La ubicación es inmejorable, la cama es cómoda, el apartamento nada ruidoso, con 2 mini balcones, espacioso con entrada, baño, habitación, comedor con sala de estar y cocina, al lado hay un supermercado

La cocina no teníamos intención de cocinar pero ya que es un apartamento el menaje si lo consideré escaso eché en falta un microondas, una cafetera y un tostador, unas tazas o vasos más grandes para poder desayunar

Konumu çok iyiydi her yere yürüme mesafesi. Şehir içinde hiç ek ulaşım ihtiyacı olmadı. Ayrıca temiz ve ferah bir daire idi.

Buzdolabında sorun vardı. Normal çalışırken bir anda yüksek sesli çalışmaya dönüyordu. Ses rahatsız ediciydi. Ayrıca gran via nin paralelinde olması sebebiyle hareketli bir sokak. Bazen gecenin ilerleyen saatlerinde çok gürültülü olabiliyor

Appartement spacieux , calme et confortable, très bien situé pour visiter la ville à pied.

Le manque d équipement de la cuisine, même pas une bouilloire, ni une cafetière ...

La ubicación es perfecta

Mi cama estaba bien las otras extremadamente duras. El baño estaba lleno de moho la zona de la bañera.

La ubicación es, sin dudas, lo mejor del departamento. Todo es cerca y su acceso es muy fácil. Es grande, espacioso y cómodo. Las camas y almohadas era muy cómodas, de lo mejor del departamento. Buena ventilación. Otro punto positivo es la insonorización, no escuchamos en ningún momento ruidos molestos. La calidad de los cerramientos de las ventanas es excelente.

El baño principal fue lo peor del departamento. La presión de la ducha era escasa, la primera noche salía un hilo de agua, al otro día fue mejor. La temperatura si era buena. La tapa del inodoro estaba totalmente salida y al informarles, nos respondieron “que ya lo sabían y que esperaban a una persona de mantenimiento”. La limpieza del baño es mejorable (moho en las esquinas de la ducha). El mobiliario está un poco gastado y viejo (del baño). La atención en recepción podría ser mejor en ciertos casos (mas atentos y serviciales).

Location was super, in the heart of Madrid and in the walking distance from most of the sightseeings. Comfortable room with all amenities needed.

Mi reseña es sobre el apartamento familiar, 2 habitaciones, 1 baño y 1 aseo . La ubicación, la comodidad de las camas, silencio nocturno a pesar de estar en una zona muy céntrica. Muy limpio todo. Hay un súper al lado.

Menaje de la cocina muy muy escaso. Si tu idea es comer/ cenar en el apartamento, vas a tener dificil cocinar. A pesar de ser un apartamento para 4 o 5 personas el sofá es dos plazas, esto tampoco lo vi muy cómodo ( hay sillas, eso si). No obstante, son factores que no estropearon nuestra estancia, ampliamente satisfecha con la elección.

We had a disabled room (we didnt request it) The apartment was spacious with a few small issues like a cracked wobbly tile in the bathroom and a socket behind the TV needing repair but generally we would recommend the area and the staff were lovely anf great at communicating. Very secure too.

I booked this hotel based on the positive reviews but was very disappointed with my stay. At first glance, the unit looked like a cozy little apartment, but once we turned on the lights, it was clear that it wasn’t well maintained or properly cleaned. The couches and chairs were worn and dirty, the walls had visible marks and fingerprints, and even the shower wall wasn’t clean. The kitchen itself was nice, but it lacked basic amenities such as a coffee or tea maker. In the bathroom, there were only small packets of shampoo/gel provided—no soap or conditioner. Overall, the experience was far below expectations, and I would not return.

Por la zona muchos sitios donde desayunar bien. Muy céntrico para visitar Madrid a pie. Apartamento para 4 muy amplio y con todo lo necesario para estar alojado confortablemente en familia.

L’appartamento è proprio a 5 min da Plaza del sol e 1 min sulla Gran via. Sotto è possibile fare una fantastica colazione o pranzo alla La austriaca, la consiglio per l’ottima qualità delle materie prime. La ragazza alla reception è stata gentile in ogni momento.

Non mi è piaciuto trovare la polvere sotto i letti e sui battiscopa, dentro l’armadio. Inoltre, dentro l’armadio abbiamo trovato biglietti di musei in A4 di chi ha soggiornato il 18 agosto… peccato che noi siamo stati lì dal 4-6 settembre. Consiglio più attenzione alla pulizia.

Check in was awful. Property forced us to come earlier because front desk will not be available after 1 pm. However check in time was still kept as 3 pm. We have to accommodate reception hours instead of considering our well being after international overnight flight. We should walk around dead tired and wait until room will be ready. While if it would be normal reception hours - we could simply stay at airline lounge and rest until we can go to our accommodation. We were asked to pay extra 30 euro to be able to get into the room at 1 pm as a big favor.

Ar condicionado parava de funcionar do nada e também não gelava muito, estava muito calor quando fomos.

A nice clean property at the right location. A lot of shopping and tourist attractions at walking distance.

Muito próximo do centro. Deu para ver os principais locais todos a pé.

Cozinha mal equipada.

Ubicación excelente. La cama era muy cómoda. El espacio era adecuado. Tranquilidad en zonas comunes.

Considero mejorable la equipación de la cocina con un microondas, cafetera y tostadora, aunque el horno te hace el apaño.

Todo genial, nos hemos alojado en hoteles más caros por mucho menos. Camas espectacularmente cómodas, ubicación genial y super espacioso y silencioso. De hecho, durante la estancia dudamos de que hubiera más huéspedes! Y otro punto genial fue el precio que pillamos. Ojalá sigáis así porque somos asiduos a Madrid y nos alojaríamos con vosotros sin dudarlo. Felicidades!!

El tema de que no haya recepción crea un poco de inseguridad al principio por si hubiera problemas al recoger la llave y demás, pero una vez allí se ve que vuestro sistema funciona. Cero problemas con los códigos, las tarjetas funcionaron perfectamente y lo de que haya alguien de noche vigilando tranquiliza bastante. La climatización fue difícil de usar. Cuando llegamos hacía demasiado frío. Durante 2 días nos estuvimos peleando para conseguir una temperatura adecuada. Quizás vendría bien unas instrucciones porque no sabíamos si había que regular los dos termostatos o solo el digital. De todas formas solo estuvimos para dormir así que no fue un drama.

Lo mejor fue la situación y la facilidad para acceder al alojamiento al ser horas fuera del horario de recepción. También que tenía aire acondicionado en todo el piso y se estaba bien de temperatura teniendo en cuenta el calor del exterior.

La limpieza estaba regulín, el baño no estaba bien limpio. La puerta del baño estaba caída y hacía un ruido horrible cada vez que se abría. La alcachofa de la ducha exhaba un hilo de agua. Imposible ducharse cómodamente. Los colchones son extremadamente duros, incomodísimos y las almohadas pràcticamente sin relleno. También bastante incómodo.

Ubicación excelente,calle tranquila, pero al lado de la Gran Vía. Atención muy buena,nos avisaron en cuanto estuvo limpio , amplio, de dos habitaciones, buen aire acondicionado .Es buen apartamento.

Es buen apartamento, pero hay que arreglar puertas de los armarios y falta menaje en la cocina ,vasos, cubiertos,etc.Sobre todo lo más importante,poner un microondas aunque fuera pequeño.

El alojamiento está en una situación privilegiada, a un paso de Gran vía y de la calle Fuencarral, es muy grande y tiene espacio suficiente para cuatro personas

tiene algunas cosillas propias de la edad, la tele es pequeña para el espacio que tienen en el salón, en el sofá (que es sofá cama) te acabas hundiendo si pasas más de media hora y no tiene consigna para dejar las maletas si no hay nadie de recepción y no hay recepción todo el día (por un tema de seguridad más que nada ya que en cuanto a servicio he de decir que eso no fue un problema para hacer preguntas ya que mediante mensajería lo hacíamos de manera con respuesta casi instantánea. Por último, le daría una vueltecita al tema menaje. Los vasos son del tamaño de chupitos. Aún así repetiría sin dudarlo

Moreover, the location was nothing short of enviable: poised at the intersection of convenience and quietude, it afforded effortless access to the city’s pulse while remaining a sanctuary of calm. Rarely does one encounter a dwelling that so deftly balances brightness, cleanliness, and enviable geography—each facet enhancing the whole in a way that elevated the experience far beyond the ordinary. In sum, the space did not merely accommodate my presence; it refined it.

There was, quite truly, nothing to which I could take exception. Every detail—be it the pristine condition of the interiors, the suffusion of natural light, or the enviable location—spoke of thoughtful curation and quiet excellence. The experience was marked by a rare absence of flaw; not a single element jarred or fell short of expectation. It is a rare pleasure to reside, however briefly, in a place where comfort, elegance, and practicality are held in such effortless equilibrium.

This was a perfect place to stay for a four-day trip. The location is just minutes' walk from Grand Via and about 10-15 from Plaza Del Sol and Plaza Mayor; about 20 minutes from the Prado and other museums and from Retiro Park. There are two bakeries and a cafe on the same street, which was very handy for meals. Yet the apartment was very quiet--virtually no noise from other units, and the beautiful, sturdy floor-to-ceiling French doors in both rooms not only closed securely, but also had locking shutters. The combination made it possible to get light and air when we wanted, but also make the rooms quiet and dark for sleeping. The main room even has a sweet little terrace with a nice view at the end of the street. Everything was very clean when we arrived, and the apartment is quite nice--even nicer than it appears in the photos. The kitchen isn't anything fancy--basics for eating and cooking--but it was plenty for us. And it was great to have the fridge, freezer, sink, and stove/oven. A microwave would have been nice, but we got along fine without it. Management was very helpful, communicated clearly about how to get in, and provided a coffee maker we we asked. During very hot weather (100 degrees F), the air conditioning worked perfectly. The space was perfect for a couple; a family of four could fit fairly well by using the sofa bed. This was a perfect place for exploring the city and sleeping well at night, and we would definitely stay here again.

Apartment is big and is in perfect location. The staff was accommodating to their capacity. I wish they provide little amenities in the room like paper towels, iron or some tea / coffee sachets.

The apartment was clean. But they were not able to keep with the request I made before I arrived. I wanted to cancel two nights, and they keep insisting they did not the credit card before I arrived. They get pay anyway.

Location was superb! Staff was accommodating readily allowing us to check in early and store our luggage after checkout, apartment was clean and of ample size; kitchen lacked coffee pot and basic supplies.

I will make sure this is the place I stay every time I go to Madrid! Perfect little apartment. Close proximity to everything, clean, comfortable, quiet. Can't ask for more!!

Excellent customer service.

Great location and decent apartment. No elevator but host met us and assisted up two flights. WhatsApp communication needed and attentive. Bed was too firm, outside area was between two buildings so not used. Room dark but we were out most of the time. I would stay again.

Very centrally located, not far from all the shops and restaurants and supermarkets. A simply laid out apartment. Perfect for our needs. We could easily walk to some of the main sights such as Retiro park (approx 30 mins), Plaza Mayor (approx 20 mins) and the Royal Palace from the apartment. Ida on reception was very friendly and incredibly helpful and also spoke good English. The kitchen was sparsely equipped. Not essential as we managed but a kettle and microwave would have been nice additions.

Everything was fabulous

The apartment was clean and modern, with one and a half bathrooms for the two bedrooms, plus a kitchen and a lounge - roomy enough. The location was excellent.

We never found the pool - just kidding !

The location

The furniture (ie living room couches and chairs) were very dirty and stained. The bedroom with 2 beds didn’t have blankets on them - we had to find them in the middle of the night shoved in the top of the closet, which seem to be the back up blankets. The safe was not working and we had to call staff to come and fix it. One of the most ridiculous aspects was the amenities - they gave us 4 small portions of shampoo - which were also meant to be used as soap, body wash, and shampoo apparently! Would not recommend staying here.

Convenient & comfortable

It was a nice place, easy check in instructions and fairly quiet.

Great location. Helpful staff. Easy communication. Would have liked a few more amenities in the kitchen like coffee maker and microwave. Only other comment is couch had stains on it and it smelled musty.

No small appliances. Only stove and fridge. Couldn’t really cook anything. Very minimal.

Nice appartement , good size , nice view , but it misses a microwave owen , a capsule coffee machine . There was a bad odour in the bathroom during all my stay .

Loved this apartment and stay. Great location in the city and safe and secure. My only issue was the noise from the front door when guests came home late. It thunders through the building especially on the lower floored street front rooms. You weren’t sleeping though it!

They try to skeep my booking 24 hours before arrival by notice: "there is no appartment for the date you want. Change the date". Expedia support agent phone them to set my booking confirmation. Appartment is rather empty and not clean

The apartment was large, nice kitchen, and great having little balcony with city view, very close to all transportation, restaurants, and flamenco theater!

Basic apartment with all amenities, apart from coffee machine

Looks a bit more tired that on the photos on Boooking.com Wardrobe doors etc don't slide, all seems a bit knackered. Kitchen didn't have much crockery, mugs etc Beds are very firm - but I guess that's preference Bathroom shower very tempermental and kept flooding floor where shower tray isnt protected, so ended up using a lot of towels to mop up.

Would be nice to have basic things like shampoo and soap and dishwasher

It's easy to get to, in a fun area. I would just note that it's a bit sparse in terms of kitchen stuff (it has the bare minimum; no knives except butter knives, for example) and decor. Otherwise it's nice!
