The hotel have bad smell

Family Friendly place witih a ever helpful staff going out of their regular duties to ensure you are comfortable during your stay there . Ample parking with easy access to most of the main attractions in and around town . A well stocked buffet counter and the staff following all due protocols ensured that we were well attended to . A definite recommended place for a family anytime.

Its my second time at Novotel Fujairah. It onyl overnight stay this time. Room was good, view over tbe grand Mosque was a PLUS.

it was extremely good, pool restaurant and gym was very nice. hospitality is fine. overall good experience.

Cathy in the lobby restuarant was very courteous and friendly. The room wasnt very clean when we checked in, anyways it was fixed once we complained.

Staff is very cheerful and efficient. Check-in went in seconds as did check-out. They have changed the carpets in rooms, so no more suspicious stains :-) Loved the bathroom and the shower. Although, the top shower was a bit clogged. And the iron was leaky. My favorite bit about the hotel is the Book Store bar.

Good and comfortable hotel. The room was more than what we paid for.

The rooms were very clean and luxurious. The pictures of the facilities are however not to be trusted as the view from the pool looks over what looks like slums. The sports bar and the people allowed within it do not make you feel very safe. The bookclub bar is much better and special in that respect.

Everything about the novotel Fujairah was great, except the carpeting was old and so filthy !

Very comfortable hotel. Free parking outside and a nice breakfast. WiFi was a little spotty at times.

Excellent Hotel overall. I can’t say enough about he staff. Incredibly professional, always have the answer with a smile. Unfortunately the carpet in my room was in dire need of a shampoo or replacement. Otherwise, the room was very clean.

bugs living in pool 30+.. a guest found them.... a few days later same thing happended and hotel did not close pool.. Life guards stay inside in air conditioning watching from door... Hotel gym is full of kids.. staff never go into gym to check anything.... smoking downstairs in lobby... guests leave room doors open have kids running from room to room.. management does nothing.... hotel lobby smells... smoking allowed downstairs.. hotel management lax and do not manage... best to avoid.... not dubai standard

The Stay was good and Comfortable. the only thing that annoyed us was there were lots of Blood Spots on the Carpet and it was too dirty. Since it was just 1 night stay and we reached only at night, we didn't complain. Other than that the stay was good and Mountain view from the window was beautiful.

I enjoyed my stay here which was for four nights. Room was comfortable and breakfast was fabulous.

Located right opposite the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, the room had an excellent view of the city. Staff was very friendly and courteous and for a budget hotel, the facilities were excellent.

I traveled there with my boyfriend, and our stay was lovely.

It was just great.

We were a family of 8 members. Booked 4 rooms. We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was great. And the staff were friendly and helpful speacially Fathi at the reception.

Fairly basic hotel with a jazzed up bathroom. Room was decent, clean and simple. Carpets had stains while remote control was possibly running out of battery - difficulty to change channels. Front desk and housekeeping were efficient; Overall, a good place for the right price (but not during peak season).

Rooms were quite clean and service was good.

I stayed for one night with my wife and it was very comfortable and clean. the staff is very friendly. the location is near the airport and sometimes it may be noisy with aircraft departing or arriving but it is not all the time. It seem the airport is not that much busy. I parked my car for free and it very comfortable to go to your room direct from the parking. The place is very secure and you need your card to go to your room. the price of the room is very cheap compared to the services you are getting. it is a very interesting hotel and sure i will go back in other occasion

The distinct thing about this hotel is the toilets. They can go transparent with a single button. The rooms are fine. The carpet is old and therefore has some spots. overall the hotel is comfortable but relatively old furniture.

Comfortable stay with family. One of the room i taken was little stuffy with dusty smell and the room ventillation was not adequate. Breakfast is good even if threre is not much options for an Indian family. Hotel staff and sevice are polite and helpful.

Overall we had a very good stay. The hotel is clean and feels new. Great for family stay and friendly staff. Location is at the enterance of Fujairah city. One bad thing was that we could smell cigarette smoke in the room, which was coming from next room or from the room above. Buffet breakfast variety can be improved because I felt the menu was same everyday.

This was my third visit. Upon check in I was given a tiny, disappointing room, but there was no problem in me changing yo a larger room with wonderful views of the mountains. Room very spacious end clean. Food very good. Will definitely stay again

Had an amazing stay over new year. I had stayed once before when the hotel first ooened, and it was lovely to receive duch s warm welcome from all the staff. The room was extremely comfortable and refreshments duly sticked up. The toiletries were of s very high standard. I will definitely return sgain. Many thanks yo all staff

Wonderful hotel with a delicious breakfast. Room service was not good at all, though; food was served cold and tasted awful. We both threw ours away. Also, it is listed as having a spa on many sites - it does not. We had a room facing the side, which had a view that was... rather creepy. Decrepit, half-built buildings that were never finished. It looked extremely run-down. We just kept the windows closed and we were up high so we felt safe. However, the employees are absolutely wonderful - extremely friendly and go out of their way to please you. Clean and welcoming environment. I would definitely stay here again.

Room was good and 3 of us did easily fit in a room for 2. Swimming Pool was fun. In totality I enjoyed a lot and will go there again.

It was wonderful to stay in a 4 star hotel at such low rates and everything was so impressive. Luv to go there again and stay.
