All was very good

Two words: BED BUGS. They refused to move me to another room staying they had not availability. They basically put it back on me to find something else. They gaslit me and told me it was allergies despite showing MANY MANY photos of the bites all over my arms and hands., confirmed by a pharmacist. They offered a partial refund then reneged. The main form of communication is AI by the way and a remote customer service chat line on WhatsApp if the AI bot can't answer. So don't do what I did and stay here to save $200 euros. It really tainted my time in Paris.

The bed bugs!!!!!!! The lame customer service experience. What joke. The lack of care and regard for their guests'health and wellbeing.

Great location, cleaned every day and perfect for a short term stay in Paris. Also had a great laundry with liquid/powder provided.

Posizione centrale, rue de Vertus. Vicinissimo alla fermata metro Arts e Metiers che permette di raggiungere qualsiasi parte della città in pochi istanti. Diversi i locali attorno, dalla boulangerie, ai bistrot, ai supermercati e al Marché couvert des Enfants Rouges dove diversi sono gli stand in cui provare cibi da varie parti del mondo, dalle mega creps salate (molto virali) al CUS CUS e tajin a puro stampo marocchino (ottima scoperta). Servizio di pulizia giornaliero con cambio tovaglie e tappetino bagno, rassettamento camera e letto. Capsule di caffè, bustine di tè e tisane offerte e ricaricate giornalmente dal personale della struttura. Camera silenziosa, con condizionatore/pompa di calore e ben organizzata. Presenti tutti gli strumenti essenziali per cucinarsi in autonomia. Fornelli elettrici in due misure, macchinetta del caffè, presente frigo, lavastoviglie, frigo. Insomma, il necessario e più per il nostro soggiorno di 4 giorni.

De locatie is ideaal, het bad op de kamer is een echte plus en het kleine keukentje met Nespresso-apparaat en koelkast is erg praktisch. Handdoeken werden dagelijks vervangen door de schoonmaak.

Wij verbleven op de begane grond. Daardoor hoor je af en toe mensen die naar de andere appartementen gaan, maar wij hebben daar eigenlijk nauwelijks hinder van ondervonden.

Ótima localização, staff super atencioso. Tem elevador e lavanderia, além de lockers bem grandes para malas.

Nenhuma queixa. Todas as questões que surgiram foram resolvidas de forma muito rápida pela equipe beauquartier.

Very clean, comfortable, near a lot of public transport lines in a quiet neighborhood with lots of nice bistros, cafes and bars. The AC was also amazing. Staff is also very nice and helpful. I had a situation with the luggage storage lockers and it was solved very quickly! Overall I had a lovely stay, would go there again!

The only negative is that the walls aren’t very soundproof so that could be a problem for some people.

The air conditioning was great and the place was clean. It also included toiletries and things like paper towels and a few spices. Checking in was easy. It was nice and dark for sleeping.

The rain shower head didn't have good flow, but the hand held was good. Would've been nice to have a window with some kind of city view instead of a wall, but we weren't in the room much.

Everything was great except the air con in the living room was not working for the first 2 days of my stay. It was fixed on the 3rd day.

Les casiers pour deposer les valises avant le Check in. L’ascenseur lorsqu’il fonctionnait. Le digicode pour entrer facilement dans ma chambre sans avoir à chercher ou transporter une carte ou une clé supplémentaire. Le quartier était sécuritaire, et l’hôtel est situé en face d’une charmante école primaire.

A la moitié du séjour, la porte de l’ascenseur s’est bloquée au niveau du rez de chaussé. Ainsi plus personne ne pouvait l’utiliser pour monter ou même pour descendre avec nos valises. Je devais embarquer ou descendre au 1er étage si je souhaitais l’utiliser. L’insonorisation entre les logements est inexistante. J’entendais mes voisins rentrer, racler leur chaise au sol, chanter sous la douche… Les bouchons d’oreilles sont de mise si on veut dormir.

Apartamento compacto mas super completo e aconchegante, com cozinha, secador, ferro, tábua de passar, aquecedor. Bem limpo e com localização excelente, no coração do Marais, com elevador e lockers pra deixar as malas após o checkout.

Location was awesome. Apartment was well equipped and comfortable.

The stairs are wild. I had to leave my bag in the locker and getting it down there was death defying.

La ubicación es buena a muy buena respecto a los principales lugares de interés de la ciudad. El subte está relativamente cerca, por lo que es fácil moverse desde el departamento. Hay bastante disponibilidad de restaurantes por la zona, y algunos mercados para las compras. Han limpiado el departamento todos los días, y siempre estaba muy ordenado. El ascensor, aunque extremadamente pequeño, es un plus. La comunicación con el host fue muy buena.

El olor horrible en el hueco del ascensor, que no debe ser muy difícil de resolver. Y por sobre todo, lo incómoda que era la ducha. Alguien vio la bañera en una revista de diseño y dijo "pongamos esto que queda lindo". Tiene el duchador colocado en cualquier lado y es imposible bañarse con comodidad, ya que siempre se tiene una mano ocupada con este. A los sillones no les vendría mal una lavadita. A la noche el barrio queda muy vacío y con nada movimiento, sobre todo porque los restaurantes cierran relativamente temprano.

Det var inte klart för incheckning när jag kom efter utsatt tid. Jag gillar att ha ett bemannat boende. Det var väldigt trång entré och då är jag inte en stor person. Det var väldigt lyhört mellan rummen.

Very clean, large bathroom, comfortable bed, felt safe, great location, wonderful for the price, easy and free luggage storage prior to check in

Sistemazione molto comoda e carina, in una posizione fantastica per visitare Parigi, pieno di fermate metro nelle vicinanze. La comunicazione con i gestori è stata molto efficace, nonostante non li abbiamo mai incontrati.

Lokatie is top. Dicht bij metro en eetgelegenheden. Bakker om de hoek. Contact verliep soepel. Inchecken ging prima, je krijgt een code alleen dan staat er niet bij dat je op de sleutel moet drukken is wat onvolledige informatie.

Appartement is wat uitgeleefd. Knoeterharde bedden, wc vloer is blijkbaar niet meer schoon te krijgen. Afwerking appartement is met de franse slag. Wij zaten beneden naast de voordeur, was gehorig.

I don’t think there was a breakfast. But anyways, the room was very comfy and cozy and the room was cleaned nicely every day!

The only thing I or any other tourist would appreciate is a universal adapter, at least 1. Provided by the host for just the sake of the tenure. Also a set if toothbrush and toothpaste wouldn’t hurt.

Seul point positif : la localisation. Proche des commerces et rue calme.

Dépenser plus de 160€ pour une chambre minuscule, très très mal insonorisée (on entend les conversations des personnes à côté, y compris les bruits de douche), sans petit-déjeuner, le rapport qualité/prix n’y est pas. Pour ce prix là, allez ailleurs !

Great area. Really spacious apartments for the price and location, and could have made this a home base and even eaten in the apartment because of the kitchen /cutlery/ dishwasher provided.

Booked two apartments. One was great despite being on the fourth floor, but the apartment on the ground level had some kind of humidity problem and was almost unbearable to be in without the provided loud AC unit going. There was also a leak in the kitchen from of the flats above during our stay, and the smoke alarm in need of a new battery went off all night one night in the other unit. One unit was definitely great value for money, but I do feel like some of the units you have a much better stay in than others.

La chambre était très fonctionnelle. J'ai beaucoup aimé le cachet avec le parquet, la salle de bain noire et le meuble intégrant la machine à café, les serviettes, etc. La localisation était parfaite pour moi et la taille de la chambre parfaite. J'ai aussi adoré le fait qu'il y ait une baignoire.

Malheureusement, il y a quelques détails qui cumulés gâchent un peu l'expérience : - Une des patères, l'étagère à côté du lavabo et la poignée des toilettes étaient légèrement dévissés. - La paroi de douche laisse de l'eau couler en dehors de la baignoire. - L'eau chaude était irrégulière, soit brulante, soit tiède. - Les rideaux ne sont pas assez occultants, surtout quand le lit est placé pile dans l'axe pour être gêné - L'éclairage de la salle de bain est trop léger, il manque un éclairage pour bien se voir dans le miroir

Posizione ottima, appartamento molto curato e confortevole, dotato di tutto il necessario. Spazi adatti ad una coppia per un soggiorno rilassante. Accesso facilissimo grazie alle indicazioni ricevute via wapp. Stupenda vista da tutte le finestre, un plus veramente piacevole.

Forse l'insonorizzazione, ma è un dettaglio trascurabile.

Camera spaziosa e pulitissima (la stanza è stata risistemata ogni mattina con relativo cambio asciugamani). Situata in un quartiere molto carino e tranquillo (più volte siamo rientrati di notte senza mai sentirci in pericolo), con diverse fermate della metro ad una manciata di minuti. In zona vi sono tante boulangerie e ristoranti dove poter fare colazione e/o pranzo/cena. Comodo e facile il servizio di self check-in, ottimo anche il servizio di deposito bagagli che ci ha permesso di girare comodamente per Parigi anche dopo il check-out. Ci tornerei senza dubbio.

Piccolo appunto (ma solo per voler essere precisini) un po' di cattivo odore nella scala (ma non dentro l'appartamento).

Propre, nettoyage quotidien, thé et café à dispo en chambre.

Murs et/ou plafonds fins comme du papier... le samedi soir, on a entendu les bruits des voisins, peut-être du dessus, faire du sexe à 2 ou 3 jusque vers 3-4h du matin. On entendait le lit, les rires, le cris.... Et chaque ouverture/fermeture de porte d'à côté, très bruyant. Par contre, pas un bruit de la rue; même l'école d'en face, on n'entendait rien, car la fenêtre donnait sur un puits de lumière central. Impossible de baisser la température, il faisait 23 degrés, mal dormi, transpiré.

Ηταν πολύ καλή τοποθεσία και το δωμάτιο είχε πολύ ησυχία ! Από τις φωτογραφίες μας φαινόταν λίγο μεγαλύτερο σε μέγεθος αλλά ήταν εντάξει ! Πιστεύω πως αν θέλει κάποιος να μεινει στο κέντρο του Παρισιού είναι μια χαρά , τα χρήματα που πληρώσαμε αξίζουν λόγω της τοποθεσίας του . Οι παροχές ήταν υπεραρκετες , το κρεβάτι πολύ άνετο και το μπάνιο καθαρό . Επισης όσες μέρες ήμασταν εκεί ερχόταν μια κυρία καθημερινά και μας άλλαζε πετσέτες κλινοσκεπάσματα και όλα τα σχετικά .

Το χαλί στο δωμάτιο μας ήταν λίγο βρώμικο και όταν μπήκαμε είχε μια περίεργη μυρωδιά η οποία όταν ανοίξαμε το παράθυρο έφυγε.

The apartment we stayed at was 32, it was really well organized so even though it was not huge, it felt like you had a lot of space. Everything you needed was there, the staff was amazing and very available to any question we had. Location was good too. I think the best thing was the cleaning service every day, it made our stay so much nicer!

You could hear the neighbors quite well, but if they were okay and weren’t talking very load, then it wasn’t very noticeable. Also the elevator was small and could fit one person.

Il ne manquait plus qu’un robot à l’entrée pour que ce soit vraiment complètement déshumanisé

J’ai adoré l’emplacement, l’ancien rénové, le confort.

Besoin d’un p’tit shampooing des moquettes du couloir et poussières mais sinon c’est très bien.

Die Wände dienen nur als Sichtschutz aber nicht als Schallschutz. Die Unterkunft ist sehr hellhörig und man hört fast alles aus der Nachbarwohnung

This was the cleanest room I stayed in Paris. Seperate room for bed is a plus. Everything one may need was present. They also have lockers for the baggage and you dont need anyone to manage. Location is good. Water was always warm, dont need to wait. Room temperature was okay. There is elevator which is crucial! Thank you.

Small room, no sound proof but above all very cold, the heating did not work and the staff via text messages did not show the slightest willingness to understand and serve. They texted inadequate messages only to accept at the end that indeed there was an issue and someone had to restart the system. Too bad too late. Avoid the company servicing these apartments.

Posizione ottima per muoversi a piedi o con mezzi pubblici (metro e bus). Nel quartiere presenti molti negozi, supermercati e attività di ristorazione. Pulizia quotidiana con cambio asciugamani Metrature delle camere, delle scale e dell’ascensore in linea con le strutture alberghiere di Parigi, per noi italiani un po’ sacrificate. Assenza di reception, chiavi digitali per aprire il portone e le stanze. La struttura dispone di camere con vista su strada e monolocale attrezzato con cura.

Everything was well equipped with excellent quality….Towels, dishes, sheets. Availability for storage for luggage for before and after check in/out. Quiet location.

Good thing there was an elevator as the stairs were challenging - narrow and circular. There were large windows in our unit, but they looked out onto walls only 10 feet away. I believe all the larger units had this setup.

Very well located and the room was very clean. Would have been good value for money if we hadn't had to have so much contact with their customer service team. Our experience would have been much better if: - There hadn't been another guest in another room smoking and the smell travelled down the lightwell into our room - Customer service was more responsive and better at relaying information in a timely and considered manner It took them ten days after our holiday ended to address our complaint about the smoker. They offered a 10% refund. However, they are only honouring this refund after me having to chase them again and getting Hotels.com involved.

This place was wonderful - a seamless experience. Easy self check in. The bed was comfy, shower was nice, soaps provided, even coffee pods and other kitchen basics. Air conditioner worked great. Location was fantastic in a great neighborhood. Even had a place to put our luggage on site when we had a night time flight the day of our check out. That was super convenient. Thanks again for everything!!
