sali o del sapone,mi son lavata con la saponetta per le mani. Colazione nemmeno una spremuta fresca solo succhi,mai successo prima d'ora in un hotel a 5 stelle. E per rimediare cos'hanno fatto?nulla anzi ci siamo anche sentiti dire che avendo prenotato con booking non potevano fare niente. Il peggior resort in cui abbia mai alloggiato.

The pools at slightly different temperatures was excellent.

The poolside food was not that good for a hotel of this standard and although I didn't eat in the restaurants on this particular visit the food in general (excluding breakfast) has been a bit disappointing. My daughter tried several times to get through to reception to ask for an ironing board and they were very slow in picking up.

The facility is really exceptional. The staff are helpful. Our room (suite) was lovely and spacious. The pools were amazing and really appreciated as temps soared for a number of days in Italy during our visit. The Spa is a first class experience and we have visited many in our travels.

The restaurant staff struggled to keep up during busy times and communication could be enhanced. This issue was not major and does not discourage us from making a strong recommendation for this facility.

Het restaurant Ginko is qua entourage eigenlijk een giller. Is gewoon een afgezette ruimte met planten en gordijnen. Het eten wordt bereid in dezelfde keuken als Aurevo. Eten was trouwens top!👌🏽

The property was exceptional! It was impeccably clean and spacious, with many options for activities. Th staff were pleasant and helpful. The spa is very beautiful. They have a fully equipped gym. I couldn’t give a higher recommendation.

We were there during a heatwave and found the room temperature for sleeping a little hot. Given the temperatures outside, it is a small thing to highlight as they did try to accommodate us.

Outstand expereince in every way

Struttura meravigliosa, immersa nella natura. Ambiente raffinato, ideale per momenti di piacevole relax. Splendida area piscine, sia coperta che scoperta, per una possibilità di utilizzo in ogni stagione. Staff molto disponibile, cordiale e professionale.

Lo spazio esterno della nostra camera avrebbe necessitato di una cura migliore. Ci aspettavamo una colazione più ricca e di qualità superiore. Anche l’offerta snack al bar della piscina non è coerente con l’esclusività della struttura.

Ristoranti chiusi, poco staff e quindi poca attenzione verso il cliente. Questo problema lo abbiamo notato nei ristoranti e nelle piscine.

Le aree verdi della struttura

Servizi ottimi, cibo di alta qualità, bella la SPA (peccato che la sauna finlandese non fosse agibile) e palestra molto ben attrezzata seppur piccolina. Nota positiva per lo staff dell'agriturismo Agrivar - La cantina. Probabilmente non così impeccabili come lo staff della sede principale, ma sono accoglienti e hanno la capacità di trattarti come un ospite e non solo come un cliente.

Unico neo lo staff del complesso principale. Sono sicuramente bravi e impeccabili ma molto freddi. Come ospite non ti senti veramente accolto. In particolare non mi è piaciuta per nulla la policy di richiedere una preautorizzazione di 100 euro al checkin (specifico che avevo già pagato la stanza in anticipo rispetto al mio arrivo). Passa il messaggio che si devono cautelare da un tuo possibile comportamento scorretto e, nella percezione dell'ospite, a mio parere, risulta una pratica estremamente antipatica.

Полный бардак со всем что касается онлайн коммуникаций. Три раза пытались забронировать ведосипеды. Писали что занято. В итоге на месте оказалось все свободно. На сообщения отвечают очень долго и дают запутанную информацию. Очень неудобно. Немного терялись в системе туннелей. Но с другой стороны удобно что не нужно выходить на улицу что бы куда то дойти. Завтрак не очень разнообразный. Не хватает овощей и зелени.
