This property is in a great location, close to groceries, dining, gas stations, convenience stores, some dining options, a few shopping locations. Ample parking. Clean and today.

Unfortunately the hot tub was not available. No pool. The room I was provided was actually an accessible room, I’m sure I could have asked for a different room. The shelves in the bathroom wasn’t near enough big for one person’s toiletries bag, and the shelf that was there was basically falling off the wall. That should be very apparent to housekeeping. More shelves in the bathroom is definitely needed. Room 113

The place was super clean and the bed was amazing!

It just seemed a bit pricey for the amenities.

The location of this hotel served us well for the purpose of our trip. Comfortable rooms and nice breakfast.

Prima locatie onderweg naar Edmonton. Familiekamer was ruim, ruime badkamer, prettig bed. Grote gym, lekkere hottub.

Ontbijt is vrij eenvoudig, en jammer van het eten op papieren bordjes en met plastic bestek. De eerste nacht veel hinder gehad van luide gasten.

We both enjoyed the cleanliness of the room and common areas of the hotel. Very nice staff as well. Good selection at breakfast. Hotel was located in convenient part of town. Would stay again!!

I was very happy to have a very quiet room. That made my stay excellent. I also appreciated that there was lots of available parking. Loved the bathroom mirror with the different adjustable lighting. I also liked that I could open the window for fresh air. Pillows fluffy and supportive.

There was no creamer in the room for the coffee. I thought that the walls could have been wiped in a couple of spots.

It was mostly clean. Comfortable

The pillows were all very hard and hard to get a good sleep.

Queen room was fuctional but very small. Only with two adults it’s crowded.

Beds were firm. No pillow top. Shower had shampoo, conditioner, and bodywash but no shelving to put personal products.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The bed was cozy, and we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were extremely friendly, polite, and always ready to help. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The location is excellent, close to shops, restaurants, yet still quiet and peaceful at night. We especially appreciated the attention to detail and the welcoming atmosphere. Everything exceeded our expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay!

The breakfast was amazing! The location and staff were kind, welcoming, and helpful. My bed was super comfortable and I liked the bathroom amenities and products.

The AC didn’t work so the room was hot all night. The hot tub was good, but there were no towels for the sauna/hot tub. It was Valentine’s weekend, so I understand to an extent, but it was much pricier than I was expecting.

Quiet place, big gym, lovely staff, fridge and microwave in room. Firm bed, low pillows available, responsive heating system. Sadly, I didn't have time for the sauna, which I really wanted to use.

The breakfast was rudimentary, which dropped my rating to go from 9 to 8. Weird toilet pressure caused the toilet to "burp" and actually spit water drops out as it flushed sometimes.

Everything was pretty good until we tried to get some sleep.

No fault of the hotel really but, there were kids running up and down the halls knocking on doors and running away.

Eggs were kinda gross. Would have been nice to have bacon. Fruit salad instead of an apple and bananas. Juice was really watered down. Crowded in breakfast area.

Sometimes the stairwell doors can slam a little loud.

Convenient to where we needed to go. The bed was clean and comfortable. The room was warm but the hallway and other areas, the breakfast room, and exercise room for example were cold.

The handicapped parking spots had not been cleaned and there was a big pile of snow to push the walker through, which was very hard. I had to lift it to try and get it on the sidewalk which was cleared of snow. The fridge in the room froze all our yogurt and it had to be thrown away. Also the lasagna we ordered in froze and had to be thrown away. When we complained the repair man came in and turned the fridge down, which we couldn’t do because the dial for the control was broken and not there. When we used the shower, the curtains didn’t come all the way to the floor, and the water flowed out all over the rest of the bathroom. We had a handicapped room as requested. There were handrails for the toilet, however the toilet itself was so low to the ground it was extremely hard to bend and sit on. Most handicapped places the toilet is a taller raised one. If I was in a wheelchair, it would have been unusable.

Sauna, gym and hot tub were great. Bed was soft. Things were nice and clean.

For a small property in a small town this place packs a punch! With a sauna and hot tub on property plus continental breakfast - you really can't go wrong. Close by to a few different restaurants, convenience stores, pizza places and a grocery store, you are able to grab whatever you need.

The room was small and for a newer property did seem to have a lot of cosmetic damage. You can tell that the "small town hockey teams" frequent the hotel. While we were staying there was quite a ruckus in the lobby with a hockey team and parents drinking and being loud - but other than that, inside the room you can't hear them.

The shower head in my room (205) would not stay in place making showering a little awkward.

Location perfect for visiting family in the area. One observation which we found a little odd was that we found it difficult find CBC among the TV channels available in the room and wonder whether this was due to the politics in the provincce!

The only issue I had was the price to have a pet travel with you. I didn't find out until the checkout and I had to ask. Also I didn't receive a printout of my receipt for the extra cost of the pet. Other than that I was very pleased with the location and facilities itself.

Rooms are too small for the price. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Property conditions are not great.

We LOVE THIS HOTEL when we stay for our baseball tournament. It's clean, represents the photos listed, has a great breaky, and the staff are 10/10. Highly recommend!

Our room was clean and staff was friendly. The only complaint I had was about the noisy compressor or whatever it was that ran a lot all night long. Our room was on 3rd floor on the backside of the hotel and this was very loud.

The staff was very pleasant however, the airconditioning unit kept shutting off during the night and it was very warm in the room. My wife and I had a very poor sleep.

Everything was perfect for a large family stay

The room was clean, beds comfortable, hot tub, sauna, and exercise room all well maintained, breakfast was good, and Angie was great!

Booked a room for my wife to have a night to yourself. She enjoyed it very very much. The hot tub was very nice and they had tons of snacks! It was really, really quiet and muchly enjoyed

They were more than accommodating, our granddaughter was getting married and they got us a room early so we could get ready!!
