The staff and Manager were extremely pleasant.

Children unsupervised in the adult pool

Datang jam 2.30..tapi check in bilik jam 4 ptg sebab lambat buat housekeeping. Tandas tiada paip air(bidet). Tv ada 1 channel sahaja.

Spacious room and bathroom

Limited personnel at the reception.

breakfast very nice

comfy. carpet inside the hotel is thick and comfortable to sit.

Only the hotel parking

The room was too outdated. Very old design. The bedsheet was found with stains, so the hygiene and cleanliness were totally out. Free wifi but super duper slow line, you cannot even watched Netflix with the wifi.

Air cond is cold and good water pressure.

Not clean, very outdated and staff not really friendly.

Location

Toilet seat had splashed urine stain! And had horrible smell when I open the lot of the toilet bowl. Had to call for cleaning while I was in the room There were coacroaches in the room!

Nothing

The whole unit is horrible n dirty

Room spacious and completed.

Set Pillow was already too soft and not enough for every room.

Value of the money for the Hotel price & facility .

Can increace the choice of breakfast .

All ok except for the mattress

Mattress not confortable at all Feel like lying on the floor

sarapan tidak cukup meja

The 2 room suite was just nice for my family of 4. The Aircond was very good. Breakfast was tasty & had enough variety.

The carpets in the hallway needed vacuuming and the wall paint was peeling in some areas. TV reception could be better. Did not get to enjoy the facilities as we had a very short stay.

Nice size room..the bed was awesome

Bidet..should use the hose bidet

Good for business trips.

Nothing around the area, limited good food unless drive out

Located well for exit out of Bukit Mertajam and to go into city. Rooms were big and comfortable. The lobby is very comfortable and well equipped. Nearby outlets inside the building bring a classy atmosphere . Toilets were clean. Bell boys were fairly well trained . Parking is available and free but needs validation b4 exit. The head of the concierge was an extremely helpful Malay man. Very well trained to help with our questions around the city. Some good tea nearby can be got from Raaj Tea Palace

My room was carpeted and had a musty odour, which was taken care of immediately by room service. The mall nearby was very bad and looked abandoned. Better go out into the main city.

location and variety of food for buffet breakfast

pls note the foll: 1. pls change the sofa bed in bedroom bcoz its got fungal growth 2. the TV only has malay movies and news; no international news like CNN, CNA, CGTN, BLOOMBERG, ALJAZEERA, BBC and lastly no english movies; very boring 3. I request for higher floors but i got a lower room where I can see people walking outside as they can peep inside my bedroom. 4. At night I can hear clatter of birds or maybe rats trying fluttering just outside the windows 5. Pls upgrade ur gym equipment. very outdated 6. Nasi lemak breakfast was tasteless inspite of many types of spices and the marble cake was rough and tasteless 7. no hand towels and towels all very old and stained, better use as floor mats than bath towels

I like the room,it's more space n convenient n toilets too...clean n tidy,good staying there

Ease of booking via Booking.com.

I arrived to check in at 3:00 PM as scheduled, only to be told my room wasn't ready. The front desk staff told me to wait in the lobby but gave no estimated wait time. By 4:00 PM, no one had updated me, so I went back to the counter myself. The room was ready, but the staff should have proactively informed me instead of leaving me waiting indefinitely. Upon entering the 9th-floor room, I noticed an unpleasant odor. Since I was only staying for one night, I chose not to complain immediately. However, the next morning, I discovered the likely source. I heard pigeons outside, looked out the window, and saw the air conditioning compressors covered in pigeon droppings. There were even stains on the window and potentially the curtains. This is a serious hygiene issue that the hotel needs to address immediately. Additionally, the room and bathroom fixtures felt dated and poorly maintained. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience, and I wouldn't stay here again.

Location is nice

Ramp driving out from basement car park to high that scratches car under carriage. No action taken over past 2-3 yrs

toilet...no paip

Location wirh easy access from the highway.. As the fatigue become apparent when driving, easy access to thr hotel made my day..

The shower..could have been maintained better

Friendly staff, clean, laundry on site, close to shops, on site restaurant.

Everything was great.

位置好，能免费停车，充足的插座，厕所房间很大。工作人员服务都很好，有耐心常脸带微笑

冷气有运作，但不是猛地把房间带冷。可是睡着后半夜直到早上还是有点冷的，其实温度也合适

The rooms, the meal

Close by many shops and services, on site restaurant and laundry.

none

The rooms are clean and spacious. We booked a 3 bedded room and very comfortable with split shower and toilet for easy use. The restaurant have good choices of breakfast and delicious food. Congrats to the Chef there. The receptionist are also very helpful and friendly.

The only setback is the ramp going in and out of the parking lot. It is so steep and can cause the bottom of your car to scratch if you have heavy load😅

All staff good comunication..

Maybe can change menu breakfast i think..

Cleanliness

None

breakfast is simple. room is clean. Location is convenience for me. Parking has ample space. room space is big. lobby is big. breakfast area also big. overall is good.

Good location near the expressway. New hotel , amenities & facilities clean and fresh.

1.Room lighting without options. Too gloomy, lack of bright and energetic lightings as the room is without windows. It was difficult to even read the hotel info & room services pamphlet / leaflets provided in the room. 2. The Wifi internet connection not working until the technician came to repair and solved the problem. 3. The car entrance to the underground car parking facilities is not customer friendly. Customer car may easily get damaged and scratched or the hotel property ( parking ticket box ) may get damaged as the customer drive his car through the entry auto bar.

Friendly staff from receptionist to housekeeping to guest service to cafe. Pleasant stay! Comfy bed. Both me and husband have a good night sleep. Spacious room and clean. Variety and nice breakfast. I love the spring roll!

2 things need to improve. 1) small and low flow of water in the shower. 2) a bit high driveway to access into the hotel. Lowered car not recommend to park in the hotel basement

Very clean, polite staff and good facilities.

All good

ok

Tempat tidur yang selesa katil yang selesa dan bellman yang sangat peramah serta membantu ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Cleanliness

Location

Clean dan superb to stay.

Easy to access.. near main road. Easy for park also

Cleanliness of room

Room is clean and spacious.

Tv not working although I have taken step follow the manual provided.

I got a room on the 7th floor. Liked the view facing the streets. Also loved the spaciousness of the room. The single bed I slept in was very cozy and comfortable. The air conditioning was pretty good too. The toilet was very spacious, bright and the shower was really good! Room service and service personnel were excellent! Keep up the good service.

The only thing that was lacking was the cleanliness. And the toilet sink was filling up even after the technician came to clear up the water in the sink. The mini bar was not cold but was replaced immediately after I made the report.

Clean

Room clean and spacious. Hotel easy access and located in town centre.

Nothing in particular.
