Las habitaciones, de verdad las fotos no coinciden con la realidad, el hotel está muy deteriorado, las almohadas son las mas incómodas, aunque la cama es dura, no es tan incomoda, se escucha todo lo de afuera de tu habitación, el baño no funcionaba bien...

Reviewed Jun 25, 2026La habitación tenía tres camas, por lo que pudimos dormir cada quien en una. Por otro lado, el desayuno buffet que nos tocó el domingo estuvi magnífico. Considerando, además, el precio, vemos que fue una buena inversión haber llegado a este hotel.
Detalles como que el papel higiénico no tenía el tuvo para colocarse en la pared, sino sobre la taza del baño. Finalmente, falta información del personal del hotel sobre lo que puede hacerse en la ciudad, dónde comer, etc.

Las habitaciones están viejas y en mal estado, las camas incómodas y duras, se ve que las sábanas ya están viejas, pésima señal de internet y televisión y lo peor de todo fue que había una cucaracha en la habitación, hable para que limpiaran y nunca fueron, no volvería a hospedarme en ese hotel.

El trato del personal del comedor. No hay toalla de salida en el piso para después de bañarse. El agua de la regadera está helada. Hay cucarachas. Las tarjetas de acceso a la habitación se desactivan todo el tiempo y hay que estar yendo a recepción a que las activen de nuevo. Es muy molesto eso.

El Hotel tiene cucarachas, las personas que atienden el restaurante son groseras y mal educadas. No hay una toalla/tapete para salir de la regadera. El agua está HELADA. Las tarjetas para acceder a la habitación, se deshabilitan cada 2 o 3 horas y hay que estar yendo a recepción a que las vuelvan a habilitar.

Location was walking distance to center of town and all local attractions we were interested in. This hotel has a root top terrace which was also better than expected. Service was very good and quality of food and drinks was also good. We were looking for a hotel close to center of town and so we went with this hotel. The room itself was decent, nothing fancy, bed was good, bathroom was good, shower stall was roomy, overall it was about what we expected. Overall, For a 3 star hotel, it met our expectations.
The A/C could be better. Some parts of the hotel were stuffy, bad air flow, while some other areas of the hotel are in need of upgrades.Staff seems ok but nothing noteworthy I feel they could have done more to provide us with an improved experience.

Reviewed Jul 25, 2025Lo q debió de ser una noche de descanso fue una noche fatal, al no poder dormir por la incomodidad y la picazón q algo nos generó en el cuerpo, al parecer pulgas o chinches, mi mama de 74 años y yo pasamos muy mala noche. La única razón por la q no abandonamos el establecimiento fue porq llegamos despues de media noche. Una habitación poco limpia, el inodoro muy sucio, la silla del inodoro en muy mal estado, la manija del inodoro también quebrada. El televisor sin señal y se encendía solo. El fuerte olor a humedad y el mildew en la pared del cuarto y baño. La puerta no se podía cerrar bien ya q esta se encuentra dañada todo eso mas los huéspedes y empleados que se ponian a platicar en el pasillo. Fue una noche de pesadilla.

There is a desk and chair if you need to work a little Breakfast is included (at least was in my rate!) Wifi is good and reliable. Staff is super friendly and accommodating! House keeping is on the ball all the time! Close to downtown. Minutes away from the Central Busstation They have a restaurant on the roof with a beautiful view over the city! All good this was my second stay and it won't be my last!

Reviewed Mar 9, 2025Kasa Hotel & Suites is centrally located. 8 min on foot from the Central Bus Depot and maybe 5 min to downtown. My room had 2 Queen beds. From my room I could see the cathedral and other churches. The room was large, there is a TV and an AC. The shower was working just fine. They supply shampoo, soap and body lotion. Breakfast was included. And you could order room service if you want. The staff was very friendly and helpful! Big thanks also to cleaning ladies. Place was spotless! They are very helpful and take their job seriously (with a smile!). Will go there again! In fact I made already another reservation
There were a few little things, but they didn't bother me at all! All good!

Reviewed Nov 20, 2023The rooms are not quiet as nice as the pictures. The roof top serves a wonderful Sunday Buffet It seemed the rest of the week all tables and chairs are stored away. The daily buffet downstairs was very good> The Location is perfect if you want to walk into Historical district. The room was quiet. We slept well in a comfortable bed and pillows. The AC didn't work but as soon as we asked at the desk 2 men were sent to correct that and was fine after that. The front desk was always courtesous and very polite.
