Lo que casi no me gusto fue que en la habitación no enfriaba mucho el aire acondicionado, de ahí en fuera todo excelente

The location was great.

My family and I had stayed at this hotel two nights before on our incoming trip to MX; the reception staff was great, the rooms assigned to us were clean and everything worked, we didn’t get to enjoy the complimentary breakfast the next morning because we had an early start on the road. Our experience was great, so we decided to stay there on our way back. This time our experience was completely horrible!!! When we got there it took the reception person an hour to get us checked in and there was only one person ahead of us who was being helped. When he finally assigned us our rooms, one room had water in the bathroom floor which ended up being a leak but we didn’t know it then. Someone came out and dried up the floor. But each time my kids got up at night to go the bathroom their socks got soaked. The other room had almost no water pressure. It may have been that my family and I were so worn out from our trip that we didn’t think to reload our bags back in the car and leave. The idea of waiting another hour to get our rooms switched was also undesirable so we stayed put. The next day talking to the receptionist about our experience, we found out that the management and staff knew of the problems in both our rooms and were still assigning them out to guests! Unbelievable!!

Primero me dieron una habitación sucia y con el baño en muy mal estado, nos dieron toallas viejas, rotas y con pelos, no cambiaron de habiatacion al siguiente día y no salia agua caliente, el WC no funcionaba correctamente.

La alberca estaba sucia, muy pequeña la porción a la carta

No hay cambio de toallas ni de sábanas, para el desayuno, es necesario ir diariamente al lobby por un “vale” para obtener el desayuno. Para ese desayuno, hay un horario de 7:30 a 10:00 am, sin embargo no estaban listo todos los alimentos hasta cerca de las 8 am. Las chicas del Lobby con una excelente actitud de servicio.

Lo único que me gustó fue el desayuno, mi habitación mal, sin aire a pesar que lo reporte, limpieza mal, tenía que andar pidiendo de favor que me limpiaran la habitación a pesar de lo malo volveré por la ubicación solo por eso.

No hot water and the internet is a joke. The floors look like they was never swept and the towels are as thin as the sheets. Horrible

The room was outdated with old carpeting that had a foul odor. I did appreciate the full-size refrigerator. The door key often required reactivation as it often did not work. The breakfast was very limited and did not include eggs, which was disappointing. No orange juice. Not very kid friendly. The pool was essentially out of commission as it was very dirty with green algae and we were not able to use it at all. It is very dark at night, but I feel very safe coming in and out of the hotel. Multiple times times there were large, semi trucks parked right in front of our entryway, which was difficult to get in. On my first day I had a very difficult time getting the luggage through as there was a huge truck parked right in the walkway. Overall, my rating is very poor to the above concerns that were addressed, but some obviously were not resolved. I think the worst comment was regarding the breakfast very disappointing and the pool that was not available which are two major reasons why I chose this hotel, especially since it was in the downtown area and very convenient to transportation and multiple convenience stores, including Oxxo and Soriano

Place was quiet but the amenities were not good. We were given half a toilet tissue roll. Hot water took a while to come out.

The hotel fell short of my expectations. It differed from the images. The door lacked security, there were cracks in the walls, and an unpleasant smell was present.

Recientemente tuve el placer de hospedarme en este hotel, y debo decir que mi experiencia fue excepcional. Desde el momento en que entré al lobby, me impresionó la elegancia y la atención al detalle que se refleja en cada rincón del hotel. Los pasillos y las habitaciones están impecablemente limpios y ordenados, lo que garantiza un ambiente relajante y acogedor. El personal del hotel es verdaderamente atento y amable, siempre dispuesto a ayudar y a asegurarse de que mi estancia fuera lo más cómoda posible. La ubicación del hotel es excelente, ya que se encuentra en el corazón de la zona centro, lo que facilita el acceso a lugares importantes y puntos de interés. Mi única observación es que, durante esta época del año, el agua de la piscina estaba un poco fría. Sin embargo, esto no fue un inconveniente significativo para mí, y no afectó negativamente mi experiencia en general.

Unfortunately this place it’s not what it seems online. This place needs to be updated. Everything looks old in the inside. The carpet it’s smelly and makes the whole place smell pretty bad. I suffer from allergies, due to the smell I had a hard time breathing. It’s missing a lot of essentials like, mirrors, trash cans, iron, iron board. The only good thing about this place is that is in downtown and everything is walking distance other than that I am pretty disappointed. This is my first and last time staying in this place.

A pesar de ser un hotel viejo está bien. Sin embargo el desayuno que se ofrece gratis no es del todo bueno.

Lo unico q no nos gusta, es el desayuno.,, se termina algo y ya no quieren abastecer los alimentos. Si solitas huevos, te dicen q solo a la carta, tienes q pedir en la cocina. No estan al pendiente de lo q hace falta. Las chic@s de reception muy amables y las instalaciones bien. A excepción del servicio de restaurante… solo chilaquiles, calabacita y frijoles, estuvimos 4 noches , es la segunda ocasion, nos gusta mucho su ubicación

ME EMCANTO EL LUGAR, MUY LINDA ALBERCA, EN LO PARTICULAR Y PERSONAL TENGO MUCHISAS IDEAS RESPECTO A LOS ESPACIOS MUERTOS, PODRIA USARLOS PARA MUCHAS OTRAS COSAS Y ADI OBTENER UN INGRESO MAS EXTRA....

Location was great as it was walking distance to everything we wanted to see downtown. However, the hotel was older. My room had broken lamps, non-working bulbs, and free breakfast was very limited.

The hotel is ok , well located , very close to shops , restaurants, the main plaza and the Constitution corridor, a nice complimentary free breakfast , the staff at the restaurant are very nice and helpful , the free parking is also good, my room didn't have a complimentary water bottles , or toiletries or toilet paper , I stayed at the hotel for 5 days and I really didn't like at check out time the front desk staff sent the housekeeper to check my room for anything missing , like if I was going to take the raged towels or something as a souvenir , I have stayed at many really good hotels in US and Mexico and never had this inconvenience before, this one that doesn't compare at all , they made me feel like if I was a crook or something , very tasteless from the management part

No había agua caliente en la regadera. El personal no saluda, solamente los de recepción. El aire acondicionado hacia ruido y no enfriaba bien. El desayuno se sirvió tarde.

Very nice overall impression of place. Our room was nothing special, but the staff was really friendly and helpful, the breakfast had some nice surprises, like peppers and zucchini. The best feature was the pool. It was lovely and heated and there were lounge chairs nearby.

Muy céntrico, limpio, excelente atención. Muy grande el estacionamiento, muy recomendable el hotel. El precio me parece muy bueno para el hotel. Mi recomendación para el desayuno de cortesía que ofrecen, sería que tal vez únicamente se ofrecieran café y jugos naturales, y los alimentos a la carta. Entendemos que no es posible poner mucha comida en el buffet, pero hay húespedes que prácticamente acaparan todo, por eso creo que los alimentos deben tener un costo.

El hotel tiene muchas áreas de oportunidad, lamentablemente la primer habitación que nos tocó, se tardó muchísimo tiempo en salir agua caliente, el aire acondicionado (que fue por la razón que renté ahí), no funciono, la mayoría de las puertas no cerraban y la taza del baño se veía que lo habían usado antes de nosotros. Afortunadamente o desafortunadamente nos cambiaron de habitación a dónde si funcionará el aire, pero se tardó mucho en encender, y cuando creímos que ya estaba todo en orden, el aire aventaba aire frío 😭, y toda la noche no pude dormir por el frío que hacía en el cuarto. En fin, en ese cuarto no había ni jabón ni papel de baño, pero ya eso fue lo de menos. El personal fue amable, pero definitivamente no volvería y tampoco recomiendo 😥

Property was pretty run down. Rooms were not too clean and outdated. Door on the room did not seem very safe. The staff was mostly nice but some of them were too focused on their phone.

The property is completely different than the pictures showing the bedrooms, carpet is gross, walls are dirty, fan is hold with cardboard, air conditioner doesnt work, price is high and the manager is arrogant, please do not stay here.

El servicio de recepción fue muy cordial y amable el buffet de desayuno estaba muy limpio y rico. La suite familiar es muy amplia para dos familias pero definitivamente, es una habitación muy usada, los abanicos estaban en pésimas condiciones hacían ruido durante la noche y no funcionaban todos los focos de los abanicos.

El hotel necesita mantenimiento. A nuestra llegada la planta baja estaba inundada, fue necesario el cambio de habitación

Cuarto huele mal, agua fría, la puerta se arrastra, no dan toallas suficientes, durante dos dias no hubo nada de agua

En el check in, me dicen que no tengo reservación, y que la cancele en Expedia, después que si me aceptan pero en otra habitación con otra tarifa, y que pague una diferencia de $150.00, lo cual ante las circunstancias, acepte; y tambien que no tenían suficientes tarjetas de llave de entrada y que tendría que solicitar a la recepción me abrieran la ha habitación cada vez que se me ofreciera. Este tipo de inconvenientes nunca me había ocurrido. Espero que no vuela a suceder, sobre todo en un hotel de esta categoría. Por lo demás todo bien. Saludos.

Old hotel, old photos on the web they admitted they have to update their page. they changed my studio 2 times because the blankets were torn, the blinds were broken, the chairs were broken, and the carpet was super dirty! They don't use a vacuum cleaner, they sweep it with a broom and it's full of dust, that's bad for my daughter’s allergies. I booked a studio because I was the one with the kitchen but it turned out that it didn’t have any dishes to cook or eat!!! they told me that I have to buy my own dishes if I wanted to use the kitchen. The Pool water was dirty. No blow dryer, No iron board, no hangers in the closets, No laundry in facility and there is no laundry for the guest. I have to say that the exterior of the hotel is kept clean and at night there is surveillance at the entrance of the hotel parking lot. Also the location is very convenient because you walk 5 minutes and you are at the center of the city

I stayed there many times because I love there friendliness, but this time no towels there was bugs and and the crew when I checked in very nice but the evening person was rude and had an attitude

El Telefono no servia bien en recepcion asi que no podiamos comunicarnos con el Hotel antes de la llegada. Llegamos tarde y casi no respetaban la reservacion. Al final el personal del turno de la noche (cuando llegamos) logro solucionarlo
