このホテルが開業したときからの常宿です。 従業員は感じよく、部屋は清潔、コストパフォーマンスが非常に良いです。 隣接のWalmartに外に出ずに行けるポイントも高いです。

今回は大丈夫でしたが、前回宿泊時はシャワールームが下水の臭いで臭かった。 2日目にはその臭いも消えましたが。

Onbekwaam personeel, ronduit onbeschoft op momenten. Airconditioning werkte niet op 1 van de 3 kamers. keycard werkte niet, wordt gewoon de lift in geholpen met een mastercard maar de opmerking "maar ik kan met mijn kaart toch niet in mijn kamer" wordt beaamd waarna het personeel de lift verlaat!!!! Hulpvraag vanwege voedselvergiftiging wordt niet beantwoord. Hoe we twee uur op het openen van een drogist in de buurt hebben kunnen wachten weet ik nog steeds niet, maar intussen wel dat vlakbij een andere drogist 24/7 open was. Ik ben vaak in dit hotel geweest maar dit is de laatste keer geweest.

Value for money! Near to the airport, courteous staff, neat and clean well designed rooms so what else can a business traveler expect from a hotel 10 out of 10! Keep it up ! This was my second stay and hope to continue whenever in Shenzhen

The spacey rooms and the rich breakfast were the best.

Too far from airport.

Do not stay on the 11th floor. I was in Room 1102 and the people upstairs were playing loud music at 3am in the morning, waking me up. Once the music stop, the loud banging was constant. I was waken up several times due to loud banging sounds. The hotel advise me to change my room at 4am. This is so wrong and the make manager who does not speak English did offer no compensation stating that the upstairs labeled as 22nd floor instead of 12th floor is not part of their hotel. I believed this is a common issue for guest who stayed on the 11th floor. Poor management and poor sound controlled. They should installed sound proof ceiling better.

Great location, few minutes walk away from Walmart, convenience stores, malls and restaurants. It is cool how the area mixes old streets with new buildings. Spacious room, attentive staffs, free mineral water and free laundry.

It was not easy to find because the location in Baidu maps as well as Google Maps is wrong. (When you press "get directions"). It is approximately 500 meter wrong and the entrance of the hotel is very small and easy to miss.

Breakfast was ok and the location is a bit far from the subway

The bed was sagging due to which me and my husband had a terrible back ache. Really did not expect that.

Have stayed here many times. It is in a great location

average breakfast with no staffs around, no napkins. We asked for chopsticks, and were told to get it from the next table

lack of staff made us feels uncomfortable and unsafe, as in the evening three drunk guests were misbehaving in the lobby and we could not see anyone confronting their behaviour. the location is also not good as you need to get a taxi or a bike to reach the subway station. the bed is also not a comfortable one,

The location is the best, right next to eateries, coffee shops, malls. There is a Walmart next door. Happening place to go around and also for commute, there is a main road which makes everything accessible. I didn't take breakfast so can't comment on that. There is a Hongkong restaurant next to Luckin Coffee which is great for breakfast and also serves Hongkong tea, which was fantastic.

The location was great, close to everything. A mall, food places, coffee shops, a Walmart right next to the hotel.

The location was the best and the hotel was very good value for money. Perfect for business and also for some good places on walking distance.

Overll 4 daya stay is very pleasent Especially front manager Mr albert (If not wrong his name )very kind person .guide us until get taxi and put luggage on car. Down to earth person Will come again and stay because of his profesionalisme

wifi in rooms very slow

I have stayed here many times and always have good experiences. My only negative feedback is that everytime i book with Orbitz, the hotel still tries to charge me when i get there.

Was there for five nights and my stay was very comfortable and good. The hotel amenities were alright and the staff was courteous and helpful.

Good choice for business travel if you are visiting nearby companies. Rooms are large and accommodating.

Breakfast is fair, but other things are good, the WIFI is single gateway from Chinese government so hotel cannot do anything.
