Room-besar dan bersih. penyediaan air tapis coway di bahagian office pun amat memudahkan. location-dekat dengan pasar, banyak kedai makan, dobi dan parking pun senang.

air cond kurang sejuk. mungkin perlu service. semasa saya disana aircond leaking. cuma saya malas nak complain sebab kami selalu keluar dah bilik itu untuk tidur sahaja.

The room we stayed in was absolutely huge. Like enough to fit 5 double beds and still have space for all your luggage, a kitchenette and living space. The location is fairly convenient albeit in a busy part of town. Friendly staff are a nice welcome from the otherwise popular apartments around Malaysia. While the decor is dated, the room was clean and nice enough for a short stay.

The rooms are spread over 5 buildings and while they're all next to each other, it means you could be crossing roads and climbing steps with all your belongings. There are no porters to help which I don't really expect at the price range but just be mindful of this. The room is outdated with the bathroom very small for the size of the room.

Plusieurs gros cafards vus dans l'appartement et dans.les parties communes de l'immeuble. Salle de bains vieillissante.

I like it because it has a mini kitchenette, the staff was great and super helpful, easy to check in and check out 🥰 we're all enjoy our stay sm. Also, the place was really close to CP mall😍

lock was broken, no toiletries, location was shady, room was next door or infront of residential homes. lift was broken. definitely not suitable for solo travelers

It was central and easy to get to. Moreover, it has a travel agency where you can get all the local tours no need to shop around. Mr. Chin was amazing. They are next to the counter. I love the fact that you could ask a cleaning service every other day.

It could use some updating : a coat of paint, and a few more modern features. The A/C needs to be cleaned since it was a bit weak.

Встретили, заселили ночью. Номер просторный, чистый, есть чай, кофе. Удобное расположение - в одну сторону автовокзал и ТЦ Imago, в другую - набережная, ночной рынок и другие достопримечательности.

The room was really spacious and clean. Conveniently located and friendly staffs.

Not really what I didn't like about the room, the air-conditioning should be upgraded as it barely covers the huge room. At night it was ok I think but during daytime you can barely feel the coolness of the aircon.

Spacious room, perfect for families. The hotel is strategically located in the city centre, within walking distance of Centre Point, Warisan Square, and the Filipino Market. Very convenient and highly recommended.

There were no major issues during our stay. However, the TV was not functioning throughout our stay, which was a little disappointing. In addition, the access card did not work at the elevator lobby entrance from the basement parking area. As a result, we had to use the stairs and go up one level before we could access the elevator lobby. Other than these minor inconveniences, everything else was satisfactory.

During my stay, I reported an issue with a power socket that was not functioning by sending a message to the maintenance contact number provided by the front desk. Unfortunately, I did not receive any response or acknowledgment from either the maintenance team or the front desk. I would appreciate a faster response to guest requests and concerns. If the issue cannot be rectified immediately, at the very least, please acknowledge and reply to the guest's message to provide an update. Leaving guests waiting without any communication can negatively affect their overall experience. Additionally, the cleanliness of the toilet did not meet my expectations. I noticed several long strands of hair that had not been properly cleaned, which gave the impression that the bathroom had not been thoroughly serviced before my arrival. I hope greater attention can be given to housekeeping standards to ensure a cleaner and more comfortable experience for future guests.

Overall..good place to stay,confortable everything just nearby..like restaurant mart bank etc..good location and feel save..just only if your room facing tu main road a bit noisy..that all.. Overall..confortable and nice place to stay..i been here twice will come back again with resonable price.

If you room facing to the main road..ooo..gosh!! So noisy especially mid.night..the car and motobike with big huge exoze..will pass and run very faster..
